Chambre tjrs impeccable 🤍 même debout avec nous le jour de notre départ pour nous amener jusqu'au taxi trop gentil. Et se qu'il y a de bien pas loin de tout. Séjour au top 🤍🤍

Pas de personnel, pas de vrais petits déjeuners, jus d' orange en brique. La qualité du petit déjeuner n' était pas du tout à la hauteur. Nous avons dû prendre notre petit déjeuner dans une autre Riad à côté pour les trois jours qui restent ! La chambre Olivia très bruyante, elle donne sur une petite ruelle où il y a des regroupements d' enfants et mobylettes. Nous avons été livrés à nous même toute la semaine ! Aucun accompagnement ! Très déçus de la prestation.

We are grateful for all your efforts making our stay do pleasant althought done curcumstances... The riad is in the heart of medina but also close to a place where you can take a taxi. The breakfast is delicious and tasty. But the people working there are the real gem!

Reviewed May 25, 2026Posizione ottima a circa 15 min dalla piazza principale. Youssef è stato super accogliente e meraviglioso e ci ha preparato un’ottima colazione ogni mattina! Camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa.
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto..il doccino della doccia da cambiare e il materasso non comodissimo

Reviewed May 17, 2026Sin duda la atención de Youssef, amable, atento y siempre servicial lo mejor del Riad. Nos ayudo en todo momento nuestro viaje a sido mejor gracias a su ayuda y amabilidad. Nos permitió dejar las maletas ya que nuestro vuelo salía tarde, nos consiguió taxi y nos aconsejo en todo momento. Gracias Youssef Las habitaciones son hermosas, amplias y muy limpias al igual que los baños. Cerca de la plaza Jemma el fna pero sin su bullicio.

La camera sporca senza tv e non parlare della porta praticamente stai in mezzo al corridoio. Tra la porta e il pavimento c'è più di 3 cm . Sconsiglio vivamente . Penso che le recensioni che ho visto sono palesamente comprate.

Reviewed May 6, 2026We had a lovely stay at Riad Elizabeth. The riad is peaceful and beautifully designed, offering a calm escape from the busy medina. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The service was excellent. What a great team they have!!! Youssef gave us a warm welcome and kindly helped me and the kids find our driver, which made both arrival and departure stress-free. The cleaning ladies were also wonderful and kept everything spotless. A great spot if you’re looking for something calm, stylish, and welcoming in Marrakech.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Piccolo riad in posizione abbastanza comoda nella Medina, ma in un vicolo non piacevole da percorrere la sera. Il gestore Joseph è molto gentile e premuroso, la struttura è pulita e ben arredata. La terrazza dove viene servita la colazione è molto bella.
Le camere piuttosto piccole sono molto buie, sia perché senza finestre verso l'esterno, sia per le lampadine veramente fioche. Il mio letto era cigolante, con materasso a molle incavato e scomodo, che sarebbe bene cambiare.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Youssef , che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo al Riad, é stato molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Dal prepararci la colazione in orari anticipati viste le escursioni in programma , ad aiutarci con spostamenti e tutto il resto. É solo grazie a lui che la recensione non ha un punteggio negativo, in quanto in realtà la professionalità dei proprietari é stata pessima.
Al nostro arrivo in aereoporto, nonostante i giorni precedenti fosse stata accordato il ritiro in aereoporto per accompagnarci al Riad, non troviamo nessuno. Per più di un'ora abbiamo aspettato fuori dall'aereoporto chiamando e scrivendo al numero indicato ( della proprietaria ) per avere indicazioni e chiedere quanto meno di avvisarci se ci fossero stati intoppi che ci saremmo mosse in modo alternativo. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto nessuna risposta. Ne qui nella chat di booking né alle chiamate sul cellulare ( tra l'altro italiano in quanto i proprietari a quanto pare sono italiani ) ne a messaggi whats app. Abbiamo preso un taxi e siamo arrivate comunque a destinazione , ma dei proprietari nemmeno una parola --> professionalità pari a zero. Devono essere grati a Youssef che ha reso piacevole il nostro soggiorno, altrimenti la valutazione sarebbe stata pari a 1 solo perché zero non si può.

Le lieu est une invitation à l’apaisement. Gros coup de cœur et encore plus grâce à Youssef qui nous a accueilli de la meilleure des manières. Tout est propre, le petit dej est top et vous n’êtes qu’à 8 minutes de la très vivante place des épices.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Very central location in the medina. Easy to find the souk markets and surrounding areas. The host was very friendly, accommodating and helpful, with advice about the area as well as help with taxi services to and from the airport. The breakfast was lovely.
I had wanted a bath on booking.com and filtered accommodations with this as a factor to consider. Although this riad did have a bath there was no plug. I asked the host and he said there were no plugs so you couldn’t fill the bath with water. This was only a small issue but it was annoying as it was something I wanted.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Lo que más me gusto fuerón el estilo del alojamiento, además del trato del dueño de este. En mi caso teniamos una excursión muy temprano y le solicitamos que nos hiciera el desayuno antes y no nos puso ninguna pega.
La calle en la que se situa... es un poco impactante, pero cuando te explican los motivos los entiendes (es para que la gente no identifique si son personas ricas o pobres y así no entran a robar), luego por dentro es muy bonito.

We visited in the middle of what appeared an unusually cold spell in December. They only serve breakfast at the rooftop terrace, and it was too chilly for a comfortable meal. Also, having some cheese for breakfast would have been better.

The cleaning lady was extremely caring - she made the bed daily and even folded our socks. When a bathroom lamp didn’t work on arrival, it was fixed by the next day, which we appreciated.😊
The bedsheets could be newer and fresher. Also, there is a bird singing early every morning - nice if you’re already awake, but not ideal if you want to sleep in 😅

La colazione sufficiente, poco varia, anche se di ottima qualità, in 5 giorni ci hanno proposto sempre le stesse cose, magari variare un pochino sarebbe stato gradito. Sono stati carinissimi nel giorno del mio compleanno farmi trovare uno stupendo mazzo di fiori in camera, GRAZIEEE infinite.
conoscendo i disagi di raggiungere i Riad in Medina, avevamo richiesto il pick up in aereoporto, oltretutto il nostro aereo arrivava in tarda serata, ma alle 1 di notte non abbiamo trovato l'autista ad attenderci e ci siamo dovuti organizzare in autonomia prendendo un taxi.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Youssef, sempre gentile e disponibile. Il Riad si trova in una zona centralissima della Medina, a due passi dalla Madrassa e dai souk della città. Nonostante la posizione centrale, il luogo è molto silenzioso e tranquillo. La struttura è completamente ristrutturata, pulita e con servizio di pulizia della camera ogni giorno. La colazione viene preparata al momento e, nei giorni in cui avevamo bisogno di uscire più presto, su richiesta Youssef ci ha preparato una sacchetta con i prodotti della colazione che non richiedono preparazione immediata, come acqua e yogurt. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole super consigliato!
Se devo proprio trovare un dettaglio, direi l’orario della colazione sarebbe comodo iniziare un po’ prima, verso le 7:30, per chi parte presto per le escursioni. Ma davvero nulla di rilevante.

Les matelas sont tellement vieux qu’ils sont creux au milieu. Décoration pas terrible pour un Riad en plein Marrakech et dans un pays où l’artisanat a sa réputation. Petit déjeuner assez pauvre. Nous étions dans la chambre Alessia et malheureusement pour nous, nous étions réveillé tôt le matin par les chaises du petit déjeuner (des patins sous les chaises ne coutent pas cher). La chambre n’était pas très propre, les draps taché et le Siphon du lavabo noir de salissures. Après en avoir fait la réflexion au responsable des lieux, il a été correctement nettoyé. Vraiment déçue de ce lieu qui a un grand potentiel tant sur la décoration que le service. Dommage !

Logela oso txukuna da, eta Medinako kale estuetan galtzea erreza bada ere, zentrotik ezin gertuago dago. Marrakesh ezagutzeko toki paregabea!

Il personale eccezionale, Youssaf è stato meraviglioso, ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno
