Yangshuo River Lodge Hotel--English speaking team&Swimming pool&Activties organized&Free pick up from Airport or TS over 3 nights

The staff was really friendly and they are always ready to help. The hotel has a nice restaurant with a large selection of food, including plenty of vegetarian options. There’s a swimming pool and you can rent bikes/scooters for free. The staff booked a calligraphy class for us inside of the hotel, which we enjoyed very much. The hotel is very clean, the staff is constantly cleaning up.

We enjoyed this hotel the most, out of all the hotels we have stayed in, in China. The staff were always extemely helpful with tour advice and bookings and very patient, especially when our payment apps were glitchy! The pool was a bonus after being in the heat all day. We highly recommend this hotel. It is close to everything, but very quiet & out of the mad rush of West Street & Yangshuo centre.

A beautiful hotel with gorgeous views of the river. It was about 5 minutes drive to West street but a peaceful location with a great pool. The food was tasty and all the staff were wonderful and so helpful in organizing our taxis and trips for us. Lin had great tips on where to go and what to see. When we left some things in our room after checking out, she proactively taxied them to Guilin for us: such a kind gesture!

We had a really lovely stay here. We went as part of our honeymoon trip to China, and we appreciated the tranquillity and stunning nature surrounding this hotel. We loved the outdoor pool, which was very pretty, clean and the water was nice and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lin, who helped us book nice experiences such as the evening light show. We were also able to rent a scooter during our stay which was perfect for getting around and exploring places with beautiful views of rice and corn fields, the mountains and traditional villages. The room had a rustic design but had all the necessary amenities. They also had a staff member pick us up from the airport to take us directly there (included in our booking price)! We would recommend this place if you go to Yangshuo!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Yangshuo River Lodge Hotel. We stayed in the top-floor apartment, which has a spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. We were also able to use the hotel's washing machine, which was a huge help on a three-week family trip. The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool, which we really enjoyed. We had breakfast and dinner there, and the food was always delicious. The staff were exceptionally helpful in organizing trips and activities. We chose a bamboo rafting trip on the river, which was a wonderful experience. They also arranged our transfer from our previous accomodation and our ride to the train station. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangshuo.

El mejor hotel que en el que nos hemos alojado en China . El personal increíblemente amable , hablan inglés perfectamente , te ayudan con todo y te recomiendan actividades para hacer . Te alquilan motos y el restaurante tiene una cocina exquisita . Nos recogieron gratis de guilin , al llegar era super tarde , el restaurante estaba cerrado pero aún así nos prepararon un sandwich y un zumo de maracuya riquisimo . Nos dieron una habitacion superior a la que te habiamos reservado por el mismo precio . Y para colmo el día de irnos nos dejaron hacer un late check out y nos dejaron ducharnos y utilizar la habitación sin coste ninguno . Está muy bien localizado en un lugar tranquilo y la piscina se agradece con el calor que hace . Por último la cama es espectacular . SIN DUDA HOTEL EXCELENTE . Gracias por todo🙏🏼🤍

Everything was amazing the rooms the location the food and the staff spoke very good English especially Lyn was amazing she help us with everything . I highly recommend it would for sure visit again!!!!!!

It’s a very nice hotel. The staff were friends and helpful. It’s a 15-minute drive from town, but you can rent an electric motorbike, which is a cool experience. Great for hiking and other activities.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. From the complimentary pickup from the train station to the lovely pool to the lovely private balcony from our room, and of course the lovely staff. The room was cool when we arrived and big enough for us to spread out in. The electric scooters for hire by the hotel were very convenient too and allowed us to explore the countryside with ease. Toilet has a washlet hose which was convenient too.

The rooms could have been cleaner and perhaps have liquid soap in the bathroom for washing hands. Also a small bar fridge would be convenient in the rooms.

Rien ne m'a déplu ! Néanmoins, pour les PMR, il faut préciser que l'hôtel est sans ascenseur.

The property is beautiful with great views overlooking the river. The pool was perfect for our kids to play an entire afternoon. The rooms are spacious and all necessary amenities are provided. The staff was all super helpful and friendly, happy to help organize outings and other things. The food at restaurant is ok (kids liked it a lot.) we would definitely come back!

One of the rooms smelled like smoke. The house keeping could be better (cleaned and towel replaced but beds were not made). There is nothing in walking distance but we knew that beforehand.

The staff is really nice and helpfull to book all the activities. The pool is perfect cause it's getting hot in the afternoon. The bed are really comfortables and its quiet.

Amazing location on the river edge with stunning mountain views. Beds super comfy which is rare for China. Staff were amazing and super helpful. Great selection of food including western meals which satisfied the kids. We borrowed a bike and pedaled through the streets, hired scooters and rode to town. They organised all our activities and hired drivers for us and even offered to make a packed breakfast as we had to leave early on check out.

We were on the top floor so 5 flights of stairs were tiring, but the private balcony made up for it. Uncle will also carry your bags for you.

This was the second time I stayed at the Yangshuo River Lodge Hotel, and I can't wait to return again in the future. I cannot recommend this property enough! The location is a short drive from town - everything is accessible, yet the property has a remote and quiet feel to it. The rooms and service are impeccable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food made by the onsite chef is immaculate. They even offer scooter rentals with which one can explore the farms and scenic area around the property, and for those daring enough, you can use the scooters to travel into town as well. The staff does not hesitate to point out sites worth visiting on the large map across from the reception desk. They are also helpful in purchasing tickets to these sites, arranging for a driver, and they will advise one on the best time of day to visit these places. My heart yearns for Yangshuo, and whenever I do return, I will make sure to stay in this lodge again!

Nice place to stay ! Ling and the others were sooooo kind to us ! They have helped us to planned our trip in Yangshuo area and this was perfect (free bikes too !) ! Good point for the restaurant too The weather was not good but the view from the room was quite nice even this Thank you again

Beautiful scenery, boutique lodge nestled by the Li Jiang river bank amongst the karst mountains. Comfortable bedrooms with ample space for a family of 5. Delicious home made dinner

Toilets stuck twice but quickly fixed by staff.

Hermosísima habitación frente al río. La gente y el lugar son geniales. La vista es impresionante, una belleza. Eran cuatro pisos por escalera pero el personal del hotel nos ayudó siempre con nuestro equipaje. Hay una pileta con vistas a las montañas preciosa, no la usamos porque fuimos en invierno. Hay aire acondicionado frío - calor y lo más maravilloso es la terraza, porque en la habitación hay un balcón con vista al río pero ese mismo balcón tiene al costado una terraza privada enorme, donde da el sol por la mañana. Allí se puede coordinar para que vaya un profesor de Tai chi y tomar clases particulares en ese espacio mirando el río (el servicio es pago aparte). En mi caso soy celíaca y tanto Lin como Jenny, dos de las mujeres que están en la recepción usualmente, me ayudaron muchísimo para pedirle que haga comida especial al cocinero. Su comida riquísima y los precios muy accesibles... Y ellas hacen unos tesitos de gengibre espectaculares! Está un poco alejado del centro como para ir caminando, y algo escondido para conducir, pero a la vez eso hace que el lugar sea más bello y privado, el Didi al centro llega en 10 minutos y sale realmente barato. También en el hotel alquilan scooters y bicicletas. Hemos recibido una atención especial muy linda por parte del personal ya que era nuestra luna de miel y nos esperaron con un corazón de pétalos en la cama y lucecitas, no nos vamos a olvidar nunca de tal lindo gesto. Ojalá podamos volver, vale cada centavo!

Os funcionários são do mais simpático que pode haver, respondendo a todas as nossas questões, partilhando dicas e contando-nos costumes da região: desde o Mr. Li que nos foi buscar à estação de comboio, passando pela Louise e a Lynn que nos receberam tão bem com chá de gengibre. Um abraço especial para a Jenny que é uma simpatia, e teve paciência para nos ensinar a andar de scooter e a comer cana de açúcar. Ofereceram-nos um quarto maravilhoso com vista para a piscina. Limpeza irrepreensível. Óptima localização em zona calma, próximo a West Street. Se pudesse dar 20 estrelas, daria! Xié xié, obrigada! :)

Ens hem sentit molt cuidats en aquest allotjament a Yangshuo. El lloc es precios i el personal molt amable. Ens han deixat bicicletes per descobrir l’entorn. Al seu restaurant hem tastat el peix a la cervesa. Excepcional. I ens vam oblidar uns documents i en dos dies van ser al nostre hotel de Hong Kong! Estem molt agraïts! Qualitat preu supera el 10.

La comida que sirven en el hotel y la ubicación, al lado del río, un paisaje excepcional

Exceso en el precio de las actividades, parece que quieren compensar el bajo precio de la habitación sabiendo que se encuentran algo alejados del pueblo, se pasan con el precio que cobran del transporte, no se respeta el descanso y nos tocó una familia muy escandalosa, se oye todo aunque es un lugar muy tranquilo.

Hôtel situé à 2km du centre ville dans une zone très calme de Yangshuo. L'hôtel a l'habitude de recevoir des clients étrangers. Le personnel est très chaleureux, parle anglais et peut aider à réserver un bon nombre d'activités touristiques. Possibilité aussi de louer sur place des vélos ou des scooters électriques pour explorer aux alentours.

The staff was incredibly helpful with organizing activities and the property was charming. The dishes served by the restaurant in the hotel were excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.

Su ubicación es impresionando, apartado del bullicio de Yangshuo y muy tranquilo. La habitación tiene una vista al río y las montañas impresionantes. El personal super atento, sobre todo Lisae, que nos dio recomendaciones constantes y estuvo super atenta de que no nos faltase nada.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, en dat komt grotendeels door het fantastische personeel. Deze lieve dames doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het (westerse) ontbijt is enigszins beperkt (fruit/broodje ei), maar was voor ons voldoende. Lunch/diner vonden wij lekker! De kamers zijn comfortabel en het zwembad is heerlijk.

Goed om rekening te houden met het feit dat het hotel buiten het centrum ligt. Wij vonden dat fijn, maar je hebt altijd een taxi nodig om daar te komen. Wij hebben dus voornamelijk in het hotel gegeten, wat prima was.

Le personnel a été adorable pendant tout notre séjour et l'hôtel propose de nombreuses activités dans les environs de Yangshuo. L'établissement est un peu éloigné du centre, mais le personnel s'arrange pour appeler des taxis. La vue est très belle et les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Je recommande vivement !

I would highly recommend, we stayed for a week in the 2 bedroom suite and had a fabulous time., the location is very peaceful and the swimming pool is great. The staff were so kind and caring, especially as my daughter was unwell, and they went to great lengths to assist and make our stay very special. Jenny and Lin in particular (as well as the other lady on reception, I'm so sorry I can't remember your name!) planned many activities for us. We booked all our transport and activities through them (ATV, canyoneering, dumpling making, calligraphy, bamboo rafting, traditional chinese fan painting, cormorant fishing, trip to PingAn - we did it all). Highly recommend!

The location of the lodge is alongside the river and has a classic traditional design. Nice and quiet location but not too far from West street by scooter or DiDi. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Lin, who went out of her way to provide advice.

Nice small hotel in beautiful location and within a 10 minute drive of Yangshuo centre. Beds were extremely comfortable and all appliances worked well. We had a room facing the river and the views were wonderful. But what really stands out with this hotel was the customer service at the main reception, Jenny and Lin, they are a total credit to this hotel. Always there to help you plan daily excursions, arrange taxis or just making sure that the finest details of your holiday were met. They even arranged for an afternoon fishing trip for us on the river with a friend of theirs who lent us fishing rods and equipment, and at no charge. Truly outstanding service.

Its location away from the hustle and bustle of the town (and the many tour buses) was great for my sister and I, whom prefer rustic village environment. We enjoyed hearing the birds, cicadas, and chickens throughout the day from our balcony, and relished the utter peace and quiet during the night. But the best part was the hospitality and friendliness of the staff at this lodge, and before I forgot, the delicious food offered by their chefs, especially the famed beer fish (which we had twice during our stay!)

I love the quiet and that it was set very near the river and I could view the Liu sanjie performance in the night from near the hotel. The staff were super helpful, warm and genuine. Food was good too. We had lunch and dinner occasionally particularly love the fish. I think that was our best meal for that trip to Guilin and Yangshuo

A great spot withe the view of the River Li and the sunset behind the mountains. Family-run hotel with bamboo-style rooms; really confortable beds (high quality matress and pillows). All the activities they proposed was amasing (bamboo rafting, tai chi, scooter tour, cooking class and show)!

Is the second time we stay at this hotel. It is a bit far from the center but it makes the stay really calm and relaxing. They have a nice swimming pool and the staff is very helpful. They offer western breakfast which is included in the price.

Gorgeous views of the mountains and Li River from the balcony. Room was spacious and comfortable with a tucked away wood cabin vibe. Staff were friendly, spoke English and helped us book a driver to take us around scenic spots. Location is a 10 min drive away from town centre so there aren't many food options within walking distance. Thankfully the hotel's restaurant serves up some delicious local delicacies. Highly recommend this hotel if you like a quiet getaway with beautiful nature views.

There's no lift, only stairs. Our room was on the 4th floor but it wasn't a problem for us as our luggage was light, but worth noting if you have accessibility issues/heavy bags.

The staf was.great and very helpfull. The food was amazing.. the accomodatiion is 15 min with electric scooter out.of the town. You can rent it from the river lodge. The room looked out over de pool and river and was very comfortable. We had a great time. Explore the enviroment with the scooter. It is safe and fun. We did it for 3 days.

Beautiful property located just a 10 minute drive from West Street. Nice pool and area to chill. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Each room has a spacious balcony. Rooms are equipped with toiletries, hairdryer and a kettle. Tue breakfast is nice. There is scooter rental and free bicycles. Tue staff have good English and are very helpful, always checking to see if we need anything.

One recommendation would be to provide some tea bags and coffee to the rooms

The staff spoke perfect English and was very helpful in arranging our tours for our three days stay. The room was comfortable. The scenic view and general atmosphere of the hotel was very charming.

We were very happy with our choice. The hotel is wonderfully located on the hilltop with a stunning view on the river and the neighbouring mountains. The rooms are well equipped and prettily designed. Especially the staff is very nice, speaks good English and was not only able to recommend all the major activities but also organise for us to easily take part in them. Additionally the chef cooks delicious food: both western and chinese. We can highly recommend this hotel. A great PLUS is people working in the hotel that has been always helpful and accommodating.

The location and the hotel was stunning. The design of the hotel rooms and furniture were very traditional. The room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the river. Even though it was too cold to use the pool, they would still go out every morning to clean up the leaves. That's how clean they kept the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful with good English.

Would have been nice to have had a selection of tea and coffee in the room. The room had a kettle and cups. Just no coffee or tea.
