L'ambiance de ce logement est parfaite pour ceux qui aiment la nature. Forêt tropicale avec à 10m une ambiance de plage cocotier. La piscine est très grande et agréable. Le logement est un appartement de 60mtrs carré en bois. Très relaxant. Je recommande fortement. Même en saison de pluie, il est très agréable de rester dans la terrasse et sentir l’odeur à terre mouillée et regarde la végétation. je suis restée 3 nuits et 4 jours, dont 1 jours uniquement de pluie intense.

Helt fantastisk pool og smukke omgivelser! Vældig familieegnet. Gartnerne der dagligt passede den flotte have var virkelig søde.

Personalet var flinke, men ikke altid til stede og ikke opmærksomme på deres gæster. De virkede fraværende og uinteresseret i os. Fik dog øjeblikkelig hjælp til at fikse TV’et, da vi udbad det med bestemt tone. Beliggenhed er min. 30 minutters kørsel fra de centrale strande og turistattraktioner.

I love the hotel and the location

Die Anlage ist sehe schön. Die Zimmer sind äußerst geräumig und sauber. Personal reagiert wenn man etwas sagt. Der Pool war ziemlich schmutzig als ich ankam und nachdem ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, wurde er ein paar Stunden später gereinigt.

Der Strand ist voller Müll und Plastik. Außerdem kein Badestrand. Aber wenn man Ruhe abseits vom Trubel sucht und gerne in den Pool geht, ist es eine gute Wahl.

Liked the view from the room as we had booked sea facing rooms, rooms are of very good size, hotel rents bike too... Staff is very helpful and they do serve good hot food.....

Das Zimmer.. Der Pool und Das Meer. Die Wohnung.

Um den Pool herum ist es nicht sauber. Das Personal hört manchmal nicht richtig zu. Bingt das falsche Essen an den Tisch. Öfters. Essen ist nicht so gut. Frühstück sehr wenig und nicht gut.

Wir fanden die Lage gut , ruhig , weit weg vom quirligen Kern der Insel. Das Zimmer war schön groß und hatte eine schöne Terrasse und einen niedlichen Garten ! Das war’s dann aber leider auch schon!!

Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Das Personal wirkte wenig bemüht, eher reserviert und nicht besonders freundlich. Insgesamt hatte man häufig das Gefühl, dass Nachfragen unerwünscht sind. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und machte nicht den Eindruck, nach dem vorherigen Gast gründlich gereinigt worden zu sein. Besonders im Bad waren die Fliesen verschmutzt und teilweise vergilbt. Ungewöhnlich und störend war, dass viele grundlegende Dinge aktiv erfragt werden mussten – beispielsweise frische Handtücher, die Leerung des Mülleimers, Toilettenpapier oder auch die Zimmerreinigung. Laut Hotelrichtlinie sollte man sich dafür selbst melden, was den Aufenthalt unnötig umständlich gemacht hat. Der Pool war leider ebenfalls kein Highlight: Das Wasser wirkte trüb und ungepflegt, insgesamt nicht einladend. Auch der Außenbereich hätte mehr Pflege vertragen – es gab alte, teilweise beschädigte Liegen mit sehr dünnen Auflagen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Steg am Meer, der grundsätzlich sehr schön ist. Allerdings fehlt es auch hier an Gemütlichkeit, zum Beispiel durch passende Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Anlage hat definitiv Potenzial, wirkt aber insgesamt ungepflegt. Mit mehr Engagement, besserer Organisation und freundlicherem Personal könnte man hier deutlich mehr daraus machen.

More dogs than actual staff in the place, room not cleaned and had to chase for clean towels and bedding, floor not swept once. Beach is full of trash, and at one point a dog had pooped in the swimming pool

Sehr ruhige Lage. Abseits des Tourismus. Rollervermietung unkompliziert.

Das Personal ist sehr unmotiviert. Man fühlt sich nicht willkomen. Die Sauberkeit im Bungalow könnte besser sein. Der Pool war ungepflegt und ist gekippt. Warum kommt es soweit? Eine Bewertung von 8.4 ist für uns leider nicht nachvollziehbar.

Nice and comfy rooms, ok swimming pool, located on the beachfront, but....the beach is extremely dirty. Its one big garbage field so dont count on tropical white sand ( the sand is all covered by trash )

We love this place and will come back as frequently as we can. The pool, staff, and environment is great. Cant complain about anything.

The pool is nice. The room is large. The staff are friendly.

The aircon is fixed so that it can not be adjusted. Not even to turn off or on. And set at 24’. Sometimes difficult to get a taxi because of the location. The food in the restaraunt is just ok. The “beach” is full of trash.

Um pouco longe de tudo, mas é possível alugar moto na recepção do resort.

Perfekter Aufenthalt am Ende einer erlebnisreichen Reise durch Vietnam zum Abschalten. Direkt am Strand. Großzügiges Haus direkt am Strand; große Terrasse. Ruhig und entspannt. Abgelegen aber alles, was man braucht, direkt vor Ort. Scooterverleih, Frühstück, Mittag, Abendessen mit großer Vielfalt.

Phu Quoc als Paradies ist Vergangenheit. Tourismusboom sorgt für Überschwemmung der Insel mit Plastikmüll, besonders an der Ostküste, wo auch das Dogong Ressort liegt. Und die Sorglosigkeit geht weiter. Für uns ist dort ein Maß überschritten, das geht an die Grenze dessen, was man noch ertragen kann. Auch Dugong Ressort kann da reduzieren und beitragen: bitte keine Einwegverpackungen, Plastikstrohhalme etc. die 1:1 im Meer landen. Für den Preis könnte man in Vietnam etwas mehr erwarten. Der Service passt, aber nicht sehr persönlich. Eine Grundreinigung würde gut tun. Spiegel und Fenster und Ecken definitiv seit mehreren Gästen nicht geputzt. Keine Möglichkeit Sand vom Strand abzuwaschen und keine Dusche am Pool. Da sammelt sich der Sand überall an.

The bungalows are quite spacious and beautifully decorated. The whole area was well taken care of. You can only access the beach via a footbrige and due to the tide there is not really a beach you can spend the whole day. However it's lovely for walks. The sand area and pool area are really nice though. Kind of a family vibe

The staff is super friendly but not the service you would normally have in resorts. They leave you be and won't ask if you want to order more drinks or food or anything.

Pěkný bazén, velký bungalov

Na pokoji jsem chytil dvě velké mnohonožky a ve střeše jsme měli velké gekony, kteří dělali večer hluk. Ve venkovní koupelně jsme měli žábu. Moře je u resortu nepoužitelné na koupání, což bylo asi největší zklamání. Po resortu je velký pohyb psů a jeden nám pak obsadil i terasu.

Love this place. Khu vườn cực kì xinh đẹp với chim hót líu lo vào buổi sáng, có bể bơi và bãi biển phía ngoài cầu gỗ, nước trong vắt và bơi rất thích. Nhân viên cực kì dễ thương và đồ ăn nấu cũng rất ngon. Họ có dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy, xe chạy rất tốt.

Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön mit Blumen und Palmen die auch regelmäßig gepflegt wurde. Der Pool und die Liegen war super. Die Betten war sehr bequem und sehr groß 2x2 m. Das Aussen Badezimmer hat uns gefallen. Man konnte sehr schön auf der Terrasse vom Bungalow sitzen. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen.

Es waren 7 Hunde in dem Resort. Die Küche ist nicht zu empfehlen. Nach mehreren Anläufen sind wir jeden Abend mit dem Roller zum Essen gefahren. Das Service Personal war nett aber wenn es zu Reklamationen kam katastrophal. Ich habe Bugett und kein Toast bestellt - Augenrollen. Die Suppe schmeckt nach nichts - Schulterzucken. Man konnte nur ganze Flaschen Wein bestellen keine Gläser. Die Flasche war nicht ganz voll. - Sie wurde uns dann mit dem Weinkübel auf den Tisch geknallt und war nun bis oben hin voll... da könnte man auf die Idee kommen.. aber lassen wir das.

Abseits der touristischen Seite perfekt um abschalten zu können. Wer Ruhe nach den Großstädten braucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Aber - unbedingt etwas gegen Moskitos mitbringen.

Beau resort isolé dans le calme. Bungalow sympa et grand et avons apprécié la sdb-douche à l arrière à l extérieur ainsi que les geckos Pas utilisé piscine mais joli. Baignade possible au bout de la jetée. Mais beaucoup de plastique flottant. Mais c est ainsi sur toutes les plages du Vietnam du Nord-Sud. Facilité de louer scooter

The waiters were excellent and everything to be helpful.

Super schönes gepflegtes Resort, toller, sehr großer Bungalow mit Pollblick, ruhige und erholsame Tage hier verbracht. Rollerverleih ,Wäscheservice vorhanden. Kostenloses Trinkwasser, freundliches Personal. Wir würden immer wieder gerne hier her kommen.

Restaurant etwas teuer und keine Möglichkeiten zu Fuß in ein anderes Restaurant zu kommen. Strand ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Rechts und links neben dem Resort alles vermüllt.

Das Bad war etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen und daher etwas unhygienisch. Ein Kellner beim Essen hat leider immer vergessen wenn man noch etwas bestellt hat

Przepiękny hotel zlokalizowany nad samym morzem. Bardzo ładny, zadbany ogród, super basen. Cisza, spokój, przepyszne jedzenie w restauracji, prywatna plaża. Łazienka niemal pod gołym niebem :).

Hotel dolicza do opłaty za pobyt, dania i napoje w restauracji dodatkowe 8% podatku, które nie są uwzględnione w cenie na bookingu oraz w karcie dań, to nie zdarzyło nam się w innych hotelach na wyspie. W okolicy nie ma żadnych atrakcji i innych restauracji, co nam bardzo pasowało, bo zależało nam na ciszy, ale trzeba o tym pamiętać przy rezerwacji.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows sind sehr geräumig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind via Grab erreichbar. Alternativ bucht das Personal gerne einen Fahrservice.

Wenn Regen fällt, kann es ein wenig lauter werden.

Das sehr schön große Zimmer mit dem Balkon dazu, wir hatten das Zimmer Nummer 1, was sehr nah am Strand war. Sehr nettes Personal. Und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Sehr gut zum einfach entspannen und viel lesen zum Beispiel. Es gab einen sehr günstigen Roller Verleih und der Verkehr auf Phu Quoc st auch überschaubar. Sehr nah zum Flughafen und zum Hafen, alles sehr günstig über die Grab-App zu buchen.

Das Restaurant war schlecht, die Qualität der Speisen mit Ausnahme des Frühstücks. Der Strand war auch leider nicht sehr sauber, Das Resort hat keinen eigenen Strand sondern es ist eine Mauer mit einem sehr langen Steg zu einem Strand, da muss man Glück mit der Tide haben. Rechts und links vom Ressort gibt es kaum begehbaren Strand.

Very cozy and good place to chill. If you are searching a runaway from the other part of Island - this is the perfect place. Very friendly and helpful staff working there:) You will find a cozy restaurant, bike rental and a clean swimming pool. If for someone is important: we didn’t meet any russians there:)

Since this is a place in nature - be ready to meet some small lizards around and inside the houses :)

The place has a lot of potential..

They canceled my Booking.com reservation after checkout — very likely to stop me from leaving a review. That already says a lot. The hygiene was unacceptable. The room was dirty on arrival: dust everywhere, stained glass door, sticky terrace chairs, and bedsheets with makeup marks that had clearly not been changed. Housekeeping never cleaned the room during our 3-night stay. The restaurant closed whenever they felt like it, not at the times staff told us, and there are no nearby food options. Transport is also a problem since Grab won’t take short trips from this location. Staff seemed nice but completely untrained and poorly managed. This place has potential, but right now it’s badly run and badly maintained. Would absolutely not stay again.

Spokój, cisza, resort z dala od tłumu turystów, idealny na relaks pod palmami. Bungalow duży, przestronny z ogromnym, wygodnym łóżkiem, nasz był z widokiem na basen. Łazienka jest „na zewnątrz” i prysznic bierze się w towarzystwie gekonów :) Czysto, zadbany ogród, basen oraz cała przestrzeń hotelowa. Odpowiednia ilość leżaków. Smaczne śniadania, dania z karty też w porządku. Jest możliwość prania i wypożyczenia skutera. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, mówi po angielsku. Przy hotelu jest plaża i długi pomost prowadzący do morza. Okolice natomiast nie zachęcają, plaża praktycznie na lewo i prawo od hotelu to wąski i niestety zaśmiecony pas.

Obok jest wioska rybacka i nocą słychać silniki łódek. W czasie deszczu słychać bardzo duży hałas uderzających kropli o dach (bungalow), nie da się spać. Mimo to polecam, bo warto się tu zatrzymać

Bardzo przestronne, ładne pokoje. Fajny basen otoczony roślinnością. Położenie hotelu nad morzem - ładny widok z restauracji zlokalizowanej na świeżym powietrzu nad morzem. Pan z obsługi pomógł nam zorganizować plan wycieczek oraz samochód z kierowcą. Bardzo sympatyczny młody chłopak z obsługi restauracji.

Bardzo słaby kontakt z hotelem przed przyjazdem - odpowiedzi udzielane po kilku dniach i po upominaniu się o informacje zwrotne. Słaba organizacja obsługi jeśli chodzi o restaurację np. jakieś dania do kolacji wogóle nie zostały podane. W związku z wcześniejszym wylotem zapytaliśmy, czy możemy otrzymać śniadanie przed g. 7 - nie było takiej możliwości, zaproponowano nam kanapki na drogę, które mieliśmy otrzymać wieczorem przed wylotem - nic nie otrzymaliśmy. Do cen restauracji trzeba doliczyć 8% "podatku", który jest dopisywany długopisem na paragonie. Plaża bardzo słaba - sporo śmieci na piasku, a w trakcie przypływu to wszystko dryfuje w morzu. W pobliżu nie ma żadnych restauracji, żeby dostać się do najbliższego miasteczka trzeba wypożyczyć skuter - nam to akurat nie przeszkadzało, ale warto mieć tego świadomość.

We had bungalow called “garden view”, in reality its just the last bungalow in the property, all dirty around. I had to clean area by myself around the terrace, collecting bottles, old slippers, plastic bags. The bungalow is very old, needs repair. The beach is dirty, staff could just collect the waste around. Breakfast option is not the best. Some guy from the staff was showing attitude every time we asked him something, like mayonnaise, he was just rolling his eyes.

The place itself is beautiful, lovely big swimming pool and a big bungalow, we enjoyed its tranquility and peace. The staff were also welcoming and kind. We quite enjoyed the three days we were here overall.

A few factors made our stay inconvenient and annoying. It is quite out of the way so if you don’t want to be driving in and out, the food at the hotel is all you’ve got and overall it’s not great. The massive “double bed” in the room is two singles joined together, which again is just annoying and uncomfortable. On a different note, better be ready to fight the mosquitoes and perhaps other insects. We could also hear the rats on the roof even though we didn’t see any.

Bardzo fajny mały resort.Wspaniala obsługa szczególnie dwóch kelnerów Lee i Wang. Bardzo dobre jedzenie.Morze ma spore odpływy ale dzięki temu można fajnie spacerować.

La colazione molto essenziale la mancanza di pulizia della camera (per tre giorni non ci hanno cambiato mai le asciugamani e rifatto la.camera ) e soprattutto l'impossibilità di non poter fare il bagno a mare perché il tratto di mare dove sta è impraticabile

La propriété qui est très bien entretenue et la disposition des bungalows, dont le nôtre avec vue sur la mer. La gentillesse du personnel.

La qualité de nourriture qui n était pas du tout bonne et le service de manière générale (trop lent). Le matelas de notre chambre était beaucoup trop dur. Nous avons été dévorés chaque nuit par des moustiques malgré les précautions que nous avons prises. Il manque clairement des moustiquaires.
