Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Posizione eccellente per partenze di mattina presto dall'aeroporto di Haneda grazie anche alla navetta compresa. Personale gentilissimo, camera spaziosa ed accogliente. Per consentire di prendere la navetta alle 05.00 hanno perfino anticipato la colazione alle 04.30 del mattino. Eccezionale.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Hôtel proche de l’aéroport en taxi 5-8 minutes pour 1800yen. Navette gratuite également à partir de 5h du matin très pratique pour un vol interne tot le matin. Petit déjeuné correct mais pas beaucoup de choix.
Pas adapté pour 3 personnes (2 lits plus un canapé en simili cuir pas très grand) j’ai du dormir avec ma femme s’en trop bouger pour laisser ma fille sur l’autre lit. Pour une arrivée tardive à l’aéroport comme nous (22h) si on ne peut pas appeler l’hôtel pour le navette gratuite la seule solution c’est le taxie.

This isn't my first visit to Japan, but it's the first time a place has made me feel so uncomfortable. Whenever I travel, I treat people with respect because I know their culture and try to speak as much Japanese as possible. But this hotel made me experience injustice and racism for the first time in a country as beautiful as Japan. If you're not Japanese, DO NOT stay here.

I arrived a day too early and didn't realise and receptionists was incredible helpful at 2am trying to find me.a room in another hotel as they were full. Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The Inn is close to the airport. Breakfast is provided early in the morning from 4:45 am to 9:30am. It is good that if a person's flight is early in the morning. The shuttle bus provides early in the morning that is convenient for people who travel early in the morning. I requested for a non-smoking room. The room was smelly. The staff was friendly who changed me to another room the next day because the Inn was full that evening. (Note: I stayed in the Inn for four nights).
The first room I stayed was smelly. I did not get a good sleep the night. I stayed in the Inn for few days. I wish there would have a slight change in the breakfast menu, such as once or twice per week.
