Alles in de buurt was goed bereikbaar vanaf hier.

Niet heel veel eigenlijk.

Die Zimmer waren groß und Hell, die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage ist ganz Zentral, Hauptbahnhof ganz in der nähe, aber man hört keine Züge fahren. Parkhaus in der nähe, aber sehr teuer.

Wenn man 60 € pro Aufenthalt für die Reinigung bezahlt, erwartet man dass es zauber ist. Schimmel in der Dusche, Dreck unter den Bett, dreckige Fenster. Schade. Eine Grundreinigung würde sich empfehlen. Die fenster nach hinten schauen auf ein sehr hässliches Hof, voll mit Schornsteine von irgendwelche Restaurants. Es war sehr heiß, wir müssten mit offene Fenster Schlafen, dann war es zu laut.

Апартаменти знаходяться на 5 поверсі, на горищі. Ліфта немає. Сходи стрімкі, вузькі та незручні. На сходовій клітці не виносимо смердить з ресторанів. Вагітним жінкам поселятись не раджу. Смердить і в апартаментах. Ми приїхали, відкрили всі вікна, щоб провітрити, дощ залив диван, так як він стоїть під вікном в даху. Ми замовляли спальню і вітальню. Насправді між ліжками просто була муляж -стіна без дверей. По фото апартаментах цього не видно.

The apartment was very nice and was clean. Decorated nicely

Lots of very steep narrow stairs. I was told it was the third floor, but in the US it’s called the 4th floor and each floor has 2 flights of stairs. The hallways were not well lit, and not very clean, and when I approached the door, the lock was loose. I went in and the apartment was nice, but very warm, above a restaurant. I wasn’t happy, and didn’t want to deal with that many stairs and was uncomfortable with the lock. The owner did say he would send someone over, but I was already unhappy. Oh, and no air conditioning. I left. I did not get any kind of refund.

Nice location and suited us very close to main station. Rooms were large and comfortable.

The entry hall from the exterior door to the stairs were dark and needs a bit of work. The kitchen bench was in poor condition.

De locatie die is echt super. En het contact met de hostess. We hadden gereserveerd voor 4 en het was ingericht voor 2. Na een appje was alles snel geregeld en keurig opgelost. Echt super blij mee. Je denkt veel last van de straat te hebben maar dat valt echt heel erg mee.

Het zou een upgrade mogen krijgen qua keuken. Alles is er maar dingen zijn niet meer zo netjes als je zou hopen

El apartamento está en un sitio estupendo. A dos pasos de la Estación Central y de paradas de bus y tranvía. Hay un motón de restaurantes en la zona. Respecto al apartamento, todo estuvo bien. Es confortable, está limpio. Nos mandaron el código de acceso con antelación. El lugar es amplio.

Lo peor de este alojamiento son las escaleras de subida. Nosotros llegamos con dos maletas grandes y una de mano y mi marido tuvo que cargar de una en una para poder subir. Son escaleras estrechas y empinadas. Eso es lo peor del apartamento. Después si al entrar al edificio no oliera a comida constantemente no estaría mal. Y también un poco más de iluminación ya que nos pareció muy tenue. A pesar de estos inconvenientes el lugar es recomendable pero a tener en cuenta sobre todo las escaleras si no se puede cargar con el peso de las maletas para subir.

El apartamento está justo al lado de la estación de tren. Cerca hay sitios para comer y supermercados.

El apartamento era caluroso, abrimos ventanas y unas daba a patio interior que subía olor a comida y el otro a la calle principal que había mucho ruido de las terrazas.

No hay ascensor para tantas plantas. Había cosas en mal estado, las toallas estaban descoloridas por la lejía, olían a polvo, la ducha con óxido... en general dejadez en las instalaciones. Falta de limpieza

het was vies. aankomst hal stonk enorm. kamer stonk enorm. er lagen overal haren. vlekken op dekbed. besteklade geen front. douche was vies. wc was vies. het ligt boven een bbq zaak dus ramen open zetten is door de stank niet mogelijk. 1 ventilator terwijl er 2 ruimtes zijn. overl bloed vlekken op de muur waar muggen zijn kapot geslagen. trap is gevaarlijk voor oudere.

The apartment is very cute and cozy. The location is great if you are planning on exploring the city, everything is within walking distance. The restaurant below has very friendly workers and they helped us when we didn't know how to access the apartment.

There were a few days where it was around 37/38°c outside and because the apartment is on the 3rd floor it was very hot with no air conditioning. It was also pretty noisy because of the location, but that is to be expected.

Veel trappen. De handdouche was kapot, de deurklink van de badkamer kwam los en er hing een vieze geur in de badkamer. Wij hebben dit gemeld om zeker te zijn dat dit niet aan ons zou aangerekend worden. Wij hebben van de host echter niets meer vernomen, zelfs geen ontvangstbevestiging van ons bericht. Het lijkt op de foto's allemaal wat nieuwer en mooier dan de werkelijkheid

Eigenaar kwam niet opdagen voor inchecken. Reageert niet op berichten, dus wel alles al betaald maar konden geen gebruik maken van accomodatie. Appartement staat in gebouw niet aangegeven Sterk het vermoeden dat het Appartement niet bestaat

El radiador de les tovalloles del bany s'encenia sol. No ens van facilitar estris de neteja, tot i demanant-los. A l'anunci hi posava que hi havia productes pel bany i només hi havia 2 potets de gel (vam fer estada de 10 dies) No ens van informar del sistema de recollida de brossa, ni quin eren els contenidors on dipositar-,la. L'escala és el túnel del terror amb poca llum i esglaons malmesos

Das Haus ist wirklich runtergekommen. Die bunten Bilder spiegeln nicht den echten Zustand wieder. Das Treppenhaus riecht unangenehm nach den altem Fett der umliegenden Restaurants, die Fliesen der Treppenstufen sind abgebrochen und mit Klebeband "repariert", das Laminat hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich, die Küche hatte einen Wasserschaden ( Arbeitsplatte aufgequollen, Wasserränder im Spülenschrank aus dem man die Tür einfach demontiert hat), Flecken und Abplatzungen an den eigentlich farblich nett gestalteten Wänden, ein Fenster ging nicht zu schließen, das Sofa hatte Flecken deren Ursprung man nicht wissen will, im Bad roch es nach Abfluss und die Dusche war total verkalkt. Grundsätzlich war nicht gut gereinigt, selbst die Oberfläche der Fernbedienung ließ es einen gruseln... Die zentrale Lage beschert einem bis tief in die Nacht die unfreiwillige Teilnahme am nachbarlichen Nachtleben. Geschlossene Fenster helfen, allerdings muss man dann die Hitze in Kauf nehmen. Das Schlafzimmer hat das Fenster zu den Abzügen der Restaurants, es riecht echt unangenehm, also auch da wenig Chance auf Frischluft. Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier, länger hatte ich auch wirklich keine Lust gehabt. Solche Unterkünfte sind lieblos und vermiesen mir wirklich einen Aufenthalt. Und ein preislicher Schnapper ist es ja nun auch nicht... Von mir auf jeden Fall: nicht empfehlenswert.

The apartment was very spacious. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and public transit.

The staircase was a little sketchy but generally fine. Parts of the apartment could have been cleaned better and the fan was broken. Out of hand soap.

Penso di non aver mai fatto recensioni negative su booking, ma questo posto è al limite del sopportabile. Ho persino fatto una segnalazione a booking che al momento è rimasta ignorata Primo, le foto non corrispondono a realtà La casa è sporca, puzzolente, le scale che portano su non si sa come possano essere a norma. Cadono letteralmente a pezzi. La prima sera troviamo nelle settimane in cui tutta Europa sta letteralmente bruciando dal caldo, finestre chiuse, un ventilatore che non stava in piedi senza appoggio, il termosifone del bagno acceso. Tutto sporco, al punto che mio marito voleva piuttosto andare a dormire su una panchina. Non puoi chiudere le finestre visto che manca l'aria condizionata, ma se le tieni aperte non dormi perché la gente in strada urla letteralmente fino alle 2 del mattino. I muri sono luridi, le tende sono luride, la polvere ovunque, macchie di unto in cucina. Lo schifo. Se non fosse che avevamo gia pagato e pagare un altro albergo non aveva alcun senso, saremmo scappati. Trovo molto grave che booking ignori certe segnalazioni e ancor più grave che sia possibile affittare uno schifo simile.

The only real highlight of this apartment is its fantastic location: literally steps from Antwerp Central Station and within walking distance of the city center. It’s very convenient for transport, sightseeing, and access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is also reasonably spacious for 4 people (1 large bed + double sofa bed), with high ceilings and a decent bathroom size. The host left a booklet with tips and info on Antwerpen; the WiFi works; the shower is ample and has enough pressure. Communication with the host (Sam) via WhatsApp was straightforward, and the keyless entry system worked well (you only get 1 key, though - it would be so much more convenient to have 2). Beyond that, it’s very basic. The kitchen is minimally equipped (kettle, capsule machine with no capsules, microwave, limited utensils) and only suitable for simple meals.

The overall condition of the apartment was honestly quite disappointing and felt very neglected :( For the price, the lack of maintenance and poor cleaning really don’t feel acceptable (the images are obviously from a long time ago when all was brand new). It’s a shame, because with a bit of care and relatively small fixes, this place could be so much better. Entrance: dark, dirty, and clearly run-down, with broken tiles, patchy repairs, and damaged stairs. It gives a really poor (and slightly unsafe) first impression. Condition: a lot of the furniture is visibly worn or damaged. The kitchen counter is in bad shape with missing bits, the kettle is full of limescale, and the bathroom feels poorly maintained. The blinds don’t work properly, two lamps had no bulbs, and the towels were old and worn. Cleaning: definitely not up to standard. The cushions and sofa were dirty, and when we folded the sofa bed back in, there were crumbs, chips, dirt, and even a toy car from a previous guest underneath that the cleaner obviously had not seen because they didn't even fold it in to clean. There isn't a broom, so we had to clean it ourselves by hand. The sofa and cushions also didn’t look clean and the tv remote was sticky. Heat and ventilation: the apartment gets extremely hot. We stayed during a heatwave, so that part was to be expected and not the host’s fault, but there wasn’t even a small fan to help. Opening the windows brings noise, smells, mosquitoes, and not a lot of ventilation because the blinds are broken and don't roll up, so it becomes quite uncomfortable in warm weather. Overall, despite the amazing location, the poor upkeep really impacts the experience and makes it hard to justify the price. If you’re at all sensitive about cleanliness, this probably isn’t the right place for you. If you care mainly about location, then it's an ok place to use as base and explore the city.

Heel fijn gelegen, vlak bij het treinstation. Ruime kamer en in principe alles wat je nodig hebt is er!

Location is excellent, everything is near: central train station, bus station, restaurants, shopping, city sights... The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

It was very hot outside, even hotter inside. There is no air conditioning. Cleanliness was below expectations, and if you open the windows there were several unpleasant odors throughout the apartment. These smells were likely caused by the many restaurants located directly below the building.

The space was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to access- it's on the main street in Antwerp and it is 1min away from centraal train station. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend it to others

Νote that it is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are quite narrow, old, and steep, which may be challenging, especially with luggage.

Room was on 4th floor with narrow, steep steps. Impossible, even dangerous to navigate especially with luggage. Toilet seat was broken. There were virtually no pillows.

We hadden voor 10 pers geboekt. Een 4 en een 6 pers appartement. In het 6 pers appartement waren maar 4 bedden opgemaakt. We hebben dit bij de host gemeld, maar niemand kwam dit oplossen. De slaapbank voor de overige 2 moesten we zelf opmaken, maar die konden we niet eens uitklappen. We hebben toen het vieze matras op de grond gelegd om toch te kunnen slapen. De afvoer in de badkamer was verstopt. In het 4-pers appartement zat in de keuken een losse lekkende kraan met een afvoer eronder.

Niks, alleen de locatie was goed

Echt alles. Bed was slecht, bedbank echt vreselijk, deze was veel te klein voor 2 personen. Er was van alles kapot, 3 stoeltjes voor 4 personen, losse kraan, te weinig bestek en tot overmaat van ramp was er niet schoongemaakt. Beslapen bedden met vlekken, vieze handdoeken, vieze badkamer, poep in de wc. Direct gebeld, er werd wel actie ondernomen voor een schoonmaakster. Ter compensatie in het restaurant eten en drinken gekregen. Het trappenhuis lijkt wel een kraakpand. Het stonk, flikker lichten, treden kapot…vreselijk.

Location close to railway station was nice, Wi-Fi was ok.

Strong discusting smell (barn&moln) in stairway. As we arrived bed was messy, towels were used and there was a used condom in trash bin. Discusting and serious safety issue. Never put key to the box when your valuables are in. Everything was half broken half working like hand shover, toilet seat, toilet thermostate and kitchen tab. Apartment was noicy, even during weekdays after restaurants were closed. You hear everything from street, upstears and stairway.

Ik zou met 4 personen komen, gelukkig bleef 1 iemand thuis want daar was de plek niet op gericht. 3 keukenstoelen bijvoorbeeld en 1 smaller bed. Verder kon het schoner.

Handig naar centraal station en dat er met een sleutelkastje en codes gewerkt werd! Fijn dat het twee losse kamers had + grote badkamer met fijne douche + keukentje en eettafel. Ook handdoekenservice is fijn

Veel dingen waren half kapot/beetje viezig, lekkage onder de gootsteen, kapot raam, gehorig door mensen in de andere appartementen en aan drukke straat. Waterkoker zou chill zijn!

Emplacement très pratique car à 2 pas de la gare et de multiples commerces.

Entrée de l’immeuble aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie. Étages difficiles d’accès pour des personnes âgées ou avec des difficultés de mobilité.

the smells during the day from the restaurants below get into the appartment if you open up the windows during the day, same with the sounds, but it all gets quiet in the evening and we slept well. the mornings are quiet since the restaurants dont open up until 10 or 11AM.

L'emplacement central est idéal pour découvrir Anvers. L'appartement est agréable et bien décoré.

Les escaliers sont en effet très pénible mais je m'y attendais vu les commentaires. Le ménage n'est pas fait à fond.

Very bad and rude customer service. They do not reply to you when you have problem accessing the keys or opening the door. We were late in paying the 50 euro tax fee because they wanted a bank transfer and I didn't have a bank in Europe. We have already paid the full charge of 540 euro our stay through booking.com. So they waited till we went out in the morning and changed the door lock and we couldn't access the apartment until I called them to send me someone to take the city tax fee in cash,They faked as if they don't know what happened to the door lock so that I don't report them to the police. They changed the door lock again and gave us new keys after I paid the City tax. On the last day 1 hour before checkout they cut the WiFi and we didn't have Internet access. When I called him and asked how can he change the door lock and lock us out with my luggage inside while i paid my full payment in advance, all this just because of the 50 euro city tax, the person replying as customer service kept shouting, cursing and saying bad words. I do NOT recommend anyone to rent this apartment and deal with these unethical and unprofessional people.

La situation géographique était idéale (à deux pas de la gare, d'une multitude de restaurants, transports en commun et magasins). L'appartement était fidèle aux photos spacieux et propre, et contenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un bon séjour.

Les voisins du dessus étaient extrêmement bruyants. Un enfant (?) s'est amusé à courir de 19h à 23h, nous empêchant d'aller nous coucher avant cette heure en plus de faire trembler tout l'appartement. Il a d'ailleurs recommencé le lendemain dès 6h, et ce jusqu'à 8h. On sait que ce n'est aucunement la faute de Sam, mais on tenait à le noter quand même. De plus, il faisait extrêmement chaud dans l'appartement ; nous avons dû dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes, et les rues sont très bruyantes jusqu'au petit matin.

Location is good, however is on a very busy street, therefore there's a lot of outside noise. The communication with the host was good. Additionally the kitchen had all the essential kitchenware to prepare basic meals.

The photos of the room seem to be old because the state of the building was not in very good shape. The hallway specially smell weird and had quite some maintenance to do (floor, walls, lighting). The room was more o less like in the pictures, but it needs some maintenance as well. Walls are thin, you can hear people coming in and out the other apartments in the building. So overall, the room was okay but not in good shape now super comfortable to stay there again.

Tolle Lage, direkt am wunderschönen Bahnhof von Antwerpen, zahlreiche Restaurants (Fast Food) in der Umgebung, Bäckerei um die Ecke, schöne offene Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr groß und luftig

Das Badezimmer war leider schmutzig, der Abfluss im Waschbecken war verstopft, ein Duschkopf funktionierte so gut wie gar nicht, da die Dusche sehr verkalkt war, das Appartement liegt im 4. Stock, ohne Lift und ist nur über eine schmalle Treppe erreichbar, sehr schönes Apartment, nur leider schon etwas abgewohnt

The temperature was cold in the apartment. There is no elevator in the building so you have to carry up your luggages to the 4th floor.

The transportation was very convenient, the location was extremely central, the property was clean, and the host was very attentive and helpful

Het zit boven eet-zaak. Je ruikt dit hele dag en nacht. (Sier) Kussens waren gewoon vies! Daarnaast is het een en ander stuk / beschadigd (muren, toilet-meubel, tafeltje).

Da es eine sehr dürftig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung war, haben wir unser Frühstück selber zubereitet.

Als wir die Tür des Hauses öffneten entfuhr mir das Wort: Was für eine Drecksbude. Mitten auf der Szene im Bahnhofsviertel von Antwerpen gelegen. Nur mangelhaft, provisorisch geflickte Treppen zur Zimmertür. Undichte Fenster, sodaß neben dem Wind auch die ganze Nacht der Lärm der Straße eindrang. Nein danke. Nicht wieder.

De ligging is top. Dichtbij cs. Oké wel wat straat geluiden maar dat vonden wij niet storend. De schoonmaak ploeg van de reiniging dienst moeten hun werk doen. En dat doen ze goed. De straten in Antwerpen zijn schoon!

Het appartement. De opgang was smoezelig. De keuken zag er niet uit kapot. De kraan lekte. De emmer onder de afvoer stond er niets voor niets. De handdoeken waren kapot en raffellig. Het gasten doekje zat vol gaten.

Het appartement was ruim en licht. Alle nodige voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Goede bedden en prima communicatie van de host.

Getipt door een andere review had ik gelukkig oordoppen mee voor 's nachts.

Lokatie, in eerste blok bij centraal station van Antwerpen. Ruim appartement. Leuk om naar buiten te kijken. We zaten in appartement 2 en 4. 4 is boven 2. Makkelijk toegankelijk met code bij buitendeur en sleutelkastje bij voordeur. Fijn dat beide slaapbanken waren gedekt. We waren met 5 personen. 3 volwassenen kinderen en ouders. Ieder had eigen slaapplek. Parkeren op 5 min afstand voor €7,50 voor 24 uur, interparking Roosevelt. Van tevoren reserveren. Genoten van alle kerstmarkten.

Zit midden in de stad. Dus dat hoor je. Ook is het appartement wat gehorig. Er zit geen deur tussen slaap en woonkamer.

La posizione eccezionale. Vicino alla stazione centrale a la linea di metro. Il appartamento grande e con tutto quello necesario. Doccia calda. Cucina, microonde e macchina del caffè funzionanti. Pulito. Check in semplice (si non capisci il propietario gentilmente ti aiuta tramite messaggio): fuori dalla porta d'ingresso trova un DIGICODE dove prima inserisci il codice che lui ti da. Dopo entri e sali, accanto proprio alla porta del appartamento si trova la cassetta con la chiave, che si prende attraverso un altro codice che ti invia. L'appartamento era al último piano (4°) con una scala non impossibile ma non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie oppure chi porta grande valigie. Per noi non è stata per niente un problema. Per il prezzo che chiede Sam, questo appartamento è ottimo!

Locatie top, communicatie met host ook prettig, contactloos in en uit checken ging mega soepel. Kamers heel ruim opgezet, alles aanwezig wat nodig was.

Bedden keihard, hele gezelschap last van rug en nek. Licht in trappenhuis (2e verdieping) werkte niet waardoor met kind trap op- en aflopen best lastig was. De bedden zorgen dat wij hier waarschijnlijk niet nogmaals zullen boeken, en dat is zonde.
