L’appartement était au Rez de chaussée et assez sonore. Nous entendions les conversations de la chambre voisine, dont les occupants étalent bruyants.

Staff were pleasant but unhelpful when asked for help booking a taxi, I felt a bit like a nuisance. The toilet is not fully separate from the room (like a cubicle door).

Appartement assez grand (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et moderne

Grand mais pas très agréable et surtout rien de luxueux. Plusieurs choses de cassées (papier toilette, carrelage et surtout le coffre fort qui ne sert à rien car pas fixé). Nous pensions qu’il y aurait une petite kitchenette mais seulement une cafetière avec café et thé à disposition et une bouilloire. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, le ménage était fait tous les jours, du café était remis mais les tasses n’étaient pas changées.

The location of the hotel was good. The city centre is in walking distance and there are many caffeterias and restaurants nearby. The road in fron of the hotel is big and with plenty of lights during he night. Close to Dikastiria square that is a famous square of Chania.

The hotel and its common areas look neglected and poorly maintained. All rooms face a large shared courtyard, with no private balconies or outdoor space. Most rooms have very limited natural ventilation, and the bathroom in our room was only partially separated from the bedroom by glass doors with a large opening above them. There was no proper bathroom ventilation either. As a result, the room was humid and stuffy, with drain flies, small flying insects coming from the air-conditioning unit, silverfish/firebrats crawling around, and mould in the shower. There were also basic maintenance issues: the bedside table had come loose from the wall and could not close properly, while one ceiling light was not working correctly. We reported these issues to reception. The response was that someone would look at the maintenance problems the following afternoon, while for the insects we were simply advised to buy a mosquito-repellent device ourselves. We were also told that no alternative room was available, despite seeing several apparently unoccupied rooms. The underground parking is another major issue. Only two of the four levels were operating, parking spaces were often occupied by permanent residents or by cars taking up two spaces, and finding a space at night was frequently difficult. The garage is also extremely dirty and poorly maintained, with rubbish, debris and old furniture scattered around. It is additionally used by outside visitors, making parking even more difficult for hotel guests. Housekeeping staff appeared to do their best, and the room was generally reasonably clean, although there were hairs in the shower and cobwebs behind the bed. The outdoor areas, however, were full of pigeon droppings and feathers, with little apparent effort to keep them clean. Overall, this was a disappointing stay and, in our opinion, the property does not live up to its advertised 4-star luxury status. We would not stay here again.

Η υπάλληλος στο check out ήταν ευγενέστατη, άκουσε με ενσυναίσθηση και σημείωσε τα περιστατικά που της περιγράψαμε ότι αντιμετωπίσαμε κατά τη διαμονή μας.

Το check-in δημιούργησε μια ΠΟΛΥ ΔΥΣΑΡΕΣΤΗ εμπειρία. Είχαμε ήδη προπληρώσει 873€ για 6 βράδια και μας ζητήθηκαν 15€ μετρητά ως εγγύηση για την κάρτα εισόδου στο parking. Εξηγήσαμε ευγενικά ότι δεν είχαμε μετρητά εκείνη τη στιγμή επάνω μας και ζητήσαμε να αφήσουμε πρώτα τις αποσκευές και να πάμε αμέσως μετά σε ΑΤΜ. Η απάντηση: «Λυπάμαι, έτσι είναι. Διαφορετικά δεν μπορώ να σας δώσω την κάρτα». Όταν επισημάναμε ότι έχουν ήδη σχεδόν 900€ και τα στοιχεία της κάρτας μας (κατά το check in ζητούν να συμπληρώσετε online φόρμα, στην οποία ζητούνται και τα στοιχεία της κάρτας σας), ακούσαμε: «Αν δεν τα δώσετε τώρα, αναγκαζόμαστε να τα βάλουμε εμείς από την τσέπη μας». Δεν αρνηθήκαμε ούτε την εγγύηση ούτε τη χρέωση. Ζητήσαμε απλώς λίγα λεπτά διευκόλυνσης. Η συμπεριφορά της υπαλλήλου ήταν τόσο ψυχρή και απρόσωπη που τη θεωρούμε μη αποδεκτή για reception, πόσο μάλλον σε ξενοδοχείο που αυτοχαρακτηρίζεται ως “Luxury”. Επίσης, ενημερωθήκαμε ότι το parking «προπληρώνεται για όλες τις ημέρες». Είπαμε ότι αυτό δεν αναφερόταν σαφώς στη Booking και ότι μπορεί κάποια ημέρα να μη θέλουμε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Απάντηση: «Έτσι είναι». Την τελευταία ημέρα, κατά το check out, μάθαμε από συνάδελφο της προαναφερθείσας υπαλλήλου ότι επιτρέπεται η ημερήσια χρέωση και ότι κανονικά θα έπρεπε να είχαμε χρεωθεί κατά το check in μόνο τα 10€ της πρώτης ημέρας, που είχαμε κάνει χρήση εκείνη τη στιγμή και οτιδήποτε άλλο, αργότερα. Άλλα αρνητικά: -Στο μπάνιο το καπάκι της τουαλέτας ήταν χαλαρό. Το αναφέραμε αμέσως μόλις μπήκαμε, αλλά 6 βράδια μετά παρέμενε ίδιο. -Ηχομόνωση ουσιαστικά ανύπαρκτη: ακούγαμε τα πάντα από τα άλλα δωμάτια. -Το δωμάτιο ήταν ισόγειο και αντί για παράθυρο, είχε τζαμαρία. Αν άνοιγες τις κουρτίνες έχανες την ιδιωτικότητά σου, επειδή βλέπει σε εξωτερικό χώρο όπου περνούν άλλοι άνθρωποι. Συνεπώς, θα πρέπει να διαλέξετε μεταξύ του να σας βλέπει ο οποιοσδήποτε περνάει απ το συγκρότημα ή να βρίσκεστε συνεχώς χωρίς φυσικό φως. -Δεν μπορείτε πουθενά να απλώσετε μαγιό/πετσέτες.

Το κατάλυμα βρισκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό.

Ideal location for our specific needs during our visit to Chania, clean outdoor and indoor spaces, comfortable and safe environment, well laid out room for our group of 4, close proximity to transport and food venues in the area of Dikastiria, helpful staff and willing to assist in any queries. Overall, a very pleasant experience and nice to be able to stay at a new and well maintained property away from more popular busy areas of town which are only a walk away for the same or less money.

Είναι γραφεία που έγιναν διαμερίσματα!!Είναι μόνο για 2 μέρες κ για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι!!σίγουρα δεν είναι για διακοπές κ ειδικά με παιδί!!!δεν είχε καν μπαλκόνι να απλώσεις τη πετσέτα σου έστω να στεγνώσει!!είχε ένα mini bar πολύ μικρό και ξυπνούσες νωρίς γιατί έμπαινε πολύ φως από τα στόρια!

Posizione eccellente, zona residenziale e tranquilla con bar e negozi a pochi passi per eventuale spesa e/o colazione esterna. Impagabile avere il parcheggio coperto. Con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si arriva sia al centro città che alla old town: vivave, piena di negozi, bar e divertimento. Ottima pulizia, gentilezza e disponibilità della reception aperta h 24. La palazzina è elegante, tranquilla ed in una posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi e/o uscire con la macchina. Aria condizionata individuale e autonoma, ripeto stanza molto pulita. Avere il parcheggio coperto e videosorvegliato sotto la palazzina dal quale accedi alle camere con ascensore interno è il valore aggiunto della residenza.

C'è solo una piccola finestra che praticamente non apri mai perchè tutta la stanza, io avevo una suite con salotto, è una grande vetrata e tutte le camere affacciano su una balconata di passaggio esterna alla residenza, pertanto devi sempre tenere le tende oscuranti chiuse e le luci accese (è anche vero che in camera ci si sta molto poco). Un piccolo neo è dover stendere teli mare e costumi su un corrimano della balconata esterna alla camera dove c'è il passaggio comune. Suggerisco inoltre di mettere uno specchio intero/alto (c'è solo uno specchio sul lavandino).

Great location and clean, modern, spacious apartment.

Hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My advice: do not stay here. Honestly, Hotels.com should reconsider having this property in its inventory. The problems started before we even arrived. The hotel arranged an airport pickup close to midnight, but the driver never showed up. We called the hotel twice. The receptionist promised to contact the driver and call us back but never did. After standing outside the airport for 45 minutes following an 8-hour journey, we finally took a taxi ourselves. We later discovered the hotel had given the driver the wrong name. Instead of apologizing when we arrived, the receptionist was cold, dismissive, and rude. The biggest issue was our room. Throughout the night there was a loud, repetitive noise that sounded like a siren. It was impossible to sleep. The first night we managed with noise-canceling headphones, but the second night the noise became even louder. I reported it at 10 p.m., and the receptionist said she would come to the room. She never showed. I had to go to reception three separate times, only to be told, "I don't know what it is, I can't fix it, and we're fully booked." Only after I contacted Hotels.com did a different room suddenly become available. The Wi-Fi was also unusable, forcing us to pay to work from an external office. On another occasion, when I asked the receptionist to book a taxi, she walked away to help another guest who had arrived after me, leaving me waiting another 10 minutes before finally returning. Mistakes happen. What made this stay unacceptable was the staff's complete inability - or unwillingness - to solve problems or show basic empathy. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

הניקיון. המיקום השקט והאפשרות למציאת חנייה קרובה. לא רחוק מהמקום יש מאפייה מצויינת, אכלנו בה כל בוקר. המארחות היו נחמדות ונתנו מענה לכל פנייה.

אהבנו הכל. בדירה שבחרנו לא היה מטבחון ומרפסת. הסתדרנו בלי. פשוט לא שמנו לב לכך בהזמנה.

Παρόλο που το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και το προσωπικό καθαριότητας έκανε πολύ καλή δουλειά καθημερινά, η συνολική εμπειρία μας επηρεάστηκε αρνητικά από ένα σοβαρό περιστατικό. Το Σάββατο στις 8:00 το πρωί ξυπνήσαμε από θόρυβο, καθώς πραγματοποιούνταν εργασίες στο ξενοδοχείο. Όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα στη ρεσεψιόν, μου απάντησαν ότι ήταν μετά τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας. Όμως, οι πελάτες ενός ξενοδοχείου βρίσκονται εκεί για να ξεκουραστούν και όχι επειδή τελείωσαν οι ώρες κοινής ησυχίας. Μάλιστα, η απάντηση που έλαβα ήταν: «Τώρα ξύπνησες, τι ζητάς;», κάτι που θεώρησα ιδιαίτερα αγενές και αντιεπαγγελματικό. Το πιο απογοητευτικό είναι ότι δεν υπήρξε καμία ενημέρωση εκ των προτέρων ότι θα γίνονταν εργασίες, ούτε κάποια εξήγηση ότι επρόκειτο για κάτι έκτακτο. Επιπλέον, ούτε κατά το check-out υπήρξε μια απλή συγγνώμη για την αναστάτωση. Οι επισκέπτες πληρώνουν για να απολαύσουν ήρεμες και ξεκούραστες διακοπές. Έχω μείνει σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία και δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει ξανά τέτοια συμπεριφορά. Ελπίζω η διοίκηση να κατανοήσει ότι οι εργασίες που προκαλούν έντονο θόρυβο θα πρέπει είτε να προγραμματίζονται με μεγαλύτερη προσοχή είτε να ενημερώνονται έγκαιρα οι πελάτες, ώστε να αποφεύγονται τέτοιες δυσάρεστες εμπειρίες.

i would say tbe only thing the complex is missing is a nice view from the balcony and a pool but other than that a great stay for holiday.

La amabilidad del personal, la amplitud del apartamento, lo perfectamente equipado que estaba. Por las noches el silencio era completo.

Posizione appena defilata dal caos del centro con possibilità di parcheggiare a pagamento. A giugno abbiamo trovato facilmente anche in strada. Avevamo appartamento al terzo piano molto bello con grande terrazzo e vetrate panoramiche dotato di confort, lavatrice, aria condizionata e ottimo materassi per dormire.

The place was immaculately clean. Location was great with supermarkets and cafes close by and not far to walk to the sea and harbour. Very peaceful area. The staff were super helpful also. I would happily recommend to friends and family and would stay there if I visit again.

I wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like, but maybe a small suggestion of maybe having some basics in the kitchen like, salt & pepper, olive oil and also one or two washing machine detergent capsules. Its just something I have always seen in luxury apartments I have rented for a few days before and it was much appreciated.

Really like this place. Great location and outstanding service. Rooms are clean and big, sheets are white and crispy, staff is friendly and very helpful. The local supermarket is 3 mins walk. Would highly recommend this hotel

In general, the hotel is in very good shape. There are only a few minor things to make it even better: keep an eye on the silicone sealant between tiles in the bathroom (1-2 places, it would be great to change it), take a look at the AC

Camera piano terra con le finestre che danno su un bancomat con un gran passaggio di persone. Non si può stare con le finestre aperte e non c’è una ventola per estrarre l umidità . Inoltre il rumore del tastierino del bancomat si sente nella camera

The 3-bedroom suite was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful in providing information and booking taxis when we needed them. The location was perfect for us with a pharmacy, bakery, coffee shops and numerous restaurants all within a 5-minute walk. The beach was less than a 10-minute walk and it took approx 15-minutes to stroll into the harbour and Old Town area. We had booked several excursions and were able to be picked up directly at the front of the accommodation or 2 buildings down. This was a very pleasant and effortless stay. Can’t wait to return!

L’emplacement très proche du centre

Manque une porte cloisonné pour les toilettes et une évacuation. La climatisation était bloquée donc impossible d’aérer car il y a pas de fenêtre.

Our junior suite was on ground floor, it was rather dark as curtains needed to be kept closed for privacy

Nous étions au 1er étage comme demandé et c'était très bien, au calme. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. La personne qui nous a accueilli parlait français et a eu la gentillesse de nous prêter un grand parapluie pour pouvoir ressortir sans être trop trempés pour aller déjeuner. Etant arrivés plus tôt nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la bagagerie de la résidence. Pour les petits déjeuners il y a une boulangerie derrière la résidence mais je vous conseille celle qui est dans l'avenue principale à 5 mn en montant à l'angle de la place. Vous pouvez même acheter des sandwichs ou autre pour un pique nique. Sur cette place vous pouvez aussi y trouver des taxis, si comme nous, vous ne louez pas de voiture. Le Trianon est à 20 mn à pied de la gare routière pour les bus et 15 mn du port et de la vieille ville. Nous avons beaucoup marché mais c'est notre choix!

Le seul inconvénient dans la chambre ce sont les lumières à côté du lit qui ne sont pas orientables pour lire. Et pour ceux qui aiment avoir une vue extérieure, ce n'est pas possible car les baie vitrée donnent sur la coursive. Personnellement cela ne nous a pas gêné parce que nous partions le matin et revenions le soir!

Fastidioso il fatto che la parte bagno dia sulla stanza: se uno si sveglia priam o deve andare in banùgno svegli l'altra persona, questo e' poco pratico. Il bagno deve sempre essere separato.

Πολυ καλή τοποθεσία!! Τα δωμάτια μεγάλα και άνετα!!

Οι τηλεοράσεις στα υπνοδωμάτια έδειχνανμόνο έναή δύοκανάλια. Ενημέρωσα την ρεσεψιόν αλλά επειδή η διαμονή μας ήταν Σαββατοκύριακο δεν υπήρχε τεχνικός για να τις φτιάξει.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy with no one caring to fix it for the duration of our stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is relatively close to the old town (about 15 minutes walk). There is an underground parking lot in the building, which can be used for an additional fee.

Ήταν καινούργιο, όμορφο κ μοντερνο, ανετο στρώμα κ μια χαρα κλινοσκεπασματα. Είχε ψυγειο καφετιερα, χωρο για βαλιτσες, ντουλάπα με φως.

Το δωμάτιο ήτανε στον ισόγειο . Ελεγε junior suite σαλόνι υπνοδωμάτιο αλλα πρακτικο ηταν ενας χωρος εισοδος και 2 σκαλακια το υπνοδωματιο ενιαίο. Είχε ένα μικρο παράθυρο που αναγκαστικά έμενε κλειστό. Φως μεσα απο μια τζαμαρια που αναγκαστικα οι χοντρές κουρτινες έμεναν κλειστες για λόγους privacy. Το δωμάτιο είχε υγρασία κ μυριζε κλεισουρα. Επιπλεον , παρόλο που δεν είχε ζέστη, υπηρχε θεμα αποχέτευσης με αποτέλεσμα μιας "τελειας" μυρωδιάς στη τουαλετα. Επιπλέον δεν ειχε υποδομή να στεγνωσεις ρουχα ή πετσετες. Ο χωρος προοριζόταν για γραφεία κ έγιναν δωμάτια. Μια προσπάθεια που όμως έχει πρακτικα θέματα...

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. It's very nice that there is a parking exactly under the hotel, so you can carry your luggage with the elevator directly to your room. For me with mobility issues was so nice 👍.

The only thing I didn't like was that the room had no windows other than the one looking at the external hotel corridor

L'accueil

Good size room and bathroom; the lady who greeted us at reception was very helpful/friendly, both in terms of checking in and offering ideas/suggestions. Location was very good, both in terms of proximity to the coast and towards old town.

Loved the staff. They help if need. only 15 min walk to the center of the study. We upgraded with 100 euros cus of the noise in our previous room, and got a much better room. Very spacious very clean.

Noise. It was soo loud and your good sleep really depends on your neighbours and the traffic. I had to eventually use earplugs. Our neighbour decided to party at 10 pm in the night, and we had to call to staff. The staff came and talked, and it got better. The bathroom also leaks water into the toilet (both are side by side). The cleaners clean everything great, but unfortunately they threw our spoons thinking its disposable (it doesn't feel flimpsy but rather good plastic travel spoons). But they replaced this with metal spoons.

We had an excellent suite for 4 people. Two rooms and one living room. Very clean, very good attention and the room had all the facilities that we needed on our short stay. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Chania.
