ジャクジー風呂があっておぉ！となりました。

窓から無造作に捨てられたマットレスやホテルのゴミが見えたこと。

綺麗で広く、清掃も行き届いていた。お風呂の設備がよかった。

コンセントが緩い箇所が多く、プロジェクターが古くて対応していない端末があったり画質がよくなかったりピントが合わなかった

The staff was nice and made it easy to check-in. They had free items on the check-in counter as well as a very nice gesture. The room had plenty of beds and they were plenty comfortable.

The only issue I had was the cleanliness it was outright dirty but there was some things here and there. From the blinds having some small mold patches to the projector screen torn in both corners. The shower was nice if only it had a bit more pressure to use the rainfall mode better

Moldy, not clean at all, holes on the walls or ceiling, automatic door lock was not working, noise from the train is bad which means windows are not double grazed, aircon and walls had balck mold. Not cleaned well, even vaccuming the floor. But they ask you to pay 50,000yen if they found you smoking in the room, every other hotels ask you 20,000yen. Not that I want to smoke in the room but

Mould on all curtains

The room was huge and very clean. Very appreciative of the towels and lots of bathroom amenities and slippers. So handy to have washing machine (dried items in bathroom on dedicating drying mode) and front desk provided laundry soap packets when asked. Had a huge table and seating area which was a plus and the aircon made the whole room feel very cold despite pointing away from bed area. Beds were so comfortable and the small kitchen and especially fridge was handy. Right in front of 7/11 and 5-8 mins walk from train depending on your line. Staff were lovely :) Would love to stay here again.

It's a little further out from the main areas (which is why the price is soooo good) so getting into centre in rush hour is hard especially if you are in big groups but the rush hour metro crowd is not the hotel's fault :)

The location was good, across the street from a 7-11 for easy access and close to a train station to get to Ueno and other places easily.

There were stains on the walls and there was an open wall with insulation showing outside the room, the lighting was sub par inside the room.

Room and aircon were moldy, roof of corridor has hall and doesnt seems like to fix it, not noise cancelling from the outside.

Its located in arakawa which is a bit far off of shinjuku & shibuya. Ueno is close-ish.

Absolutely nothing - Property was dirty, poorly maintained and couldn’t believe the state of the rooms.

Property was misrepresented as a 5* accommodate which had mould all over the room, damage to all walls where the room was physically dirty wherever you looked

Chambre spacieuse, avec grandes fenêtres. Baignoire Spa basique et grande douche Lit confortable et espace cuisine fonctionnel.

Attention, il ne s'agit pas d'un 5* standard européen ! Je dirais plutôt 2/3*. Espace commun délabré par endroits, défraîchi. Chambre ayant du vécu ( murs troués, moquettes usée ). Personnel qui se limite au strict nécessaire ( check-in, check-out.. ).

廊下は雨漏りしていて、部屋の中も床など汚いところが多かった。あと、カーテンが薄すぎて、朝の陽の光で目が覚めてしまう。 ホテルのスタッフさんが友達と宿泊していて、夜遅くまで騒いでいてうるさくて眠れなかった。 とにかく値段とクオリティーがあっていない。

広い部屋で過ごせる事。使いやすいキッチンで調理道具も揃っており快適に料理ができた事。 広くて快適なベッドが寝やすかった事。 お風呂が広く使いやすかった事。洗面が広く使いやすかった事。アメニティが揃っており快適でした。

建物が古いためか給気口が足りておらず部屋がカビている。特に風呂場、洗面、トイレのカビが酷くカビの匂いがする。排気は換気扇で十分足りているが、給気が不足している。解決するには壁に給気の穴を開けるなど対策をする必要がある。その上でカビを一旦除去される事をお勧めします。 テーブル、壁紙など今まで使用した人が壊しているのだろうが、一部剥がれたり、テーブルが焦げたりしている。写真では綺麗な設備で写っているが現実とは違うので、更新される事をお勧めします。

布団をめくったら掛け布団の裏に足跡がついており、とても清潔なリネンとは言い難いベッドがあった。

Almost all of the furniture had suspicious looking stains. There was also a lot of dust and stains throughout the room and a strange odour throughout (from mould?). Lights that weren't working in the lift lobby area and one of the bedrooms. Strange stickiness on the floor. Crumbs on the couch and under the cushions. The staff at the front desk (there were 3 at one point!) seemed utterly disinterested, and, after our experiences at other places around Japan actually felt a bit rude. Finally, the photos on this website are absolutely misleading. Looking through the other reviews, the management seems quick to say that they'll fix problems, but there doesn't seem to be follow through. This was, unfortunately, the worst place we stayed at.

Keypad entry into the suite, spacious Western-style suite, Western style bathroom size and large shower,(good for accessibility and mobility patrons), spacious dining and lounge area, kitchen table and x5 chairs, you could open the windows (fresh air) and access to a balcony to hang washing, good kitchen facilities, had a washing machine, a large Tatami room and a big flat-screen TV with Netflix, Apple, Prime, YouTube options, free Wifi, free toiletries for use, clean towels provided each day and 24-hour reception, great location with access to the local train station, 7-11 across the road, lots of places to eat, shops and supermarkets.

Noisy as it is right in the middle of the busy central area, could use some updating i.e more comfortable beds, modern shower (for ease of use - still the old cold/hot water taps), lounge furniture, - need a new coffee table and lounge suite, there is a smell (musty, old or similar - in the foyer of the suite and in the bathroom) that could do with a nice smelling freshener but in saying these things - we would definitely stay again for the things we did like.

お部屋が広く清潔感がありゆったり過ごす事が出来ました。受付もありスタッフさんが対応してくれたのでチェクインも安心してできました。チェクイン前に荷物も預かって頂けお部屋に運んで頂けて助かりました。駅から近く便利でした。

カーテンを閉めっぱなし状態での滞在なのでリビングだけでもレースのカーテンがあれば良かったと思います。お部屋からスカイツリーが見えるのに残念でした。フローリングの破損部分を補修してありましたが、補修部分が剝がれていたためスリッパが引っ掛かりチョット危なかった。

洗面所が暗すぎてメイクがしにくかった。椅子もあるといいですね。 電子レンジがあるはずが、ありませんでした。 お風呂の入り口のドア取っ手が外れる… 部屋の掃除機をかけていない感じがしました。 座布団、マットレスがあると良かったです。

フロントの対応は良かった。

髪の毛が、トイレ、お風呂にたくさん落ちていて、不衛生に思いました。

La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia.Nada más abrir el baño olía a orina y se veía claramente que no estaba limpio, se lo comentamos al personal y nos dijo que iría a limpiarlo, para nuestra sorpresa cuando subimos estaba exactamente igual (tuvimos que comprar productos para poder usarlo ya que era muy desagradable el olor). Las almohadas tenían manchas de no haberse limpiado bien, suciedad en las habitaciones . Una experiencia para no repetir, un malgasto de dinero No adjunto más fotos porque no me lo permite la aplicación

While apartment is spacious and comfortable there were down sides: Property outdated. Train noise 24/7. Towels smell unpleasant. Sofa dirty with numerous stains. Cleaning not thorough, dust found almost everywhere. Draining liner was not replaced or cleaned therefore shower wasn’t draining. No glasses, very limited kitchenware: only one small pan and one huge pot. Staff not looking up from phones/computers when you come in.

Amazing hotel, love the location in the residential area. Super quiet and just peaceful

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are good size with large eating area. Our first room had a defective air conditioner but they quickly changed us to another room which is ok. The front desk was helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much b

We stayed in a 8 people room, it's very large and reasonable price. But the washing machine is quite dirty, I can see the clean bag is black and full of dust. Also the pillowcase is also a bit smelly.... But consider the price, it's okay.

The hotel is cheap and quiet convient in transportation. However, there's no elevator for second floor, if you have large luggages, make sure you won't get second floor rooms in advance...

風呂とトイレにカビのような汚れが気になった。

A szállással szembeni bolt nagyon hasznos volt, közel a tömegközlekedés, de maga a szoba felújításra szorult, zavartak minket a foltos párnák, függöny, szőnyeg. Összességében ez nem vont le az utazásunk élményéből, de kicsit másnak képzeltük el.

友人8人で利用しました。 ベットルーム2部屋にシングルベッドが2台ずつあり4人、和室に布団で4人寝ました。 リビングも広く、清掃も行き届いてました。 チェックイン時やアメニティーのお願い事などスタッフの対応も丁寧でした。 インバウンドで都内はホテル代も高く、予約も取れないの中、料金も安く、大変快適に楽しく過ごせました。

Everything I had find another accommodation as it stung so bad we couldn't breathe Hotel staff were asking me to spray air freshener . Nothing would work I somehow had to survive 1st night as I had long flight with my family and it was too late at night I don't understand how it can get 5 stars I won't give 1 star

Debo decir que el lugar es muy amplio, y el personal muy atento y amable pero creo le falta un poco de cuidado a las instalaciones, el cuarto tenía un poco de humedad, la chapa se caía la manija y el elevador olía un poco raro

Beware! Don’t believe the photos. The actual conditions are totally different! It was like a scam.. this hotel is so old and dirty. They don’t even repair the damages nor clean the room. Stains and damages are everywhere! It was a bad sanitary condition and we decided to leave as we didn’t want to stay there even for an hour. The front staff didn’t even know the manager’s contact number. It’s a strange management.

It was a great stay at Randor Suites. The bathroom has an automatic filling soaking tub and shower. The room was large and easily accommodated the three adults. The kitchen was small, but usable. The washing machine works, but need to hang dry the clothes. Overall, a good place to stay and for the reasonable price.

We loved our stay at Randor Residence! It was very convenient for our family of five. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train station, convenience stores, laundry facilities, and a great selection of restaurants. Everything we needed was close by, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.

It was close to train stations and restaurants. The property itself was dingy and not well kept up with. The city me in Kyoto was amazing and I was hoping for the same experience.

We were very disappointed with our apartment. It was dirty, run down, and not as described. It was supposed to have multiple beds and a kitchen, but the only furniture in the room when we arrived was one small double bed, a dirty dining table with sticky drink rings on it, and two wooden stools. The so called kitchen was one very small bench with a sink and hotplates, and an old mini fridge with no freezer section and that barely worked. When we asked about the multiple beds and microwave, they brought in an old microwave from the storeroom as well as a very dirty futon mattress that felt like sleeping on the floor. There wasn’t even a lounge of any kind and the kitchen utensils were incredibly limited. We ended up buying a camping mattress and toaster, and eating our toast out of bowls as there weren’t even any plates. There were also no proper blinds so we were woken up before 5am every morning as that’s when the sun comes up in Tokyo! The whole place was so depressing we considered just leaving, forfeiting the money we had paid, and staying at a different hotel. The only good thing about the place was the location.

So this isn't a full-service hotel, and anyone staying here would do well to set their expectations appropriately. The biggest upside of our long (2-week) stay was the size and brightness of the room. A big kitchen table (6 ppl) to work at. If you need to accommodate up to about 8 people, it'll be cozy but you can do it. The worst part was the condition of the apartment, which had a full-on busted couch (seats, arm), and was clean enough, but needed a deep clean. Honestly, every soft-surface in the hotel (rooms, lounge, etc.) needs to be cleaned with a steam-cleaner and stain remover, and then hit with febreeze. Nothing was dirty, but there were a lot of worn-in stains and a lack of "freshness." An overall nickel-and-diming feel to the proceedings. Had one really terse and crappy exchange with the hotel staff via email that was really surprising, which I chalked up to a translation error. Had one AMAZING interaction with hotel staffer "Nakatani" via email. He is literally the best staffer we encountered and I hope he is well compensated and sticks around, for the hotel's sake. Oh, and if you're sensitive to traffic or train noise, you really shouldn't stay here. All in all, this should be considered a deeply budget hotel and considering the amount of space you get for the relatively low-price, it's a decent trade off.
