Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Hôtel idéalement situé, à quelques pas du métro et des bus. Il est en plein centre de Séoul, proche de rues animés, shopping, restaurants,... Le petit-déjeuner varié était parfait. Nous avions une chambre au 15e étage qui avait une super vue
La température de la climatisation n'est pas réglable. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre. On n'a été obligé de l'éteindre complètement, mais elle réactivait dès que nous sortions.

Nous avons été logé au 3ème étage, en face de gros travaux dans la rue qui étaient bruyants. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait très chaud

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Kamers schoon en modern ingericht. Niet groot, maar voldoende. Locatie is geweldig, alles binnen handbereik, vele winkels, supermarkten en bekende winkelstraten op loop afstand.
Persoon moet wat aan de Engelse taal doen, maar dit geld voor de grootste gedeelte van Zuid Korea

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Chambre sale avec cheveux dans la salle de bain. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. La deuxième chambre était aussi sale voire pire. La manager nous a proposé un remboursement car elle n'avait aucune autre chambre en meilleur état!
La saleté des chambres. Aucun ménage n'est fait réellement.

We used the washing machines and the laundry room was well equipped and clean. The best impression was made by the breakfast table and while we originally planned only to eat there one morning we gad breakfast in the dining room all four days! It was definitely worth the money and they have great coffee as part of the buffet

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026The best part about this property is location. Very close to the metro stop on walkable to a lot of tourist sites and the Cheonggyecheong Stream. This review is specifically for the meal as the staff was helpful and regularly refreshed items. I ate the breakfast buffet which had both Korean style (make your own bimbimbap) and western food (scrambled eggs, pastries, etc.) Since it was really hot the staff offered ice for my coffee and brought a huge takeaway cup with a straw. Also, they were constantly cleaning which makes you feel good about what’s normally a crowded space. Next time I’ll try the lunch!

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Location was excellent. Subway within meters, major buses round the corner and Myeongdong shopping just 10min walk. The best thing was discovering all the restaurants and bars in Eulijiro backstreets.
My bed was hard and only 1 pillow. The beds need to be pulled out and vacuumed at least once a week to clear the dust, my hayfever flared.

Used to have at least 1-2 free tea bags in the room but now there is none. Water leaks from bathroom when bathing. Also, there is some major construction going on near to the hotel so there’s noise and dust.

No hicieron aseo a la habitación y estuve 3 días. creo que en un hotel deberían limpiar a diario.

Por el precio que se paga, uno esperaría aseo de la habitación sin embargo, durante los 7 días de estadía solo se hizo aseo 2 veces (¿aparentemente por una política ecológica se hace cada 3 días?)
