The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Subway stations are close and Tokyo station is also not far away. The hotel has an elevator which is very convenient if you have heavy luggage. There's also a nice rooftop to relax.

J’ai trouvé la chambre peu confortable : je sentais les ressorts du matelas, il y faisait froid et la couette était petite. J’avais le lit du haut, comme les rideaux ne montent pas jusqu’au plafond, la lumière arrive par le dessus, pas de noir possible. Enfin malheureusement mon lit était aussi à côté de la soufflerie, c’était bruyant.

El alojamiento esta bastante bien en general por el precio que pagamos, hay bastante espacio dentro de lo que se puede obtener en la ciudad, el problema es que hay mucho polvo, al menos en nuestra habitación, tuvimos que limpiar un poco, la habitación es modo industrial, es decir las paredes no estan pintadas, solo una. Pero de resto estaba todo bien, tiene aire acondicionado, sabanas y toallas (que te proporcionan gratis) muy limpias, los baños estaban tambien limpios, tanto lo wc como las duchas. No tuve que hacer cola para ducharme ni para usar el WC. Hay ascensor, ya que hay que subir plantas y las escaleras que son pequeñas. No hubo nada de ruido.

El polvo que habia en la habitación, tanto en muebles como en el suelo con bastante pelusas.

Hostel tem uma boa localização, está em um bairro não tão movimentado, o que dá para equilibrar bem depois de um dia de andar muito e com alguma confusão. O staff muito simpático e prestável. Cozinha funciona bem para o necessário. WCs limpos e o espaço do chuveiro bom.

o hostel precisa de ligeiros ajustes/obras nos quartos, no meu caso, por ex no quarto o cortinado da cama estava em más condições; algumas paredes a descascar-se no edificio; alguns ajustes para terem mais área comum.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Curtains on the bunks for privacy. The room light stays on all day until 10pm. If you are in the top bunk it can be irritating.

I didn't like the main room light on all day. You can't turn it off. If you are in the top bunk it is annoying.

Friendly staff, good location, there’s a happy/social hour with free drinks (I didn’t partake but seems to be one of the more friendly hostels in Tokyo for sure), there’s a locker in the room that can fit a large backpack, there’s a co-working floor, and there’s an elevator.

booking.com doesn’t specify the number of beds per room and photos make it look like it’s 6 - it’s actually 10 or 12. It’s quite packed into one room, with minimal space to walk through and felt super cramped. I’ve found when it’s more than 6-8, people really start pushing it in terms of being respectful about noise. While the hostel notes quiet hours are from 9pm to 10am, I was woken up consistently from 11pm to 7am between people coming in late and slamming lockers, dropping their luggage and ruffling through, slamming the door, talking on the phone, and multiple alarms first thing in the morning. I unfortunately was not able to sleep for more than 2-3 hours in a row without being woken up. I recognize that the noise is not on the hostel - sometimes you just get a bad batch of guests. The bathrooms are quite dirty and could require more consistent cleaning throughout the day.

Bathroom wash basins can ge cleaner. The toilets and showers were on the 2nd floor. Dorm was on the 4th. So quite inconclusive. Under the bed was full of dust. Lost my cream under the bed. Building itself was a bit run down.

The energy is great! Staff are super nice and folks were social and kind :-)

The rooms can be a little cramped luggage wise if lots of people are checked in at once

The bunks were very dark and quiet at night which provided for a great night sleep - I even extended my stay for that very reason.

I'm not sure how frequently or well some of the areas are cleaned.

Me gustó porque era bastante céntrico, también que tiene una terraza para colgar la ropa para algunos viajeros como yo que lavamos calcetines y ropa interior todos los días. También que tiene tocador con varias secador de cabello un una plancha de cabello.

La cama donde dormí tenía ácaros, me hospedé 4 noches y no dormí desde la segunda noche y el segundo día estaba ya muy cansada aún así no pude dormir porque sentía cosas caminando por mi cuerpo todas las madrugadas ( tuve que lavar toda la ropa de mi maleta y comprar spray para ácaros).adicional que me tocó con una señora que tenía un olor muy malo, el cuarto estaba prendido eso hasta que me fui.

Estaba sucio y descuidado. Había polvo del siglo pasado…además tuve la mala suerte de que la litera de arriba chirriaba la madera cada vez que la persona se movía, era bastante ruidoso. Piso 5 habitación A cama 502.

Il Pos non funzionava, nonostante avessi diverse carte tutte funzionanti ed altri metodi di pagamento on line.. Lo staff alle 6 am non era disponibile a riprovare il pagamento diversamente a quanto comunicatomi.

Close to trains. Happy hour free drinks brought people together for socialising. Comfy but small lounge. Rooftop available but didn't go there. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Bedrooms not carpeted so it was noisy. Facilities a bit tired but everything works.

Great location close to many subway stations and train stations. The staff is super nice. Clean, but maybe not so clean compared to Japanese standards (this was the only hostel where I was not asked to take off my shoes). Overall, I would say it's a very good choice for a place to stay at when in Tokyo

The only thing I really did not like: I was on the top bunk and there was the ventilation shaft right above my head blasting air. I am not sure who designed this, but no, not nice

Ik had heel erg last van luide kamergenoten die schijt hadden als ik er wat van zei en het hostel heeft mij toen heel lief op een nieuwe kamer geplaatst waarna ik 2 hele rustige en fijne nachten heb gehad! De badkamers vond ik ook heel fijn en alles was goed geregeld!

room so clean and there are so many convenient items that can be use such as Hair dryer and tissue. but the best thing is the social atmosphere here is pretty nice. I have met many interesting good friends. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Tokyo

There's nothing bad

I was in the private room and the bed was super comfy and it was nice and spacious. Easy access to plenty of 7elevens and train lines to the big tourist destinations. The staff were all super friendly and helpful as well

Nothing, everything was amazing!

Staff reacted to complaints, but complaints were obvious things that shouldn't even be complained about. I regret not changing the room earlier, i did that only for the last night and room on the 2nd floor was overall in much better condition.

Beds made sounds, springs were poking my ribs, 3 nights of 4 stayed there, and i couldn't get the sleep. The room was super smelly because everybody was allowed to bring the shoes in, which is uncommon in Japan. The lounge area was always crowded, but I'm not sure if there were the guests or random people, if you need a space to quietly work, that wont be possible there. Overall this hostel needs a big upgrade and much better management. Location also was in the middle of salary man area in the city. Do not recommend this place and it was the worst stay during my trip in Japan.

The finish of tge hostel not complete such as the ceiling of dorm rooms doesn't have a completed celinh, exposing the the wires, etc. Not a polished finish of walls, and floors. A bit more update to spruce up the facilities will go a long way.

I hit my knees on the bed frame several times. If you're on the top bunk, the bed shakes a bit much when you climb up on it

Location is near subway and in a quiet neighborhood. Staff is helpful. With a small spot on rooftop floor to hang clothes(no roof)

If you are a light sleeper, avoid this hostel, reasons as below: Lockers inside the room so you can hear the noise of people arranging their luggage. Bunk beds are wooden and not fixed tightly, hence even a slight movement would make loud noise. Lights inside the room is out after 9pm, I guess they hope people would make people quiet, but the thing is people would arrange their stuff inside the bed where there is light and due to the wooden bed cracks in every movement, it's is really annoying during midnight or early morning. The curtains of the bed also make loud sound.

A hostel in a great location in Chuo. It's close to several subway lines and within walking distance of Ginza. The staff are young and welcoming. It was great for my first time in Tokyo

Small but social hostel, the staff are fun and there is happy hour every day. The location is quiet but still very central.

The bunkbeds are quite creaky

お部屋はシンプルだけど、思っていたより広かった。 バスタオルが無料で、館内用のサンダルあり。 ベッド近くにロッカーがあり、出し入れが楽だった。 部屋にはスペースがあるので、ベッド近くにスーツケースを置くことが出来る。

日本在住の日本人でもチェックインの際に、パスポートか免許証が必要だった。事前に知らせて欲しかった。 歯ブラシ、館内着はないので、持参する必要があります。

Friendly staff

The dherrs and bed comfortable. Common room inviting. Free alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink between 7 to 8 pm. Free storage of luggage if you are returning to stay at the hostel.

Showers are only on the 2nd floor. Ceiling of form rooms not finished with dry wall. Just adding dry wall would make the hostel look so much better.

J’étais dans le dortoir femme et c’était parfait ! Confort calme et propre ! Le quartier et cool car c’est un quartier calme, ça permet de se reposer un peu de l’effervescence de la foule qu’il peu y avoir à Tokyo et le café d’en face es très bon ! Je recommande cet hostel même en étant jet lag Merci beaucoup 🙏🏼
