The location is near the town centre, the room is clean and quiet, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

There is no towel rail or shelves in the bathroom, we have no where to put the wet towels and clothes after shower. There’s no rubbish bin in the room, and fridge is not cool enough.

Zimmer wurde nie geputzt (waren 3 Nächte da) resp. Neue Badetücher gebracht. Familienzimmer liegt zur Strasse u. Daher am Wochenende eher laut.

Abbiamo adorato la zona piscina con il servizio bar, lo staff gentilissimo e sempre pronto alle esigenze. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Offrono anche il servizio di Loundry con prezzi convenienti, vestiti profumati e piegati all’arrivo una vera gentilezza.

We booked for 6 nights. The room was a good size, quiet & clean. The location was ideal. The pool was a good size with loungers + towels. We were able to get laundry done, book an Ankor Wat tour & a bus transfer to Battambang from the hotel. The staff were very helpful & welcoming! Thank you for the stay.

Quiet area that is still within proximity to pub street. Quite good value of the price and pace itself. Has a lot more potential and would definitely be okay with paying a slightly higher price with a bit of cleanup. Staff were quite helpful and accommodating.

Cleanliness could be better. Pretty clean for the most part but the couch moved and saw a bunch of dust and random trash under it. Could do a bit more cleaning. When we asked them to make up our room, we were expecting the beds to be made as well but only the floor and the table was mopped. Besides that, the experience was pretty decent.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was great. Lots of restaurants around. It was quiet at night. The garden was very nice. The staff organized a Tuk tuk for us to see the temples. The lighting in the room was great with the dimmers.

Besides the bed, the room itself was not clean. When we first arrived, the room smelled musty. The walls were stained. The table/shelf had dead bugs and old rat poop in the corner and a dead cockroach in the dresser with a pillow over it. We only had 3 pillows on the bed, the 4th one was covering the cockroach. The couch was so stained we didn't want to sit on it. I informed the front desk and asked if they could clean it. The next day, after cleaning, all of those things were still there. The staff arranged a motorcycle rental for us but told us the wrong price. It made it very awkward for the us and the motorcycle company and wasted both of our time.

Everything is perfect. Staff really nice. We arrived early in the morning, they even provide us early check in without charge. The location is great, you just need to walk around 10min to Pub Street and you can find salon or haircut or grab some food near by if you tired from the the trip. Thank you.

There’s some mosquitoes inside the room but it was still a good stay overall.

The pool was great. The hotel organized tours of the Angkor temples for us, as well as a taxi to Phnom Penh at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was simple, but good-- you pick one choice off of a menu plus a drink. I always took the omelette with toast. My kids picked pancakes or cereal or fruit. There were some Asian style breakfast choices too. Our room was big and beds comfortable (my back loves firm Asian mattresses). I would definitely stay here again.

Had others staying that made noise all night. Would love to see rules in place to prevent this. Plenty of bars if you want to party late. I was staying with a family. We almost checked out after the first night

The Air con did not cool down the room. It was barely cooler in hotel than being outside. It made it impossible to sleep. The beds were rock hard and I woke up hurting every hour.

Our room was spacious and comfortable and the balcony was cool. Pool was lovely with lots of loungers. Staff were helpful arranging angkor wat tour and taxis.

Everything was perfect. Hotel is located in a quiet area not far from city center. Apartment is well decorated and clean. Staff is nice and helpful, i want to thank in particular the woman who arranged the king room with jacuzzi as I asked her.I dont not her name but she is awesome! Thank you a lot!!! : ) I will definetly stay here again and recomend the place to everyone.

The Local Time Village is the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap. I stayed there for 4 weeks on a work trip - my room was comfortable, secure and very quiet, despite being centrally located. The staff were fantastic - Sokhieng and his team went out of their way to help me, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The wifi connection was good and my room was excellent value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommended .

The staff was very helpful even if they dont speak english, almost at all. The breakfast was very very good. The room was big and clean. The pool was clean

The mattress was average, the meals except for breakfast were average or below average. Seems like another guy was cooking. We gave our clothes for laundry but when we received them, weren't clean enough and didn't smell good.

The property is clean and comfortable. We had the family room for 5 which had plenty of space. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The pool was clean. It’s a great location as not in the busy area but is only a 10 minute walk. Would recommend for a stay to explore Siem Reap

It's quite a hard place to review, there was hardly anyone else stating there so the atmosphere was very flat. The room, grounds and breakfast were adequate to good. There were two restaurants attached to the site but both were closed. The room furniture and fittings were dated but acceptable.

オーナーは横浜の方だそうで、そのためか日本語ペラペラのスタッフがいます。 両替や食事など多くのことを教えてもらえ、旅の一助になりました。 欠点を挙げるなら、シャワーの温水保有量が多くないこと。 バスタブにお湯を張ったり、シャワーを流しっぱなしにするとぬるくなってくるので、少し時間をあけなければいけない。

Staff was attentive and got what we asked for

We had leaks in the bathroom sink and hot water did not work for couple of days in one room. Second room had same issues and a mattress should be replaced, no way someone should be sleeping on that, third room has a leaking air conditioner was fixed within a couple of hours. We had dirty sheets upon check in and had those replaced. Ask for room to be cleaned the next day and only thing that was changed where the sheets. Floors were not mopped and bathrooms did not get cleaned.

Big rooms, close enough to center

Pool was dirty! Water was so “milky white” you could not see bottom. Green on spots as well- obvious lack of cleaning. Absolutely not how looks on picture. After complain that pool is dirty they added a “ton” of chlorine and said “ clear in 2 hours”. We left after shortening our booking after 2 nights- pool was still dirty as before. Garbage dump behind restaurant ( inside hotel) not making it a nice place you can eat. Stuff in rooms falling appart- shower holder broken, mirror broken, water tab leaks etc..

I like how big the room is, the cleanliness, the location and the swimming pool.

What I don't like is that clamp bracket of hand shower is broken, and there are no labels on shampoo and shower gel container, which makes it hard to distinguish plus the banner of the hotel is also hard to notice that it make me drove passing many times.

1. It is ideally situated near the main tourist centers in Siem Reap, however it is set back from the road, so it is still quiet and peaceful. 2. We traveled with family, and found the rooms spacious and comfortable. They were nicely decorated and clean. 3. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 4. The grounds were beautiful, well kept, quiet, and peaceful. We'll definitely be staying here again when in Siem Reap.

Some small maintenance issues could have been better. The toilet seat had a broken hinge, and the shower drain was slow. The pool looked clean, but our kids who swam said it needed cleaning.

What is not to like this about this place? We had a family room in Khmer styled A/C family suite decorated with the local furnitures, verandah with you shared with another room, clean and central. Relatively quiet. Lovely pool which we used. Nearby to laundry and shops to buy basic drinks and snacks. Wonderful service and hotel assistance throughout stay and prior. Always courteous and prompt reply with good advice. Thank you for the hospitality!

None but please don’t expect this as 5 star hotels . It’s also in Cambodia. So bearing that in mind to me none whatsoever.

I have visit and stay this hotel many times once in Siem Reap and I loved it. Staff, Location and room rates are really nice for family trips

That pool is every bit as extraordinary as it looks, and the rooms are very spacious. The people there are very friendly. Mr Dorn was who picked me up for the hotel and I just let him be my driver all around Siem Reap and I can highly recommend him, too. All in all I could hide from the busy temple-going and tourism here in what felt like a little quiet oasis.

The location is great, very central close to everything yet quiet at night. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Swimming pool is great. Room is very clean, has high ceiling and the size is big enough. Nice bathroom with bath and shower separately.

The design js so astonishing and everything is perfect. We walked about 15-18 minutes to the city and pub street. The streets are so safe and walkable.

A very spacious room. The staff were gracious and most helpful.We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting and clean with relaxing chairs around it.

The first impression of the hotel was its prime location; it is very close to Angkor Wat. The staff were so welcoming and always ready to help. The other surprising fact about the hotel was that we found a spacious room and stayed there comfortably with my family. This is my honest review, and I always recommend my friends, colleagues, and acquaintances to book this hotel if they plan to go to Siem Reap. I really want to thank the staff for their great hospitality. Lots of love from Nepal.
