Deltapark Vitalresort

Nossa acomodação era com vista para a montanha Stock Horn, tudo bem limpo e arrumado. Durante a semana em que passamos lá o tempo não ajudou. Usamos pouco o spa mas também nos pareceu bem interessante. O preço das massagens é alto.

This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again!

The staff was pretty unwelcoming; most of them made us felt like we were not a good fit for the place. All else was great.

Not kids friendly.

It was underwhelming. Front desk/office was superb but everyone else needs retraining. Morning team at the restaurant (Breakfast team) need retraining. Very rude when they demanded our room number as we were serving ourselves breakfast and then he realized it was part of the room. Wouldn’t offer us coffee or tea as we watched him serve others. He was very attentive and had a sense of urgency with selective people. Maybe diversity training is required. Thai restaurant only serves two times and then closes. Spa close at 6pm~ no pool unless you book spa appt. No rooftop availability unless you book a certain room type. Actually surprised Fine Hotels & Resorts recognizes this hotel as a four star hotel as it is NOT a four star hotel. However overall it is clean and the food at the bar is ok. Bar team is friendly too.

Excellent Hotel in a lovely location. Both restaurants excellent if extremely expensive (although it is Switzerland so probably normal). Thai restaurant in particular is great.

Das Deltapark Vitalresort ist ein schönes Ferienresort mit SPA und direktem Zugang zum Thunersee. Die Stadt Thun ist in ein paar Minuten praktisch mit der Buslinie 1 erreichbar.

We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel where you can clearly see that the guest is most important. A great location with incredible views and amenities. Highly recommend!

War alles toll .. Erholung pur

Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Für uns war alles perfekt.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Extremely clean, great salted indoor pool and nice spa area. The food is of very good quality and the personnel is friendly. We will go back there for sure.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am See, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet!

Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, ausgezeichnetes Essen in den Restaurant, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen. Einzig das Badezimmer war sehr klein, alles Übrige top!

Personnel agréable mais pour un 4 étoiles réellement déçu. Nous avons eu droit à une chambre déjà occupée par d’autres clients et n’avons pas pu manger dans le restaurant de l’hôtel. Nous qui apprécions pas du tout la restauration asiatique avons dû nous en contenter. Nous ne retournerons certainement plus dans un tel hôtel.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, unaufdringlicher aber sehr guter Service. Schöne Zimmer, die alle einen schönen Ausblick bieten. Ruhige Lage am See und Blick auf Berge.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. We received excellent service, the amenities were great, breakfast had a variety and was delicious, and the staff were friendly.

Superb service and very new, well thought through designs.

I liked the amenities in the floor. They put coffee and tea in the room and in the front of elevator. Also, they put some fruits. The location was excellent and their garden was very nice. They really made our stay very nice.

Very new and modern design hotel located right next to the thun lake. Room was large with a view of the lake. Very friendly staff and the director of the hotel really went out to engage with the guests and make us feel wecome. Also had an excellent dinner at Delta Gourmet. We were served lots of inventive pre-starters - what a treat and nice surprise. The waitress serving us was so attentive and really made time to explain the dishes. We were also able to walk easily to the path around the lake to soak up the beauty of Lake Thun.

Das Hotel ist neu und modern aufgebaut. Die Lage am See ist wunderbar. SPA Bereich war gut. Der Preis empfinden wir als hoch.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schöne Anlage, großzügiges Zimmer, tolle Wellnes Anlage mit Thermal Bad, sehr großzügiges Frühstücks Buffet, himmlische Massagen... was will man mehr?? Wir haben uns wunderbar erholen können!

Bilder auf ebookers stimmten überhaupt nicht mit dem effektiven Zimmer überein. Die auf der Hotelhomepage publizierten Preise sind nur Richtwerte. Bei guter Auslastung steigen die Preise massiv an. Was bei mir persönlich einen bitteren Nachgeschmack hinter liess. Restaurant war sensationell!

الفندق اكثر من رائع والمكان هادىء وإطلالة الغرفه على البحيرة جدا جميله ، يوجد في الغرفه ثلاجه و ميني بار صغير ومكيف مركزي وشرفه .

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich wunderschön und das Personal extrem freundlich!! Zur Begrüssung gab es ein Welcome Drink zum gemütlich angekommen und dann ging es aufs Zimmer. Von unserem Zimmer waren wir sehr entäuscht. Es stimmte alles mit der Beschreibung von Hotels.com überein, aber für mich war das kein tolles 4 Sterne Zimmer. Wir waren im neben Gebäude "Walshaus" welches sehr nah am SPA liegt, jedoch sind diese Zimmer nicht mit denen im Hotelgebäude zu vergleichen. Darum empfehle ich das Hotel nicht über die Platform zu buchen sondern direkt über die Hotel Homepage. Frühstück war inbegrieffen uns das Buffet lies keine Wünsche übrig, wie auch die Qualität der Speisen nicht!

The sauna and swimming pool, spa of the hotel is amazing. It’s also close to the lake so I can swim in the lake with the amenities supplied by the hotel. However, the Annex Building sucks. I didn’t know I booked the Annex Building but the front desk told me I did. The Annex Building is far from the parking and have several bad things compared to the main building(ex. Nespresso machine is not free). With all the review, I can guess the Hotel installed an Air Conditioner lately. Although the AC’s performance is not enough to cool the room at Annex Building, I think I could have died if they didn’t installed the AC. The breakfast was not bad, but nothing was excellent.

Vi ble møtt av en svært hyggelig resepsjonist, som gjorde alt han kunne for å gi oss et fint opphold. Alt personale vi møtte var superhyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Fint hotell med deilig spaområde med fri tilgang, fantastisk beliggenhet med utsikt over thunersee og til fjellene bak, god frokost med stort utvalg for alle, også allergikere. Gode transportforbindelser var det også 😊Fikk også et kort av hotellet for gratis buss i området og rabatt på mange attraksjoner 😊 Anbefales!

un séjour très agréable, un très beau centre de spa avec des saunas et hammam superbes. La situation est très belle avec la vue sur le lac et l'autre rive.
