La personne au petit déjeuner pourrait être aimable Un boîte de mouchoirs dans les chambres serait appréciable. Café et thé notés comme gratuit mais inexistant dans la chambre.

Sono stato in camerata (non in camera privata) anche se alla fine ero l' unico ospite; tutto ok, se devo trovare un difetto il bagno era un po piccolo e scomodo per essere in condivisione ma visto il prezzo e col fatto che era compresa la colazione direi che non ci si può lamentare.

The property is in the middle of the city. It’s in a good location and it’s well cleaned. Some of the staff are nice.

The problem is that they are doing construction at odd hours like five in the morning and at 11 PM so it was very hard to sleep and there was no warning about the construction or anything.

What was not to like. Everything about this property was excellent plus. I can't wait to stay there again. Right in town, yet quiet. Walking distance to many shops, the night market, crazy house and And brilliant bakery across the road. Coffee on site and breakfast cooked to order. What more could you want. I have already recommended this hotel to others. Whenever I am in Dalat this will be my hotel of choice above all others. The staff are really nice and very helpful and friendly.

ベトジェットが大幅に遅延して到着が夜中の12時を過ぎていたのですが、フロアを開けて待っていてくださいました。部屋はダブルベッドルームを選びました。部屋の広さは一人旅には充分です。毎日部屋の清掃もされとても清潔でした。アメニティは、髭剃り、コーム、綿棒、歯ブラシ、石鹸、シャワーキャップが揃えられていました。朝食はメニューから選び作りたてが味わえます。シャワーはちゃんとホットシャワーが出ます。冷蔵庫のコンセントは抜かれていましたが、ダラットは涼しいので特に不便に感じませんでした。洗濯は1キロ40000VNDからやってくれて朝出したらその日に受け取れました。この価格帯でとてもコスパのいいホテルだと思います。

The room with two double beds quite small space, no shower door in the bathroom and there were mosquitoes in the room. Breakfast was ok, and the service was fine.

This hotel has a very good standard for a budget option. The receptionist was pleasant and witty. Room was clean and while it's nothing fancy, offered a very good comfort. Bathroom was very clean too with good amenities. One of the perks is the location which is very close to the Night Market and also many restaurants in the area. Fully recommended

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre confortable et propre. Seul inconvénient, le petit déjeuner est servi uniquement entre 7h et 8h30 voir 8h10 si on ne veut pas énerver la dame du ptit dej… sinon très satisfaisant dans l’ensemble.

Vey nice location and good service

Starhill Hotel is located very close to the night market, within 5 minute's walk. The hotel offered good breakfasts (a la carte, with coffee tea, juice, bread, lovely jams and fruit.) They offered good laundry service done within the day. Our clothes were returned folded and fresh. Other services included booking of tours and transport, although we didnt make use of these. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They really were lovely to deal with. The room had 2 double beds. It was clean as was the bathroom. The towels were fresh and white, the toiletries nice. We were supplied with bottled water daily. Overall, the hotel left a positive impression and I would consider staying again.

The bed was too hard for my liking, and flared a longstanding back issue. That said, the linens were crisp and clean. On the subject of the beds, it would be great to have a second bedside table in the room.

The “dorm” is just bunk beds in the basement. •There is a gross smell. •There is absolutely mold on the walls like 100%. •breakfast is only from 7am-8:30 am. Wild If you rent a scooter- it’s not a 24 hour rental which no one tells you. It’s literally just for “the day” which isn’t clear and doesn’t seem worth $140K.

　小さなホテルですが市場やナイトマーケットは徒歩圏内。近くに飲食店や土産店もあり立地良し。スタッフは親切で、サポートしてくれる。アメニティは揃っています。レンタルバイクやムイネーまでのバス手配など、要望に応えてくれる。部屋をアップグレードしていただきました。当初は二泊の予定でしたが、さらに三泊しました。

달랏 시장과 가깝고 바로 앞에 반미맛집 빵집이 있습니다. 늦게 이용하시면 셔터가 닫혀있지만 벨누르시면 열어줍니다. 조식은 꼭 드세요 맛있습니다.

Chủ khách sạn ân cần , chu đáo . Nhân viên hỗ trợ tận tình . Không khí ấm cúng như gia đình ! Xe cà phê nhỏ xinh ngay mặt tiền . Vị trí trung tâm và con đường có rất nhiều dịch vụ tiện ích . Cách các địa chỉ ăn uống rất ngon và nổi tiếng như xe phở Bằng , tiệm bánh Liên Hoa vài bước chân . Khu phố không ngủ của Đà Lạt !

Very loud throughout the night. People shouting in the hotel and the loud elevator meant little sleep. Would not recommend .

Checking in was too slow and the services were terrible . They closed the gate too early. I will not recommend this hotel.

Wifi sometimes didn’t work properly and also the star who were on Monday, wasn’t that friendly.

We had an early check in free of charge. Central location just a few minutes walk from cafes, bars, night market and lake. No noise disturbance from traffic. Staff very helpful. Room very clean and good space.

Breakfast was ok but if you want variety or have dietary requirements then maybe get breakfast outside.

중심부와 가까워 달랏시장이나 호수에 걸어가기 좋아요. 아침먹는 식당이 루프탑인데 나름 운치가 있습니다. 주변 맛집도 많아 여행하기 좋습니다. 에어컨이 필요없는 날씨지만 그래도 구비해 놓았으면 좋겠네요. 오토바이도 프런트에 이야기하면 친절하게 안내해주고 빌려줍니다.

Very good smily staff, big rooms, great location with marker and lots of food around, tasty breakfast. Renting a bike with a child seat. And even free laundry due to many days stay. We booked 1 night, then kept on prolongating for 7 days.

English is not fluent here.

What is the most I like about Starhill : The friendly and welcoming smile from the owner, Mrs. Lien. The team at front desk is open 24/24, staff gave me advices for activities and making sure that I could enjoy the good stay during the long holiday weekend of 30/4 which is the busiest time in Viet Nam. The room is nice, with clean sheets and towels. There is elevator to get to the balcony where I can see the view of Dalat city, The location is perfect for walking around the market and for the abundance of restaurants choice. The staff is helping me in finding excursions and tours. The breakfast is included and I enjoyed the variety of food choices. Mr. Hieu is very kind and knowledgeable. Everyone at the lobby is very polite and relaxed atmosphere. I will come back in next October. Tuan Nguyen from Canada.

We lived in the basement. Until approximately 11:00 p.m., the craftsmen next to the hotel were making noise that it was impossible to sleep, and early in the morning around 6:00 a.m. someone in the hotel was making noise again. Well, we didn't get much sleep.

dorm was in the cellar they had damp in the bathroom found a dead cockroach under my bed on my last night breakfast ended a bit too early for me so i was unable to wake up in time for 2 times

The hotel had a reasonable location - it was close to markets and some restaurants, as well as the lakeside. As for all hotels in the area, bus stations for the major companies are a taxi ride away. Sheets and towels were clean. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, space for bags and clothes and sockets near the bed. The WiFi was very good.

Given the price, the hotel offers reasonable value for money, though there are some things that are expected whatever the price. Some staff were not that welcoming, and even an little intimidating, on arrival and during breakfast. We were expected to provide or visa for scrutiny, which has not been necessary anywhere else. Cleaning standards in the room were adequate, but no more: for example, hairs next to the bed, dirty information brochure. The same can be said for the breakfast room, which could have been a little tidier. The bathroom was better. The pillow would benefit from a pillow protector Breakfast was quite limited, which would be no problem given the price, but there was not enough fruit and if you got there late there was not much to choose from. It would be better to have a fruit bowl prepared for each guest.

not good value for what you pay. dorms are in a basement next to cleaning closet so cleaning staff hangout there as you try to sleep in. not much privacy or comfort. breakfast served for a very limited time early in the morning. staff has limited English proficiency.

It is difficult to find! Look out for the Tulip hotel , it's on the same side of the road but two doors down and you need to look inside to see the sign for the property. It's doesn't have a sticking out sign like the Tulip Breakfast was average.

The bathroom was really hard to get into as the sink was right in front of the door! The room felt a little damp.

There are no buffet for breakfast at all. I am allowed to order 1 dish only, no fruits for desert. The food is terrible, so disappointed

We got an early check in. The rooms were clean. The hotel booked us bus tickets to Mui Ne at a lower price than the tourist agencies in the city. We were served breakfast early so we could catch the bus.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Also there are a lot of nice dishes to choose for breakfast. The room, the bathroom and the bed are also nice.

The staff woke us up every morning at 6 or 7 am completely random - that was very annoying. There is no nice "living" room what makes it very hard to socialize.

The buffet is simple but meet my expectation considering the room price (inclusive of breakfast) however the hotel is not providing buffet everyday. The staffs are very helpful except some of them are not too conversant in English, anyway we overcome by using google translate. airport bus stop at the market within walking distance from the hotel. inform the bus driver the hotel name. they helped to purchase limo van ticket to Nha Trang also has scooter rental service.

It will be better if the light at the corridor can be switched on everyday.

This is NOT a 3-stars hotel as it’s indicated on website. It’s a house with rooms for share and has elevator instead. My room was clean and had nice bathroom. Orbitz should correct the hotel info and refund me some money as I prepaid for a 3-stars hotel, not rooms for share type. I complained but haven’t gotten a response from Orbitz in email.

Excellent position right in the centre of town & close to market, cafes etc. A few English language channels on TV which was great.

It was quite noisy, if you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs. Breakfast was just OK, we had it included but after the first couple of days we chose to go out & pay elsewhere.

Receptionist need to be more friendly, and accommodate with the customer.
