Das "Stadtbild" rundherum ist für viel sicher gewöhnungsbedürftig, für manche bedrohlich; aber nach 150 m Richtung Bahnhof ist die heile Welt wieder erreicht. Die Küche ist schön und neu, aber die Ausstattung leider erbärmlich: drei Gläser, drei Tassen, drei Gabeln, drei Messer, keine Kaffeemaschine

Posizione perfetta se si vuole girare il Belgio, pochissimi minuti e si è subito in stazione. La persona che ci ha accolto è stata disponibile e gentile.

Abbiamo avuto l'appartamento al settimo piano, che oltre a una vista bellissima sulla cupola della stazione, era davvero messo male. Spazi abbastanza ampi per tre quattro persone, ma ci sono delle cose infrastrutturali che vanno sistemate. Il bagno ha un odore di fogna fortissimo, e inoltre l'acqua della doccia non scorreva creando di conseguenza un piccolo laghetto. Quando si usava il lavandino della cucina per lavare le stoviglie l'acqua veniva fuori dalla doccia, ovviamente sporca.... Quello che abbiamo pagato è inammissibile per un appartamento così. Inoltre abbiamo beccato dei giorni di grande caldo, l'appartamento era letteralmente un forno e due piccoli vecchi ventilatori hanno aiutato ben poco. Letto vecchi e cuscini inutili.

Bedroom 2 had no window. Also main light not wired up. One dinning room chair broken. Asked for replacement which was addressed. Would be good to have more than one coat hanger per person as storage limited. As apartment is for 4 people an additional comfortable chair is required. Instructions for microwave/oven would be useful.

The flat is very spacious and ideal for a family of four. It’s also very close to Antwerp station and the area with bars and restaurants, should you not fancy cooking. What’s more, the tourist and shopping areas are also very close by.

Overall, everything was great and the host was very helpful too. Perhaps the only downside – though it’s not really down to the flat – was the noise at night, but that’s not their fault. It would be a good idea to replace the pillows on the beds.

Das Apartment liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und sehr Zentral. Alles ist daher sehr gut zu erreichen, ob per Fuß, Zug, Metro oder S-Bahn.

Das Apartment lag zur Straßenseite und daher in der Nacht auch sehr laut. Die Straßenbahn fährt auch die ganze Nacht und gegenüber vom Apartment eine Lokalität welche nachts geöffnet hat. Wer empfindlich ist, sollte nachfragen ob es Apartment nicht zur Straßenseite gibt. Hat uns trotzdem nicht gestört, da wir durch unsere Aktivitäten einen guten Schlaf hatten. Die Ausstattung ist mittlerer Standard, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Großzügiges Bad, Betten weich und mal richtig schöne Kopfkissen. Links neben dem Eingang eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit des täglichen Bedarfs mit Fleischereiabteilung.

El portal, el ruido x las noches( ruido metálico como de obra a las 12 de la noche y las 3 de la mañana, y las 8 de la mañana, llamada a la 10 de la mañana de un policía a la puerta)las vistas de las habitaciones,( mobiliario a medio renovar) camas incómodas, no había una sartén decente , el olor del portal, la TV no tenía señal, solo valía para ver en internet

Very nice and spacious property. It felt like a home rather than a cramped hotel room. Having a kitchen helped especially travelling with a child. Since we were tourists the ability to go on day trips was remarkably easy. Also going to the supermarket or the many food options nearby was very convenient.

Outdoors can get a bit noisy late night as it is close to the train station. There were a fair number of people outside the window until early morning. Despite that though we were able to get rest as the rooms were tucked away from the noise.

El apartamento es grande, está renovado y cuenta con menaje para cocinar. Está a menos de 5 minutos andando de la estación central y te dan toallas. Tiene una tv grande con todo tipo de canales y streaming. La dueña respondía rápido a los mensajes

Una de las habitaciones estaba infestada de chinches en la cama, lo descubrimos la primera noche y mi amigas ya tenían picaduras. Aunque avisamos a booking y al dueño, hasta el día siguiente la dueña no pudo darnos otro apartamento. Esa noche no pudimos dormir y estuvimos intranquilos el resto de la estancia por si salían más bichos. Además las ventanas no aislaban bien por lo que era ruidoso y una de las duchas no drenaba bien el agua, el baño se inundaba.

Evde mutfak ve banyo malzemeleri yeterli değildi. El sabunu ve şampuan yoktu. Ev sahibine sorduğumuzda temin etmediklerini söyledi. Uygulama üzerinden birkaç sorumuz oldu ama dönüş olmadı. Telefonla arayıp sorduk. Dairede klima yok, sadece bir tane vantilatör vardı.

Orribile, bagni rotti con perdite d'acqua ed uno tappato, non c'era Climatizzatore con 39 gradi, il frigo non funzionava e dalle 3 del mattino c'era musica e gente che cantava in evidente stato di alterazione o di alcool o di altro ed era tutto il vicinato così, ho lasciato la stanza al primo giorno, nonostante ne avessi 3 pagati, non ci avrei passato nemmeno un altro minuto li, ho chiesto di riavere ALMENO 100 euro e mi è stato negato, una vera MERDA, da evitare come la peste, letto scomodissimo

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place at all, because this was the worst booking.com experience of my life. Communication before arrival was poor. I asked in advance how check-in would work and did not receive clear information. The biggest issue was the older male host/staff member who handled my arrival. When I politely asked why communication had been unclear and why expectations had not been managed better, he immediately became rude and dismissive instead of helping. He told me that if I did not like something, I could simply not stay and made an unnecessary comment suggesting that I had never used Booking before. The interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. What made this even more disappointing was that after I contacted Booking to report the incident, the host denied his behavior and claimed that I had been rude instead and that i lied about everything. In such case I asked Booking to request the security camera footage from him, but as far as I understand, he never provided it. Later, another staff member - a woman, was kind, understanding, and moved me to a better apartment, which I appreciated. However, one positive interaction did not undo the original experience. I also did not feel fully safe during the stay, including finding some homeless person sleeping in the stairwell near my apartment floor. Overall, the apartment was acceptable, but poor communication and the rude attitude of the older male host significantly affected my stay.

In een tijd dat er historische warmterecords worden gescoord is het belachelijk dat vast gehouden wordt aan “annuleringsvoorwaarden”. Zonder airco zouden wij verwachten dat je in gesprek gaat over verplaatsen van de boeking of gedeeltelijke vergoeding ipv halsstarrige houding.

Très grand appartement avec 2 chambres et un très grand salon donnant sur une cuisine équipée. Très propre.

Situé en centre ville, très proche de la gare. Ne surtout pas avoir besoin d ouvrir les fenêtres car rue, environnement très bruyant.

A very comfortable, spacious flat (there were two of us). A spacious, clean bathroom. The distance from the railway station was important to us (we had a very early morning train), so the location was ideal (despite the building being so close to the station, we felt completely safe there).

The only problem was that the bedroom wall facing the lift isn’t soundproofed (the lift is quite noisy and at night it felt as though it was running right inside the room) – as it happened, one night the lift was being used quite frequently.

Fijne locatie nabij Antwerpen Centraal. Appartement was schoon en ruim, ontvangst was vriendelijk.

Buurt is niet fijn zeker niet als je met 2 dames bent. ‘s avonds staan er vaak mannen in het portiek waar je naar binnen moet. Bedden zijn vrij klein en hard, koffie faciliteit ontbrak (alleen waterkoker was er), pannen zijn oud en kookplaat slecht. Appartement is gehorig zowel in het pand als de drukke straat aan de voorkant. Zelfs met de ramen dicht.

Ideal location and a great option if you need the Central Station and buses like Flibco, etc. The station is right around the corner, less than 5 minutes away. Around the corner is an excellent local supermarket. The city center is a 10-minute walk. But the station area itself is multicultural and noisy. The apartment was exactly the one in the photo (I understand there are many of them there, owned by the same owners). The room faced the courtyard (no view), but it was quiet.The amenities were as described. Yes, the apartment itself was old and the furniture was very basic, but the most important elements - toilet, shower and plumbing, mini-kitchen with kettle and microwave - had been recently renovated - everything was good. The room had a bed with a good mattress, a large TV, and a sofa opposite. elevator. Good water pressure and always hot water. Easy check-in and check-out. Thanks Rev!

If you're looking for a beautiful room with large windows, nice furniture, and a long-term stay, this probably isn't it (my room - as I haven't seen any others). This option is all about practicality and convenience. The saucepan was okay, but the frying pan was old and eggs stuck to it. It needed at least a little oil and salt, maybe some spices to use the stovetop for cooking, but you'd need to buy everything. There's no coffee machine—only an electric kettle. The kitchenware was minimal, but adequate. There was also a corkscrew, a can opener, and a bottle opener. Not all windows have mosquito nets. There were no hooks or a coat hanger at the entrance(

Groot appartement op zich mooie locatie, maar buurt was ‘s avonds wel wat grimmig Schoon en goed

Voorraam kon niet dicht ( wel contact gehad met verhuurder, maar vanwege weekend geen tijd om te repareren) wc zonder bril en kon niet op slot was niet erg handig. Douche was goed, maar water stroomt niet snel genoeg weg, waardoor alles nat wordt. Geen trekker om droog te maken. Te weinig spullen om te kunnen koken en schoonmaken

- there was avery strong smell of sewers in the toilet, as well as in the common areas of the building - persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment - very uncomfortable bed -only one small heater on the hall for the whole apartment - we were asked to pay a city tax in cash upon arrival (and no information about this in advance) and when we asked for a receipt we were told we'd receive one "later", but we didn't receive one.

Vam triar l'apartament que era una mica més car per l'equipament que tenia i les configuracions de les habitacions: una amb un llit doble i una amb un llit doble extragran. Tot i haver pagat un apartament superior, l'apartament que ens van donar no era el de les fotos: tenia mobles molt més antics que els que sortien i la configuració de les habitacions era diferent: una tenia llit doble (petit, res proper al king size que s'anunciava) i una altra amb dos llits individuals, en lloc de un doble. Els matalassos no eren gaire còmodes i el coixí era molt prim i no vam descansar bé. L'armari no tenia prou penjadors així que no servia de gran cosa. A la descripció posava que tenia "tetera/cafetera" i de fet a la foto del suposat apartament es podia veure una cafetera. Vaig enviar un missatge a la propietat preguntant on era la cafetera i em van respondre que a la web posava clarament que no n'hi havia, cosa totalment falsa. Vist el to de la resposta, vam preferir no dir res més, ja que a més el pis no és gestionat per cap professional: sembla ser que és un particular que té diversos pisos del mateix edifici posats a lloguer turístic, però no sabíem quina reacció podia tenir la persona i no ens volíem arriscar tenint les nostres coses allà. Una altra falsedat era que tenia forn, quan l'únic que tenia era microones tot i que a la descripció ho posava i a la foto de l'anunci es veia un forn. L'edifici és en una zona insegura. Al portal hi ha una botiga que ven begudes i casi sempre hi havia gent bevent a la porta i els havíem d'esquivar per passar. La porta del carrer estava tancada amb un codi però anava amb un imant que donava la sensació que era molt fàcil d'obrir. Tota l'entrada i l'escala de l'edifici feia mala olor. EDITO: És fals que ens trobessim al "lobby".

Die Küchenausstattung könnte optimiert werden, sowohl die Geräte (keine Kaffeekanne, kein Toaster) als auch die Grundausstattung mit Lebensmitteln und Gewürzen (Zucker, Essig, Olivenöl). Kein Spülschwamm fürs Geschirr, keine Küchentücher…

La amplitud del apartamento y muy cerca de la estación de tren.

Habían enchufes que no funcionaban, el extractor de cocina tampoco funcionaba, no había tostador ni cafetera, ni microondas. Consideramos que son cosas básicas para una estancia en un apartamento.

Móveis confortáveis, tem tv e Wi-Fi muito bom. Cozinha equipada. Jogo de cama e toalhas bons.

Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft mitten in Amsterdam. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht groß, aber ausreichend, die Betten sind gut.

Es war nachts relativ laut, da das Apartment an einer der Hauptverkehrsstraßen in der Nähe des Bahnhofes liegt.

Ruim en schoon appartement en dichtbij station(hoewel wij de buurt niet echt prettig vonden). Fijne bank en zelfs groot genoeg voor 4personen liggen/luieren. Check in ging soepel. Goede wifi

Geen koffie apparaat, stroom in keukenblok deed het niet. Sober ingericht qua glazen ed. Gehorig, vooral de lift. Badkamer geen afzuiging, werd hele natte vochtige ruimte. Geen buiten/balkon.

This is a very spacious apartment with an excellent bathroom, separate toilet, a grand living space with great couches to relax in and an excellent well-connected central location. Above all, the host was very responsive, very considerate and allowed a delayed check-out.

The mattresses could be more comfortable and a washing machine would be desirable.
