Stayed here for 3 nights. I got the VIP room with the massage chair. It was heaven after a long day of exploring Seoul! I didn't have the breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The location was okay, it had a very local vibe but the station was not good for big luggage due to the stairs in the station. I couldn't find the station elevator when I arrived. Some reviews said Exit 5 but actually the elevator is between Exit 5 and 4 so you might miss it like I did. Also it's on Line 1 so it can get very busy. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Overall I recommend the place, especially for solo travellers. I felt safe in the hotel and in the area. Also very good for the price I paid. I will consider it again in the future.

コンビニがすぐそばにあります。 部屋は3人で一部屋だったのでそんなに大きくはありませんが、収納が沢山あるので2人なら充分だと思います。 洗面所にタオルをかけるところがないのが少し使いづらかったですが、シャワーにはガラスの扉があるので、便座が濡れなかったのが良かったです。 清掃をお願いしたら変えてもらえるタオルもフカフカです。 無料のお水がもらえるのも助かりました。 ヘアアイロンもあったので便利です。 総合的にみて、また利用したいホテルです。

I had stayed at Jongno Lumia previously in March 2023. I really enjoyed the comforts and the location it offered for my stay in Seoul then and this time around it was as equally well located and comfortable. I would say a few things are starting to feel the wear and tear of a well used hotel but nothing that affected the comfort of my stay. It is located along subway line number one with options to two subway stops within five minutes walking distance. The location is out of the touristy area and more amongst local Seoul citizens and a huge daily outdoor market. It is surrounded by everything you require when it comes to food/restaurants and necessities, including grocery stores and cafés. A short walk up a local hill gives access to beautiful views overlooking Seoul. There is also a wonderful temple and Buddhist statue perched on the hill that I had the pleasure of waking up to and looking at every morning. There is also an amazing spa chair you can easily access in the lobby that I thoroughly enjoyed every evening after getting in my 20 to 30,000 steps hiking around this fascinating city. As I will be travelling to Seoul again in the future, I will without hesitation book Jongno Lumia again, and would recommend it to other travelers.

-bed mattresses were really hard. Eventhogh I preferre a little harder than a too soft bed. These were really hard. Therefore not as comfy as one would wish for. Otherwise everything was fine in and out of the hotel room! :-)

I had a pleasant stay at Jongno Hotel Lumia for 6 nights. The room was surprisingly spacious for an Asian hotel and the massage chair was a fantastic bonus. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff were helpful. Its location is convenient, offering easy access to the city center via metro. Overall, I'd recommend Jongno Hotel Lumia for travelers seeking a comfortable base to explore Seoul.

There were a few drawbacks. The room controls were entirely in Korean, making them difficult to use. Also, the keycard displayed my room number openly, which felt like a potential security concern. Lastly, there wasn't enough storage space in the room and very few hangers were provided.

We loved the size of the room, the shower was great and everything was clean. The view from our room was nice and it was easily accessible and close to multiple different convinient stations that allow you to go all over Seoul.

Althoug there was AC in the room, the room was SUPER warm, 26 degrees all the time. The AC was located right above the bed and had a light, so it would get really cold in the bed and the light would prevent us from sleeping.

The mattress in the triple rooms was too hard in the queen bed ,the mattress the individual bed was fine

The Hotel was clean. The location was perfect, 5 mins away from Sinseoldong Underground. Although it is located in an alley, me being a solo female traveller, I was a bit anxious before getting there, but all my worries disappeared as it is a safe area, so if you are a solo female traveller like me, do not worry at all! The room has everything you need, the bed was comfy. There is a nice room next to the reception where you can sit and eat your food in the evening if you feel like it, with a coffee and tea machine and an ice machine too. There are also 2 massage chairs. Overall, I was really happy with my stay!

A bit confusing to find at first

Friendly stuff, clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast with toast, butter, jam , ceral, milk and good coffee.

Area to take note, The hotel have no steam iron and iron board if you request for it. If you carry 15kg of medium size luggage, take Exit 6 of Sinseol-dong station. Don't take Exit 10 because you will be carrying the heavy luggage up and down the stairs. There is 1 supermarket nearby that sell reasonable price groceries, fruit and drinks. Few coffee shops within walking distance from the hotel. House keeping need to be requested at the reception as per the website stated. The room size is fairly big and spacious.

Easy access to transportation

女２人で利用しました。場所は大通りに面しておらず、狭い路地の奥でしたが、地図アプリで難なく辿り着きました。ホテルそのものは清潔で快適です。ドライヤーにストレートアイロンまで備え付けられており、シャンプー類の使い心地もよかったです。シャワーブースがトイレと同室内のガラス張りなので、シャワー中はトイレに入れません。無料のドリンク類が嬉しかったです。

Reasonable hotel near Dongmyo/Sinseoldong. The walls are very thin, so easy to hear what people are doing if you are unlucky. The room was not that clean when I checked in, I found some trash that wasn't found and it wasn't vacuumed. Price is not so low either, but there aren't so many options.

場所が少し見つけにくいのと、棚等の上のホコリが気になりましたが、全体的にはとても綺麗で快適でした。

they prepare free water & coffee. we always take one before going out to explore the city. they also put a message chair on the lobby for free use. The room is comfortable and big.

Loved having a massage chair in my room; great perk 😌 ; the room was spacious just the bed was too firm for my likings and I can hear everything from the room just above me.

Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. Two young gentlemen were helpful to call for taxi at earlier hours.

Disposed trash bags were in the hallway. Custodial staff used the hallway at my room for their carts storage; it’s smelly. Custodial staff forgot to clean our room the second day. Staff told us their credit card charging system was down for undetermined time, and they asked us to pay cash for our stay.

The rooms were so warm and comfortable, and the location was super convenient. The employees were very friendly with excellent customer service.

今回、初めての利用です。 立地的にはとても便利なとこにありました。 近くには飲食店が多くあるため、食事には困りません。 コンセントの変換プラグがないと不便です。 また、昼過ぎまで寝ていたら掃除をしてもらえませんでした…(シーツ交換のみでゴミ、床はそのままでタオル補充がありませんでした。フロントに行ってタオルは貰いました) 初日は掃除の途中で忘れてしまったのか、冷蔵庫が開けっ放しになっていて床は水浸し、中に飲み物を入れていたら全部ぬるくなってました。 11階で窓があいており、蚊がとても多くてスプレーがあるもののあんまり効果がないのか…2人とも蚊に刺されて真っ赤になりました。

タオルがもう少し清潔感あればいいなと思いました。 このホテルで働いている人たちみんないい人だなと思いました。

В номере было много комаров, половое покрытие старое очень, завтрак с 7 до 9 утра, очень скудный, в 8.30 еды практически не было, один рис.

平價之選, 房大, 浴室也大, 也很清潔, 除位置處於內街, 大堂比較細之外, 其他也十分滿意
