La vétusté et la taille de la chambre, la personne à l’accueil qui manquait de sourire et de courtoisie.

Perfekt für wenige Nächte allein oder zu zweit. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad für eine Nacht und waren vom großartigen Frühstück überrascht. Ausserdem ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, sehr einfache Abläufe und super nettes Personal.

Einziger kleiner Hinweis, dass die Badezimmertür mal gecheckt und repariert wird.

Bon emplacement, fonctionnel et propre. Dépanne, ne pas s’attendre à un grand confort. La literie était confortable.

Struttura in una posizione comoda e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia. Allo stesso tempo si trova su una delle strade principali per uscire dalla città e raggiungere la strada che attraversa l'isola. La stanza è ben attrezzata e comoda, con aria condizionata e frigo bar. Lo staff è gentile e la pulizia è perfetta. Sotto all'alloggio c'è un bar che offre colazioni con cibo salutare fatto da loro. Nei paraggi ci sono un supermercato, un tabacchi e diversi bar per la colazione.

Lo stabile è una vecchia palazzina ristrutturata e le stanze sono state adibite a camere complete di tutto, l'unico "difetto" è che non sono perfettamente isolate dal rumore esterno.

Tra gli aspetti positivi della struttura, sicuramente la posizione è uno dei punti di forza: è molto comoda e permette di trovare parcheggio con relativa facilità nelle immediate vicinanze. È molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di effettuare autonomamente sia il check-in sia il check-out, offrendo grande flessibilità e comodità. Positivo il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani, così come il buon funzionamento del Wi-Fi e dell’aria condizionata. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto il kit di benvenuto presente in camera, con shampoo e sapone per il corpo, un piccolo dettaglio ma sicuramente piacevole. Molto utile anche la presenza di un bar al piano inferiore, che permette di fare colazione o semplicemente prendere un caffè senza doversi spostare. Il personale del bar si è dimostrato inoltre molto disponibile e gentile. Particolarmente apprezzato il servizio di prestito degli ombrelloni da spiaggia, davvero comodo e utile durante il soggiorno. Infine, è molto comoda la vicinanza a un piccolo supermercato, che permette di acquistare facilmente ciò che può servire durante la permanenza.

La camera presenta diversi aspetti che, a mio avviso, necessitano di miglioramento. L’insonorizzazione è piuttosto scarsa e si sentono facilmente i rumori provenienti dalle altre camere. La serratura della porta presenta inoltre qualche problema di funzionamento. Abbiamo riscontrato anche la presenza di formiche alla base del lavandino, che si trova direttamente all’interno della stanza. Per quanto riguarda gli spazi e l’organizzazione della camera, manca completamente un armadio o delle mensole sufficientemente utili per riporre i vestiti. Sono presenti solamente una rella e un portavaligie, che risultano poco funzionali per un soggiorno di più giorni. Anche il frigorifero presenta un problema: dalla parte superiore tende a trasudare acqua. Il bagno è di dimensioni molto ridotte e la doccia non dispone né di un vetro né di una tenda, rendendo praticamente impossibile evitare di allagare il pavimento durante l’utilizzo. Inoltre, i vari rubinetti della doccia non sempre funzionano correttamente, rendendone l’utilizzo poco agevole. Infine, non è presente uno stendino privato. L’unica possibilità è utilizzare il balcone comune, dove vengono stesi i panni di tutti gli ospiti e che, oltre a essere poco pratico, non risulta particolarmente gradevole dal punto di vista estetico

Great value. Detailed check in info and responsive host, although they ONLY speak French. 3 minutes away from the tram stop that takes you to the center within 7 minutes. Convenient parking behind a barrier. Comfortable bed and sofa-bed. Has AC.

There was construction work above our head 10am-4pm. The bathroom could do with some better ventilation

La struttura esterna è davvero bella.

1) letti scomodi e senza lenzuola (c'era solo il copriletto). 2) lavandino di fianco ai letti separato dal resto del bagno. 3) insonorizzazione finestra praticamente inutile ( si sente qualsiasi cosa da fuori) e persiana fissa ( alle 6 del mattino la stanza è completamente illuminata). 4) nessun punto d'appoggio se non una mensolina in mezzo alla stanza, una sedia e una rella. Peccato perché con piccole accortezze potrebbe essere proprio una bella struttura, visti gli ampi spazi a disposizione.

Accogliente stanza appena fuori il centro storico raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti. Stanza pulita con aria condizionata e frigorifero. Bagno comodo all'interno dell'abitazione doppia. Staff allegro e disponibile. Parcheggio facile e gratuito sulla stessa strada. Un plus da non sottovalutare in città. Ambiente della hall carino e informale

Il check in è stato autonomo tramite una keybox. Ho scritto diversi messaggi chiedendo come poter fare per il check out visto che partivamo presto la mattina, nessuna risposta. Mi sono dovuto arrangiare riposizionando le chiavi nella keybox. Mai visto del personale. Il parcheggio è lungo strada, non privato ed è difficile da trovare

It’s well located, within 20 minutes walking you are in the center of Chania. The room was comfortable and there’s a coffee downstairs.

The bed was not so comfortable. You can’t hang any clothing, and there’s not a lot of space to put your things. The door from the toilet did not work properly. The tv remote had no batteries and I wrote a message on booking, but they never answered. I had to go downstairs to ask, but 2 days after we had gotten there. There’s a lot of light in the morning so you need an eye mask. I would not stay here again

Abbiamo dormito in questa struttura per quattro notti, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Struttura molto vicina al centro di Chania raggiungibile a piedi , zona molto tranquilla,molto bellino il terrazzino fuori e camera dotata di tutti i comfort. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. Pulizie effettuate ogni giorno con cambio asciugamani annesso e staff molto gentile e pronto sempre ad aiutare! Esperienza super positiva che consiglio vivamente!

Όμορφος άνετος περιποιημένος χώρος

Kleine maar onberispelijke kamer in een prachtig oud pand. Sfeervol ingericht. Prima voor 1 of 2 nachten en op een kwartier lopen van het centrum van Chania. Als je met de auto bent, kan je redelijk makkelijk en gratis parkeren in de buurt.

De kamers aan de voorkant zijn redelijk gehorig omdat ze aan een drukke doorgaande weg liggen.

Simple, clean and modern room 15 minutes walk from the center of Chania (in a less crowded area), really functional to reach the airport avoiding the city traffic. A/C was super efficient (useful in Crete) and bed was comfortable. Good solution for a short stay

It was a little noisy at night due to some people talking loudly on the shared balcony next to the room (door of the room is old fashioned and therefor not soundproof)

We booked a room with a double bed, but we were given a room with separate beds. But apart from that, everything was fine.

La posizione non è centralissima, ma sono solo 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Bello che ci siano due finestre, di cui una porta finestra, ma davanti a quest'ultima c'è un albero molto grande in cui ronzano sempre le api (che però non sono mai entrate in stanza). Peccato non ci sia uno stendino, anche piccolo, in cui stendere vestiti/costumi. C'è un frigorifero abbastanza grande e un supermercato vicinissimo in cui far la spesa per la colazione per esempio.

Il lavandino non è in bagno ma nella stanza. Cambiano gli asciugamani ogni due giorni ma c'è pochissimo spazio per stenderli e farli asciugare. Non c'è un armadio e c'è un solo mobile per appoggiare una valigia. Non c'era il lenzuolo ma solo una trapuntina.

Il y avait des travaux et les parties communes n’étaient pas accessibles. Aucune information la dessus au moment du booking. Personnel absolument absent et n’a fait aucun geste pour s’excuser de la mauvaise communication

O quarto é ótimo, porém, foi apresentado como um “hostel” e aluguei por isso. Não é um hostel. Os donos estão focados no seu novo empreendimento construído no andar de baixo dos quartos e não há uma recepção ou atendimento para apoio de eventuais necessidades. Fiquei muito decepcionada pq esperava o mínimo de uma dinâmica de hostel, especialmente pq conheço pessoas que já tinham se hospedado no local e me recomendaram pela relação custo benefício, porém não existem mais os cômodos de uso comum como cozinha e recepção e isso não é bem expresso na divulgação do booking. Em se tratando de um lugar que mudou o atendimento e proposta, mas não alterou seu nome, essas mudanças (para pior) deveriam ser bem divulgadas.

I got a room with twin beds instead of one big bed, even if my booking was for a room with one bed.

It's close to the main downtown area of Chania. The place has some parking nearby, and it was cute and comfortable for our first night there.

The second day, we discovered an entire colony of ants living inside the wall behind our bed. They were EVERYWHERE. They crawled inside my computer, and I had to disinfect it. They were on the bed. On the floor. In the bathroom. My partner and I spent upwards of an hour picking off the ants on the bed because we had nowhere else to go for the night. When I contacted the property manager, I was initially blown off, refused to be given a refund the night of the ants, and I have not heard from her since. DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE UPCOMING WEEKS THERE IS A HUGE ANT PROBLEM!!

Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής στο κατάλυμα. Ένα άνετο και πολύ ήσυχο δωμάτιο. Είναι ένας χώρος μερικώς ανακαινισμένος κάτι το οποίο δεν αποτελεί πρόβλημα. Μείναμε 4 μέρες και έμπαιναν να καθαρίσουν όλες τις μέρες, άφηναν και καθαρές πετσέτες. Ζήτησα πιστολάκι μαλλιών και το έφεραν μέσα σε ένα λεπτό. Άμεση ανταπόκριση σε όλα. Υπέροχο κατάλυμα.

La habitación es un poco pequeña para dos personas. Sin armario ni casi espacio libre donde moverse.

Στην κράτηση έλεγε διπλό κρεβάτι και είχαμε δύο μονά. Το μπάνιο δεν είχε νιπτήρα μέσα, ο οποίος βρισκόταν στον ίδιο χώρο με τα κρεβάτια οπότε ότι ήθελες να κάνεις στον νιπτήρα δεν είχες ιδιωτικότητα. Επίσης η πόρτα του δωματίου ήταν παλιά ξύλινη όπως αυτές που έχουν σε δημόσια παλιά κτήρια υπηρεσιών και τα τζάμια της ήταν καλυμμένα με μαύρο πλαστικό, κουνιόταν ολόκληρη και αν και κλειδωμένη είχε κενό σημείο που έβλεπες απ' έξω άρα μπορούσες να δεις και μέσα. Μέτριο πολύ. Και επίσης κάποιοι από τους ενοίκους δεν ήξεραν να κάνουν ησυχία στις 4.30 5 το πρωί που επέστρεψαν από τις εξόδους τους.

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber

Leider fast 2 km bis in die Altstadt, Hotel wird bei booking auf der Karte missverständlich (zentraler) angezeigt. Es gibt 2 Kumba Hotels und auf der Karte wird das andere (zentrale) angezeigt. War bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer für eine. Kaffee. Die ersten Frühstückscafes liegen 1,2 km entfernt.

L'endroit est bien situé pour visiter et proche de toutes commodités. Les chambres sont joliment rénovées.

L'établissement était en rénovation donc aucun service accessible (cuisine, espaces communs, jardin...). J'aurais aimé le savoir... Pour l'hébergement le plus cher de notre séjour en Crète en famille, le rapport qualité/prix n'y était pas du tout, en tout cas à ce moment là.

rezerwując _hostel_ oczekiwałem, że będzie możliwość skorzystania z kuchni (wolę gotować sam - jestem alergikiem) - nic z tego - po prostu pokój z zewnętrzną skrzyneczką na klucze, kontakt z obsługa telefonicznie - typowy wynajem krótkoterminowy. W pokoju przydałaby się przynajmniej jedna szafka na na rzeczy.

Le confort des lits et la propreté

Les chambres sur rue sont bruyante et il n y a pas de rideaux occultant. Cependant j ai pu changer de chambre à l arrière de la maison. Silencieux et avec occultant. Il manque un verre ou un gobelet dans les chambres. Ce serait bienvenu.

We Booked the private double bedroom! It was very clean, tidy and stylish! We went on our vacation on April! For couples, it's best to visit hostels in the safest months like this one! We felt warm and comfortable! Thank you so much for this experience!

Ich hab niemanden von Personal gesehen, musste aber auch um 6:00 Uhr raus zum Crete Marathon 😎
