Hotel Portal Del Norte

Limpio, económico y muy bien situado.

Helpful staff

Hot room without air conditioning and a noise fan above the bed.

Excellent location

The staff of this hotel is very friendly and attentive, they gently help you with anything that arises in the service

Excellent location, all you need within walking distance: ATMs, food, shopping, liquor stores, coffee shops, convenience stores, public transportation, drugstores, etc. Easy access to the main destinations in this amazing coffee-growing region. Great authentic colombian breakfast to enjoy every morning! Excellent service and very nice staff :) Gracias !!

We love the location, hotel it self it’s nice, it will get a 5 star review but, it doesn’t have a AC on the rooms.. two thumbs down.. front desk staff said to me that because the weather is so nice they don’t have it.. sorry I disagree with that. Breakfast AWESOME.. scrambled eggs two thumbs up big time!! Overall great experience!!

Very good location in a commercial area with plenty of food choices. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful and kind. The room has a good size and a nice balcony. The included breakfast was good. On the not so good size… the room was noisy because the street in front of the main avenue. The hot water was not really hot. It was just not cold. The mattress was a little hard. Overall, it was a good hotel. Just remember to bring earplugs.

Was a happy with my stay except the internet issues. Breakfast was amazing and bed was comfortable.

It is a nice hotel, great people, Alejandro at the front desk is great, friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was great and you can choose what you want from a menu, it was delicious.

Excelente servicio!! El personal es absolutamente amable y pendiente de las necesidades de los huéspedes.

Great value option! Staff super nice, friendly and ready to serve with a positive attitude. It is SUPER convenient to use their transportation service to be picked up/drop off at the airport, and also, to go around visiting the region. I don't usually carry cash so they added all those services into my hotel account and I paid with CC at the end. An option to consider depending on what you are looking for. I went with my family (wife and two kids). There's a mall almost in front and several options to eat.

Very simple property with a unique amenity: Free breakfast with room service delivery! Simple rooms, decent wifi. Hotel set us up with a driver to explore areas: have all the fees discussed beforehand and if changes happen. Otherwise, happy with the services provided!

Great location and clean

Excellent staff. Great service. No issues whatsoever. Fully recommended.

I could hear everything happening in the rooms around me - noisy

The hotel was Beyond clean and nice. The room spacious and also clean. The night and morning personal were amazing. Will be back.

I was sick and the management and staff went beyond their duties to take care of my medical needs.
