This is an amazing place to stay. Close to the bus stop into Salzburg. Our host went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was as described. It felt like a home. We would definitely stay here again.

Čisté ubytování v blízkosti Salzburgu, pohodlné parkování, dostali jsme kartu na bezplatné cestování a autobus parkoval blízko ubytování.Byli jsme spokojeni, apartmán měl vše co jsme potřebovali.

nagyon jó helyen, szép kilátással, busz megálló a ház előtt, 15 perc alatt Salzburg központjában voltunk, online regisztráció gyors, Guest Mobility kártyával ingyenes tömegközlekedés, szóval szuper volt, egy család számára jó választás, a lakás kényelmes, tiszta.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Hauptstraße. Der Vorteil dabei ist, dass die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut ist; Bushaltestellen befinden sich auf beiden Seiten der Straße in der Nähe des Hauses. Der Nachteil ist, dass tagsüber Verkehr herrscht, was mit etwas Lärm verbunden ist. Ab dem späten Nachmittag herrscht jedoch Ruhe und Stille. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Geschäfte (Billa, Hofer), in denen man einkaufen kann, und ganz in der Nähe befinden sich außerdem ein Döner-/Pizza-Imbiss sowie ein Grillrestaurant. Auch Liebhaber der traditionellen österreichischen Küche finden in der Nähe mehrere hochwertige Restaurants. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kann viele Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung geben, die man unbedingt beherzigen sollte. Wenn Sie sich Salzburg ansehen möchten, lohnt es sich, zusätzlich 1–2 Tage für die Umgebung einzuplanen, da es in der Nähe viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderwege mit herrlichen Ausblicken gibt. Mit den kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern des Gastgebers lassen sich viele kleine Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen, sogar abends nach der Stadtbesichtigung.

Das Ausziehbett im Wohnzimmer knarrt ein bisschen :-), ist aber mit einer zusätzlichen Matratze zum Schlafen sehr bequem.

Közel volt Salzburghoz és Hellbrunnhoz, de mégsem a varosban. A házigazdától nagyon sok praktikus információt kaptunk, ami megkönnyítette az ott tartózkodásunkat. Programot ajánlott,parkolót, pékséget javasolt, kedvezményekre hívta fel a figyelmünket. Hálás köszönet érte. A Gaisberg tetejéről a kilátás, a naplemente és az ejtőernyősök - fantasztikus programajánlat volt.

A fantastic property. Really spacious with full cooking facilities. The location is great, right next to the bus stop so you can be in Salzburg in 20 mins. There are also free bikes available which we took on the 20 minute cycle to the Untersberg cable car. We were greeted by Harald at the property who showed us around and gave us advice on how to get around. An all round great visit.

Pěkný, čistý byt v dobré vzdálenosti od centra Salzburgu. Majitel byl velmi milý a nápomocný.

It was very close to the bus station, and shops, especially with small children it was perfect, only 20 minutes with local bus to the city centre. The host was really nice and helpful with tips for our trip. The apartment is fully equipped with bathtowels, soap, dishtowels, dishwasher, laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen, balcony. Very nicely furnished as well. It has its own parking space. We were really satisfied, will definitely come again in a few years.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, especially the pullout sofa bed. Other than that it was very nice.

Lage an stark befahrener Straße Schlafraum zur Strasse gelegen ,

Winkels op werpafstand. Goede kwaliteit van het huis. Mooie spullen, goed voorzien van alle keukenspullen, netjes en schoon.

Het geluid van de doorgaande weg aan de slaapkamerzijde. Stil tussen 2200 en 0700.

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben ein Ticket für die kostenlose Nutzung des öffentlichen Verkehrs erhalten, und der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit guter Nähe zu Supermärkten und Bäckereien, und die Gastgeber sind ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam.

Es wäre gut, wenn es in der Dusche eine Art Duschgel geben würde, wie die üblichen Spender, die an der Wand hängen und leicht nachfüllbar sind.

Die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ich hab den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Liebe Leute, unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Sehr sauber, alles da, was es braucht! Lage fantastisch, mit Bus direkt nach Salzburg und Umgebung. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus.

Empfang war sehr herzlich und es gab viele persönliche und hilfreiche Informationen (Salzburgcart) .Es war alles sehr sauber und vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.Sehr praktisch war die nahe Bushaltestelle und die Einkaufsmärkte.

Está ubicado en un sitio muy cómodo,cerca del centro pero no metido en la ciudad y tiene una comunicación en autobús fantástica. Sobre todo gracias a los dueños que nos facilitaron la tarjeta.

Pričakal nas je zelo prijazen, gostoljuben lastnik, ki nam je predal ključe. Kar pri njemu smo tudi kupili Salzburg Card in povedal nam je tudi kaj ne smemo izpustiti ob našem obisku. Apartma je na super lokaciji, tik ob hiši je avtobusno postajališče (15-20 min do centra Salzburga), trgovine (Billa, Hofer) so pa takoj za vogalom, na peš razdalji. Na voljo je zasebno parkirišče.

Hervorragende Anbindung an ÖPNV, sehr gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeit hervorragend erreichbar, Parkplatz vorhanden.

We really loved the apartment – it was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was great, right next to a supermarket and with easy access to all the places we visited around Salzburg. The owner took the time to meet us in person and share his tips and recommendations about the city, which was very kind and helpful.

We had a great stay at this apartment during our holiday. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was good, next to a supermarket and also to the bus station. The apartment was well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished. Check-in was smooth, and the host was really friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a pleasant experience. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

Appartamento spazioso dotato di tutti i confort. Zona tranquilla con parcheggio privato e fermata dell'autobus per il centro a 50 metri. Il centro storico si raggiunge in 15 minuti. L'host é gentilissimo e nel prezzo comprende anche la card per i mezzi pubblici. A 50 metri ci sono anche 2 supermercati.

We kregen per ongeluk een ander appartement dan geboekt. Maar na 1 nacht hadden we geen zin weer te verhuizen en gelukkig kon dat geregeld worden.

I truly recommend this property, we loved it. We were a group of four — two stayed in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed, which was comfortable. The room is very confortable, spacious, very clean and bright. The apartment offers a beautiful view and comes fully equipped with everything we needed: washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and more. The host was very kind and welcoming. The bus stop is right in front of the building, with a direct line to the city center that takes about 20 minutes. Buses run every 30 minutes during peak hours and every 60 minutes during off-peak hours. We also received a free guest public transport pass.

Host is helpful and patient. Groceries store is just 3 min walk away. Had everything we needed for the stay. The apartment is near Salzburg centre. There is a very nice playground nearby too which we went back for 2 days. Just be prepared to bring the luggage up 3 floors.

Near a busy road which you could hear but it was conveniently placed by a bus stop that had regular bus services to Salzburg.

The location is somewhat off but possible to get to Salzburg without too much hassle.

We had a great stay here! The host came by and gave us a few excellent suggestions to add to our plans, which made it perfect. It is a short bike ride along the river into town (bikes provided) and a nice drive east into lake country. We had everything we needed in the apartment.

We liked the modern, stylishly furnished, very clean and comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, mountain Unterberg view from the balcony, warm responsive hosts, convenient parking next to the house, and excellent location relative to Salzburg (10 minutes to the centre by car) and very close to the impressive Hellbrunn Palace complex with a vast park. There are two large supermarkets a few steps from the house. The bicycles provided to us by the hosts were a nice bonus (there is a wonderful bike path along Salzach River right from the house to Hellbrunn). Also, we have got from the host excellent advice on the sights and hikes of the area.

The bedroom window faces a busy road, absolutely quiet only from midnight. Yet if it bothers you, a couple can comfortably sleep on a double sofa bed in the guest room which, faces the opposite side and is always quiet even with an open balcony door.

Great location - gorgeous scenery just out of the town, right next to two supermarkets and the bus stop with the bus a 15/20 minute journey into town. All good cooking facilities and utensils, washer/dryer and a lovely little balcony too! Harald was so generous as he gave us a lot of information about travel, trips and getting around town. He went above and beyond as he very kindly picked us up from the train station as it would’ve been a 30 minute walk. Thank you so much for hosting such a beautiful place, you really made our stay in Salzburg special!

The host was very friendly and helpful with maps and suggestions of things to do. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. It had a very nice kitchen. There was a door for the living area which allowed more privacy for the couch bed.

It had road noise but didn't bother us. You need to walk your dog for all potty breaks but that wasn't bad for us. We were on 2nd floor and prefer being on ground floor in fear we're too noisy for those below.

The apartment is clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The host, Harald, did everything to make our stay perfect. It is located in a quiet place, surrounded by the amazing Alps mountains. Salzburg center can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by car.

Excellent location, less then 20 minutes drive to Salzburg center. Bus 160 stops in front of the house. Dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Comfortable and very clean. Own parking place inside the property. Billa and Hofer in 2 minutes. Close to the road but very silent.

No microwave. Train station is 20 minutes walk.

Location to Salzburg good. We used the 160 Postbus to travel in. 20 minutes.
