Breakfast was good with a variety of options and food very tasty.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. WiFi continually drops out with need to register every time. No English speaking channels on TV. Access down narrow streets with limited signage. GPS guidance essential if driving.

Only 2 BIG issues i have. I have stayed in this hotel a few times now, However, the TV is terrible for foreigners. You have 34 channels with only 12 being active. All Thai channels and No foreign ones. No access to You Tube or Netlix. NOTE - I stayed in 3 different hotels in Khon Kaen, PHU WIANG and Phu PHA Man..All the TV channels were working with choice of both Foreign and Thai. All TVs had Smart TV working APPs. Also, your service charge cost as well VAT for room Service is bad.For meals costed at 480 THB the final cost on receipt was 554 THB

Very nice, comfortable hotel. Comfortable sized room with comfortable bed with good shower. Clean modern complex with balcony overlooking beautiful gardens. Quiet location.

Seems popular and could only stay 2 nights due to limited vacancies. Soundproofing between the rooms wasn't the greatest..

Location…..area around the hotel wasn’t a pleasant spot as I like to be able to walk a little and get the feel for where I’m staying. Pool was nice but had limited seating not a pool to relax around.

Great staff and they were very nice, friendly and helpful. The cleaners do an amazing job both in the rooms and in the building. The pool is covered by the floor above so the pool is cooler than most. I found it to be very refreshing. The breakfasts were also very good with a variety of dishes.

You need a car because it’s pretty far away from most places.

Lättillgängligt med bra parkeringsmöjligheter både ute och i garage i källaren. Frukost helt ok finns både västerländsk och mat för Thai.

”Inomhuspool” med iskallt vatten inga möjligheter att sola om man önskar det.

Kamers lijken redelijk goed geïsoleerd. Geen geluidsoverlast terwijl het hotel volgeboekt was. Kamers zijn modern echter niet erg groot. Toch een van de betere hotels in KK. (Ik heb daar in vele overnacht)

Kamer niet geheel schoon, glazen plaat boven de koffiekopjes met veel stof. Kussens zijn te klein en slechts 2 kleerhangers aanwezig en dat nog wel voor 2 personen. De term resort vind ik niet op zijn plaats. Gezien de locatie is eigen vervoer absoluut aan te bevelen.

Staff were very helpful and approachable. We didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment. However the dinner was excellent.

Power in the room was intermittent,,,we had room 421, so management would be well advised to check the wiring as we occasionally heard some distinctive souls related to the wiring. Use of hair straighteners would isolate the TV and power outlets, although the bedside ones remained usable.

Skyggefuld parkeringskælder (eller parkering frit på området). Vidunderlig komfortable senge. Dejlig stor morgenmadsbuffet med personligt valg af æg og rigtig godt udvalg af både thai- og vestlige retter. Smukt rent delvist udendørs pool under tag med sofaer rundt om (prøvede det ikke). Vil helt sikkert bo her igen, når lejligheden byder sig.

Lidt behageligere (mere polstret pude) i stolen på værelset og måske 2 stole.

It's a new and very well-kept facility. It's a huge pleasure to spend time there.

2025.12 Nadee10 Khon Kaen. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre in a quiet residential area is Nadee10, it still looks new, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I had an evening meal in the restaurant, service and food very much alright. Attached to the side of the hotel is a secluded little coffee shop which is open until midnight. There is a small swimming pool. Only one elevator but there are only four floors.

Für mich das beste Hotel in Khon Kaen, für Kurzbesuche in der Stadt bestens geeignet, komme immer wieder gerne, zwar nicht ganz zentral gelegen aber dafür absolute Ruhelage, freundliches und kompetentes Team.

Die Funktion der Duschen ist der einzige Schwachpunkt des Hotels, aber das ist bereits jammern auf hohem Niveau

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war mit fast allem ausgestattet und hat viel Stauraum. Balkone gibt es nicht bei jedem Hotel, aber hier schon. Im grossen und ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Als wir ankamen, hatten wir keine Hilfe bei den Koffern. Auf dem Balkon gab es keinen Platz zum sitzen. Da wir rauchen, mussten wir auf dem Boden sitzen.

Frühstück sehr gut und sehr gute Auswahl . WLAN teilweise recht langsam . Lage könnte etwas zentraler sein. Taxi oder 30 minutiger Fußmarsch in die City.

Clean and well maintained, Good room design and everything is in good condition, Toiletries are provided, Breakfast line is fine, Friendly staffs. Parking and surrounding alleys are ok, not too busy, not too deserted.

Only that I found a drainage issue when showering in my room.

Das Hotel ist modern. Die Zimmerausstattung ist ebenfalls modern. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, ebenso die Cocktails in der Bar. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz.

Die Klimaanlage im Restaurant war viel zu hoch eingestellt, es bedurfte einer Jacke. Das Frühstuck war für 250 Baht eher mittelmäßig (Toast und Eierspeisen und thailändisches Essen). Der Pool liegt direkt über der Tiefgaragenzufahrt.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Room immaculately clean. Good parking facilities both under cover and outside. There is even anEV charging station. Restaurant was not quite as good. The pork chop I had was very overdone ,dry and hence ‘chewy’. Vegetables were nicely cooked.

The staff were very hospitable. We were immensely impressed with how the room was made ready; it was scented and salubrious. Though breakfast was slightly limited, the staff recommended us to order the egg menu, which provided enough options for us.

The alley leading to the hotel is rather small. Please advise the driver to be heedful.

We have had a peaceful stay at this little resort visiting our Family in Khon Kaen. The property most certainly does not qualify for 5 star experience, but would fall for a convenient 4 star service delivery. Room was comfy. Loved a good size garden patio with table and chairs, a great morning coffee secluded escape. The room's technology gadgets are out of date. TV did not have any international broadcasting channels and USB charging docks. The bed was comfortable. Pitty looking 2 sachets of small instant coffee and coffee creamers daily did not contribute to a promised comfort. Bathroom looked a bit tired, up to a good refresher. Shower was not inviting, electric water heater did not kinda contribute to hot water stream quality.

Rooms were very clean and nice.

Garden view is parkinglot view. Breakfast is substandard. Swimmingpool doesnot have much seating area and has parkinglot view. Staff was not helpful with the luggage

I liked my stay at this hotel. The property looks new and the rooms as well. The only few problems I had was that the shower was inside the bathtub, and there was no curtains, or wall to stop the water from spraying anywhere. It only had a tiny glass wall that seemed more dangerous than anything. The pool in the property is really good, but I hated that there is a conference room next to it where they can see out from it into the pool. It was really uncomfortable seeing that people can look at you swim. And the last thing is that in order to get to that hotel, you have to go through so many small back alley streets. There is not much around the area, everything else you have to call a taxi to get anywhere. The good thing is that Ton Tann Village market is a few mins driver away as well as the train station.

The pool and rooms were top. We did not try the restaurant because the night market was amazing and only 20 minutes away.

Staff were very helpful The breakfast was good - plenty of choice and a cooked breakfast to your order. The coffee shop near the pool was excellent; good service, great coffee and yummy cakes. Good value too.

A coffee machine instead of a pot of coffee kept warm on a hot plate would be good. Location isn't really near anywhere. Bit of a walk and not pleasant in the rain.

Staff very friendly and helpful very clean only comment is hotel is targeted at business users mostly which is fine given the area and comparable hotels in the area
