羊蹄山の登山目的で来て、登山口から近いのと、部屋も綺麗で、レンジあり、コーヒーのサービス、アメニティのサービスなど充実していました。

Location, staff, rooms

朝食がとてもボリューミーで美味であったこと。毎日朝食が楽しみで仕方がなかった。 施設自体はとてもバランスのいいところだった。過剰ではないし、不足もしていない。ちょうどよい心地よい対応であった。 水回り含めて、すべて清潔であり、羊蹄山が目の前に広がるお部屋でゆったり過ごすことができた。 ソファベッドでゴロゴロしつつ家族で過ごせたので、子供がいても大変過ごしやすい施設でした。

よくなかったわけではないが、大浴場の椅子の高さが少し低く、座るとかなり膝を曲げることになり、ちょうど洗面器を置く台にぶつかってしまうため、もう少し高めだと助かる。またその高さだとシャワーをかけているところに座ったままだと届かず、かなり手を伸ばすことになってしまうので、改善されると嬉しい。

La rebuda va ser extraordinària, el personal va ser molt atent i respectuós en tot moment, amb explicacions clares i descriptives. L'habitació és molt ample i gran, i amb bones vistes al Mt. Yotei. Les finestres aïllaven el so provinent de la carretera i la temperatura. L'esmorzar era de tipus japonès i de gran qualitat. Tot era molt bo. L'onsen disposa d'un espai interior i exterior molt cuidats. Disposa d'aparcament privat.

L'únic punt a millorar seria la falta d'ascensor, i la neteja del lavabo de l'habitació. Tampoc ens van fer el llit correctament.

Great rooms and friendly staff. They can arrange special meals for breakfast if needes. Breakfast was different every morning and very nice.

Struttura bellissima e personale gentile . Stanza enorme e molto accogliente , ottima vista del monte yotei . Buona colazione . Il prezzo è più che ottimo , ma siamo fuori stagione sciistica ( luglio ) . Ottima onsen anche adatte alle persone tatuate .

何故か当サイトと覚えのないホームページからの２部屋予約の状態で２部屋分の料金を請求された 事前に不自然な予約状況とわかるなら教えて欲しかったし料金も柔軟に対応して欲しい　 館内マップがとても字が小さく薄く見づらい 近眼の私で見えない　 写メした上で拡大しても読めない字が拡大するだけ ここは絶対に改善が必要と思います 避難経路とか、わからなかった　危険です ツインの部屋なのに椅子が一つしかない　一人が我慢とか、２つ有っても移動できないソファとか使いづらい 部屋に全身の映る鏡が無い コインランドリーの換気が大変悪い 乾燥中、狭いランドリールームは湿気でムッとしました　この状況ではいずれカビだらけです 風呂場は内鍵かけられるが他の人の利用を考えると出来ない　 悪意ある人がいたら怖いです　暗証番号とか対応検討して欲しい

Nice and beautiful modern hotel right in front of the Mont Yotei. The rooms are spacious, including the bathroom. The onsen is quite beautiful.

レースのカーテンがなく、外から見えそうなのが良くなかったです。

お部屋も綺麗でアメニティグッズも大満足。 羊蹄山を眺めながらゆったり過ごせる素敵なお部屋です（生憎のお天氣で一瞬しか見れませんでしたが） 大浴場が素敵なお湯で全身スベスベに🎶 朝食がまたとても美味しかったです。 静かにゆったりゴージャスな北海道の旅を満喫できました。 ニセコのシーズンオフもお勧めです。

The staff were outstanding. So helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The onsen was lovely, both indoor and outdoor (with privacy). The breakfast was a freshly made Japanese breakfast plus cereal, juice and salad options. We would have loved to stay longer. A short drive to restaurants as the hotel restaurant is closed at this time of year.

The only thing was that the temperature of the shower in our room could (and did) get suddenly very hot.

Miru Niseko was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very clean, the room was bigger than expexted, the onsen was quite nice and the view of Mount Yotei from our room was breathtaking. It's further out from the city area so it's very calm and quiet. There are nice restaurants around but mostly accessible by car.

ベランダの正面には羊蹄山がど~んとそびえ、裏の散策路からは水芭蕉が咲き乱れ、ニセコアンヌプリが見えるいいロケーションでした😊✨お部屋も清潔感ありGood!

大浴場もありゆったりできましたが、温泉でないのが残念でした。ただ、ニセコの地下水を汲み上げた水は柔らかく、翌朝いつもより髪がしっとりしていましたよ!

Our stay at Miru Niseko was absolutely fantastic and exceeded expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days on the slopes. One of the biggest highlights was how easy everything was without having a car. The hotel’s shuttle service was super convenient, with seamless drop-offs and pick-ups to the main gondola at Grand Hirafu. They also arranged a pre-scheduled pick-up from the train station, which made arrival completely stress-free. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Norito kindly gave us a lift when we accidentally missed the ski shuttle, which we really appreciated. Inka, Bella, and the rest of the front desk team were amazing—especially in helping us organise luggage couriering, which made our travel so much easier. The food was another standout. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety, and it changed day-to-day which kept things interesting. Dinner at the restaurant was also outstanding. Dylan gave us fantastic sake recommendations and great local dining suggestions that we really enjoyed. After skiing, the onsen was the perfect way to unwind, especially the outdoor bath. It was peaceful, not crowded, and a real highlight of our stay. The hotel also helped arrange our ski rentals through Rhythm Japan, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, Miru Niseko offers an incredible combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.

獨棟房間很大，裝潢很新，住起來很舒服，房間有兩間，其中一間是套房形式，二樓是客廳空間很大廚房也很新，落地窗風景很漂亮

有加購早餐，事前飯店有詢問是否有不吃的項目，有提出不吃豬，但早餐還是有豬肉，雖然只有一小盤，但會讓人覺得明明都提出了為什麼不能幫忙避免一下呢

昨年宿泊して、とても良かったのでリピートしました。館内は清潔で、スタッフの方がとても親切で良かったです。 食事に行く時は、ホテルのバスを利用しますが、そのバスも時間通りに動いていて、運転手の方も親切でした。

少し時期外れだったので、朝ごはんが、定食スタイル+バイキングの組み合わせでした。 定食の方の量が多くて食べ切れず、申し訳なく思いました。

Exceptional value for the cabins. Doubt there are any other comparisons in this price range in Niseko

Cabins are a little far away from main hotel building to use the public bath easily during winter

We stayed there 3 or 4 times already, like everything about it. Especially worth mentioning are the staff who are not only professional but also extremely considerate, with a huge shout-out to the shuttle drivers, who litereally went out of the way to accommodate our requests! And huge thanks to the staff who helped us solve all transportation issues!

Some transportation platforms still have the hotel listed under the old name “Nest at the trees” so not always easy to book a car.

The property was great. Rooms were awesome and roomy. Service and staff super helpful.

It was little away from the main ski area which some could view as a positive thing. There were regular shuttles as well as the city free bus that rolled though bit still required a little planning to get to and from the main commercial area and the ski slopes.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are small but have everything that was needed. Breakfast each morning was nice and convenient. The onsite onsen was a nice touch and something we used most days after snowboarding. I read a lot of reviews about people complaining that was difficult to get from the property to the ski resorts and I was concerned about this but it was so easy, Miru has shuttles running every 30 mins to 1 hour from 8am right up to 9pm, getting around turned out to be very easy.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, my partner and i ended up sleeping on spare blankets to try and add some softness. We woke up each morning sore and this was far from ideal spending full days snowboarding where the body already takes a beating. The Onsen while really nice wasn't hot enough, it was warm-ish but when you get in an onsen you expect it to be hot and really soothing for the body, unfortunately this isn't the case at Miru. There's another onsen in Lower Hirafu that i went to that has a really hot outdoor Onsen and that one was perfect. If Miru increased the temperature theirs would be perfect.

The environment is great, staffs are welcoming, the dinner is superb and beyond expectation. Would love to be back. Highly recommend.

Lodge 9 was amazing with so much space and large rooms. Amazing views of Mt. Yotei and Hirafu! The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful and accommodating to all of our demands. The onsen was great!

A little pricy but typical prices for mountain lodge prices!

Room was lovely and well-kept. The breakfast was delicious. We had a fantastic view of the mountain, that was the best!

Tried the onsen and could have enjoyed that more if bath towels were provided.

My JR train was cancelled on the day of checking in, great thanks to the staff who arranged the whiteliner bus so that I could actually check in on time and enjoy the slopes on the next day, really appreciate it.

WiFi was a little bit slow and the connection wasn’t that stable

Room and facilities are incredible: the photos do not do the rooms justice! The shuttles are incredibly easy and very frequent. Would highly recommend. Great breakfast, and lovely onsen.

The heater in the bedroom can be a little loud and has bright lights

No real public space, shuttle doesn’t run at very key times: 2:30-4, 7-8:30. Doesn’t make sense in a ski town not to run shuttles when people want to leave the slopes or go to dinner

The room we booked was comfortable for 2 of us, big space and the beds were comfy. The public bath was also really nice. Breakfast buffet was a good spread and delicious. Staff at the property were really friendly and welcoming. Location was great, hotel provided shuttles to and from Hirafu, which was very helpful given that it's a bit of a nightmare to drive there. Will stay here again

The staff is so nice and proactively help me to arrange pick up and drop off. Sent me the JR train timetable. Arranged driver to pick me up from station. Allow me to send the luggage before arrival. Hotel shuttle is so convenient. Japanese room is so cosy and clean. Very good value with such amazing services in Niseko Hirafu area.

The restaurant closes if there are no bookings for that day. Parking lot does not have a cleared path to the lobby so shoes get damp on powder days. Space although abundant was utilised rather oddly. (e.g. Table and chairs were loose pieces and placed right next to the heater occupying a good amount of space, and the areas next to the bed were just empty walls with no hooks so they were literally walking paths to the side of the bed. Also, one side of the bed had PowerPoints but the other side was occupied by the humidifier.) Anyway these are nitpickings and I'd still give this place a solid 9/10.

Great location between Hirafu and Niseko village with a convenient shuttle bus to the slopes. Rooms are very clean and cozy and large for Japanese standards. The Onsen is very nice as well and so is the breakfast. The chef in the grill in the evening is excellent.

The staff is very friendly yet a bit clueless. Questions like ‘when do the slopes open?’ or ‘how do I get to Annupuri?’ should not be that difficult to answer…

i come here every year this time the staff are japanese n respectful. before it was foreigners. breakfast is good as always kudos to the chef

no towel provided in the onsen. it was always like this since i started coming here years ago. u have to bing your room towel to use in the onsen its like a low end procedure for this hotel n really nice. a lot of guests complained about this in the onsen bec its very incovenient. ive been to many onsens in different hotels and this is the only hotel that practices this procedure. very lousy actually considering its not a cheap hotel

- A cozy place and spacious space in the room. - 5 mins drive to Hirafu base and 10 mins to Niseko Village/Annupuri.

-Breakfast could have more choices. -Too many luggages would be difficult if you are assigned a room on upper floor (with stairs access) -It would be awesome If the public bath could be the onsen

The room is clean and spacious enough for 4 people. Onsen is great! Breakfast is splendid too! Miru is helpful enough to arrange pick up and drop off from Hirafu Welcome Center.

Nothing in particular. Everything is good. Location is a bit further from the center but the regular in house and free public shuttle bus helps too.

My repeated stay in Niseko. Very comfortable, Feels homely. Everyone at the hotel are friendly and ready to help. Breakfast while largely sane everyday but something to complain about as it’s delicious. View is superb!

Excellent staff, convenient location and shuttle service, great breakfast, great restaurant Very Pleasant stay.

The room was so spacious and comfortable. We loved our stay at miru! The staff was also incredible, they were patient with us while we stressed over our luggage delivery delay due to the recent earthquake. Staff helped us track our luggage and kept us up to date on when it would arrive and was very helpful. Overall it was probably one of the best stays we had in japan.

Definitely reccomend having your own car to get around, if not youll have to wait for the shuttle. Other than that, nothing we didnt like about miru!

we liked everything about the property.

Breakfast was quite special, freshly prepared and restaurant quality, not buffet style. I was impressed! The room and beds were nice. I couldn't see Mount Yotei as much due to rain and fog, but my room would provide perfect views.

The onsen was a bit basic for how nice the hotel is.

Love the overall room layout, feel likes home. Spacious and cosy. The hotel has in-house onsen. Outside the hotel has mountain view. The hotel's restaurant that opened during the daytime, the burgers were super delicious.

Around the hotel was a bit too dark. It can be inconvenient for those who dont drive a car and aim to look for food at night

Location and hotel are wonderful and immaculate. My second stay and I think summer is not to be missed up here in the land of JaPow

I really hated the solitude of the immaculate, outdoor onsen. Shhh 🤫 don’t tell anyone to visit in the off season.
