Amazing location! Amazing property! Amazing service!

We loved the garden and pool. The apartment was modern and lovely.

The second bathroom was in the basement down steep stairs and not very convenient

Anna our host was exceptional, she greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was beautifully presented, it’s very large and spacious. The apartment is close to the boutiques for shopping and fantastic restaurants.

A black remote went missing, we didn’t see it upon arrival and we didn’t use the tv in the bedroom that the remote was for… so I’m not sure how that happened. They contacted us about it and we let them know we didn’t see it or use it, and it was left at that.

Location was good and there was a nice sized garage for parking.

The bathrooms were really bad. The showers were extremely small and both had issues with regulating between hot and cold.

Bathrooms were very very small. Apart from the 1 room the other rooms and Beds were only suitable for the kids not for the adults.

It should not be for the 6 adults.

The pool was the best!

Construction across the street affected the bedroom on that side

Gute Erreichbarkeit, schnelle Kommunikation, sofort Ort - keine Wartezeit, alle wichtigen Infos waren Ort zusätzlich hinterlegt, Unproblematische Organisation der Abreise, könnte nicht besser organisiert sein. Hervorragendes Delikatessengeschäft sowie Apotheke direkt im Nachbarhaus

We loved staying with ELAIA. The Apartments are large and located centrally, we had a few issues at check in but they were resolved quickly.

There’s some noise from the road and if you’re staying in the apartments below you will hear noise from those above from plumbing. Every time some flashes the toilet or runs water you will hear it. Very unfortunate

The Host Yasmin was very nice and welcoming, and the apartment was good and clean. I really appreciated the complimentary items they provided, it shows they care about their guests. And the location is perfect and quiet neighborhood

the bathrooms are way too small. Taking a shower was a bit of a nightmare because all the water spills out, and honestly, if you’re even slightly on the bigger side, you’ll really struggle to move comfortably inside.

The olive apartment is a luxurious 4 bedroom penthouse at the top of a beautiful well-secured modern building. We really loved and enjoyed our stay at the olive apartment. We were greeted with amazing house-wanting treats!The apartment is spacious, clean, and great choice for families. There was a one bedroom downstairs, a bathroom, a living room overlooking the pool and a closed spacious kitchen that has a beautiful balcony. The upstairs space has one master room with a bathroom and a walking large closet and two bedroom with sharing bathroom. Bedrooms had tv, and a/c units. The location of the apartment is more secluded quite part of Glyfada yet very close to restaurants, shops and parks! The pool is the perfect size for kids, and family to enjoy with great privacy! The pool has heater that can be switched on upon request. The property manager is very attentive and very responsive before arrival and during our stay. We were lucky enough to get a free house keeping service during our stay.

The apartment was lovely and as described, and the host/management company were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was centrally located in Glyfada and a short 10 minute walk to the water and a ton of restaurants.

It would have been nice to have more regular cleaning to change towels and take out the trash.

Great location in Glyfada, near enough to the retail and restaurants but far enough that it is more peaceful. A spacious modern apartment in a security building. Yasmin was especially helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Bra service och rent/fräscht men vi blev väldigt besvikna över att vårt boende inte hade pool (Mint apartment) det är väldigt otydligt när man ser bilder och läser om Elaia Luxury apartments att just vårat bonde inte hade tillgång till pool. Dåliga duschar där det var svårt att reglera varmt/kallt vatten men i övrigt inget att klaga på. Fin service från värdinnorna.

Excellent host (Elena) - extremely responsive and helpful Facilities were amazing - especially the pool Excellent access to Athens We brought a 2 and 4 year old. They had a fantastic time (though I recommend to get the pool heated for a 2yo, which the hosts graciously did for us) Highly recommend you get a rental car

The decor and layout of the apartment were wonderful. The host had left us lovely amenities and the kitchen was fully stocked. A huge basket of delicious fruit, juices and water were in the refrigerator. The pool was fantastic. It was light and bright and a perfect location.

Honestly it was perfect for what we needed. We were there at the tail end of a 3 week trip and it was just a lovely place for my 2 kids and I to spend the last 2 days together.

It was my first time staying in an apartment and it was so much better than a hotel.. the kitchen was fully equipped all I had to was was to get a few things and I felt I was home comfortable .. super relaxed!

Very nice apartment with lots of space except the bathrooms, especially the master bathroom. Everything was perfect. Great location, walkable to most everywhere, beaches, restaurants, & shopping. Elena was wonderful to work with.

Property was fantastic. Very clean and everything you need for a ‘home from home’. The pool is great! Really big and ideal for kids as has several levels to help when getting in. Within walking distance to coast, lots of shops, bars restaurants etc.

Superb location. 15 mins to a number of lovely beaches. 45 mins into Athens for the culture, architecture and nightlife. And, a great large town and shopping complex on your doorstep. A Modern and comfy apartment which the kids loved.

Splendid hosts, amazing cleanliness and everything we needed (and a bit more!) was available upon entrance. Beautiful apartment built with modern and high quality material. Easy check in & out. The team is responsive and extra kind!

One tiny suggestion: bedside lamps instead of candles would be great, most importantly when traveling with kids!

We stayed at MINT, great apartment. Clean, spacious, light. More than well equipped kitchen. Private garage inside the basement. Many thanks for your service and for all the extra’s we found at the apartment!

The small size and lack of comfort in both bathrooms didn’t match the high standard of the rest of the apartment.

1- Excellent location, a few minutes away from Metaxa, the main shopping street in Glyfada, and from Vouliagmeni, the main highway. 2- Very helpful hosts who will reply to WhatsApp almost immediately. 3- Spacious and comfortable rooms 4- Meticulous cleaning 5- Good kitchen and living room. 6- Price point was good during the winter time, especially for 3 bedrooms. 7- Internet was good. 8- Atmosphere felt safe. Overall I would come back

The showers are a mess. I see a few other reviewers mentioned this as well. If it wasn't for the nice hosts I would probably have scored this place lower for a luxury apartment. There are two big problems which made taking a shower something none of us were looking forward to: 1- No shower curtains. If you take a shower, expect half of the bathroom to become wet. The architect opted for a kind of "form over function" choice for the bathroom so it looks "cool" but in fact, whenever someone takes a shower the bathrooms will be soaking wet for half a day (including the toilet). You also can't really bring any clothes in with you because they will get wet too. I asked the hosts if they could provide a shower curtain but they didn't. It takes a lot of the "luxury" away when you can't have a shower without worrying about things like this. Not sure why this hasn't been resolved yet. 2- Water temperature varies wildly even when showering. You can go from almost boiling hot to freezing cold with a small one millimeter movement of the faucet. I jumped out of the shower multiple times. That said I would still come back to this place, but it is unfortunate that in a luxury apartment you can't have a simple shower without worrying about this.

Amazing place, exactly as shown in the pictures! Clean and properly decorated, this is a very elegant apartment to chill with your friends or family and enjoy the neighborhood!! The hostess was so helpful!! Excellent!

You know this feeling, when you book a furnished and equipped place and yet, it’s not like home? Something missing, this eternal impersonality of rented apartments… Here you feel home from the very moment you open the door and enter. It smells home, cozy, tidy, impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated, it was probably equipped by a Mom of a big, wealthy and greekly hedonistic family. I started to pull the kitchen drawers to find 2 kinds of juicer, 3 kinds of coffee machines, a FULL set of dishes and numerous little things you take time to collect when settling down in a new home. Beds are comfy, bed linen is crispy, fragrant and new, as everything else. 2 bathrooms, that’s important. The location is optimal, the place is silent, the terrace is big enough and doesn’t lack privacy, despite the low floor, thanks to the exuberant vegetation and respectful neighbors. Last, but not least - super profesional and welcoming management by Dimitra.

The only downside is that it’s hardly ever available. so don’t think twice and book straight away.

Amazing apartment, very clean, comfortable location, Dimitra and the other staff were extremely nice and helpful. Hard not to notice the attention to detail everywhere, it really exceeded our expectations. We'll certainly return soon!

Nothing to improve, really perfect stay

It has a good location and nice modern upgrades, secure property! I love that it's next to a delicatessen and easy to access, close to shops, the beach, etc. It is further from Atgens but we knew that prior to booking. We would stay here again.

The shower was small and needed an upgrade- the water was so hot it burned my skin—but the owner did come by and bring me medication from their local pharmacy, which was nice. And said they would get the water adjusted. Would like a dryer to go with the washer for convenience.

Pool was supposed to be heated enough to get in but it was not. Had some technical problems. Bath water had a problem too and they had to come and fix it while some of us was already in shower and had to do it bt cold water.

Great apartment - first time staying in Glyfada, perfect location. Our lovely hosts, Dimitra and Elena were fantastic, super hospitable and had great recommendations for bars, restaurants and beaches. Definitely coming back again!

Very modern apartment in an elegant building in Glyfada. Safe underground parking, no extra charge. Very good communication with host and the persons who came for check-in/check-out. Short driving distance to Astir Beach Club, maybe one of the best in the area - thanks to the check-out lady for recommendation.

Everything was very good indeed. Only because I am picky I mention a little strange detail how the architect of the building made everything very well, except the bathrooms. For a tourist who stays for few days is perfect but I can't imagine someone living permanently and having such tight bathrooms.

Everything was fabulous. We spent best time in the apartment. The service was top. They are always around when help is needed. They also extended their help by establishing a WhatsApp group just for us. They were our guide in choosing good restaurants, beaches, shopping area and all their choices were excellent. In short they were a wonderful team. If I visit Athens again, I will definitely go there too. Regards
