The staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel is easy to find and it's not too far from the train station. The room is small but as a solo traveler it didn't feel cramped. The A/C worked very well. I liked the variety of amenities and free ice cream in the lobby. When I checked out, the staff helped me call a taxi and carried my luggage up the stairs. I was very grateful for the help!

The bed is extremely firm, even compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. This might be something to consider if you're used to softer mattresses.

这家酒店应该比较旧了，但整体维护还是不错的。好的方面，价格很优秀，一万一日元左右一晚，可以睡两人。床是标准1.5米宽，室内空间还不算小，托运大箱子可以平放打开，床底有空间可以把箱子推进去不占地面空间。枕头有两种，软的羽毛枕和硬的乳胶枕，乳胶枕偏矮可以垫衣服或毛巾。 洗浴用品比较普通，但一楼大堂有很多品牌的洗发水护发素，可以自取。同时还有各种浴盐、护肤品、袋泡茶咖啡等，面膜也有，但可能先到先得，拿完就没了。房间空调也是少有的不管室外温度多少，室内你调多少度它就能到多少度，第一次在日本酒店不会因为配的被子太厚，空调不够冷而拆被芯盖被套，调到20度盖被子刚刚好。 窗户隔音没问题，但也是共通的情况门不太隔音，走廊有人走动就会听得到。wifi很稳定，房间内任何空间都正常使用。距离地铁人形町站也就是三四百米？A6出口有电梯上地面。从地铁站走回酒店路上有lawson、7-11，回酒店前买点水、零食什么的很方便，对面还有一家类似松屋的简餐店。

不好的地方：比较影响我的有两点，一个是我入住的805房有非常严重的油烟味，简直就像楼下烧鸟店的排烟管插到房间里了。朋友住的804房则一点问题都没有。另一个是旧酒店通病，厕所洗澡区整体抬高非常高，我这种腿脚不太方便的人每次出入都很不便利。别的小问题，从马路进酒店大堂，要往下走十来级台阶，没有电梯没有斜坡；电梯空间很小，没有行李箱的情况下四个成年人进去就满了，有两台电梯，可能我们入住时不是旺季，暂时没有等电梯的问题；风筒功率比较小，短发都要吹比较长时间。

Great location, right next to a metro station, restaurants and there’s even a gym across the street that allows single and multiple-entry passes. Asakusa is a hop, skip and a jump away. Comfortable bed and delicious Japanese-style breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The single room I booked was not very spacious.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Justo debajo hay un restaurante muy bueno de una conocida cadena japonesa de pinchos, ramen y pollo frito. Está muy cerca de la estación. Pudimos enviar las maletas desde este hotel a nuestro segundo destino. Las habitaciones comunicadas son una excelente opción para una familia de 2+2, sobre todo si viajas con adolescentes, ya que el segundo baño es muy útil. El hotel tiene bastante amenities de cuidado de la piel de buena calidad. Recepcionistas muy simpáticos y conbinis en la esquina. No se puede pedir más.

Las puertas no se quedaban abiertas entre las dos habitaciones comunicadas, así que tuvimos que poner las maletas en medio para no tener que abrir las puertas constantemente, ya que se cerraban automáticamente y poder aprovechar el pasillo entre las dos habitaciones. Sería conveniente poder dejar las puertas abiertas.

La limpieza del hotel y la facilidad para llegar a él. Está muy bien comunicado y en los alrededores hay mucha oferta para comprar o comer.

La habitación es muy pequeña para 3 personas con sus maletas, pero ya lo sabíamos. En Tokio es así todo. El desayuno está muy bien, pero solo hay 3 opciones a elegir, por lo que si estás varios días se hace un poco monótono.

The hotel was super close to the station, and there were two convenience stores very close as well. The room was comfortable, and the aircon cooled the room quickly.

Near the train stations. There are 7/11 stores nearby left side and on the right if you need anything. Receptionists are very helpful and polite.

The bed mattress very firm and made my back hurt when laying for few hours. Small room so there's no space for the luggage to fully open. The bed and wall just a meter or less distance.

Personal muy amable ( nos subieron las maletas llenas pesaban 23 kilos por las escaleras de la entrada), cómodo, limpio, y bien ubicado.

La habitación es pequeña ( como todas en Tokio) y solo pudimos usar la lavandería una noche de 10 porque solo hay dos lavadoras y el hotel aloja mucha gente, pero por lo general muy bien.

It can be described as a bit small but everything was advertised exactly to how it was. It was fine for us!

아침 식사는 하지 않았지만, 같은 숙소에 투숙했던 다른 손님들이 만족해 하는 모습을 볼 수 있었다. 양식 스타일의 조식과 장어 덮밥과 같은 일본식 중 선택해서 먹을 수 있다. 1층에서 칫솔 치약을 제외한 모든 어메니티를 가져다 사용할 수 있고, 자정 전에 숙소에 도착하면 캔디바 아이스크림을 먹을 수 있다. 근처에 편의점도 많고, 같은 건물에 토리키조쿠가 있어서 꼭 이용하고 싶다고 생각했지만 늦은 귀가로 이용할 수 없었다. 맞은편의 나카우 라는 식당이 늦게까지 영업하는데 음식이 괜찮았다.

딱히 아쉬웠던 점은 없습니다.

Very professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast was included in the price for my first stay. Very convenient for the metro. Close to Haneda airport. Lots of items available in the lobby if you've forgotten or run out.

The room was a little small (but expected for city) and I wasn't able to screencast from my phone. It was a shame my second stay didn't include breakfast even though the rate was around the same.

L’emplacement, à quelques pas d’une entrée du métro, nous a permis de circuler facilement. Il y avait aussi pas mal d’options de restauration dans le secteur (idéal pour l’arrivée en jetlag depuis le vieux continent). Le personnel a été très serviable et nous a bien assisté notamment en facilitant le transfert de bagages.

Les chambres étaient minuscules mais nous le savions. Pour autant une valise hors format ne rentre pas dans l’espace sous le lit. Il faut y penser en amont.

aslında lokasyon tokyo istasyonuna yakın, ayrıca yakın çevrede metro hatları da var ancak benim çözmem biraz zaman aldı. Tokyo'da çok fazla vaktimde olmadığı için bir yerden bir yere gitmek biraz zaman aldı. Kahvaltıda farklı opsiyonlar olması iyi ama pek tatmin etmedi ama yine de okay.

La posizione è strategica, a 200 metri dalla fermata Ningyocho, da dove con la Asakusa line si raggiunge Haneda in mezz’ora senza cambi. Nel raggio di 600 metri ci sono almeno un altro paio di stazioni di metropolitana ed in 15’ circa a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione centrale. Il personale, sempre presente alla reception, è stato estremamente cortese: abbiamo soggiornato una prima volta, e pur essendo in anticipo di più di 2 ore per il check-in, ci hanno subito dato la camera, cosa molto apprezzata soprattutto dopo un lungo viaggio. Hanno custodito gratuitamente uno dei nostri bagagli in attesa del secondo soggiorno. La camera è indubbiamente minuscola(si riesce ad aprire una valigia alla volta per terra), ma ben organizzata ed il letto comodissimo. Climatizzazione efficace (non si possono aprire le finestre). Ampia scelta di prodotti per la cura della persona disponibili alla reception, dove si trova anche un piccolo freezer con i gelatini di benvenuto. La colazione, laddove non già prevista, è acquistabile al costo di 1500 yen a persona, si consuma nell’adiacente ristorante e prevede tre scelte esclusivamente salate e bevande senza limiti.

This hotel is a great find. The location is absolutely perfect - there are many subway stations close by to get to different parts of Tokyo. I frequently walked to Tokyo Station/Ginza area and there are many eateries and cafes in the local area. The room was small but comfortable - everything you need to sleep well at night in Tokyo. The bathroom is well equipped, clean and you can grab extra essentials from the reception. I can't wait to visit Tokyo again and I will choose to stay here.

I enjoyed the location and I arrived earlier than at 3 pm and it wasn't big deal I received the room immediately at 1 pm I think. I appreciated that with many languages no problem. I truly enjoyed the additional free samples and small packages of the cosmetics or tea etc. that's so lovely. The room was small but the short term it's ok. The breakfast was included and so delicious. Truly Japan is in my heart. Thank u ❤️

Bien correspondant aux photos et aux attentes. Beaucoup d'échantillons au niveau du lobby (brosse à cheveux, dentifrice, brosse à dents, bain de bouche, thés, café, lotion, etc...) Chambre bien équipée pour ce niveau de prix raisonnable. Tout a proximité, métro, combinis, daiso, et la gare de Tokyo à 20 min de marche.

Tout est très petit, peu d'espace pour les bagages, et pour circuler.

離人形町站不遠，附近有幾間超商，櫃臺人員親切，房間安靜。

飯店看起來像是在一棟稍舊的華廈裡，櫃台在B1，要步行下幾個階梯，一旁有小輸送道幫忙運載行李，但有限定上行、下行的時段（早上是往上、下午是往下），所以如果早上來寄放行李要自己扛下去B1。 這次選擇連通房位於2樓但感覺還是像住在地下室或無窗房，房間冷氣裡面似乎有灰塵，其中一個較小的房間冷氣會對著床頭吹，讓我們有點困擾。

This hotel was very close to the train station, 7/11, 5 mins from supermarket. They offer luggage hotel transfer so we were able to send our bags to Kyoto. They offer lots of amenities and breakfast aswell. Staff despite with limited English language were all very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely be back!

The bathroom space is abit small. But we did our research and expected the rooms to be smaller.
