Lần thứ 2 gia đình mình đến đây, mọi thứ đều rất tốt, rất hài lòng. Gia đình sẽ chọn nơi này làm chỗ nghỉ mỗi khi đến Đà Lạt. KS nên có 1 bóng đèn màu trắng để khi cần sáng, chứ tất cả đều đèn vàng thì hơi bất tiện.

They should advertise that some rooms don't have windows, i would've paid a bit extra just to have a window bc it made it so dark and gloomy in the room. The breakfast was expensive for vietnam standards.

We stayed here for 3 nights the hotel is lovely staff were very friendly. The location of this hotel is great very close to a lot of bars and restaurants and has a amazing bakery on the street for breakfast. We did book breakfast at the hotel but food wasn’t great. Plus they don’t have a restaurant so have to eat in your room.

Its very clean, worth the price!

The first night, there were leaks that left the bathroom floor soaked with water. The next day, they were planning to do some work at 8:00 a.m., and by 9:30 a.m., they were chipping away at the room above us, so we thought the ceiling was collapsing. We needed to rest to catch a bus, but we couldn't. They were very inconsiderate, since we'd given them notice and they had all day to fix it. We were in the suite.

Plus = Hotel is within walking distance to Dalat Market & Night Market, with restaurants nearby catering for western & Vietnamese dishes. Minus = Located on busy street with narrow footpath & sloping kerbside (read risk of spraining ankle), often packed with bikes meaning walking on the road instead of footpath, while dodging the occasional dog poo. Bathroom has a sign requesting toilet paper be disposed of in bin provided, instead of flushed. Receptionist explained this is a necessity because of the risk of toilet becoming blocked. We did not like the bigger risk of E. coli spreading in bathroom, especially when the bin has a revolving cover, and we don't know if the bin is properly cleaned daily or not. Room 101 is at front of hotel & facing the street. Its door opens inwards, with a very small gap next to bench table above the the fridge, which means guests can not readily bring luggage into the room, you have to step aside, bring luggage into bathroom, close the door before luggage can be brought into the room. A simple swap of door position may solve the problem.

The customer service was phenomenal and the location is right in the heart of Dalat. Walkable distance to most places in downtown Dalat.

My partner and I enjoyed a stay here in October with our small baby. The hotels location is perfect for travellers wanting a location in central Da Lat. We stayed in the suite double room with balcony. The room was spacious & featured a cosy lounge area, comfy armchairs & big bed. The highlight was the balcony which had a beautiful view over Da Lat. The room was a little tired (especially the bathroom) but was clean and was decent value. There was some confusion over the breakfast - we were asked to preorder the night before and designate a time for delivery as there was no breakfast room - Some days the food would never arrive. Luckily there were plenty of coffee shops and a great bakery nearby. We were also asked to put down a cash deposit for the room which we had not encountered before, but that was easily refunded at checkout.

The location is near Da Lat Town and near to Night Market. The hotel was also quiet even though it was nearby with town. The room decoration looks like luxury

The receptionist needs to upgrade their communication skills especially to have some basic english language as Da Lat is a tourist attraction place. I need to use Google Translate to communicate with the receptionist.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel lobby was spacious and lovely. The hotel was just a short walk from the market area and the heart of Da Lat.

My room did not have a window which I didn't enjoy and being next to the stairwell I could hear any noise coming from that area during the night.

Good service and valunable price compare to room size.

Air conditional is unavailable. (and also the most of hotel in Dalat), which sometimes can causes hot temperature in the day-time.

Spacious, clean room with a balcony that gave a great, elevated view of inner city Dalat and some local life. Location within easy walking distance of town centre. Super friendly and efficient staff. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Very bad customer service and unhelpful staff. Made a room reservation and after only 5 minutes, i have tried to contact them to adjust arriving time but they had refused. This situation can happen so that the hotel should be more flexibility. Never visit again!

We got the room with a little backyard, pretty cute, however; there has been an open gap at the bottom of the back door leaking a very cool breeze into the room at night . There’s no air conditioner and the portable heater doesn’t work properly.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Can walk out to buy things or eat. The hotel is clean. Staff are welcoming. There are motorbikes for rent to travel around the city. I really like this place to visit Dalat for the first time.

Google map said it is on the other steeet.(address needs to be fixed on google map) I arrived early like at noon but i was able to check in right away. The room nice and clean. Just beding and pillow were old. Nothing bad for one night at its price.

Hello, me and two friends. Travel to Dalat and choose to stay at Tulip 3 from December 1-3, 2019. We arrived very early in the morning at 06.00 hrs. The hotel is not yet open. Ten minutes later, a young lady flap in and asked us that do you check in here. She opened the door for us to sit and wait for the inside. She gave an excellent service by introducing the shower & changing room and providing us with towels. After my friends and I walked around the city to wait for the check-in time. She provided us to check in early due to we look like of tired of traveling . I was impressed with her service. The hotel and the rooms are clean, everything is perfect. The only regret is that my friends forgot to reserve breakfast. I will definitely go back here in the future. I'm fascinated...

The hotel is in a great location - easy to walk to the markets and everything is close by. Hotel staff spoke a little English but not super helpful with tours. Also no breakfast included - which is fine because lots of cheap and tasty options nearby. The room was very clean and well maintained, pillows not very comfortable. Nice outlook from windows and not too noisy.

The hotel was very centrally located for the Night Market, restaurants and lake. The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. The hotel was a little bit tired but the welcome we received compensated for that.

Tulip III ticks absolutely every box! The location is perfect and situated in an extremely easy location to get to by foot or vehicle. It's located very close to the market and great local cafes and other city attractions being within an enjoyable and easy 15minute walk of the hotel. We had a room facing the street and with the window closed, it was silent, amazing! We were always greeted with big smiles from the staff who were so willingly ready to help with our enquiries. Only slight negative was being able to hear other guests in their rooms but was not loud enough to disturb. Loved staying here!

I have been here in March. When I arrived the hotel, so lucky that room is available to check in. Our room doesn't have any windows but it is okay for us. The room is clean and spacious if compare with the price. We are impressed for first arrive and feel so so when we check out. There was no bellboy help me with my big luggage. But overall is okay. The hotel is close to the night market as well about 10 minutes by foot. We might come back again.

달랏 야시장과 굉장히 가깝고 유명빵집 리엔호아, 유명카페 an 사이에 위치해 있어 이동하기 굉장히 용이합니다. 위치도 매우 좋은데 로비 및 방도 굉장히 고급스럽고 깨끗하며 시설이 좋습니다. 직원분들도 친절하며 책임감있습니다. 이번이 3번째 달랏 여행이였는데 4번째 방문하면 꼭 튤립3으로 방문할 겁니다.

I stayed here for 3 nights and was quite satisfied with the service. The hotel is designed modernly, room is clean and spacious. I booked a Deluxe room with a window but no view from my room. Maybe we checked in quite early. It only takes a few minute to night market by foot from the hotel. The weather here is quite special. It is sunny in the morning and rains in the evening, however not too long. It will be easier if you rent a motorbike and explore around the city because most of paths here is quite steepy. I will come back. Definitely!

위생 상태는 깨끗했어요 방음은 안좋아서 복도 상황이 리얼하게 들리긴 하지만 화장실도 깨끗했고 2층이라 그런지 수압도 좋았습니다 발코니 있는 방인데 발코니는 있는데 전망은 시멘트 벽이라서 전망은 없었어요 그래도 냄새가 나거나 그러진 않아 만족했습니다. 조식은 포함이 안돼있는게 아쉬웠지만 이 가격에 만족스러운 호텔이였습니다

Pros: Check-in could be done earlier if the rooms ready. Concierge service is amazing. The best thing about the hotel is the reception desk and the securities, especially the male receptionist. Cons: No basement parking for either bikes or cars. Parking outdoor across the road. No 24/7 reception. Only from (6am-10pm) We stayed in a deluxe double room 505. It has windows and very quiet.

The location of the hotel was great! Close to lots of great restaurants and the markets. It also wasn’t far from the major attractions. I just wish they had an iron for my clothes.

Przyjechałem do obiektu w wyznaczonym czasie i terminie. Pierwszy pokój który mi przydzielono był zagrzybiony i zarobaczony na ścianie okiennej. Ponadto dostałem pokój o wielkości 15/17 m2. Zgodnie z ofertą powinno być 30m2. Po interwencji wymieniono mi pokój na inny ale nadal z dużo mniejszym metrażem. Obsługa oświadczyła że wszystkie pokoje mają ten sam metraż. Pokój 3/4 osobowy różni się od 2 0sobowego tym że jest wstawione dodatkowe łóżko. Zdjęcia na Waszej stronie robił profesjonalista. Na nich pokój wygląda na duży i piękny. Oczywiśie mogłem zrezygnować, ale gdzie wówczas bym się podział. Ponadto rezerwacja była już opłacona. będąc w Wietnamie dwa hotele były super. Dwa niestety nie. Widzę że standardem jest tu zawyżanie metrażu. Myślę że portal Hotels.com powinien przyjżeć się praktykom w Wietnamie. Oczekuję również rekompensaty za niezbyt udany pobyt w Da Lat. Uważam że przyjeżdzając do hotelu powinienem to co było w ofercie.

조금 습한듯 한데 위치가 좋고,직원들이 무뚝뚝한듯 하면서 물어보면 대답 잘해주고 슬리핑 버스도 전화해서 내가 원하는 위치 좌석으로 예약 해주고 마지막날 새벽 한시버스타려고 로비에서 밤 열한시부터 기다리니까 내 휴대폰을 달라하더니 어디로 전화를 하더니 그냥 한시버스 타라고 함.아마 열두시버스 자리 남았나 물어본거 같음.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was okay. Only setback was that it didn't have any airconditioning.

The temperature in Dalat is lower than nearby cities in Vietnam, so air-con is not necessary. The room size and bed size are sufficient, though the facilities are a bit old. Shower water wasn’t hor enough during our stay.

New hotel, no air con with noise a problem...air vent only to stairs, no window. Friendly helpful staff, newish and clean, good location.

I booked this hotel based on the previous reviews but after arriving and being greeted by unhelpful staff I opened the door to my room only to find it to be cold and smelly. I couldn’t leave my clothes out because they felt wet when I put them back on. The bed sheets felt damp too. I wouldn’t stay here again after walking around the area I found plenty of nicer hotels. If you’re reading this definitely look elsewhere you won’t regret it. I booked excursions through the hotel next door and the staff were very helpful.

I stayed at Tulip Hotel III for one night. I booked this hotel because review and the price is reasonable. I paid $30 approx per night for 2 people excluded breakfast (breakfast 100,000 Vietnamese dong per person - a la carte menu). The location and service is excellent. The room was clean and comfy for 2 people. I definitely come back to stay.

The hotel is fairly new and classy. Hotel is strategically located near night market and good restaurant (Lien Hoe) - I went to Lien Hoe restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner! Overall, I will recommend my friends to stay at this hotel.

I stay here 2 nights . Price is good . And close to down town that i can walk along city . Staffs are nice and friendly . Only thing i dont like is my room close to ladder so noisy even when someone walk or talk especially in the early morning . And room doesnt has windows , even airflow,ventilation is ok but i feel not comfortable .

Tulip 3 is quite new and look clean. Staff are very good but a bit noisy by traffic especially on Friday's night. In room look clean but outside on the walkways carpet was very dirty (look like made was tidy up the room and weed to outside). Shampoo was always emth but it's not a big deal, 'cos I used my own.

The hotel is close to all interesting places, such as. the night market, bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the room is cleaned daily, the air conditioning works well. Unfortunately, the room had no window, and the air conditioning works only with the key card, so it is a bit damp and slightly moldy in the room. Rooms with windows are certainly better

The location was great but asking staff about was to see in town was limited and had to go across the street were they were speaking english very well. So if they train people at their travel desk to have a better English that will be great.

The hotel staffs were very helpful and they offered help without me having to ask for help. One front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful in helping me to arrange for the shuttle to bus station. The hotel is very cosy and room was in clean condition. Overall, this hotel is in a good location as it is very near to some of the recommended eateries.

Visited Da Lat on 8th March and stayed one night in this cosy hotel which is walkable to some of the recommended eateries (eg; Pho Hieu, Windmill Cafe, An Cafe etc...). The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staffs were very helpful and one of the front desk staff even offered help without me asking for it. She help me to arrange for shuttle to the bus station upon check out and even made a courtesy call to the bus station again to make sure that the shuttle will come on time. Overall, it was a very nice stay at this hotel and I am satisfied with their services.

Small budget hotel but very clean and good location.

The hotel room is spacious and location is quite centre. The room wall I think a bit thin. We can hear people talking and the house keepers are cleaning rooms early morning. Other than that is fine. The room is clean and spacious. There is a bakery shop next door selling nice french bread. Really yummy. Must try.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars! The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly.They provided many information for sightseeing and sorted out every problems during my stayed. Even more, we arrived in the early morning (5 a.m.) , they carried our luggage when we arrived the hotel and provided a welcome drink. We checked in early at 9 am. The conditions of hotel are great. Most important thing is the double room is big and comfortable! Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Da Lat for sure. The hotel is new furbished and clean. Location is convenient for tourists to go sightseeing. Highly recommended for everyone!
