Le personnel était accueillant et très serviable ; rien n'était trop leur demander, qu'il s'agisse d'organiser un transport, de recommander des restaurants ou simplement de nous accueillir avec un sourire chaleureux. Leur attention sincère et leur souci du détail ont rendu notre séjour fluide et agréable. La magnifique piscine et le jardin paisible ont enrichi l'expérience. Un séjour vraiment mémorable.

What stood out the most was the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable for a good night's sleep. The swimming pool was clean and surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of delicious choices, and every part of the property felt well maintained.

After exploring temples all day, coming back here felt so relaxing. We spent our evenings by the pool and really enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast gave us plenty of energy for another day of sightseeing. It was a very enjoyable stay overall.

Camera abbastanza spaziosa per gli standard locali, letti e cuscini comodi e confortevoli. Luminosa (c'è un'ampia finestra), l'aria condizionata rende il clima piacevole. La struttura si trova in una zona silenziosa, appena fuori dal centro che è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 minuti. È possibile parcheggiare lo scooter nel parcheggio antistante dove è sempre presente un guardiano/assistente.

Lo staff ci è apparso distratto, gentile ma poco reattivo alle richieste. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con lo scooter noleggiato con loro prima del nostro arrivo, ci hanno proposto di cambiare mezzo aspettando 10 minuti che si sono trasformati in un'attesa di un'ora. Per l'acquisto di biglietti per attrazioni e bus ci hanno sempre rimandato alla biglietteria, al sito o simili anche quando avevamo espressamente riferito di aver avuto difficoltà nell'acquisto autonomo. La struttura è molto meno patinata di quello che appare nelle foto. Nonostante la presenza di un armadio sono disponibili poche grucce per gli abiti e i piani d'appoggio risultano ridotti per 2 persone sia in camera che in bagno. In camera sono presenti tazze, bustine di tè e caffè ma non abbiamo trovato un bollitore.

El personal fue muy amable y atento a todas las peticiones. Nos gestionaron el alquiler de bicicletas, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación y nos los concedieron y nos dejaron usar la piscina a pesar del check-out puesto que nuestro bus salía a última hora de la tarde.

Encontramos cucarachas en la habitación. Al segundo día pedimos cambio de habitación (el cual se nos concedió), pero volvimos a encontrar cucarachas.

El personal del hotel fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento. Las instalaciones en general están muy bien cuidadas, destacando especialmente la zona de la piscina, que es excelente y se mantiene impecable y limpia. El desayuno también fue un punto fuerte: muy variado, rico y de buena calidad.

Las fotos de la habitación que se muestran en la web parecen haber sido tomadas justo cuando se inauguró el hotel, por lo que la realidad actual se ve un poco más desgastada. Falta hacer algunos pequeños arreglos de mantenimiento en el cuarto. Por ejemplo, las cortinas de la ducha y de la habitación ya están sucias y habría que cambiarlas por unas nuevas. Pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

We stayed here for one night and it was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Every morning started with a fresh breakfast with lots of options and the room was always spotless when we returned in the afternoon. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax after visiting Angkor Wat.

I didn't expect my stay to be this comfortable. The room was quiet and comfortable, exactly what I needed after a day of sightseeing in Siem Reap. The breakfast offered a variety of dishes made with fresh ingredients, and the staff were always warm and welcoming without being overly attentive. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Choosing this hotel as our place to stay was definitely the right decision. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and the staff took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the breakfast had a variety of choices and the location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy Siem Reap without any worries.

The reception staff explained everything clearly during check-in and recommended several places to visit. Our room was modern, clean, and had a wonderful city view. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and complimentary refreshments were provided daily. We enjoyed trying Khmer dishes at the hotel restaurant before visiting the Old Market to shop for souvenirs.

Although my stay was short, I had a much more enjoyable time than I expected. From the moment I stepped out of the taxi, I received a warm welcome, and I was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes made with fresh ingredients, and thanks to the quiet location, I was able to easily access the places I wanted to go and relax.

I had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable enough to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Breakfast offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, and the quiet location made it easy to get a great night's sleep while still being close to the main attractions.

We had a fantastic experience at this wonderful Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The reception staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. They explained the hotel facilities clearly and even helped us arrange a tuk-tuk for our temple tour the next morning, which made everything very convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and strong air conditioning. The room overlooked the swimming pool, creating a peaceful view that made us feel relaxed after a busy day. The next morning, we enjoyed breakfast at 7:00am. There were many delicious choices, including fresh fruit, eggs, pastries, noodles, rice, and local Cambodian dishes. Everything was fresh, and the restaurant staff were attentive and always ready to help. At 8:00 AM, the hotel had already arranged a friendly tuk-tuk driver to take us to Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, and Ta Prohm. The driver was punctual, polite, and patiently waited for us at each temple. We returned to the hotel around 3:30 PM, feeling tired but happy after an amazing day of sightseeing. After coming back, we spent about an hour relaxing at the swimming pool from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The pool was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. It was the perfect place to cool down and enjoy a refreshing fruit juice before getting ready for the evening. There was one small issue during our stay. The bathroom light suddenly stopped working in the evening. We informed the front desk before going to dinner, and the maintenance team came almost immediately. By the time we returned to our room, the light had already been repaired. We were very impressed with how quickly they handled the situation and how politely they apologized.

The room was fresh, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great after walking around in the hot weather. We enjoyed the free coffee, tea, and bottled water provided every day. The restaurant served tasty meals, and the staff were always cheerful and helpful.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It is in the city center, so it was easy to walk to restaurants, cafés, shops, and the night market. The room was very clean with good air conditioning. Grote kamers, goed ontbijt met keuze uit 4 verschillende dingen (zowel westers met pannekoeken als Aziatisch met noedels of rijst) met daarbij vers fruit. Leuk maar klein zwembad, met een leuk barretje waar je kan drinken en eten.

Douche zit zonder gordijn of iets dergelijks in de badkamer. Niet ongebruikelijk voor Azië, maar wel iets waar we aan moesten wennen. Centrum/bezienswaardigheden waren minimaal 15-20 minuten lopen, vinden wij niet erg en anders kun je goedkoop een tuktuk huren voor een ritje.

I usually enjoy writing positive reviews because I know how important they are for hotels, and I genuinely like recognizing good service when I receive it. It is very rare for me to leave a negative review, but in this case I feel it is only fair to share my experience honestly to help future travelers and, hopefully, encourage the hotel to improve. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed indifferent and disengaged. Most of the time they were focused on their phones and rarely greeted guests or showed any interest in providing good customer service. In addition, my request for a room with two separate beds was completely ignored. When we entered the room, the cleanliness was disappointing. We found several small cockroaches on the walls near the beds and in the bathroom (around four in total). The bed sheets had numerous stains that looked unpleasant, and the floor was covered with long strands of hair, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. To make matters worse, we even found hair inside the minibar refrigerator. The bar service was also disappointing. It was slow, and on several occasions I had to get up and collect my own drinks. The food was served quickly and was always hot, but it lacked flavor and seasoning. What ultimately made us decide to leave the hotel, despite losing part of the money we had already paid, was what happened at the swimming pool. A guest was completely naked in the pool area. While this behavior was obviously inappropriate, what concerned us most was that members of the staff—including the person who appeared to be the manager or supervisor—saw the situation and did absolutely nothing. For a hotel that advertises itself as a four-star property, this level of management and guest supervision is simply unacceptable. Based on our experience, I do not believe this hotel meets four-star standards. It also makes me question its high Booking rating, as our stay was nothing like what we expected

Our stay was exceptional from the moment we arrived. And the view overlooking the pool was truly relaxing. The restaurant staff were a little bit slack not serving the pool, they ran out of towels and just said sorry, leaving it to the front desk, often sitting behind their counter and not serving, I was disappointed with the lack of service.

I have been travelling for 7 weeks and this is the best place I have stayed. Very quiet here, and close to everything. Anything you need is available through the hotel, meals motorcycles,tours, massage, Airport pick ups. A big thank you to all the staff especially Liza and Thib for organising anything with a smile.

This hotel is well-located and an excellent place to stay if you plan to visit Siem Reap. The service is excellent and friendly; additionally, there is a private lounge area available to guests, stocked with complimentary drinks. The buffet breakfast is superb and—like everything else—is included in the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This really shows their commendable focus on their guests. I loved the spacious and luxurious rooms, with large and comfortable beds. The amenities in the room were also excellent and the bathroom was luxurious. I loved the great breakfast and the perfect location. My reception hosts, Liza and Thip were fantastic. They helped me book the Apsara Dance, always were welcoming and friendly, suggested activities and booked a bike rental and more. Their English was so good I never had to worry about communicating to the property about anything. Hotel had a nice little restaurant adjoining the shaded swimming pool with good breakfast. Lovely Khmer Mansion feel with immaculate rooms. Shower was hot, strong and push on/push off. I liked that the Harmony was part of the Indochine Hotel Group so that their standards, training, and expectations of staff were high.

My usual complaint... Beds are always too firm for me. Some of us sleep best on a feather or foam bed. As far as location is concerned the hotel was more than a few blocks from Pub Street. It was however walkable there or less than a $1 tuktuk ride away---handy when pouring rain this season. But Pub Street isn't everyone's destination. The hotel is near Taphul Rd and Funky Lane with superb dining options.

Absolute 10/10! Tolles Hotel! Das Ambiente ist einfach traumhaft. Es ist ruhig, der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Erholen ein, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das A-La-Carte-Frühstück ist wirklich lecker! Außerdem sind die Zimmer sauber und alle wichtigen Spots im Zentrum von Siem Reap sind fußläufig gut erreichbar!

La piscine est clairement l’atout principal de cet établissement. Les chambres sont correctes mais la salle de bain est rudimentaire. L’emplacement est correct mais un peu loin du marché de nuit, environ 20min à pied. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont très bien.

Il y avait des puces de lit, ce qui m’a causé beaucoup de problèmes pour la suite. J’ai dû quitter le logement plus tôt car j’avais énormément de boutons et j’ai dû faire désinfecter toutes mes affaires. Cela m’a demandé beaucoup de frais supplémentaires (désinfection, soins pour ma peau, hôtel…). On m’a remboursé seulement les deux nuits que je n’ai pas réalisées malgré le fait que ça faisait cinq jours que j’étais là-bas. De plus, j’ai bien fait de vérifier car l’hotel a failli me rembourser moins que les deux nuits, en faisant semblant de se tromper sur les prix. La chambre était très sale tout comme les couloirs dans lesquels on pouvait voir de nombreuses bêtes, de la poussière et des traces de je-ne-sais-quoi.

Great stay. The hotel has a very good location and everything you need. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially Liza and Houy, who helped me extend my stay after I made a booking mistake. They also helped me reschedule my bus to the next day. Highly recommended

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. They advertise a free pickup service, and although it was arranged in advance, no one showed up at the scheduled time. I tried contacting the hotel by phone and message for about 20 minutes with no response, which felt very unprofessional. Eventually, the pickup did arrive—but 20 minutes late and without any communication or explanation. When I arrived at the hotel around 4 PM, my room still wasn’t ready, even though check-in is usually at 2 PM and they were aware of my arrival time. That added to the frustration after the pickup situation. The room itself had several issues. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, there were bugs on the floor, and the shower only had cold water. On top of that, the AC remote had dead batteries, so I couldn’t turn it off and the room became freezing overnight. I didn’t feel like going to reception in the middle of the night to fix something that should have been checked beforehand. Overall, the lack of communication, poor organization, and maintenance problems made this a very unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend it unless these issues are seriously improved.

The hotel and room were very nice. It was in a good location and fairly close to major attractions.

On my second day I found cockroaches in the room. I requested a new room but was told they did not have any. They the sprayed the room with poison. That worked for about a day but the day after I saw small cockroaches again. I don't normally write reviews but I did want to call this out. Overall I would have really liked this stay if it wasn't for that.

Definitely not a 4-star. Most reviews are fake. A lot of noise from a family with about 5 very loud local children who treated the hotel as tbeir private property. The staff appologised and gave me another room instead, saying there was nothing else they could do
