Le manque d'hygiène des Essuies de bain blanc avec d ancienne tâche incruster ils pourraient investir dans de nouvelles literie, les draps de lits trop petits pour le matelas on devait refaire tout le temps le lit, propreté du lit c'est clairement pas acceptable des cheveux partout le matelas qui n était pas les nôtres. Franchement il a y a des efforts a faire niveau hygiène même si c'est un hôtel 2 étoiles c'est pas acceptable heureusement c étais un court séjour.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Terasa este draguta. Am stat la penthouse la etajul 3. Terasa este spatioasa si cu vedere la Las Setas ceea ce ne-a placut in mod deosebit. Multe prize! Apa calda vine foarte repede! Patul mare, incapator pentru 2 persoane. Locatia buna foarte aproape de Las Setas.
Realitatea nu este chiar aceeasi ca in poze. Camerele sunt okay, sunt curate dar nu atat de spatioase pe cat par in poze si finisajele demonstreaza clar diferenta. Nu sunt chiar asa noi camerele, prezinta defecte. Intr-adevar nu ceva foarte evident insa se pot imbunatati. Televizorul merge foarte greu si sacadat. Nu imi place ca nu ai intimitate la baie, nu exista usa la baie.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Ragazze dello staff gentilissime. Tutto bel pulito. Posizione ottima per vedere las setas, ma per raggiungere l'Alcazar, Plaza de España, Tirana, etc un pò lontano (circa 2 km di cammino).
Per gli italiani: non c'è il bidet!!!! Nel cucinino non si può effettivamente cucinare perché manca il fornello e le pentole. È ottimo solo per chi ha bisogno di bollitore, macchinetta del caffè e microonde.

La habitación moderna, limpia y súper tranquila para descansar, además, cuenta con una pequeña cocina (nevera, microondas, cafetera). El personal es muy amable y la comunicación por WhatsApp es súper práctica.

La ubicación es genial para estar en el centro pero moverse en coche o ir a parking horrible porque hay muchas calles cortadas. Las toallas eran absolutamente enanas, no cubrían ni 1/3 del cuerpo.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Aunque situado en el centro la zona es tranquilita y la habitación interior muy silenciosa. Ideal para visitantes que quieran moverse por el centro. Tiene una pequeña zona de cocina con microondas, nevera y además de calentador de agua una cafetera con cápsulas. Todo un detalle. Proporcionan rápidamente los datos para entrar pero además la recepcionista es muy amable y resuelve toda duda. Un baño muy cómodo y una buena zona de armario. Muy buen hotel en su categoría.
En la habitación interior había poca cobertura aunque no fue muy relevante porque la wifi funciona perfectamente

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Siviglia (300 metri da Las Setas e in generale a 20-30 minuti a piedi dalle attrazioni principali), raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione dei treni in meno di mezz'ora. L'hotel è dotato di ascensore, la camera è abbastanza grande e fornita anche di un piccolo angolo cucina con lavandino, macchina del caffè, bollitore, frigorifero e microonde. Lo staff è molto gentile e cordiale, ci hanno dato dei suggerimenti su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare, e la comunicazione via whatsapp è stata molto veloce e comoda. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nella camera superior e 2 notti nella camera premium (in base alla disponibilità delle camere). Data la poca differenza di prezzo tra le 2 opzioni, consiglio la camera superior, più grande e con l'angolo cucina separato dal letto, e con il bagno più spazioso. Lo staff ci ha dato in omaggio una bottiglia di Cava, molto apprezzata!
La pulizia è da migliorare, sia la camera che il bagno erano stati puliti in modo abbastanza superficiale (sulla porta del bagno c'era un bel po' di polvere e dei capelli), inoltre gli asciugamani forniti sono un po' piccoli per la doccia. In una camera, il bollitore del tè era sporco, e abbiamo trovato degli asciugamani macchiati che ci siamo fatti sostituire.

We had the penthouse room which had its own terrace with an outdoor shower, which in the 40 degree heat was a life saver. Staff were all great and helpful. They WhatsApp you every day to see if you want your room serviced or any refill of tea & coffee but very good communication all through our stay.
I can’t say there was anything that we disliked about the hotel.

Reception area is wide, lift was working fine, room was big enough and lot's of storage area. Very nice location that you can go to good tapas bars nearby and walk anywhere to most of attractions. Not too far from train station that it is walkable.

Estuvimos alojados en el J01, una habitación con un "patio" privado que se encuentra en el sótano. No dispone de nada de luz natural que da sensación de ser de noche de manera constante y es bastante claustrofóbico. Hay humedades en las paredes del baño y desprende olor desagradable. La limpieza podría ser mejorable

Struttura curata e pulita dotata di generosi spazi in bagno e camera, comoda per visitare il centro di Siviglia a piedi (fondamentalmente collocata nei pressi della "Setas"). Particolarmente gradita la presenza di una macchina da caffè per espresso in camera con cialde offerte dalla struttura. Sempre incluso nella camera prenotata vi è microonde e bollitore con piatti e posate a disposizione.
Migliorerei l'aspirazione in bagno perchè dopo la doccia rimane odore di acqua stagnante. Ma è solo un dettaglio di poco conto, perchè la pulizia in generale è impeccabile.

The flat was located in the basement and whilst there was a patio (with plastic plants), it was a below ground patio and had walls on all sides so felt claustrophobic. The other flats are above you and you can't have a conversation on the patio without everyone hearing you as it is amplified by the enclosed patio. Had I known this, I wouldn't have booked it. The kitchenette is very small and difficult to do any meal prep. No hot plate to make hot food (although there is a sandwich maker oddly). There was quite a bit of damage to the room, particularly in the shower area.

Reviewed May 7, 2026L emplacement est parfait, à 5mn à pied de las Setas. La déco est très soignée et moderne avec une cuisine dans la chambre. Les valises peuvent être déposée le jour de l arrivée et du départ.
