El desayuno fue super pobre y basico, solo habia: pan, jamon, queso, queque, jugo y cafe. Ademas, el aire acondicionado de la pieza no paraba nunca, llegando a temperaturas mucho mas frias que lo del termostato, mientras que la cama tenia solo 1 sabana, por lo que pasamos frio casi todas las noches, hasta que descubrimos que la temperatura ideal eran 24ºC. El taxi a la Marina costaba 30 euros por tramo (5 minutos), que es desde donde salen los ferrys a Capri, Positano, Amalfi.

Las habitaciones no estaban limpias del todo, había pelusas de polvo por el suelo y no hacen las camas, solo colocan las sábanas. Pusieron unas bolsitas de gel a la llegada y ya no repusieron los siguientes días, así que tuvimos que comprar gel, pero sí cambian las toallas. El desayuno es bastante mejorable, si bien las vistas en la zona de desayuno son muy bonitas.

Lack of fridge in my room. Also, the menu for breakfast could be wider. The restaurants around the hotel are more expensive than average. Unfortunately, the downstairs from the hotel to the sea are closed.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The hotel is in a beautiful location, walking to main square is around 20-30 mins but with plenty of bars to stop off at on the way, and bike hire around the corner. The views are breathtaking.
Our bathroom was a wet room, you may need to ask for extra towels just to soak up some of the water from your shower as floor gets very slippy.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Amazing communal terrace with a view and bar service available. Amazing breakfast included with a view of the ocean from the breakfast room. We loved the location; being in Sant’Agnello turned out to be much more enjoyable than staying in downtown Sorrento since downtown Sorrento turned out to be incredibly busy in mid-June. We walked from the ferry terminal in downtown Sorrento to Villa Crawford - sauntering through the crowds with our backpacks and some gelato on our way to Villa Crawford was so fun. There was an awesome restaurant near the villa (Il Ruttino) and the property of the villa is so beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and were available 24/7, and were also so fun to chat with. It was such a nice little treat for us to stay at this classy place on our journey through Sorrento. Highly recommend.

The beds were so uncomfortable, the walls are PAPER thin, you can hear everything next door is doing including turning over in bed and using the light switch. The breakfast is rubbish, options are minimal and what’s there doesn’t look particularly nice, there was literally rotten fruit in the fruit bowl. For the amount of money it was, it’s absolutely not worth it at all.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026I adore this hotel. I have to pinch myself every time I arrive. It is maybe the most beautiful place I have ever seen in the world. The staff is incredible. It’s right next to the beach, it’s convenient to town, but it’s not right in the tourist epicenter, which I love because I don’t want to be overrun by people. There’s nothing better than sitting on the terrace with a coffee or a drink. This was my third time here and definitely won’t be my last. It is my happy place.

Завтрак через чур умеренный. Три сорта дешевой колбасы. Сыр из нарезки только одного сорта. Застекленевшая от усталости яичница и пара джемов из упаковки. Сок из пакета. Тосты. Как в гостинице «Олимпийская» образца голодных 90-х годов.

Camas pequeñas (unieron 2 camas de 1 plaza). Olor a desagüe desde el baño. El desayuno muy estándar (casi por cumplir). Deberían señalar en la descripción en la oferta, si la habitación tiene vista al mar.

Śniadanie to porażka, miało być do 10 a przed 9 kelner zaczął sprzątać cały bufet i odmówił serwisu, śniadanie to bułka, jeden rodzaj wędliny i sera, jajko sadzone i słodką bułka, bardzo słabo jak na taki obiekt. Łóżka bardzo niewygodne.

We enjoyed the peaceful area, away from the busier Sorrento, but very accessible with a walk of about half an hour or bus/ train. Views were incredible and we enjoyed the sunset from the terrace every evening. Would stay again!
Breakfast was disappointing, very basic and did not live up to the rest of the stay.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: Den Strand erreicht man in nur fünf Minuten und das Zentrum von Sorrent lässt sich bequem in etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Vom Hotel aus genießt man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026This place was so incredibly beautiful! About a 30 minute walk to the city center but such a great and easy walk with amazing views. A nice change from the packed streets! The views are BREATHTAKING definitely explore the different terraces and balconies around the property.
the breakfast was included which was great, but there wasn’t a lot of good vegetarian options. But it was free so I’ll take what I can get! The bed was quite small but as a solo traveler I didn’t really mind!

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025The staff on reception were excellent! Very personable and could not do enough to help. The Villa is a beautiful building with character and history. The panoramic view from the top of the Villa is excellent but that's not all, as the view from the terrace is equally as nice. The Gardens are nice too, with places to sit and relax. We loved the location due to the quieter surroundings, especially at night.
The Food! We had lunch on arrival and one meal had very little flavor. Breakfast was very poor, with very limited options, low quality and very bad coffee machine! As we walked from the lift to the dinning area we pasted the prep area and the fired eggs, croissants etc were left uncovered! We decided to give the restaurants set menu a chance on our last night, despite pre ordering our 2 courses and arriving 5 mins early for our reservation, we waited 30 mins for your first course at the time the restaurant only had one other table occupied!? I was served my Gin and Tonic in a wine glass!?!? When I asked for black pepper, I was given some paper sachets! What good Italian restaurant doesn't have a pepper mill!? Service was poor and food was only average. The other issue we had as the coffee was so poor we would have liked to make some in our room but there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025Everything! The views were sensational. The staff were very helpful. The location on the cliff is exceptional, with many terrace spaces and garden areas to enjoy. It was quiet and relaxing and an easy walk into Sorrento. I would highly recommend it, and we will hopefully be back one way.
The walls are not soundproof, so if your neighbours are noisy, or American, you will hear them. Recommend earplugs.

The free breakfast was decent, but the coffee machine was garbage.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025The venue location is very nice and the view is spectacular. Nice selection at breakfast. The staff was both courteous and helpful.
I had one of the more expensive rooms in the main villa and it was quite small. The beds are a bit hard and the bathroom shower leaves only standing room to bath. The outlets are somewhat old and my converter had to be propped to work for charging my electronics.
