Athens coast hotel

Everything was really perfect, except of the room (too small) and some things were missing in the room, such as: 2 glasses for drinking beside the one for the tooth brushes; a box of klinex, a magnifite mirror for shaving and make-up and a small chest of drawers.

Only that few items were missing in the room as explained previously.

Lokatie is wel midden in het centrum, veel merkwinkels in de buurt, ook een gezellige omgeving wel, zwembad is ook fijn.

Uitzicht vanaf het balkon was echt vreselijk. Gebouw aan de overkant werd gerenoveerd, dus je keek tegen een groot blauw zeil aan, als je buiten wilde zitten zat je in de bouw herrie. Waar je trouwens binnen geen last van had.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Γλυφάδας, το προσωπικό ήταν πρόθυμο να σε βοηθήσει, τα δωμάτια και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν καθαροί. Τα δωμάτια ήταν λίγο μικρά και δεν είχε αρκετό χώρο να αφήσεις τα πράγματα σου. Κατά τα άλλα είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για το κέντρο της Γλυφάδας.

Otel yer itibarı ile Glyfada'nın merkezi konumunda. etraftaki plajlara vs ya yürüyerek ya da otobüsle 10-15 dakikada gidilebiliyor. Odalar biraz küçük olmasına rağmen otelin temizliği ve özellikle havluların sürekli temizlenmesi çok iyidi.

Everything was great! I stayed for one night only cause I had to catch an early flight and they had available room so they let me to do check in also at 10:30!

The location was fantastic, the amenities and pool were just as expected and were just great for a short holiday.

The cleaning lady moves all the furniture in the hotel while cleaning the rooms without any respect to people relaxing in the rooms starting early morning, it's just way too noisy. No available shelves or drawers in the room.

The hotel is in a very good location and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. They were also happy to store our luggage whenever we needed, which we really appreciated. The pool was a lovely and relaxing area and a great place to unwind after a long day.

Unfortunately, we were given room 02, which was not on an upper floor but on the same level as the lobby. This was not made clear when we booked, although we were later told that we should have known. The room was only about five metres from the lobby and roughly the same distance from the main elevator. From around 7 a.m., we were woken by constant noise, as guests were continuously passing directly outside our room on their way to the lobby or elevator. For anyone looking for peace and a good night’s rest, the location of this particular room is a significant drawback.

Location is bang on at Glyfada. Rooms super neat, cozy and clean. Room service was quick and prompt. The hotel was kind enough to give me complimentary breakfast for me and my wife.

Sehr gute Lage in Glyfada. Schnell am Strand und im Zentrum von Glyfada. Auch gute Verbindungen nach Athen ins Zentrum. Frühstück ist gut, sehr abwechlungsreich.

We stayed here for one night prior to our departure from Greece. The location of the hotel was great and easily walkable to Glyfadas main shopping and eating area with tons of options. The room was clean and prepped to our request to accommodate 4 people. The pool was clean and a great refresher on a hot day (and the main reason we book this hotel).

there is no available parking, which is fine, but there isn't even anywhere to easily drop off things to be able to check-in. Upon our check-in (late afternoon) the staff was not that responsive or helpful. We also learned that the pool is only open till 7 pm, which in greece in the heat of the summer is still really in a sense mid afternoon and for folks that check in later for just a night it barely gives any time for use. This was very disappointing. The room did accommodate 4, but it was sooo tight and not really matching what was reflected in hotel pictures online, so our expectations were very different. our understanding was that our room came with breakfast, the check-in person failed to let us know one way or another and we found out after we already got something small form the buffet. This made for an uncomfortable situation early in the morning. The positive was the person at the front desk was very understanding and didn't charge us for the coffee, croisant and one yogurt). Better communication would be helpful.

Annoying walkie talkie liaison with chamber maid outside the room in the corridor at 7.45am. Long.conversations which disturbs guests. This also happened on the last occasion that we stayed . Remote control broken/battery resulted in not being able to turn tv off at night

Location is in the hearth of the Glyfada. It is close to the bus and tram stops. Around the hotel there are many restaurants, cafes, boutiques. Hotel staff is helpful. The room has a air conditioner and a balcony. The room has basic need such as towels, hair drier, vault, kettle etc.

Credo che le note negative è l orario Della piscina ,l'apertura alle ore 11.00 Troppo tardi per chi come me ama il mare , sarebbe stato piacevole fare un bagno per rinfrescarsi almeno per le 9.00 e una maggiore disinfestazione per le troppe zanzare.

It being a small quiet relaxing hotel with a contemporary modern dining room overlooking a private tree lined & well supervised small swimming pool. The hotel staff were engaging & extremely helpful.

The receptionist was the rudest person i came across. i told him my mistake of forgetting to cancel the hotel as i had rebooked elsewhere and he proceeded to chastise me for my mistake, questioned how i could be so sloppy, and when i asked to see a manager he refused saying that the manager would view me the same way. I have been unable to receive closure on this outside of my interaction with the receptionist.

Je n’ai pas aimé le fait que le personnel de nuit de l’hôtel tolère et laisse des gens crier et parler pendant des heures dans les couloirs de l’hôtel en pleine nuit, réveillant évidement tout le monde… et cela pendant plusieurs nuit à la suite.

The Location in the heart of Glyfada. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, it was a lucky find, and i will suggest it to anyone looking for a central location and a hotel.

Νομίζω ότι πρέπει να δοθεί έμφαση στο θέμα της καθαριότητας. Βρήκα π.χ κοκαλάκι μαλλιών στο πάτωμα από προηγούμενο πελάτη . Όπως και τα σεντόνια δεν ήταν απολύτως καθαρά . Δηλαδή έμφαση στην καθαριότητα και έλεγχος της καθαριότητας του δωματίου πριν δοθεί στον επόμενο πελάτη

Das Zimmer war recht groß und sauber auch das Bad war sehr geräumig. Die Lage des Hotels war für einen Stadtaufenthalt in Glyfada geeignet.

Die Großbaustelle direkt neben unserem Zimmer. Lärm ab früh morgens und Bauarbeiter direkt vorm Balkon. (Hätte das Hotel vor der Buchung schon irgendwie erwähnen können, dass unmittelbar nebenan ein Riesenhotel gebaut wird.) Der Balkon war sehr schmal und wirkte herruntergekommen. Darauf noch die zwei ständig rauschenden Klimageräte…nicht sehr komfortabel. Der Pool schloss bereits 19 Uhr-also zur besten Badezeit… Der Poolbereich war wenig einladend gestaltet. Für über 300,- Euro pro Nacht stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider gar nicht.

Absolutely nothing besides the location. Hotel was terrible by all means. Definitely not a 4-star hotel, I would not even give it 1 star. I wasted my money (didn’t get a refund) and booked another hotel because I did not even feel safe to stay.

I booked this property through Booking.com because it was advertised as a 4-star hotel, and I relied on the listing, photographs, description, and overall rating when making my decision. I paid approximately €200, expecting the standard of accommodation that Booking.com represented. Unfortunately, the hotel I arrived at was materially different from what was advertised. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the property was poorly maintained and did not resemble the quality shown in the listing. The corridors were dark with no lighting, there was rubbish left in the hallways, the elevator was extremely old and appeared unsafe, and the overall condition of the hotel was unclean and neglected. When I entered my room, it was extremely dirty, had a strong unpleasant smell, and was nowhere near the standard that would reasonably be expected from a 4-star hotel charging €200 per night. In my opinion, the quality was comparable to a low-budget motel rather than the accommodation that had been advertised on your platform. Because of the overall condition of the property, I genuinely did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. I completed the check-in process and entered my assigned room solely to assess the accommodation. After seeing the actual condition of both the hotel and the room, I made the immediate decision to leave. I did not stay overnight, did not sleep in the room, and did not make use of the accommodation because it was not as advertised. When I raised my concerns with the reception staff and politely requested a refund, I was met with behaviour that was completely unacceptable. Instead of attempting to address the situation professionally, staff members were rude, dismissive, mocked us, laughed in our faces, and made disrespectful comments while we explained why we could not stay. This level of customer service was shocking and entirely inconsistent with what should be expected from a hotel listed on Booking.com.

Very old and not well maintained. Trash was overflowing. Lobby smells very bad from the cafe on the reception. We didn't even stay there. It looks very bad from the moment you enter the hotel, and after checking the rooms, we decided to leave. Even the bed wasn't made properly, so my main concern was cleanliness. We didn't even stay at the hotel and they refused to return the money.

The mattress and pillows are fantastic.

It might get noisy at night. Also although breakfast is supposed to be served between 7-10a.m. I went for breakfast at 7:00 and they were still in the process of setting up.
