It was far from grocery shops, they didn't gave a slipper, they charged for a slipper, they daily give only one little bottle of water, you have to buy the rest.

It was very worst room ive ever imagine Lack of cleanliness .bedsheets not washed properly and i can’t even sleep properly ,bathroom was very exhausted. They cant even brush the walls properly. Door doesn’t even have a lock , so we need to put chair on it just to closed and we disinfect even feel safe at that time . Please make sure next time all your room has to check properly.

It is absolutely wonderful experience, the staff is very friendly, the location is perfect, right inside the old fort. There is restaurant with terrance on the roof. The food is moderate but acceptable for such type of travel. We walked all old fort, souq and neighbourhoods. Highly recommended or thos ewho dont seek luxury but comfort and authentic experience.
It is rather hard to order taxi, they will not call it out at the reception. If you are a smoker bring your cigarets with you as it is not available anywhere in the city. Better to come from November till end of March. The weather is getting very hot in the rest of the season, not welcoming to walk around day time

This was unfortunately one of my worst hotel experiences. I checked in around 9:00 AM after discussing my request with the staff member at the reception desk. After our discussion, it was agreed that I would not stay overnight and would leave the hotel at 7:00 PM, as I had already arranged a taxi. Everything seemed fine until 6:30 PM, when I received a call informing me that I was supposed to check out at 6:00 PM and would need to pay an additional 5 Omani Riyals for late checkout. I was quite surprised, as this was not my understanding. I requested the receptionist to contact the staff member I had spoken with in the morning. However, he later stated that 6:00 PM had been finalized. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding on my part, possibly because the person I initially spoke to appeared to be a helper or cleaner. In the end, I paid the additional 5 Omani Riyals. Additionally, when I went to take a shower, the water did not drain properly, and the bathroom floor became flooded like a swimming pool. When I informed the staff, I was told that water was leaking from the bottom of the glass panel and that the issue could not be fixed at that time. The cleaning was satisfactory, and otherwise everything else was fine. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the issues mentioned above.

Das Bad war so schlimm! Schimmel, dreckig. Hatte eine Überschwemmung im Bad, wurde sofort natürlich repariert. Wasserhahn wackelte, Vorhang hängte runter, die Balkontüre war dreckig.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026Bardzo dobry i komfortowy pokój w hotelu za bardzo dobrą cenę. Czysto i schludnie. W pokoju były wszystkie niezbędne elementy. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna (wykupiłem na miejscu przedłużenie pobytu do godziny 18:00 za cenę 5 OMR). Miejsce do parkowania samochodu znajduje się pod hotelem czy w jego okolicy. Łatwy dojazd z lotniska. Polecam!!!
W łazience nie było żelu do kąpieli (tylko szampon). Internet zrywał i miał słaby zasięg - to największy minus, który można poprawić.
