Das Spa, Die Lage. Das Frühstück mit Prosecco und Eierspeisen aus der Küche. Kuchen am Nachmittag. Einfach wunderbar. Auch das Angebot kostenlos Tennis zu spielen haben wir wahrgenommen. Es ist nicht zufällig unser dritter Besuch.

Was wir nicht wussten ist, dass leider nur wenige Zimmer mit neuen Betten und ohne offenes Badezimmer ausgestattet sind, und wir bisher Glück hatten. Das Bett war leider sehr klein und unbequem. Wir hatten starke Rückenbeschwerden am nächsten Tag. Die Möbel hatten starke Abnutzungsspuren. Unserem Wunsch das Zimmer für die zweite Nacht zu wechseln, wurde nur sehr widerwillig entsprochen. Das neue Zimmer und Bett war auch nicht viel besser. Die Kommunikation war leider nicht so zuvorkommend und freundlich, wie wir uns das von einem so schönen Hotel (und auch zu dem Preis) erhofft hatten.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful garden, friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Suitable for families and solo travelers. If you're looking for a calm and quiet base for discovering that part of Switzerland, its a great place to come back to for the night, though be prepared that the town itself is not very vivid in the evenings.

The hotel is in a great location close to the lovely town. The Spa area and pool are excellent, really enjoyed using those after a day exploring. The breakfast was very good too, a lot of choices. The view from our room was great, lovely view of the lake and an adequate balcony

The staff didn’t speak good English so struggled to be helpful in guiding us for restaurants and trips out, they wanted to help but couldn’t do so easily. Spiez is beautiful but has limited restaurants if that is of concern to anyone, there’s only 3 or 4 near the lake, but to be fair they were all good. Also in general everything was expensive, probably 30% more than Italy for example

A wonderful hotel for family stays in a beautiful hotel very close to Interlaken but way better in prices and facilities. This is real hotel where you will never find in Interlaken city.

免费赠送的矿泉水（以及早餐的水，应该都是同一个牌子）有点太难喝了，建议换一个牌子。怎么做到瓶装水比自来水还难喝的

location is quiet with a great view in the breakfast area/ restaurant. Breakfast and service are both very nice.

The room is very shabby or awkwardly designed-- It is one space with everything in it. The vanity with sink and mirror and lighting is right next to the bed which very inconvenient for couple uses. I dare not woke up to wash in the morning because my husband would still sleeping 3 feet away from the sink. The bathroom is enclosed in a glass space which is not in a wall. We have never stayed in a place like this before. This is a place probably ok for just one person, but not for a couple traveling for vacation. It is over priced based on what it offered.

Clean, breakfast was good, staff were amazing especially Franz.

Abendessen auf der Terrasse und das Frühstück waren gut, das Frühstück sogar sehr gut. Der Service im Haus ist sehr professionell, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

das Superior Doppelzimmer war eher klein, das Bett war super schmal (1.40?) und die Matratzen unbequem. Die Heizung machte die ganze Nacht Blubber-Geräusche, das "offenes Bad" Konzept ist nicht gut umgesetzt, man hat das Gefühl im WC wie auf dem Präsentierteller zu sitzen.

We had 'comfort' rooms with a lake view. The rooms were comfortable and the view was stunning. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony, enjoying it. The facilities were extensive and enjoyable, particularly the spa. Breakfast was generous and we appreciated the free apples.

We didn't try the restaurant due to the prices, which were very steep, even for Switzerland. The hot drinks at breakfast weren't of the same quality as the rest of the food.

駅からは下りなので歩いても良いけど、ハーバーについた客にはむかえにこて貰えるとありがたい。バスを利用する様教えられたが、バス停の名前が上りと下りて違うみたいで、不安だった。

Fantastic location, views, quality of accommodation etc etc HOWEVER the real benefit of staying here is the quality of the staff in EVERY department. You will struggle to find a more professional and helpful customer service team anywhere! They are all BRILLIANT!

The A/C in the rooms made the stay perfect in the hot European summer. Delicious breakfast both European and US choices and eggs to order. The parking garage was never full and incredibly easy to park. Enjoyed the spa area with inside and outside areas. Service was second to none. Five star stay!

Not necessarily negative but other guests should be aware of the following. We had a room where the bathroom was open to the rest of the room. Couples who are very comfortable with each other and keep the same sleeping schedule, this shouldn't be a problem.

Excellent facilities. Glamourous lake view from the balcony. Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was so nice and diversed that you would regret if not having some. And a gold restaurant with charming views. Staff were super friendly. They provided me with an extra quilt on hearing that my roomate took the only quilt in the room😂. Anyway, enjoyed very much and thanks a lot for the service!

酒店位置很棒，去火车站很方便，服务超级无敌好，入住和退房酒店都有接送火车站，不用带着大行李箱走路真的棒极了！房间的view一级棒，早餐丰盛，水果好好吃！客房打扫的特别干净～我在施皮茨的最后一天因为要赶火车很早就要出发，本来不在酒店接驳车的服务时间，酒店也贴心的安排了送站，司机师傅准时到达并提前把我们的行李搬到了车上，非常暖心，我会推荐所有人入住这家酒店！

房间很干净窗外的view很棒！早餐超级丰盛，服务也特别好，酒店的工作人员都会微笑打招呼～我定了3晚但是分成了两个订单，酒店非常贴心的帮我升级了房间这样我就不用搬来搬去换房间，酒店还提供接送站服务，会按照提供的车次时间准时到达，真的超级棒！

▫️风景绝佳：推窗就是图恩湖和施皮茨城堡，旁边还有人家养小鹿。 ▫️设施提醒：不提供拖鞋和牙刷牙膏，需自备，床头无插座，只能书桌/洗漱台充电。但是！阳台可以晾衣服，晴天一晚上就干了，建议带小瓶洗衣液，衣柜里有衣架，也可以自带。 ▫️早餐惊艳：餐厅窗外风景如画，每天早餐时刻都是享受。目前住了三家酒店，这里的早餐最丰富，最重要的是有超级新鲜的水果（其他酒店 包括超市的切果也都不新鲜），水果品质很好每一种都好好吃！煎蛋正常水平，欧姆雷特不错，可自选食材（桌上有菜单） ▫️接送站服务：爬过施皮茨的坡才知道送站有多重要！火车站去酒店是缓坡下坡，推行李不累，但是如果自己推行李去火车站那就遭老罪咯。

he hotel was excellent in every aspect — the room, location, service, and breakfast were all outstanding. I would especially like to thank a male staff member who kindly assisted my daughter when her room experienced an air-conditioning problem at around 2:00 PM. He promptly arranged a room change and handled the situation professionally and efficiently. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but please extend my sincere appreciation and thanks to him. His helpfulness and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Very nice hotel with history and yet very well kept. It’s about 10 min walk from the train station and offers luggage storage-which we found already in our room when we came for the checkin. The pool is nice, there’s a jacuzzi as well (different opening times) and many options for saunas and massages. Breakfast is also very nice and can be taken on the terrace on a sunny day.

Das Personal isr eher Reserviert, anliegen werden Sachlich entgegen genommen. Früchteschale auf Etage wurde nie aufgefüllt

Un accueil chaleureux, un bel établissement avec une vue magnifique, un Spa de très belle qualité, un dîner sympathique et un PDJ quasi parfait.

La taille de la chambre et la disposition de la SDB et des toilettes. Mais cela est un détail par rapport à la qualité générale de cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons !

Sehr schönes Hotel. Gute Lage zum Oberland. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Wellnesbereich ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Lademöglichkeit für das Elektroauto vorhanden und sehr günstig.

Offenes Bad zum "Schlafzimmer" ist nicht so unser Ding.

Everything was great.

The restaurant staff, service and food was a very high standard. Friendly reception greeting. The view of the lake and mountains from our room and the restaurant was superb. The pool and spa was a bonus. The small gestures like apples on each floor for guests was a homely touch. We would stay again. Close to the town and lake and up the hill to the train station. The hotel provided us w their transport to get us and the family suitcases to the train station which was very nice!

The restaurant was amazing, really lovely food and presentation excellence; my only comment would be the time between entree and main course was a little long for us as a family and made the evening later than we wished.

La cama muy baja y muy pequeña, muy incómoda. El wc no tiene nada de privacidad, deberían pensar en cambiar algo al respecto.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Eden Spiez several times, and the experience is consistently excellent. High-quality service, genuinely friendly staff, and a very warm welcome every time. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, the spa is outstanding, and the breakfast is exceptional. The view over Lake Thun is simply magnificent. A place that never disappoints.
