Ki Niseko

The staff at Ki Niseko were friendly, helpful and enjoyed good conversation. The team in the bar and restaurant were particularly friendly. We loved the onsen and the room was big, comfortable and it had everything we needed. There was a cycling competition in Niseko when we stayed so we had to reserve all our restaurants. The food in An Dining was particularly good and great value for money. We hope to return in the snow one day. Thanks Ki Niseko!

I think a private onsen should be available to guests more than once on their stay. Apart from that everything was great

Su limpieza,la organización de la habitación y pensado cada detalle Tuve un percance el cual fue q perdí mi morral con todos los papeles en un tren y el hotel me ayudó a gestionar dicha pérdida ante la compañía del tren y pago por mí el importe del envío luego de haberla encontrado agradezco a mika su gestión por su gentileza así como el de todas las personas del hotel.

施設全体がキレイで清潔感があった。 お部屋も広くてキレイだった。 朝食も美味しく、スタッフの方々もみなさん感じが良かった。

部屋の床がギシギシうるさかった。 お風呂に脱いだ服を入れるカゴがあると良かった。 脱いだ服や着替えをトイレの上に置いたのだが抵抗があった。

羊蹄山ビューのホテルが初めてで美しい山に感動しました。札幌から一泊でと考えた時にあまり選択肢にニセコが思いつかなかったのですが、こんなに近く気軽に楽しめて、色々と体験しきれなかったので（カフェや気球など）またぜひお世話になりたいと感じました。お部屋も綺麗、朝食付でお安いプランでしたがとても美味しかったです。大浴場もいいお湯でした。駐車場はホテル前は早いもの勝ちで夕食で出かけ戻ると満車でした。なので少し離れた無料駐車場を案内して頂きましたが気になりませんでした。悪い所は思いつきません。快適な宿泊をありがとうございました。

お風呂がとても気持ちよかった。 朝食が美味しかった。 羊蹄ビューの部屋にしたが、とても羊蹄山が綺麗に見えた。部屋が綺麗で過ごしやすかった。

Excellence stay in Ki Neseko.. The room we booked 2 twin room was great.. Very clean and look very new. There is an private Onsen room can book for 40min per family.. It free to use for the share hotspring onsen.. Location is good.. Mountain cart and granola is very near. Is better to have a car where you can go futher. Recommended this restaurant Him Kee Niseko Hot Pot 謙記火鍋NISEKO (Him Kee Hot Pot). Very good but expensive.. Mountain Light is one of the attraction. Morning market is just accross the road.. Excellence seafood but we don't really eat so it a waste...

The washing machine is an added advantage but the dryer is not working.. we did use the washer/dry for whole night and it still not dry.. finally use the outside dryer..

大浴場の場所がフロント前を通らなくてはならず、チェックイン客と交差して風呂を行き来するのは好きじゃなかった。 朝食は席が隣と近すぎて話がしづらく、ほぼ黙食。他の方も同じようにほぼ黙って食べている人が多かった。席の通路もビュッフェ？の通路も狭く、人と交差しづらく、取りづらく…食事内容は良かったのに残念。

The rooms for our family of four were excellent. The beds were comfortable and the temperature could be regulated easily. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and the staff were kind and helpful. The onsen was great, too.

きれいで清掃が行き届いて、快適に過ごせました。朝ご飯のビュッフェも美味しかったです。 温泉もあり、とても良かったです。

部屋のお風呂を一切使わなかったせいか、滞在2-3日目からバスルームが少し臭いました。 ロケーションがギリギリドコモの圏内に入るか入らないかくらいで、部屋は圏外。廊下は圏内でした。

Fantastic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful view of Mt. Yotei. The onsen is very nice. The summer is a great time to visit. It's quiet compared to peak ski season and there's so much to do. We went mountain biking, rafting, hiking, and fishing. Perfect place to explore Niseko.

We booked for the Onsens and they were nice, real good, not too big, but had them about alone so spacious that way. breakfast was a very wide assortment and definitely a plus. We usually avoid hotel breakfasts but this was excellent. On the bed - the best pillows I have had in Japan,

a hilly walk to anything else, but i guess thats a norm for a place primarilry for skiers. We should have done the dinner at the hotel maybe.

Clean, courteous and accommodating staff. Buffet breakfast was superb! Onsens were great. excellent value in early June. When i stayed here in January, rooms cost 5 times as much!!

Dinner was marginal and overpriced. lots of nearby places closed because of time of year (early June). rooms were warm and air-conditioning was not an option. Basically lowest temperature we could get the room to was 24.5. Opening windows helped, but would have liked better temperature control

Exceptional hospitality! The staff were professional and excellent. Breakfast spread was amazing and quality of food was top notch. My family and I enjoyed the room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The private onsen was nice too! I loved the view of Mt Yotei from the restaurant An Dining but too bad clouds covered the peak while we were there

The laundry machines / dryers in the rooms and common spaces took a super long time to dry clothes. We ran two cycles and the clothes were still very wet. We had to hang dry them overnight.

Rooms had a wonderful view and were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful and the dinner was amazing !

Loved the family room and the well equipped kitchen, washer and was pleasantly surprised that it came with a dryer. We liked the friendly staff and we were even allowed early check in, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again if we ever visit Niseko again.

夏天來其實也不錯

Beautiful location with great views. Easy parking. Magnificent staff who are clearly well advised on how to serve clients. We had an excellent meal served by Rajan(?). Brilliant service. Lovely evening. Breakfast was excellent. Again beautiful service from several girls. Everyone was very friendly.

No food options other than a 10-15 minute walk down to the main road.

2泊３日でスノーボード目的で滞在しました。スタッフもとても感じが良く、清潔で、朝のビュッフェも最高でした。ロケーションもお風呂も最高でした。

お客さんもスタッフもほぼ外国の方で、ここまでか…という印象。仕方ないかもしれないですが、外国の方のお風呂でのマナーが悪いです。日本人としてはもう少ししっかりマナーの周知をしていただきたい。でもここはほぼ私たちが外国人だから仕方ないかもしれません笑

The best ski-in/ski-out we've ever experienced, excellent service, amazing location close hirafu village nightlife... we would love to stay here again.

Tiniest rooms. So narrow, couldn't even open luggage. The king size bed was actually two singles slotted together with singles mattresses and uncomfortable middle section. For almost $1000 per night this was a rort. Much better hotels out there. Honestly paying only for location. I would not consider staying here again at these rates.

This hotel is incredible - we stayed here for a night and had such a lovely experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I cannot fault it. The onsen was very relaxing and the food was fantastic - can’t wait to come back

That I couldn’t stay longer

Staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish - even before we arrived. Staff helped us book the airport bus transfer and also with arranging a super early taxi when we left. Location is great - ski in/ski out to Grand Gondola and the ski locker room staff went above and beyond to help shape a foam heel insert for my partner's snowboard which had a missing piece. Staff were also enthusiastic and friendly to share about their tips & tricks for local ski areas. The private onsen was extra clutch - we had no problem reserving it everyday.

Property was very close to the center of all the action in Hirafu especially the grand Hirafu ski resort.The buffet was solid and staff were also quite kind

For the price you pay you don’t get the value for money at all. I payed about 7000 SGD for about 4 nights only to get a room which is only one floor up with a wide window that everyone can look into leading to a lack of privacy. Furthermore some rooms and especially my room are situated right next to the elevator and the ski locker leading to there being constant noise and shouting especially since the walls/doors are hardly soundproof. So from early morning to night all I could hear was shouting and the loud conversations of the people working at the ski lockers. The dinner and lunch were also nothing impressive and rather disappointing.

All I can say is WOW. When I arrived, we were welcomed with smiling faces. Then they brought our luggages to the room while we were checking in. They also gave us welcome cookies, how nice! It wasn't just that - they were so helpful with all our little whims. For example, I brought bulky clothes because it's winter, so I had to vacuum seal all of them in a jumbo plastic bag. I called the front desk to ask for help, 1 minute later, they arrived with a vacuum and helped me seal it. Another special thing to note is their complimentary private onsen!!!! Waaah! It looked very nice. Unfortunately when I booked, I wasn't sick, but I caught colds, so I had to cancel. Their buffet breakfast is also great. A lot of their staff are on working holiday visas, so there's no language barrier here. They're all smiling faces everywhere. Made our stay so much easier and better. The room is SPECTACULAR. It's got a laundry and dryer in one. And if you have more stuff to wash, they have one at the end of the hallway too. Love it. I would come here again.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and has nice view. Also, the breakfast was exceptional and will visit again in future if have chance to come Niseko again.
