Wonderful location

The location was great, breakfast choices were amazing and staff was wonderful.

No AC made it tough to sleep at night. They did have big fans in the rooms.

The location was incredible. Apartment clean and perfect for a couple of nights in the city.

Although the apartment was clean the stairway and apartment door were a little tired and the ground floor entrance area was a bit smelly but it didn’t spoil our stay at all. No air con but again the fans did the job.

La vue sur le fleuve était magnifique. Belle chambre à coucher. Emplacement parfait avec plein de restaurants et bars à proximité.

Coin repas peu pratique pour 3 personnes. Mettre 2 chaises devant la fenêtre pour admirer la vue serait parfait.

On top of our comfortable and attractive rooms, Andre was really helpful. He helped with storing our luggage and arranging taxi to the airport.

Very good location, close to the river, easy walking to various restaurants and shops or sightseeing.

Better taxi access would be appropriate, especially when arriving from the airport. Being dropped at the top of a huge hill with an elderly person and many suitcases was difficult.

You could not beat the location- it was right in the middle of town and you had an amazing view and were very close to all the things you would want in Porto.

Apartment: excellent, just as seen in the pictures. The location is excellent, surrounded by many lovely places for dinner. We did not mind the street noise at all, even though we were in the thick of it.

Parking was especially complicated because we arrived on a Saturday in high season, but we managed, thanks to the instructions given by our host. Please bear in mind you will need to walk a couple of blocks from the car to the apartment, and have some stairs with your bags. But it is worth it!!! The location is excellent. There is an elevator after the first short flight of stairs, and we were lucky it was working Saturday afternoon, because as of that evening it was out of order until the Monday we left. Sure they fixed it right after the weekend but just so you know there will be some steps.

Balcony overlooks the ribeira was absolutely breathtaking and stunning! Hotel was unique and gave you a Portugal feel.

No air conditioning! So it was hot in the room when you close it up! So we had to use our fans and prop open the patio doors a little.

The location.

We have a feeling there might have been bed bugs in our room. We ended up with strange bug bites on us during our stay there. It’s quite concerning. The lack of a working elevator made things more difficult for my 80 year old mother. The seagulls nesting on the roof are nocturnal and make a lot of noise all night long, and it’s not possible to close the windows at night since there is no AC. The first day we had no hot water as the heater was off and there were no instructions that it needed to be turned on.

The property is in a brilliant location, close to all types of transport and overlooks the river. Lots of activity on the river but the noise is not excessive or late at night. Lots of bars and restaurants are very close. There is no air-conditioning but two very good fans are provided which kept the place cool.

The mattress cover and pillows could be better but didn't stop us sleeping.

Wonderful location. Great welcoming hosts, with a bottle of port. The view was excellent. The location was central and easy to walk to all the attractions.

The pictures dont show the actual status of the apartment. The apartment has many things to be fixed which I think are quite basic for the money they charge, example: sink leaking water, the balcony is super dirty from the pigeons, the fan in the bathroom /toilet doesnt work which I reported but they never came to check it, the main room smells like humidity, plus you can here everything from the street ad the windows are too old. Don't recommend it!!!

It was a good location

We arranged transport from the airport. We arrived at approximately 11pm and therte was no one to meewt us. We contacted support who advised transport was on the way. out transport then dropped us at the wrong location and we again needed to arrange a taxi to get us to the correct location. We were very frustrated by this situation. We were reembersed for the Taxi ride.

The balcony is what I was looking forwards to and there are pigeons right on top of both of them. Meaning my friend got po0ped on twice and the actual terrace is covered in po0p. Would be nice if it was cleaned and that section covered off from birds.

The location and the views outside the terrace and balcony were amazing! The apartment's rustic feel was beautiful. Everything was clean and ready for us.

The only issue we had was that the stairs to the second floor of the penthouse were a little steep. So if you have heavy luggage, that would be a challenge. Also, the bedroom and living room on the second floor had slanted ceilings, so if you are tall, that would be a challenge. The seating upstairs, due to the height of the ceiling, was on the floor, so if you are not flexible in getting up and down, that would also be a challenge.

The size and the layout the views on the river outstanding the apartment is tired and requires bathroom and kitchen refurbishment that said would recommend the location

Amazing location and views. We were warmly greeted by Andreia and welcomed with a carafe of Port! The breakfast that was delivered each morning was delightful. Communication was easy and Adnreia provided lots of valuable recommendations.

Hosts were instantly available. The apartment had every possible comfort. The location, which didn’t have a River view but was right on the river, was fantastic. Right in the hub of restaurants, shops, churches and walking distance to Bridges and Cathedral and much more. It had a lift, coffee machine with pods and sugar. Complimentary Port

Excellent location - overlooking Douro. FANTASTIC VIEWS :-) Very clean & comfortable, including great kitchen. Really helpful and polite staff at YourPorto - lots of tips where to eat & drink.

WiFi can be a little slow & patchy, only really an issue if WiFi needed for work calls.

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Von der Ausstattung, der tollen Lage u dem traumhaften Flussblick war alles fantastisch und wir sibd dankbar für die schöne Zeit dort. Das Frühstück war so liebevoll zusammen gestellt und sehr reichhaltig. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption toll und sehr schnell. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert. Vielen Dank

Nur ein kleiner Tipp: Haken für die Garderobe u Haken für Handtücher im Bad könnten angebracht werden.

Andreia greeted us and made us feel welcome, she was so nice, and helpful even the cleaning lady was nice. Views were outstanding being right on the water. Location is walking distance to most places and tram/bus stops at the end of the street. The apartment was beautifully presented and even complementary port and coffee pods were there on our arrival Fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, toaster all you need with cutlery and dishes. Highly recommend and if ever back in Porto we will book again.

Our apartment was amazing! Spacious and amenities were spot on, location was absolutely perfect and check in/out was smooth with a place to store our bags. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodated adding a special touch of Porto and chocolates for the room as it was my boyfriend’s birthday trip. Amazing from start to finish would 100% stay here again! Thank you

Amazing location with a beautiful terrace. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Elevator was a nice bonus with all the bags we had to carry up.

The beds were fairly comfy. The upstairs loft bedroom has amazing views but the stairs are tricky and the ceiling is low. WE bumped our heads a few times so just be aware that it's not a space for older or limited mobility folks. The main level bedroom and bath are great for them though!

Idéalement situé au bord de la très très charmante Ribeira, l'appartement est très joli, bien équipé, parfaitement confortable. Nous n'avons rencontré personne physiquement mais nous avons reçu toutes les instructions et toute l'aide requise avec une remarquable réactivité et une parfaite efficacité. Merci beaucoup !

Stayed in the one bed apartment. Location. Great view across the river. 1 minute walk to the bridge. The room hasn’t got much character but comfortable enough.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was great for us, but would not really be suitable for people with limited mobility.

There was no one at reception when we arrived, and my first call went unanswered. The face that we had to go to reception 3 blocks away from our room up a steep hill on cobblestone sidewalks was not communicated to us very well. Only 2 coffee pods were provided for 2 people for 2 nights, and no instructions on how to use the coffee maker.

A lovely apartment in an old building, plenty of space. Really central location close to everything.

Overall a good apartment right by the Douro river, set back slightly from the busiest area. We were met on arrival by Helder who was very friendly. The property is comfortable and well equipped.

The bathroom is clean but could do with a refit. The pigeon poo on the balance area isn’t great, but I don’t know what more they could do about that.

Room was ill equipped, old, dusty, broken & dated. Its stuck of oil from the restaurant extractor fan below 24/7. Felt like we were slowly being poisoned from fumes & every time we woke up we felt sick for the entire following day. Was such a relief to check out & get away from the godforsaken place! Every time i spoke to customer service they just responded with generic nonsense response, absolutely useless! Seriously would never recommend this place! Disgusting from start to finish!

1. Very convenient location, right off Praça da Ribeira. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around. With a few steps, you are on Cais da Ribeira. 2. The view of the river from the apartment is spectacular. 3. The building has elevator, which is great. The apartment is modern and very well maintained. There is a lot of light inside the apartment due to large ceiling to floor windows. 4. Adequate amenities in the kitchen. 5. The customer service is very friendly and pleasant. They made us feel welcome. Thank you to Antonio and Rui G.
