Selten so eine schöne Unterkunft gehabt! Von Anfang an so wohl gefühlt und so viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten von den Gastgebern. Auch die Einrichtung hat sehr unseren Geschmack getroffen und die Lage war perfekt. Wir haben auch mehrmals die Möglichkeit genutzt, mit den Fahrrädern entlang der Salzach zu fahren. Wir durften zusätzlich auch später auschecken, da nach uns niemand das Apartment belegt hat.

Het huis had wel iets van een smart home (domotica) met veel sensorachtige bedieningen, even wennen als je zelf een huis hebt met schakelaars en sleutels. De beheerder woont in hetzelfde pand aan de andere kant en is zeer behulpzaam. We hadden in de binnenstad bandenpech met één van hun leenfietsen: de beheerder ging ze de volgende dag met de auto ophalen, geen enkel probleem. Ook voor vragen, tips zeer servicegericht.

The apartment had everything we needed. Everything was clean, fresh and modern. One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great location both by car and public transport. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your own meals. There is a washing machine with all the detergents. We really enjoyed our stay here. We didn't even want to go home. The hosts are available for communication and very responsive.

Everything was great. The only suggestion, maybe you could put a box with things or a game for the kids. But that's not a criticism, just a suggestion to think about, because everything was great :)

Eine moderne Ferienwohnung mit aussergewöhnlichem Komfort und Ausstattung. Sie liess uns keine Wünsche offen. Gemütliche grosse Terrasse zum verweilen. Mit seiner Nähe (200m) zur Bus- und S-Bahn-Station Salzburg Süd ist sie voll an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden und mit der Salzburgcard kann man auf das Auto für Ausflüge nach Salzburg und das Salzburgerland verzichten.

Großartig ausgestattetes Apartment und gute Lage, liegt zwar am Stadtrand, ist aber über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und Bahn perfekt angebunden, auch zur Verfügung stehende Räder können genutzt werden

Eines der wenigen Apartments, die in echt wirklich so gut aussehen wie in den Bildern. Alles sauber, hochwertig eingerichtet und es wurde an viele kleine Details gedacht. Die Hosts sind sehr aufmerksam.

Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war ideal für unseren Familienurlaub.

Foi uma grande surpresa na nossa viagem de família. Apartamento amplo, confortável e acolhedor, com todas as facilidades necessárias para uma estadia perfeita (cozinha extremamente equipada, máquina de lavar e pescar roupas, estacionamento). Apesar de não ser propriamente em Salzburg, o acesso via transporte público é fácil e rápido - os proprietários nos forneceram os tickets de transporte púbico como parte da hospedagem. Os proprietários foram extremamente acolhedores e prestativos. Nos ajudaram em todos os momentos da estadia.

품위있는 시설에서 편안한 휴식을 즐길 수 있는 숙소입니다. 잘츠부르크 시내까지 갈 수 있는 버스정류장과 외부로 이동 가능한 기차역이 도보로 3분 거리에 있고, 자동차로 이동하기에도 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 동네는 호젓하고 매우 아늑해서 산보를 하기에도 좋았습니다. 시설은 더할나위없이 훌륭했고 창의 블라인드, 조명을 모두 거실 벽면의 아이패드로 제어 가능합니다. 인덕션은 화력이 센 4구가 있어 요리에 편리했습니다. 후드는 천정이 아니라 인덕션 중앙에 있어서 냄새가 퍼지지 않아 좋았습니다. 사려깊게 준비된 커피머신, 전기주전자, 토스터, 전자렌지 등의 설비는 물론이고 커피캡슐, 잼과 누텔라, 꿀, 설탕, 허브티까지 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 신형의 건조기 겸용 세탁기와 좋은 품질의 시트형 세탁세제는 기대이상이었습니다. 가장 감동적이었던 것은 수건, 그릇, 바디샴푸, 샴푸, 핸드워시 등과 그릇들의 품질이었습니다. 모든 것이 고급 호텔 이상이었습니다. 머무는 동안 음식을 만들어 먹고 충분히 휴식을 취하면서 대접받는 기분을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 잘츠부르크에 여행을 오는 가족단위, 커플여행객에게 단연 추천합니다.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The apartment is beautiful, located in a lovely neighborhood, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect visit. The hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything. There’s a SPAR supermarket about an 18-minute walk away, near the river and woods — we really enjoyed the walk there. The location is also very convenient: you can reach Salzburg city center easily by bus or train, with the station just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich toll, es fehlte an nichts. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Wir haben uns so wohl wie selten in einer Unterkunft gefühlt. So eine Ferienwohnung in optimaler Größe für 2 Personen ist wirklich eine Ausnahme.

Zeer nette accommodatie. Schoon en ruim zitgedeelte voor als je met 2 personen bent. Volledig uitgerust appartement, tot in detail ingericht. Vriendelijke gastheer. Je bent ook zo met de bus in centrum Salzburg. Wij komen zeker graag terug.

A very comfortable apartment close to the bus and train stations. It has its own parking space. It was interesting to be able to control the lights and window blinds from the iPad. To make it perfect, I would add a microwave and a more comfortable bed in the living room.

Updated & very clean throughout. Close to the bus station(-3 min. walking). Awesome owner with a caring heart. Nice parking spots in from of the house.

Our stay at Kolibri Apartment was truly exceptional. The apartment was not only incredibly clean and modern but also beautifully designed, creating a serene and stylish atmosphere. The smart home features added a layer of convenience and luxury to our experience. The apartment itself was cozy and inviting, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. The comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout the space ensured a truly restful and enjoyable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation via buses and train which allows us to travel to the city effortlessly. The owner was incredibly responsive, addressing our concerns promptly and making the entire booking process smooth and efficient. Without a doubt, this was the highlight of our Austria and Germany trip. We wholeheartedly recommend Kolibri Apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable, stylish, and convenient stay in Salzburg, Austria.

It was a perfect stay with nothing to dislike

Beautiful, spacious, modern, clean apartment, very good location, good bus connection to the city center. We recommend.

New (built Dec, 2023) beautifully designed apartment with kitchen, smart TV’s, clothes washer and superb access to bus, train and bike paths. Hosts are very organized and responsive. This is a top notch quiet suburban property only 15-20 minutes by bus, car or bicycle to central Salzburg. It’s about as perfect as it gets!

Perfect. Hosts have thought of everything!

A very exquisitely and tastefully done apartment. All the fixtures, fittings and equipment have a very modern feel. The beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfortable. Very close to the bus stop and train station that takes you to the Salzburg City Centre in 15-20 minutes. Kitchen had all the essential utensils and the hosts were kind enough to stock it with most of the basic stuff like coffee pods/condiments/oil.

Absolutely loved the immaculate and well equipped apartment. Our hosts Robert & Eva-May were very prompt & responsive to all our queries & provided plenty of useful tips on getting around Salzburg. The bed was very comfortable & we feel rested in the quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance is a hotel restaurant that serves delicious Austrian cuisine . The buses into old town are also a short walk away. Everything was perfect and made our holiday in Salzburg so much more memorable.

Apartment is modern, clean and sophisticated with many things controlled through a device in the apartment. Loved having breakfast on the patio and there's a fantastic path along the river which you can reach in mere minutes. The bonus was we could request a baby cot and highchair for use during our stay.

Minor downside was not having a microwave, mainly as we reply heavily on one for sterilizing baby items and heating food. But we managed in other ways.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. The location was great— a quick trip from the train into the city, the surrounding area was so quiet. The apartment was beautiful and modern and full of amenities. The hosts, Robert and Eva-May were so kind and attentive to our needs! This was one of the best apartments and experiences we’ve ever had on our multiple travels around the world!

We love how cozy the place was. Is very comfortable, we feel like at home. Robert was also very welcoming and is really a great host. We spent our new year there and it was really good. The kitchen has everything we need and town is just a short drive away.

Stayed here with my family of 4 people from 25.12 to 28.12.23. My choice fell on this apartment, because initially saw on the photo first-class of the apartment, good location and adequate cost. Nearby in 3 minutes walk from the house - the final stop of two OBUS (#3, #8), which crosses along the whole city. The owners turned out to be very pleasant and welcoming Eva-May and Robert. They have created the apartment very thoughtfully and lovingly. You should realise how quiet it is, as the apartments are in the private sector. Free car parking is offered. We had a dream to visit Salzburg, to see the mountain lake in St. Gingen with a boat trip, to ride the cog train, the cable car and the castle funicular. And everything turned out to be realised! So I highly recommend to stay here in these apartments!

You got everything you need for your family in this apartment. The reaction time of service is also very fast.

It’s hard to find restaurants and convenient stores nearby.
