Overall, it's one of the best 4-star hotels I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was excellent and had everything you could want. Lunch and dinner were also really good, with lots of hot and cold dishes, sides, drinks and desserts to choose from. The staff were very polite and always ready to help. There are three bars in the hotel with good drinks and cocktails. The whole hotel was very clean, including our room, the pool and all the public areas. There was something going on almost every day from morning until late in the evening, like sports, fun games and challenges, live music and DJ nights. Getting to the beach is super easy. You just walk out the back gate of the hotel and you're there in a couple of minutes. The beach has golden sand and was nice and clean. The beach staff were friendly too, and drinks and snacks were free there as well. There's also a small shop inside the hotel where you can get pretty much anything you forgot or need, like pool floats, snacks, sunscreen, basic clothes and cigarettes. We also booked a paid massage, and the therapists were really professional and clearly knew what they were doing.

The minibar only had soft drinks and two cans of beer, refilled daily. Most bars close at midnight, and the main bar stays open until 1 am, but drinks are paid during that last hour. So having a few extra drinks or some small bottles of spirits in the minibar would have been nice for the late evenings. The wifi was slower than I expected. A couple of times I had to switch to my mobile data just to send a few photos. The area around the hotel isn't very exciting, with just a few small local shops nearby. But since the hotel has everything you need, we never really missed anything.

Everything is super comfortable and tailored for the guests! The staff is available and involved in resolving any possible issue. Location is TOP - it takes around 20 mins to walk to Side with a seaside view! The Restaurant (buffet) is excellent, for 4+ night-stay there is one a-la-card experience for free but the Buffet is still unbeatable (especially the Turkish edition on Mondays)! Highly recommended for a relaxed holiday!

Everything about this hotel was spot on, care had been taken to make sure everything was in place to provide maximum rest and enjoyment of guests staying here. There was not a complaint or need for anything at any point in the stay.

Ein kleines Erwachsenenhotel mit einem entspannten, internationalen Gästepublikum, gutem Sport- und Unterhaltungsprogramm, abwechslungsreichem Essen, einem tollen Mitarbeiterteam und einem immer präsenten Hotelmanager, jederzeit ansprechbar und alles im Blick. Die Mitarbeiter sind in allen Bereichen vom Empfang, an der Bar, die Putzfeen, Animateure, Kellner … sehr freundlich, fleißig und hilfsbereit. Besonderen Dank an Ferhat, Tuncay, Ismail, Burak und Cesin 😊. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Leider gibt es keine Strandbar, aber das ist an diesem Standort wohl nicht möglich. Trotzdem wird am Strand alles getan, damit man sich wohlfühlt und es gibt kleine Getränke und Speisen. Und das Baden ist wunderbar möglich.

Staff were great. Drinks were very good. It was very clean everywhere. Food was so good!!!!

I didnt like wine, expecially white wine or sparkling wine, they were bad. If there were better wine i would gladly pay for it. In restaurant you could only pay the whole bottle so thats was not nice either.

Location is great, good shops in abundance and within walking distance. The old ancient city within walking distance along the beach. Pool party in the pool was awesome (Thursday). Sea water was warm and the private beach was well organized with complimentary water and refreshments. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I would prefer to see more meditation classes. At TUI Blue Barut Andiz there is on meditation class per week and it is just for 6 people. There were no spaces left for me to participate.

Everything was very good. We enjoyed the time here. The hotel is very clean, food are amasing and the stuff is very friendly and helpful. They are creating a nice atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying fully our holiday. The beach was very close to the hotel building, also easy to walk into the old town. Lot of nice cats in the hotel, which are very feiendly and make you feel home.

Kunne godt tænke mig at der var musik ved poolen. Du mærkede ikke rigtigt at du var i Tyrkiet, intet tyrkisk musik på noget som helst tidspunkt. Og der manglede lidt natmad også. Sandwiches var til rådighed om natten, men de var ret tøre og kedelige.

Не всегда персонал у бассейна подходил, сложно было поймать, приходилось идти к бару (хотя к некоторым другим постояльцам подходили и обновляли напитки).

Wir sind mit hohen Erwartungen angereist - und waren trotzdem einfach nur begeistert. Ich glaub, "Billig-All-Incl.-Urlaub" haben wir uns hiermiert versaut :) Begrüßung an der Rezeption direkt mit einem Drink. Sauberes praktisch und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer, auch mit bequemen Betten. Ein toller beheizter Pool (auch in der Vorsaison). Und herzliches Personal! Vom Manager (wer hier ein Problem hat, wird sicher kein Problem haben, ihn zu finden - er ist sehr sichtbar im Hotel unterwegs) über den Barkeeper (leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht mehr, er hat ihn die tollsten Cocktails gezaubert; keine Sorge, die sind nicht wässrig, sondern echt lecker mit gutem Marken-Alkohol) bis hin zur Animation - Reiseleiter Craig mit seiner unverwechselbaren Art beim Quizz oder Riesenjenga oder Miko bei Fitnesskursen oder beim Dart, der auch immer für beste Stimmung sorgt. Wie ihr merkt: Es geht ziemlich familiär zu. Man kennt die Namen, es wird eine persönliche Beziehung aufgebaut. Das Essen ist auch super gut! Als als Vegetarier habe ich immer was gefunden. Und die Nachtische erst <3

Leider waren wir viel zu kurz hier, gerade waren wir "angekommen", war unser Aufenthalt auch schon wieder vorbei :) Manche Speisen am Buffet waren nicht eindeutig beschriftet, daher war nicht immer eindeutig erkennbar, was vegetarisch ist. Zwar war bei 95% der Speisen ein (korrektes) Schild dran und nichts falsch ausgezeichnet und man konnte auch immer fragen, aber hier würde ich mir etwas mehr Sorgfalt und ggf. Abwechslung und Auswahl wünschen.

Rahulik ainult täiskasvanutele hotell, territoorium ei ole suur, aga rannaäärne bromenaad on lähedal ja saab liikuda nii palju kui soovi on. Avar tuba 1542, väga mugav voodi, lumivalge voodipesu, ülipehme hommikumantel. Väga meeldiv personal.

This was our second enjoyable visit to Barut Andız. It has everything that we need and for those with restricted mobility the hotel is very suitable as it isn’t large and looks after its less able guests. Our various requests were all carried out and we thank the reception team for these. The customer care in this hotel is outstanding, from the manager through to the frontline and backroom staff. This is what makes this hotel different to most others. We were happy to see that since our last visit the hotel has designated more areas as non-smoking (thank you).

This hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed at. We stayed for a week in April, and it was wonderful. We loved everything about it: The staff were excellent across the board. Helpful, attentive but not overbearing. Tui team (Craig, Milo, Debbie and BT) all helped us make the most of our stay. The hotel staff were all excellent, and made our stay fantastic. The food is wonderful. Buffet offers a range of options, as well as a nightly bit of show cooking. We had intended to eat out a couple of times but ultimately didn't feel we needed to. Enjoyed a la carte twice, and would recommend Culinarium in particular. Facilities were excellent too. Enjoyed our room, the pool, sauna and bar. Location is good too. You are very close to the beach, and a 25min stroll into Side. The town itself is lovely. We love archaeology and history and it is everywhere around you. In conclusion, believe the hype - this place is fantastic.

Diese Herzlichkeit zieht sich durch das komplette Hotel – und das ist heute alles andere als selbstverständlich. Ein riesiges Kompliment an das gesamte Team: So viel Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und echtes Interesse am Gast erlebt man nur selten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Harun, Ufuk, Savas, Ismael, Serdar, Yusuf, Halil, Miko, Craig, Mehmet, Egge, Debbie, Hasan und Nurettin – ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Jeder einzelne von euch trägt dazu bei, dass man sich hier einfach wohlfühlt. Die Zimmer sind top gepflegt, modern und laden einfach zum Entspannen ein. Die Bar ist hervorragend – super Atmosphäre und richtig gute Drinks. Und das Essen… wirklich überragend. Eine klare 10/10. Große Auswahl, hohe Qualität und geschmacklich einfach auf einem Niveau, das man so selten findet. Auch das Animations- und Freizeitprogramm ist perfekt abgestimmt: abwechslungsreich, gut organisiert und vor allem angenehm – nie aufdringlich, sondern genau so, dass man Lust hat mitzumachen. Meine Tochter und ich haben hier 10 sehr erholsame Urlaubstage verbracht. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus angenehm und freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Damen, die unermüdlich unsere Zimmer sauber gehalten haben, ISMAIL,🍹der uns wunderbare Getränke am Pool serviert hat, EMIN 🍽️ im Restaurant, der uns nie warten lies und MIKO, 🫶🏼 der uns zu sportlichen Höchstleistungen erfolgreich animierte. Wichtig noch zu erwähnen, wie positiv der Umgang mit den vielen Katzen hier ist. 🐈‍⬛ Vielen Dank dafür!!!!

Stedet er fantastisk, det er 3. Gang vi var der. Sidste gang var for 7 år siden, men alt er som vi huskede det, uden at sætte en finger på noget. Vi kan kun anbefale stedet til andre voksne som ønsker luksus, afslapning og gastronomi i særklasse.

This is a very nice and cozy hotel. I love everything about it! Stayed there 3 times in a row and will come again😁. The stuff is very friendly and professional. The facilities are perfect. Food is delicious.

This was our second visit the the Andiz, we loved it the first time and it didn’t disappoint the second time. I’m literally going to say what everyone else says, the staff are so friendly they make you feel like family, a lot of guests are returning so you know people already. It really is a special hotel with such a relaxed feeling. Savas the manager walks round the whole hotel all day long, chatting with the guests and making people feel comfortable. Halit runs his bar so well, always a hub for a good chin wag and a cocktail. I could write about every member of staff but they are all very good at their job and that starts at the top and filters down. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is good, drinks good, location great for a walk on the prom or a walk into Side. Roof top bar is a great place to watch the sunset and there is a new terrace bar with beautiful palms and ambient lighting where you can sit by day and bask in the sunshine or have pre/post dinner drinks. We had a massage package this year, very good, can highly recommend. To sum up from a fussy traveller, it’s fabulous!

The staff were amazing, everyone including the other guests were all so friendly. The food was the best we've ever had on holiday as were the drinks, especially the wonderful handmade cocktails. There us even a coffee house with cakes and ice creams.The staff really can't do enough for you and genuinely do their best to make your stay as enjoyable as they can. Led from the top, Savas the manager is always around and pitches in with his staff. He even brought our suitcases to the taxi for us in the rain. We never go back to the same hotel but have both said that we will go back here within the next couple of years. Thank you to all xx

Lovely friendly helpful staff who really want you to have the best time. Food is wonderful as are the drinks, especially the cocktails. Free loungers on private section of the beach with AI water, fruit, sandwiches etc. Manager Savas is always around chatting to the holidaymakers and even joins in with his staff, serving drinks at the bar and carrying suitcases ! Выбирали отель со своей парковкой, так как в Турции были на машине. Парковка есть, охраняемая, место было всегда. С парковки началось приятное впечатление: нас встретил сотрудник отеля, взял багаж, провёл в лобби, где уже ждал welcome drink. Чекин прошёл достаточно быстро, нам дали расписание отеля, объяснили, где что найти. Мы бронировали стандартный номер, вид был на море, очень красиво! В номере нас ждала бутылка вина в подарок, а также немного десертов Номер очень чистый, места достаточно. Санузел раздельный, удобно. Полотенец много, плюс можно хоть каждый час брать чистые пляжные полотенца. Также есть халаты. А ещё сумка для пляжных полотенец. Мини-бар пополняют каждый день, есть соки, вода, кола, пиво. Шведский стол хороший, всегда есть выбор овощей, фруктов, мясных и рыбных блюд. Также в ресторане были тематические ужины с особым меню (например, был турецкий ужин с местной кухней). Один раз ходили в спа на программу, понравилось. Сауна входит во всё включено безлимитно. Бассейн был с приятной по температуре водой, хоть и была середина октября с прохладными вечерами. До моря пешком метров 300-400, на пляже отеля места много, есть бесплатные напитки, фрукты. Из развлечений есть спортивные штуки (почти каждый день проводят занятия по пилатесу, были соревнования по настольному теннису), квизы (на английском и немецком), музыкальные и танцевальные выступления и интерактивы. Нам хватало, потому что после обеда ещё сами гуляли по городу или ездили по окрестностям) Весь персонал отеля очень вежливый, приветливый, дружелюбный! Расположение отеля в довольно тихом месте, рядом нет громких кафешек. Зато есть магазин Сиде Базар, где классные ребята работают, ходили туда не столько ради сувениров, сколько к ним) В целом отель довольно тихий и подходит для тех, кто хочет тишины, а не тусовок. Подавляющее большинство отдыхавших в наше время были взрослые европейцы. Нам очень понравилось, это был отличный отдых.

Матрас жестковат, подушки высоковаты (мне было хорошо, жене высоко). По еде два разочарования: супы были каждый день практически одинаковые (то есть один и тот же бульон, но чуть отличается состав овощей или мяса); ресторан a-la carte не оправдал ожиданий. Хамам почему-то был сухой, просто теплая комната. Сосед сверху каждое утро в 7:50 начинал двигать стул по полу, чем будил нас. Вины отеля нет, просто не могу не рассказать о такой неприятности! Всё, больше вообще не было ничего негативного, только эти мелочи.

An unfortunate experience with one of the staff at the Olive restaurant put us off. A lot of sickness amongst guests was off putting too.

Incredible, everything about our stay was incredible. Food in the buffet and a la cartes for breakfast, lunch and dinner was the best we have experienced in hotels, room was perfect, the staff desperately want you to be happy, they treat you like family. We will be revisiting many times in the future.

Staff are wonderful! The reception team even helped me sort out a work crisis by printing and scanning a document for me. Many returning guests who were greeted like old friends…

No Wi-Fi on the beach. ( maybe not a bad thing).

The experience was fantastic. The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!

An absolutely beautiful hotel within walking distance to the beach where the hotel has an amazing bar service - yes- right by the beach. So you can enjoy the warmer weather with a beverage or two of your choice. We had a lovely week and will return.

What a great hotel! Not only is it beautiful, the food and drinks are excellent. Comfy beds, clean, lovely pool. The absolute standout of the hotel is the staff. Every single person you come across smiles, chats, remembers you and offers amazing service. I tried to keep a list of names to mention but it became impossible as everyone was amazing. Savas, the manager, takes time to get to know the guests, checks in regularly and is all around great craic. Halit makes insanely good cocktails, ismail runs around the pool tending to your every need and always with a smile, the guys in the restaurant are so welcoming and friendly. We had dinner in the international a la carte restaurant one night and it was amazing. Really good food, good selection of wine and impeccable service. We cannot wait to come back!

Iedereen is er zeer klantvriendelijk. Bij een probleem(pje), doet men er alles aan om dit op te lossen. Het buffet en de restaurants serveren zeer lekker en gevarieerd eten. Mooi zwembad, een rustig hotel, en toch dicht bij de dijk.

Everything - yes, seriously, everything! The hotel could not do more for us, from the initial booking to a friendly check-in at the start and even friendlier send-off at the end of our stay. Mehmet, the front desk manager, offered us an adapted room when I asked about help for those with restricted walking mobility. He also reserved us sunbeds near the steps into the pool. We were also reserved a table in the restaurant. All the staff is exceptional at their jobs, led by the ever-present and hands on manager Savaş. The pool is fantastic for swimming or just relaxing in, and was at bath temperature by the afternoon. The jacuzzi section was perfect for just cooling off from the heat. The food was delicious and seemingly catered for everyone’s tastes. As we greatly enjoy Turkish food we were delighted with the quality and variety of the various dishes, salads and snacks available. The bar service is excellent, from continual at-sunbed service around the pool to nice drinks in the various bar areas in the evening. All in all, we had a fantastic 2 weeks and will book again for next year.

Very little. As a minor point, it was difficult to escape cigarette smoke in outdoor areas and some guests even smoked in areas where the hotel had requested no smoking.

There is no warm swimming pool, I did expect that the water would be nice to swim in, but it depended only on the weather.

Tüm misafirlere tek tek güler yüzle, sabırla ve içtenlikle yaklaşmaları gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Oda temizliği, yemekler, tesisin huzurlu atmosferi ve personelin ilgisiyle çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadım. Dinlenmek, keyifli vakit geçirmek ve kendini özel hissetmek isteyen herkes gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilir. Emeği geçen herkese tekrar teşekkür ederim.

Excellent staff, small hotel easy and relaxed feel

The kindness of the staff is the most outstanding thing from this wonderful place on earth. Congrats to the entire team and managers who all did their best to satisfy really all our needs and requirements and from all other guests in the best way possible. Pool, Hotel, rooms are always perfect cleaned. Cocktails are delicious and huge variety. Food is really fresh, delicious, super varied and different every day and evening. Sometimes even in the breakfast. A la carte restaurants are really delicious also. Quietness of the resort helps you disconnect. Sport activities along with the fitness instructor are an enormous plus. He is so much fun and joy and knowledgeable in the same time! Helped us learn to dance and train daily. Hotel manager is absolutely non stop present and everywhere, taking care of connecting with people in a genuine way and listening to their needs or feelings. This for sure is the biggest plus. Along with the other managers and captains (bar and restaurant captains, super friendly and helpful all the time). Beach is not so far away as in the comments. 2-4 minutes walk from hotel straight to the private beach where u have your own towels received nicely in a bag in your room when u arrive. And drinks on the beach also.

Some "nice to have" would be an improvement in the mattress from bed. They are not the best, but new and in good condition. Also, in the rooms with "double bed", a big mattress would be better than 2 united. Another nice thing would be a not so noisy cleaning all day long. Sometimes is hard to take a nap during the day because literally they clean all day long :) On the private beach they have, sadly, people are somehow allowed to come with chairs or towels in front of the sunbeds right near the sea. Which transforma the adults only experience in a extremely noisy beach experience. Last but not least, if more personell would speak English, would be fantastic and more easy to communicate.

Exceptional from start to finish. Staff from General Manager down all dedicated to ensuring guests had a great stay. Food, drink, rooms and facilities all excellent. Was relaxed within minutes. This hotel is a joy to stay at and we will join the vast number of returning guests.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, great rooms, plenty to do throughout the day, good evening entertainment, plentiful tasty and varied food and the warmest welcome and best service. Too many wonderful staff to mention in all areas - all lead by the fabulous hotel manager who is around all of the time! Nothing is ever a bother. Lots of return guests - at the gala dinner it was announced that 67% of guests that day were return but this doesn’t mean newer guests aren’t valued. You absolutely are.

Resepsiyonda ilk karşılaşma anından çıkışa kadar tüm konaklamamız boyunca gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımcı personel ile çok keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Odaların temizliği, restoranın servis hizmeti ve yemeklerin lezzeti, bardaki arkadaşların yaklaşımı, plajda Ercan beyin konukseverliği muhteşemdi. Burası size huzurlu ve kaliteli bir tatil yaşatır bundan şüpheniz olmasın.
