Nebuvau perspėtas, kad iki vietos neveža taxi nes senamiestyje apribotas eismas. Taxi per lietų paleido labai toli, nors buvo kiti vartai, nuo kurių patekti būtų buvę labai greita, tačiau informacijos nebuvo pateikta ir buvome neperspėti.

The location was the best thing. Right in the middle of the old town. The maisonette was very spacious with the huge bedroom upstairs. The bathroom was not new but well maintained and clean, which is very important.

Although it's a very old building, many renovations have been done. However, the kitchen in our maisonette was bad and very old. The worst thing though was the staircase to the bedroom. It cricked with every step making sleep impossible if someone wanted to go downstairs to use the bathroom. Just like walking upstairs around the bedroom. The floor cricked so much!

Зручне розташування в самому старому місті , до автовокзалу та порту хвилин 15 пішки. Персонал привітний, завжди на звʼязку, швидко відповідає на запити. На кухні було все необхідне для приготування їжі, навіть кавоварка. Також користувалися пральною машинкою.

Дещо старі меблі і саме помешкання. Також в номері були мурахи та інші комахи. Не вистачало базових речей кухні як то сіль, масло.

Не понравилось самое главное. Квартиры расположены так,что между ними есть внутренний дворик. Начиная с вечера и до утра там просто не выключается свет. В дворе сверху двери стеклянные и выспаться просто нет возможности. А самое главное после 12 часов ночи приходили "нагулявшиеся" гости и начинали очень!! громко разговаривать,смеяться, шуметь,такое впечатление,что рядом в комнатах не было людей. А учесть,что стены практически из бумаги,то просто каждый день была бессонная ночь. Ну видимо, хозяин на это не обращает внимание. По сравнению с этим-все остальное -мелочи

**A Few Positive Points – But Many Negatives** We stayed for 4 nights from August 23 as a group of 4 adults and 1 baby, and I would like to share our experience in detail. **Location:** Overall, the location is very good, as it is within walking distance of both the port and the Old Town. **However**, on the day of our arrival, we had great difficulty finding the hotel entrance. We tried to contact the hotel for directions, but they only sent us the location of the luggage drop-off point. We drove around the same area dozens of times, and even the local businesses nearby were unable to tell us where the hotel was. Since there were no signs or clear directions, it was extremely difficult to find the entrance. **Welcome & Check-in:** Our room was only ready at 2:30 PM, even though we had informed the hotel of our arrival time and specifically mentioned that we were travelling with a baby. Despite this delay, our request for a late check-out on the departure day was immediately refused, and we had to vacate the room at 11:00 AM. It would have been appreciated if the same consideration had been shown at check-in and the room had been ready on time. **Cleanliness:** Unfortunately, this was by far the biggest issue. The cleanliness was really poor. In our duplex room, the chandeliers were covered in cobwebs, the sofa and cushions smelled extremely bad, and there was dust almost everywhere. The glasses and plates were visibly stained. The bed sheets and towels were not changed during our stay, and there were no spare ones provided. The rubbish was not collected on time either; the bins left in the common areas attracted flies before they were eventually emptied. Two of the female staff members appeared polite and well-presented, but another staff member was walking around in trousers with obvious yellow stains on them (you can imagine what kind of stains I mean). It was an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional sight.

Cicha i spokojna lokalizacja, w pobliżu centrum Starego Miasta. Nienaganna czystość. Przyjemne patio do jadania posiłków i spędzania wolnego czasu. Dodatkowy balkon wychodzący z sypialni. Aneks kuchenny spełnia wszystkie wymagania do gotowania w domu. Sklepy i markety w pobliżu, zaraz za murami Starego Miasta.

Sypialnia znajdowała się na piętrze, dokąd prowadzą bardzo wąskie i strome schody wymagające sprawności fizycznej. Nie dla każdego gościa.

In Rodi vecchia, in vie calme e leggermente fuori dal caos dei turisti. Appartamento al piano terra con soppalco, soffitti alti e grande doccia. Accesso facile, host premuroso e molto gentile, che si è anche occupato di ordinare un taxi per la partenza.

Pagato un alloggio per 4 (non poco) e per la quarta persona non c'era un letto, bensì una brandina scomoda. L'aria condizionata ha smesso di funzionare a metà serata e abbiamo trovato la spazzatura degli ospiti che ci hanno preceduto.

Perfecte locatie

Vooral de ligging is ok. Gratis parking op 10 minuten wandelen. Zeer vlotte check in!! En vriendelijke man ( alles via Whatsapp) .Binnenkoer heel gezellig, maar je moet chance hebben met de andere bewoners. Alles hoor je.

De badkamer is echt klein, mijn man kon er niet rechtstaan, lage plafond (1,80 m) . Zodat douchen ook niet vlot gaat. De accommodatie is oud en heeft zeker zijn charmes, maar ook de nadelen. De vloer van de slaapkamer kraakt hard, zodat ze beneden wakker worden. Keuken kan je niet echt gebruiken.

Rodos old town in havasını rahatça soluyabilmek güzel ve otantikti.

Mutfak pişirme ürünleri, teflonlar çok cizikti. Ayrıca, az miktarda, tuz, yağ gibi ürünler konabilirdi. Banyodaki küvetin ortasında kırık vardı. Yalınayak basıldığında zarar verebilir.

Místo jsme nejprve nemohly podle map najít, ale nakonec pomohli místní. Lokalita super přímo v centru. Vybavení strohé, vařit jsme nepotřebovali, ale kuchyně moc dobře vybavená nebyla.

Více úložného prostoru a lépe vybavená kuchyně. Vana byla prasklá.

Yürüyerek bikaç dakikada denize ulaşabilirsiniz. Terası var akşam oturup keyf yapmalık çok güzeldi. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Hemen evin köşesinde nimmos adında restoran var fiyat ve lezzet olarak gayet iyiydi.

Δεν ήταν καθαρό. Είχε μυρμήγκια και κατσαρίδες, μυριζε άσχημα η αποχέτευση. Δεν ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμο. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε καθημερινή καθαριότητα όπως γράφεται στην περιγραφή του καταλύματος.

A very interesting experience staying in an authentic old part of the town. The courtyard spaces make for a nice outdoor relaxing area. The room itself is well equipped and I really appreciated having a washing machine to wash some clothes.

The wifi was practically non-existent and mobile signal is poor which made it difficult for remote working.

Δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό, μύριζαν οι αποχετεύσεις,στο ντουλάπι με τα ποτήρια είχε σκόνες από σοβά ή κάτι άλλο,η βεράντα είχε πολύ σκόνη όπως και το τραπέζι και οι καρέκλες,και ήταν γεμάτο με κατσαρίδες

Great location and staff were very responsive. Kitchen equipped for basic cooking needs.

Bin wasn’t changed during the duration of our stay which I would’ve expected given toilet paper does not get flushed.

Enkele gebreken, zoals heet water en airco die niet functioneerde. Werden uiteindelijk wel gerepareerd maar toen waren we al weer enkele dagen verder. Eerste drie dagen bouwactiviteiten bij de buren met heel veel lawaai, weinig rust.

Tutto benissimo posto molto carino.Case caratteristiche e molto ben curata. Complimenti per la pulizia della casa. Posto comodo sia per andare in centro sia per andare al porto.. Personale super per gentili e disponibili.Grazie

Great location near Akandia Gate in the Old Town, close to restaurants and the main commercial port. We had clear instructions for self-checkin, which was fine, although it may be awkward finding the property, especially late at night, because of the tiny back streets. Local people were very helpful though! We found the bed very comfortable and the apartment was roomy, shady (decor brown old style, rather than bright), clean and well equipped with basic cooking stuff – great for breakfast in sun or shade on the terrace. Also good wifi and instructions for heating water if needed. Excellent value for money. Would stay again.

It’s a perfect location in oldtown. We love it. It’s perfect for two nights.

It’s an old building and stairs are quite difficult to step in. Toilet door is too small and I hit my head 5 times.

The accommodation was centrally located and the staff were friendly.

There was other people's hair on the blankets. She wasn't very good at cleaning.

První den jsme se sprchovali studenou. Nenapadlo nás nahodit jistič, ale to je naše chyba. Neuměli jsme zapnout elektrický sporák, ale nakonec jsme ho ani nepotřebovali, tak jsme nehlásili.

De ligging was echt fantastisch! Je liep vanuit het appartement zo de oude binnenstad en dus de ruïnes in!

Het bed was wel lang genoeg, maar lag niet lekker. De vering drukte door de matras heen. De douche was erg laag en klein. Ik paste met 1.80 net over de douchekop, mijn man met zijn 1.96 dus niet.

The location is very good if you want to be in the Old Town. However, it is situated in a quiet side street and you have to climb some stairs, which is good. There is a terrace that is great for breakfast and dinner. We even used the washing machine and dried our clothes there. It was very convenient.

We were not able to connect to the Wi-Fi; either the signal didn't reach the 6th maisonette, or something else was broken. The first day was rainy and water got inside near the main door. Also, the bathroom door could not be fully closed. These are just minor problems, and I don't expect everything to be working perfectly in an old Greek house! :-)

The property management company was very responsive. The rooms were spacious.

It was a bit dark inside.

Πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένος χώρος. Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Μας έστειλαν αναλυτικές πληροφορίες πως θα βρούμε το κατάλυμα ( αναλυτικό βίντεο), πληροφορίες για το κατάλυμα ( ζεστά νερά, κλειδιά κτλπ). Πάντα ήταν πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Και τέλεια τοποθεσία καταλύματος, βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο σημείο της ιστορικής Ρόδου .

Το κατάλυμα βρισκόταν παλιά πόλη όπου είναι πολύ ικανοποιητική τοποθεσία γιατί βρίσκετε πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και γενικά είναι πόλη. Ηρεμία και ήσυχα

Αρχικά μου έδωσαν λάθος κωδικό για να μπω μέσα λίγο λάθος συναινούσα. Δεν με απασχόλησε αυτό διότι λύθηκε γρήγορα με ένα τηλεφώνημα. Καθώς όμως μπήκα στον χώρο ήταν βρώμικα από καθαριότητα. Υπήρχαν πετσέτες στα παράθυρα μάλλον έβρεχε την προηγούμενη μέρα και έβαζε νερά αλλά νομίζω πως αυτή η εικόνα δν αρέσει σε κάποιον ο οποίος κλείνει ένα δωμάτιο για να μείνει. Πίσω από τον καναπέ υπήρχαν πολλά σκουπίδια γωνίες ασκουπιστες με αράχνες στους τοίχους. Στο μπάνιο βρώμικος ο καθρέφτης σκονισμένα παντού. Πάνω στο δωμάτιο δε….μαξιλαροθήκες λίγο περίμενες και με τρίχες, όπως και τις πετσέτες π μας άφησαν μπροστά λερωμένες με make up. Το στρώμα στο δωμάτιο απαράδεχτο πρέπει να αλλαχτεί χθες. Κοιμάσαι και η μέση σου την επόμενη μέρα πονάει. Νομίζω πως εάν υπήρχε καλύτερη οργάνωση σε θέμα καθαριότητας και λίγο κάποιες αλλαγές θα ήταν πολύ καλύτερα τα πράγματα. Γτ είναι κρίμα κάποιος να πληρώνει πολλά και να είναι κάπως έτσι τα πράματα.

Είχε όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές

Απίστευτα κρύο σπίτι. Είχε 2 air-condition αλλά δεν φτάνουν όταν νοικιάζεις το σπίτι για χειμώνα.

The location of the facility was very nice. The price was quite balanced in terms of performance. The host was very helpful.

Das Zimmer war extrem schnutzig!!!! Überall waren komische Insekten in den Betten und den Bettbezügen!!!! Das Zimmer war nicht mal sauber als wir da waren Überall war staub und es wurde nicht geputzt! Schlimmste Erfahrung für ein Hotelzimmer Niemand soll da wirklich ein Zimmer buchen! NIEMALS!!!!

Η περιοχή ήταν πολύ ωραία και ήσυχη . Τα διαμερίσματα ήταν άνετο

Στην μεζονέτα 6 ήταν πολύ βρόμικη στο μπάνιο όλα τα πλακάκια ήταν με μούχλα στο ταβάνι έχει σταγόνες νερό από την υγρασία. Πάνω από το καναπε ήταν γεμάτο σκηνή και στην κρεβατοκάμαρα είχε μυρμήγκια. Τα σεντόνια δεν μυρίζαν ωραία . Μετά μάς πήγα σε άλλο διαμέρισμα

We had a push chair for the baby it was difficult with all the stairs around as I was mostly alone there. It was raining for 3 days the water was coming in the apartment from every window . And we had ants and other insects. Not good for the baby at all.

I really liked the cozy nature of the place. It was super comfortable and right in the walls of the old city. Very nice and accommodating staff.

I didn’t know you had to turn on a breaker for hot water until my second night.

Καλή εξυπηρέτηση από την ιδιοκτήτρια στο τηλέφωνο.Σχετικα απομονωμένο σημείο για εκείνους που θέλουν κάτι πιο απόμακρο.Η Τιμη για χειμώνα για 4 μέρες στα 124 ευρώ πιστεύω ήταν πολύ καλά.

ΤΟ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ ΕΙΧΕ ΠΟΛΛΈΣ τρίχες στα πατώματα κάτι που δικαιολογώ μέχρι ένα σημείο ήταν υπερβολικά πολλές και παντού μέχρι και στην ντουζιέρα.Δεν υπάρχει ηχομόνωση όπως αναφέρετε όλα απέξω ακούγονται μέσα.Για τρία αστέρια μεζονέτα περίμενα κάτι καλύτερο.Επισης πολύ αγενές οι καθαρίστριες στο ποτέ θέλουν να καθαρίσουν και το πώς θα στο πουν για να βγεις έξω.

The management or the consulting company was very responsive and answered my questions quickly, which I appreciated.

The beds were very uncomfortable and clearly in need of renovation. In the bedroom, there were two blankets without duvet covers, so we had to use the spare sheets to cover ourselves. The entrance path to the apartment smelled strongly of urine. The top of the kitchen cabinets and the air conditioner were covered with thick dust. We didn’t need to use the air conditioner much, but it wasn’t working anyway. The photos online are quite old, so they don’t reflect the current condition of the property. Overall, the property is in serious need of renovation.

-Gute fußläufige Lage zu Altstadt, Hafen und ZOB. -Ruhige Lage.

-Dusche überflutet Bad da kein Vorhang vorhanden ist.

Οι σκάλες στο εσωτερικό είναι απότομες και μαζί με το πρόβλημα στα γόνατα μου,μου ήταν αρκετά δυσκολο.αλλα αυτό ήταν δικό μου. Δεν παρέχεται χαρτί υγείας χρειαζόταν να αγοράσουμε. Στο στρώμα του κρεβατιου ένιωθα τα ελατήρια. Η οικία είναι παλιά και όχι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και λόγω εποχής και της τοποθεσίας είχαμε συνεχώς μυρμήγκια παντού και διάφορα άλλα έντομα(προσοχή που αφήνετε τρόφιμα).δεν με ενόχλησε απλά το αναφέρω.

Not a great experience & not a nice place to stay. We was told to meet at the gate > they eventually arrived on a golf buggy & while we were waiting my son walked around to get to the building and said it’s awful 😣 he waited outside & rang me while he waited outdoor. A man met us and said which way would we prefer because one way would be more difficult with a suitcase on wheels . We arrived a different way but it was still tucked away on an uneven ground with stairs. We was asked if we had any questions and said no I don’t think so . They left their number if any issues . The bed we had to sleep on was a sofa unfolded and not pleasant , 2 adults with health issues trying to sleep on there in kitchen area . The bedroom upstairs was spooky my adult son and 16 yr grandson slept upstairs because we were closed to the bathroom. They had creatures on the wall that they had to remove 🪱 & a gecko 🦎 when we came back from the restaurant 🤨. No plug for sink, no hot water & had to ring them . Shutters nailed down & very dark n dingy. We booked 2 nights & left early avoid . Location minutes away from old town . I would have wrote more but run out of text to proceed anymore info , look at the photos . We stayed in room 1

Location & the cats.

The maisonette (Maisonette 2)was tired looking & in need of refurbishment. The photographs, whilst accurate, have clearly had filters applied. The place was not particularly clean, especially the shower cubicle, which was positively grim, with mould on the screen and all around the bottom edge. There were tiny ants everywhere, on all of the surfaces in the kitchenette & even in the bathroom. It was not good to have the windows open in the bathroom because of a truly awful smell coming in from outside. The bedroom is accessed via a very steep open staircase & would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The headboard was very dusty and all of the windows had odd bits of sheer fabric hanging over them; I'm not sure what purpose the fabric served apart from collecting dust. All in all, not really somewhere I would stay again.

Good location, ambiance. Well equipped. Few steps from old town gate, stylish enterieur. Budget friendly. Lovely cats. Quiet location in a back street, few meters from restaurants.

Το μόνο μειονέκτημα που είχε ήταν το στρώμα στο κρεββάτι του Νο3 που έμενα. Ήταν πολυ ενοχλητικός ο θόρυβος που με το παραμικρό κούνημα που έκανες να ακούγονται οι σούστες που έχει το στρώμα μέσα.

Dålig lukt i lägenheten.

Close to the ferry the following day. Hard to find on your own. A member of the household met us some streets away and guided us there. A small establishment on a cobbled street ( beware your suitcase wheels. Charming helpful host. Adjacent to one of the main squares. Not for a long stay unless you’re on a budget and want to stay long term in the old town.
