No rugby in rooms and bar too small to view game properly!

I think the DJ vs previous visits got it slightly wrong this year, i guess difficult to keep everyone happy, other than that brilliant as always.

I love all the extras.

If there can be am aircon or heater of some sort, it will be 10/10.

Many places and facilities require on-going maintenance. Put-Put, Games room, etc.

No hot water. Could not shower. because the water was cold. Notified reception 2 times. Assured us will notify maintenance to investigate and fix but when we booked out it was not fixed yet.

we all enjoyed the breakfast and the kids loved the zip line

weather was very cold, only half the beds had heated blankets and the room had no heater. i also had to call reception to go speak to drunk people just before 2am for being so loud

The breakfast was wonderful. Family room really comfortable with a small second bedroom attached. Facilities excellent with so much to do for the kids. Beautiful scenery. Best breakaway holiday.

We are regular visitors. Was one of our favourite spots but it has gone down so much since we were last there. No management. Service terrible.

Dirty room. Dirty towels. Dirty dining room. Had to ask three different people to light the fire in the dining room. Very disappointed

Good location; good food and catering staff especially Victoria or Veronica;

should work on room cleanliness eg stock up on shower gels etc not only on day one especially if you give the tiny bottle; also for a week stay I expected the sheets changed atleast;

The facilities especially the padel court is awesome.

There was some water damage on the wall of the room we stayed in.

Management knowingly put us in a room which was undergoing construction eg. Lifting of tiles right in front of room door. After complaining, we were moved to a new room.

The breakfast was great. Location is perfect. Loved the fact that the on-site shop was open till 9pm. Very convenient and also had friendly and helpful staff members. The service at dinner and breakfast was great.

The buffet breakfast was great. Lovely walk-in shower.

For a deluxe bedroom there was no airconditioning, claimed the underfloor heating replaced it. The underfloor heating was only by the bed!! Not even an electric blanket for a cold winter night/morning! Bathroom was designed for disabled person. We are not!. Shower seat was in bad shape - paint chipped badly. Poor housekeeping - towels were not replaced. Had to ask! Curtain drop on one end was off the rail - had to ask 3 times before it was repaired! Water was not replaced in fridge. Shower gel was not replaced in shower. Had to phone reception for some.

Nice walk you can do around the park and the fire place in room was a highlight.

The food service was not great. The tables were not cleared and prepped for new people and you ended up sitting at a half prepped table. There were big groups for conferences and had the feeling they were not managing with the volume.

Beautiful location, close to Cape Town for a quick weekend getaway. Breakfast was good. Halal friendly and vegetarian options available. Nice activities for the kids. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Internet could be better. I wanted to extend our stay by a day and work from the room but internet was not reliable. Would have been nice if the TVs were smart tvs for Netflix etc but did not affect us much as we had enough other activities available. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the family rooms. Also, for the main room to have privacy from the kids room.

We stayed in a deluxe room. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, lovely bathroom and wonderful view. Housekeeping was also excellent, cleaning and tidying daily. Room service was efficient with our dinner orders and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The pathways around the hotel which are most often walked by guests can perhaps be paved so that we don't walk on wet grass/sand. With regard to breakfast, where items ran out, it took a while before hotel staff noticed and replenished and we sometimes had to wait quite a few minutes. Also, from day to day, some items were available on one day and not on other days, but weren't substituted with something else. This could be a bit more consistent.

The staff were awesome....♡ The breakfast was amazing with a huge variety. We enjoyed the zip line through the trees.....

The hotel room was very clean and beautiful. The scenery was also beautiful and everything that are there now, that wasn't there before years ago. Will go again there again. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location. Clean and staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast had a really good selection. The room was very warm and cosy.

The accommodation was spacious & met all the basic requirements. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well as the breakfast - it made ample provision for a no pork diët. Lots of things to do, very family friendly

The rooms need some attention, TLC, looks a bit neglected. Apart from a bar fridge, we needed some basic utensils which the staff was more than willing to supply. The surrounding gardens also need some attention & maintenance.

Family rooms are big with everything you need. Lots of entertainment for kids.

Loved the mix of new facilities – plus the Old original main building and bar. Exactly as I remembered it from over 30 years ago. A new accommodation is really great. Spacious. Clean. Everything you need.

My kids and I enjoyed everything since arriving the Tranquility the greenery but most of all the breakfast, the zipline was the highlight of my stay was amazing

the wifi was a bit slow but that's because we tried watching a movie Friday night ,atleast one of the outside pools could be made warm as we were told to use the indoor pool we have to purchase a spa treatment

Padel court

The place is overrated and over priced. Eating (dinner and breakfast) area are outdated. Chairs are cheap and uncomfortable. We had 4 beds with 2 blankets? The put-put court is old and outdated.

The beautiful gardens, the quaint pub.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. There are so many activities for us to enjoy together and the facilities are very well maintained.

The coffee needs some improvement.

-There was a water tank that was leaking outside. It kept us awake the whole night. -People were noisy the Saturday night coming back from the casino. -There was no electricity or water. The electricity switched off the Saturday evening. The generator did not work, we left Sunday without washing.

Beautiful surrounding and lots of on-site parking. Felt very safe.

We couldn’t find our room, the instructions from the receptionist was vague and there weren’t signs for our room number. We ended up asking the car guard who was so friendly and helpful.

The facilities are amazing. Kept the kids entertained all day.

Very friendly staf! They can help you with anything! Food is good, spa is really good. Location is nice and quiet (but i was there in low season) if you don’t have a car you can use the local taxi driver.

Beautiful, peaceful hotel at the top of the mountains. clean facility with plenty room options. Cool little games room for the kids with pool table and air hockey.

Didn’t have a microwave in the rooms and could have done with more “hooks” for towels or a shelf to place toiletry bag.

The room was very nice and for a stop over I would recommend the accommodation.

I arrived early and my room was not ready, this I expected. I then sat down and asked a waiter for a menu which he game me. 50min Later no-one head attended to me however my room was ready and I went to check in. I returned and pulled the floor manager aside and said I did not want to wait for service again. She helped me and took my order. The drink came quickly (10min) the food, a curry however took 1h08min which I found ridiculous. Due to this tardiness I did not even use your Supper OR Breakfast services. Maybe try and look at your food and beverage department it is NOT as expected.

We loved the pools, open grass areas for the kids, deli, restaurant , great buffet breakfast.

We didnt like that people could blast their own music at the pool , or that the nearest bathroom to the pool was quite far away, over in the main hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in close proximity to places we wanted to visit.
