L'hôtel est bien situé, proche des transports en commun et commerces.

Was treated politely and appropriately in the morning when we showed up, 8:30 am. We were told we could leave our luggage and the room would be ready after 2:00 pm. This was not the case in the late afternoon and evening, 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

We paid for a room months in advance. When we checked in to get our keys someone else was using the room. So we had no room. We waited until 9:00 pm for a room. There was none at that time. We talked to the manager by phone. She offered us a full refund and we had to leave. We were frustrated. The desk clerk was not sympathetic. He was very argumentative and at times swearing at us in Spanish. His swearing influenced our decision to leave. On the whole, it started out fine in the morning, but was a horrible experience for us in the late afternoon and evening. We left the hotel and took a taxi to the airport.

The toilet's sink was running water and was annoying listening to it.

Vriendelijk personeel, mooi authentiek hotel en voor ons de perfecte ligging. Dichtbij het Olympisch stadion waar we een concert hadden en ook de metro naar hartje Barcelona ligt dichtbij en je hoeft maar een paar haltes te reizen. Laatste dag gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijtbuffet wat zeer uitgebreid was en ontbijtmogelijkheden tot 11 uur.

La cama cómoda. El personal muy profesional, agradable y atento. Los bombones de cortesía son muy top. 2a vez y la limpieza a mejorado un montón; de hecho la habitación era de una calidad inferior y se ha notado tanto el cambio que estuvimos hasta más agusto.

Se podría poner neverita en la habitación y/o nosé si hay máquinas expendedoras pero... La verdad es que ni lo pensé ni me hizo falta en su momento. Todo muy bien. El precio es el que corresponde y espero que por ganar un poquito más o ser Bcn no lo suban porque es fantástico en todos los sentidos.

Una estada molt agradable, tot ha anat molt bé i no ens ha faltat de res. Ens va agradar molt el detall de la beguda de benvinguda en arribar. També destacar en Roger i en Luis de recepció, que varen ser un encant amb nosaltres, molt atents i sempre amb molt bona actitud.

La cama era cómoda

El aseo no me gustó nada, tapadera suelta del water, la ducha se salva todo el agua, era muy pequeña.

Le personnel au top, la situation géographique correspondait à notre besoin (fira barcelona), le petit dej au top, les petites attentions dans la chambre à notre arrivée au top. La mise à disposition de la machine à café/thé tout au long de la journée est un vrai +.

Le matelas trop mou, la télécommande de la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas, absence de rangements dans la salle de bain, une douche très petite et exiguë, une isolation de chambre à revoir. Le gros point noir = l’humidité et les odeurs causées par cela dans la chambre : absence de ventilation au sein de la SDB…

La ubicació i l' estil vintage però molt funcional de l' hotel. També el personal molt atent.

He trobat a faltar alguna indicació en català a l' hotel. No recordo haver-ne vist cap. Entenc que el turisme és important però també donar a conèixer que hi ha una llengua autòctona.

Loved the hotel itself. It was clean and the decor is gorgeous. Loved the honesty bar- that was a nice touch along with being able to enjoy some time in the chill out garden. Our room was perfect for what we needed. Beds very comfortable and it was nice and cool. Son said the 3rd bed/sofa bed was very comfy for the night. Couldn’t get the TV to work but that was fine as it wasn’t really needed. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Very informative also. Breakfast was absolutely lovely- we didnt have any hot food but it looked great and the continental selection was excellent. Great coffee!

The toilet flush in the room was quite noisy! When we first heard it, my son panicked & thought bombs we’re going in the local area and I told him it was fireworks after the Barca game 🙈 only in the morning did we realise it was the flush! For us, the location was a little out for our reason to stay. This was only because we had stayed longer in Barca for the sights the previous week at a different hotel. It seemed a very residential area, however we did not have the time to explore this area more. There was also some maintenance/upgrading work being done to the hotel, but this was kept away from guest view as much as possible and didn’t impact our stay.

the staff is nice, we have no complaints.. but the hotel does not match the photos on the booking platform, on the first day of arrival we had to use towels to clean the bathroom, water from the shower poured into the room, suitcases, shoes and even the corridor, then we had to pack our things and move to another room, even though we were preparing to go to an event... the next day we had to pack our things again and go back to the previous room😂 there is so much dust in the beds, i have photo😂 that if you have allergies I do not recommend it, the bed is very bad,and there is still renovation work going on

En arrivant dans la chambre aucune bouteille d’eau n’est fournie et j’ai donc décidé de remplir ma gourde à partir de la fontaine d’eau du hall de l’hôtel. Un employé de l’hôtel m’a reproché ce geste en m’indiquant de prendre uniquement un verre malgré mes explications quant à l’absence de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre. Je trouve ce comportement scandaleux surtout dans un contexte de canicule.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the interiors were charming and full of character. They also left a small box of chocolates as a welcome gift, which was a very considerate and lovely touch. I honestly don’t understand why the hotel has only two stars, as the overall experience felt much better than that.

The breakfast was rather mediocre. The room did not have a minibar, and the location was a little far from the city center.

The AC was not adjustable and was relatively weak during our August stay. Also the room could have been a bit cleaner.

It was a bit far from city center (Plaça de Catalunya) to go on foot (30-35 minutes), but there was a metro station nearby.

Não gostei que não tinha porta do box do banheiro pra fechar, o que fez molhar parte do banheiro durante o banho. Creio que seria melhor colocar um box de vidro pra evitar isso.

It was well located.

When we arrived in our room, it smelled like cigarette. When we told the receptionist, they said that they could clean the air of the room with a machine as there were no other rooms available. We accepted although they asked us to leave for 30min to one hour. When we came back after more than one hour the room wasn’t yet ready. When we finally got to our room, it didn’t smell smoke anymore, but their machine left such a strong cleaning product smell that we had to leave the window open ( during a heatwave). Then, we noticed that the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. We told them that we wanted a refund. They said they would for the two following nights but not the current one. We left for dinner and when we came back, my partner went to shower and the water wasn’t evacuating so the bathroom was literally flooded ! It was 10:30 pm when I went back to the front office to ask for a full refund as we couldn’t stay in that room - water was running out through the room, to the hallway! Miraculously, they had a suite available then and could move us, but they had already cancelled our two other nights and didn’t us to stay unless we paid the suite price… we left the next morning. They did not refund the fees and taxes - 50 canadian dollars and didn’t compensate us in ANY way for the issues - not even a drink , coffee , discount - nothing ! The ceiling was also leaking in the suite. I would say, if you can afford a better hotel, avoid this one!

Tienen té, café y agua fría en la recepción, lo cual se agradece mucho en verano cuando hace mucho calor en la calle. El personal muy atento y amable.

La ubicación respecto al centro está lejos, puedes coger línea de metro que llega al centro a unos 10 minutos pero para la Sagrada Familia hay que coger otra línea que está más lejos.

The location was perfect. Extremely close to the subway and on a subway line that had us easily able to get where we wanted to quickly. The bed was bigger than expected and VERY comfortable. The air conditioning was a nice reprieve after hot days in August. And the hotel supplied beach towels to use for free!

Das Check-In ging trotz schon ausgefülltem Online-Check-In sehr lange und man sollte seine ganzen Kreditkartendaten inkl. Sicherheitsnummer angeben! Das Frühstück hatte zwar ein grosses Buffet, war aber nicht so gut.

Estaba muy comodo

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fabuleux dans cet hôtel, qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, parfaitement insonorisée et d’une propreté irréprochable. La salle de bain était elle aussi particulièrement grande, très propre et parfaitement équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée, notamment l’eau et les chocolats, qui font vraiment la différence et donnent immédiatement le sentiment d’être bien accueillis. L’hôtel en lui-même est magnifique, très bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé. Le parking est un vrai plus, particulièrement appréciable lorsqu’on vient à Barcelone en voiture. Nous avons aussi adoré la fontaine avec de l’eau et des fruits à disposition tout au long de la journée : une attention simple mais vraiment agréable. Une mention toute particulière au personnel, adorable, disponible et attentionné pendant tout notre séjour. L’accueil et la qualité du service ont largement contribué à notre expérience. Enfin, la localisation est excellente, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du métro, ce qui permet de rejoindre très facilement les différents quartiers de Barcelone. Nous avons sincèrement cherché un point négatif à mentionner et nous n’en avons trouvé aucun. Tout était au rendez-vous : confort, propreté, équipements, emplacement et qualité de l’accueil. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Barcelone et nous reviendrions dans cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation. Une très belle découverte que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Pokój z klimatem, codziennie sprzątany. Śniadanie smaczne, do wyboru i na wytrawnie i na słodko. Można zostawić bezpłatnie bagaże. Do metra blisko, ok 5 min. Niedaleko są fontanny gdzie wieczorem odbywa się pokaz. Bardzo pomocny personel.

It was a wonderful hotel. The room was clean, well laid out, and had lots of amenities. The location was good with a nearby subway station allowing access to most of the city. The staff were happy to help and the breakfast is highly recommended. I had seen bad reviews of this place from past years, but I am so glad that I did not listen to them. It was the most enjoyable stay of our three week trip.

The interior is very modern. Accessible to every tourists spots. The Staffs are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Thank you also for the welcome Drinks made by Luis. It was tasty. Definitely recommended.

The staff was super friendly and went above & beyond to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The beds were comfy too.

The room overall could have been cleaner. Some of the furniture was dated and dingy. The outside 'lounge' area was next to a parking lot & construction. As well, the room next door to me was under construction & noisy drill machines during the day. Based on online photos, I was expecting a higher standard. I would not have paid the amount I was charged for that room.

Une seule chose: la taille de la douche dans la chambre double deluxe. Celle-ci est exiguë et on peut à peine bouger.

La camera aveva odore di fumo e non è stato possibile cambiarla. All'avvio dell'aria condizionata l'odore era persistente, nonostante il personale avesse igienizzato la stanza. L'illuminazione della stanza è migliorabile

El personal es amable, el alojamiento es limpio y tranquilo. No es la primera vez que nos quedamos aquí así que lo recomendamos. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las camas muy cómodas.
