Great stay overall. Staff were super helpful the whole time, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The property isn't huge, but honestly that worked in our favor - everything was close by, no long walks needed. Food was excellent too. Left very happy with the experience.

Our second time here, and it was just as perfect as the first! We had another fantastic holiday. Everything was wonderful, offering uncompromising relaxation once again. The management and staff remain professional, incredibly kind, and well-prepared. We already can't wait to come back – still the absolute best choice for a holiday!

Deniz hemen derinleşmiyor hatta başlangıçta sığ ama sonra derinleşiyor da. Spor aktiviteleri çeşitli ve akşam gösterileri de bugüne kadar gördüklerimin en iyisiydi. Gerçekten her anlamda dört dörtlük bir otel. İnşallah bundan sonraki tatillerimizde de geleceğiz. Tüm ekibe tebrikler ve sevgiler

Bazı giriş çıkış kapıları otomatik olabilir özellikle tekerlekli sandalye ile giriş çıkış biraz zahmetli olabiliyor ama belki klimalı ortamın korunması için böyle düşünülmüş olabilir

Компактный отель, чисто, хороший внимательный персонал . Разнообразная еда. Соотношение цена-качество отличное. Удобные лежаки на пляже.

Нет туалета и место для переодевания на пляже и рядом. Нужно идти вглубь территории отеля. Тотально все курят: в ресторанах, барах, пляже. , но это не к отелю , а в целом турецкая особенность. Для некурящих в этом большой дискомфорт. Но здесь хотя бы в номерах сигаретами не пахнет.

Das Essen ist überragend! Viel Auswahl und sehr nettes Personal.

Das einziges ist bei Familien mit Kleinkinder oder Kinder. Es gibt zwar einen Mini Club aber kein Spielplatz für Kinder. Nach unsere Erfahrung: für Familie mit kleine Kinder ist es ausreichend und der Strand top. Für Familien mit etwas größere Kinder, die etwas mehr Action brauchen, ist der Angebot zu wenig. Dafür aber wie gesagt eine der beste Abschnitte des Strandes zum Spielen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in mitten von vielen anderen Hotels in Side. Sauber, komfortabel, tolles Essen, absolut hochwertig in allen Bereichen

Der Strand ist schön aber leider nicht sehr sauber und wird nur bedingt sauber gehalten - Zigarettenstummel überall, Papier von Strohhalmen, etc. der Pool und die Liegemöglichkeiten sind unterdimensioniert bei hoher Auslastung. Liegen werden sehr früh teilweise vollständig reserviert. Das Personal sollte hier liegen strenger wieder freigeben. Gäste waren teilweise den ganzen Tag nicht anwesend. Ansonsten ist der Pool sehr schön.

This hotel can be a benchmark for all five-star hotels in Turkey and Greece. We are visiting it for the third time, but this time it exceeded our expectations. The rooms are large in fully air-conditioned buildings, the food and drinks are of high quality, and the service is so pleasant that you want to stay again. This year the teams were rejuvenated, and the abundance in the Lavanta pastry shop surpassed the famous Viennese pastry shops in variety and quality. I wish we were there again next year.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The hotel is very compact, so you don’t have to walk long distances to reach the pool, restaurants, or beach. The internet connection was also very good.

Everything was perfect

Läget är bra efter stranden med promenadavstånd in till gamla Side. Maten var fantastisk och personalen som skötte tillagning och service kring måltiderna gav mycket bra och personlig service.

Kanske klädkoden behöver anpassas. Kändes som många inte följer den som finns nu med tillexempel långbyxor för män till middag. Det vore trevligt om butiken i hotellet sålde turkiskt producerade varor istället för kopior av märkeskläder som säljs överallt i Side ändå. Det skulle bidra till ekonomisk och social hållbarhet på ett trevligt sätt och skapa ett värde för besökarna. Då nästan all shopping utanför hotellet består av kopior med okänt ursprung.

Tot op heden hebben wij nooit een slechte recensie geschreven, maar momenteel zijn wij oprecht genoodzaakt om een slechte recensie achter te laten. Wij willen alle mensen beschermen van het slechte in een hotel. Wij hebben namelijk geen toestemming gegeven voor schoonmakers of andere mensen in onze kamer. Desondanks vroegen de schoonmakers dagelijks met een opvallende blik of we weer geen schoonmaak wilden. Dit bracht ons al veel twijfels. En ze stuurden ook nog is een foto via Whatsapp dat we geen schoonmaak wilden, ook voor de eerste keer! Helaas zijn we daarna erachter gekomen dat er 5000 euro!!! is gestolen uit onze tas die in de kamer lag… Wij zijn zo enorm geschrokken hiervan! Dit is de eerste keer dat wij echt slechte ervaringen hebben met een hotel. Niets is dit hotel waard!! Kom niet hierheen!! Er wordt aan je spullen gezeten en gestolen, eten is slecht, personeel is niet betrokken etc. Er zijn veeeel betere hotels!! Niet gaan!! Ze zeggen dat medewerkers worden gescreend maar dat zegt helemaal niets!!!! Onze telefoon werd ook niet meer opgenomen, slechte service!!!

We have got own perfect beach, amazing kitchen and super kindly staff. The best of all Barut hotels location and the best service in Turkey.

Expensive to book without discounts. WC and shower plannig is not very smart :) There is loudly music every day during evening events (if you want to sleep with open window before 23:30).

Hotel jest bardzo zadbany i świetnie położony, tuż przy plaży. Obsługa była przemiła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Dużym plusem był również bardzo szeroki wybór jedzenia, które było smaczne i dobrej jakości. Cały pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.

Jedynym minusem było to, że trudno było dokonać rezerwacji w restauracji à la carte.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff, and in a great location. We stayed as a family of four adults, in two side sea view rooms. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The food was excellent, by far the best Turkey all-inclusive we have been to, and we have stayed in several top rated ones. Our sons went into Side and said the ruins were amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and have already booked to return.

This property definitely beat our expectations. The food alone is the best I have seen in any resort, the amount of options far exceeds the norm for this size of hotel. it was never difficult to find beds by the beach or by the pool, the facilities were excellent, and the team responded to all of our needs. All of the servers were so incredibly kind and accomodating.

Bu yıl ilk kez tercih ettik bu oteli. Her şeyinden çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanların güleryüzü ve samimiyeti evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Animasyon ekibinden Eda hanımın samimiyeti ve eğlenceli halleri çok güzeldi, beraber dans edip eğlendik. Akşam şovları ve partiler de harikaydı. Animasyon ekibi, kids club (Monica, Gülcan) ekibi her türlü etkinlik çok güzeldi. Tüm çalışanlar tam birer emektarlar, herkese teşekkür ederiz.

Açık büfe kalabalık ve gürültülü oluyordu orada yemek yemeyi tercih etmedik.Diğer restoranlara bir hafta boyunca rezervasyon yapamadım çünkü hep doluydu.Havuza da giremedim,şezlonglar sabahtan akşama kadar doluydu misafirlerin çoğu orda olmasalar bile şezlongları boş bırakmıyorlar,plajda aynı şekilde .Plajda 16+ alanında sürekli çoçuklu ailelerde vardı çalışanlar uyarmıyordu.

Entertainment könnte manchmal mehr auf die Altersgruppen zugeschnitten sein - jedoch gab es jeden Abend ein anderes Programm und einige waren wirklich ausgesprochen gut.

Достаточно комфортный отель, с хорошим и качественным питанием. На завтраках обедах и ужинах никогда нет очередей. Все достаточно вкусно и качественно. Всегда есть выбор из свежих соков и фруктов.

Уборка - так себе, просто заправляют постель и вешают полотенца. Пол не убирают. Складывается впечатление что не хватает персонала. Столы в ресторане не убирают и не сервируют заново по часу или пока не попросишь. Лежаков свободных на море нет никогда (в 6 утра не пробовал), пляж не такой большой, все лежаки бесконтрольно занимаются европейскими пенсионерами, коих в отеле 90%. Персонал не следит, за тем что люди уже ушли и оставили полотенца. До вечера лежак будет занят. На бассейне лежаки кончаются в 9 утра и ровно та же ситуация, когда люди берут 10 полотенец и занимают ими все свободные песта, а сами сидят в баре))). На рецепшене нас встретил менеджер, дал ключи молча и все. Ничего не рассказав про отель, пришлось самим его пытать информацию об отеле.

Hoge kwaliteit van het eten en goede service . Bediening aan het strand .

De avondbediening na 21 h in het restaurant aan tafel was eerder bedroevend , te weinig obers vanaf 21 h . Als je om 20 h kwam tafelen = tweede shift , dikwijls wachten op nette afgeruimde tafel en daarna bediening cfr supra . De mensen die in de vroege shift kwamen eten hadden duidelijk betere service .

jedynym minusem który mógłby sprawić pewne niedogodności jest niestety zachowanie gości ale wierzę że personel sobie z tym poradzi ponieważ dużo gości hotelowych rozkłada ręczniki wcześniej rano na leżakach przy basenie a następnie cały dzień te leżaki są zajęte tymi ręcznikami a tak naprawdę nie korzystają z nich jeśli uważam że jeśli w ciągu 20-30 minut nikt nie korzysta z tych leżaków powinny być zwinięte ręczniki żeby inni goście mogli korzystać to personel przybasenowy powinien załatwić to jest moje zdanie i wielu innych gości to jest moja mała sugestia

Absoluter Komfort und super sauber, wahnsinnig tolle Poolanlage, weitläufig und ruhig. Super leckeres Essen, toll ausgestattete Minibar inklusive, mega saubere Zimmer.

Abends ging uns die Musik und Lautstärke etwas zu lange. Schlafen vor Mitternacht war dadurch nicht möglich.

Es passt einfach alles und individuelle Wünsche werden erfüllt.

Fantastisk läge med alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig. Har många gånger på detta hotell. Är definitivt mitt favorithotell i Side och återvänder minst ett par ggr per år. Bästa trevligaste personalen.

The location is near Side centre which is convenient. The hotel is very pretty and the staff are very friendly. Generally this hotel has a lot of older people, just a few families with kids.

The rooms are not cleaned properly. The beds are made but sheets are rarely replaced and the overall housekeeping could be better.

Eigentlich alles. Ich bin eigentlich ziemlich penibel, aber in diesem Hotel war beim besten Willen nix zu finden 🙈 Toll ist die Promenade nach Side Antik, gerade mal 20 Minuten zu Fuß 🦶. Der große Außenpool mit einer geschätzten Länge von 80-90 Metern ist zum schwimmen einfach gigantisch. Der Innenpool ist beheizt und mit circa 20 Metern ebenfalls sehr angenehm zum schwimmen geeignet. Gute Qualität und sehr nah am Hotel sind Shops zum Klamotten shoppen und der Shop im Hotel hat sehr schöne Handtaschen in ebensolcher Qualität. Wir hatten die Suite im vierten Stock, tolle Zimmergröße und Aufteilung. Geile Regendusche und Whirlpool Badewanne auf dem großzügigen Balkon. Essen, Sauberkeit, Gartenanlage, Pools, die Gestaltung des Hotels, einfach alles erste Sahne. Endlich ein Hotel in Side das wirklich 5 Sterne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ verdient hat.

The hotel is modern, well-spaced and in a great location. The views – when accessible – of the ocean and the ancient town of Side were beautiful with lovely walks along the beach front with nice bars, restaurants and shops. The all inclusivity of the resort was one of it’s most sublime feature with 24-hours access to drinks and food with the food being of an extremely high standard, we were extremely impressed with the offerings this resort provided in drinks, food, restaurants and bars, it was all excellent.

The biggest disappointment for us - and the reason for the lower score - was the service, with the exception of one or two very good staff members, generally we found the service to be very poor, most seemed surprised that we want to communicate in English at an International hotel (they predominantly seemed to speak German), most seemed extremely over worked and quite surly because of it and we were ignored on more times than I can count. We were also surprised in regard to the number of ‘managers’ hanging around not seeming to contribute much but the beration of staff/

Einfach alles! Die Mahlzeiten waren alle fantastisch angerichtet und qualitativ hochwertig. Uns hat der Service sehr gut gefallen, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die schöne Einrichtung, die gepflegte Ausstattung und Anlage und das Angebot im Fitness-Raum. Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr hier und kommen gerne wieder!

Everything from the location, room, food and the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Amazing, fantastic staff. That is why we keep coming back every year. It is like a home away from home.

Not a lot but to be picky, the knives in the restaurant are blunt. Hard to cut into meat sometimes. We are not the only people that mentioned this. Hot sandwich selection would be much appreciated at the patisserie than just cold selection.

Comfortable, modern hotel. Predominantly for adult clients. Top notch meals. A large outdoor pool, a decent size indoor pool - a great advantage compared to most other hotels in the area. Smooth entry into the sea. A good spa. Gym. Yoga classes daily. I decided to prolong my stay at the Acanthus Cennet and will definitely be back another time!

Hardly any major negative points. Complaining at high level. Lacked the possibility to seat down and have a drink before registering at the reception upon arrival. Common areas lack cosiness, warmth. Having a library would be lovely. The area behind the hotel is abandoned; however, one can take walks along the sea promenade and towards Side. Indoor pool is quite cold, water hardly above 25C. Bathrobes in the rooms are all insufficient size. Even the XL sized ones are too small for a woman slightly larger than average, let alone for a big man. Hotel and room design is fancy, but at times design overwhelms functionality. Having the basin and part of the bathroom inside the room is not very convenient: cold when you leave the shower and no privacy if there are more than one guest in the room. Marble niches in front of the basin and below the mirror are too low for many accessories like shampoo, aftersun, nose-rinser. Lacked space to hang up towels outside the shower and hooks for accessories (shower cap, wash lap) inside the shower. Table and floor lamps should be placed closer to the coach in the room. The table in front of the mirror is convenient for make up, but too narrow for comfortable work on a laptop.

I booked a room for 3 adults at 1800 euros. When we got there the sofa, not a sofa bed. It was not suitable so we had to book another room at £1000. My brother had this room. Our room was the same room so please can we be refunded. I’m ready to book again in march.

Unser Aufenthalt im Barut Acanthus & Cennet war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden ohne Wenn und Aber erfüllt – so etwas erlebt man selten. Das Essen war erstklassig, die Qualität durchgehend auf sehr hohem Niveau, die Zimmer wunderschön und top gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter, die jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell waren. Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr bald wieder. Ein Hotel, das in allen Bereichen überzeugt.
