Nous avions la suite Zurich. La chambre est immense avec une hauteur sous plafond de plus de 4 mètres. Nous avions une terrasse avec une vue dégagé sur une partie résidentielle et la montagne. La terrasse faisait plusieurs dizaines de m², c'est un très gros plus, surtout que l'hôtel ne sert pas de petit déjeuner. Nous avons fait quelques et avons mangé sur le terrasse avec le soleil levant, c'est vraiment très agréable. La piscine est grande mais surtout utilisée par les locaux pour des courts de natation (ce qui est très bien), mais l'environnement n'est pas vraiment fait pour des touristes (ils doivent être rares dans le secteur)

Pour manger, il est indispensable d'être équipé d'une voiture. Bien qu'il y ait un restaurant à l'hôtel, on ne peut pas manger sur place. Par ailleurs, les points d'intérêts de la ville sont vraiment peu nombreux. Seul le centre avec la partie street art vaut le déplacement. Les parcs ou autre Coffe factory n'ont aucun intérêt. Nous n'avons pas testé les sorties nature. Le restaurant semble plutôt utilisé pour des séminaires ou des mariages. L'étanchéité des portes fenêtres n'est pas assurée, ce qui permet de rafraichir naturellement la chambre la nuit (on peut aussi utiliser la clim), cela permet aussi d'avoir les appels à la prière des différentes mosquées alentour (cela fait partie de la vie locale)

The room was big and spacious...abit dated deco but definitely better than most hotels in the district.. Excellent and quiet pool in the mornings but becomes very crowded with local swim lessons in the evening.. Good room service. The view from our room of Gunung Lambak was stunning- exactly what the pictures on the site..

The hotel is quite rundown and no proper cleaning for a room even though they have at least 3 housekeeping staff for a room. My windows near the bed have got so much dust and mould too. The swimming pool suppose a facility for hotel guest, unfortunately most of the morning occupied by swimming class kids which we have no idea till we checked in. It’s not fair for guest who pays a fortune to stay in Casa but no way we can enjoy a morning swimming while sun isn’t that strong. I will not stay there anymore.

The design of Casa Bianca was classy and the Santorini Suite that we stayed in was well furnished with ample space. We enjoyed the sizable pool where it was possible to do about 25m laps in clean water. Location was great with town only a few minutes drive away and many Grab food delivery options available. Special mention of Fennylevia Thomas who spared no effort to retrieve a small location tracker that we had left behind and proactively arranged to courier back to my home address. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

The strong musky smell in the room if aircon is not high enough or off. I think it's probably from the carpet/sofa/furniture. Perhaps the facility can remove the carpet and change the sofa.

We were given the Budapest room with a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi needs some sprucing up as tiles were missing and can be dangerous.

Big rooms with great decor, they have succeeded in making it look grand. 25 m pool and mountain views. Good quality linen and housekeeping. Great food at the restaurant for a reasonable price even though the beer was overpriced. I was the only one there for the 2 nights, which is a little daunting, but I had staff waiting on me hand and foot. It's a bit more expensive than normal in Malaysia, but nice for a splurge.

The hot water takes about 5 minutes to come through, so you think there isn't any, but just wait. They have swimming lessons in the pool and hire out the facilities for functions,but good on management for tring to help cash flow. Like a lot of places in Asia, the maintainace crews miss some obvious repairs.

Bring your own toiletries; the shaving blade was blunt. Also bring cash. The RM100 refundable deposit is ONLY accepted in cash. This was not informed before arrival and I was fortunate to have that amount in cash on me.

ジャグジー付きの部屋を予約しました。ジャグジーは満足です。マレーシアで露店のプライベートジャグジーを楽しめるところは少ないと思います。ホテル周辺には数軒の飲食店があります。夜はマレー系、朝は中華系のお店を利用しましたが、両方とも美味しいお店でした。

SPACIOUS ROOM AND LARGE JACUZZI

No BREAKFAST

House keeping is seriously inadequate. Basic cleanliness standards aren't met, especially in the toilet area. They should do deep cleaning of all rooms during lull periods.

Extremely spacious! Excellent location with nearby shops and town area but not too busy and secure entrance. Very convenient parking. Place looks new and is very clean.

Everything I like

Comfortable and relaxing. Weather was good as it is next to the mountain. We took 3 main suites to accommodate our family wedding.

Food wasn’t available like other breakfast. They only open at 12 noon. Lesser choice. Lesser car park lot.

The sheets are clean, rooms are huge, ironing board, coffee machine provided was good and better than normal hotels.

The toilet had a wet patch around toilet bowl and musky smelling. The carpet is very old and worn down. No breakfast provided. Bad sound insulation with loud events going on after 10pm.

Clean and all furnitures in the room are in good condition.

TV channels can be better like include Netflix or few Astro channels.

Huge comfortable luxurious rooms in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views of Gunung Lambak. You can have a dance party in the shower alone!

Feels a bit deserted at night but some people may enjoy that solitude!

The room was huge, toilet was huge.

Not that I didn't like, but pool was open to swimming classes which makes residents have limited space to swim. Not enough sitting area coz was all pre occupied by families waiting for kids swimming lessons.

Great location, nice and helpful staff, large rooms - property is primarily an event venue - so guests do not have access to the pool when events are going on - would like to have been notified prior or upon check-in, laundry is running 24/7 to accommodate washing of all the table linens for parties, so unless you have ear plugs, hard to sleep, plus hard to sleep if events are going on late - one of the events had guests partying throughout the night in the common areas - so noise, smoking, music, etc. was still going on when we left at 8am for our outings - would recommend if no events are planned but otherwise would avoid

The room exceeded all my expectations. For the price we paid, the room was excellent. Large room with lots of space, comfortable beds, very clean, a large bathroom, coffee tea amenities and a small fridge. The location was also great - nearby to town and lots of makan places. Truly wow.

Can’t think of anything.

The Villa was big and grand. My kids love villa, and the swimming pool of the villa is very clean. The room are extremely grand and comfortable with large living space. And i had a very big balcony.

There is no breakfast option and they dont serve food on monday to wednesday. Which we expected to have room service, but there was no cook at that time of our stay.

Comfortable stay, with friendly and helpful staff. The pool was surprisingly generously-sized for a place with so few rooms (and guests). We encountered a technical difficulty with the room we originally booked (the outdoor jacuzzi failed to work), and the staff graciously upgraded us to a bigger room with an indoor jacuzzi to make up for the inconvenience.
