Hotel Interurban Seattle Airport SeaTac

Its clean near tukwila and had free parking.

The heat broke and there’s no hot breakfast.

The hotel was decorated nicely. The room was very nice and mattress comfortable

I picked a hotel with a restaurant on site because we were arriving late. We ordered dinner at 8:30. When it arrived it was inedible. I’ve never sent anything back before in my life, but this was horrible. A 6 yr old could have done better. We were charged $61 for it. Just got in from a 5 hr flight and we were starved. No manager to talk to.

The location is good and in a calm neighborhood, very close to SeaTac. The room is spacious and clean and the hotel is quite modern. There is a restaurant (where breakfast is included), a coffee place and a small aisle for you to buy snacks.

The staff at the front desk was not very friendly and so was the staff at the restaurant. The breakfast is included in the stay but you can choose just one main dish + either juice or coffee. On our last day, we had to wait almost 1h for breakfast which was not good. The hotel sends a lot of messages through your phone number, I think it's unnecessary and annoying, I'm not sure if there was an option to decline this service tho. Finally, you need to pay for the parking which should be included in the price of the room, not charged extra.

Convenient, near to shopping centre, 10 mins from airport.

Bit soulless but many airport hotels are.

Everything was great! The breakfast was excellent!

Everything was great

The parking is horrible. I had to pay for parking then I struggled to find a parking spot. All I got from the front desk is there is enough parking.

It was within walking distance of the mall and various restaurants

Nice facilities

Albergo nuovissimo, gigantesco e super moderno, dotato di ogni confort (ristorante, bar, piccolo shop, parcheggiatore, piscina, palestra...). Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

Location

No drinking glasses in the room

Location

There were 2 hotels at the last minute but I chose this hotel thought of free breakfast but we were not given. I should chosen the other hotel as kitchen is in the suite for cooking if I knew of no breakfast for us here. Sadly spent extra.

For the price, good value, close to the airport - which was what we needed. Good restaurant

Parking a bit hectic, our room had the view of a giant air-conditioning pipe, a bit noisy, but overall good value for the money

Big room, clean, comfortable. Easy access to Seattle center.

Location, good breakfast, comfortable beds.

The shower was dirty.

The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the Westfield mall and few minutes drive to the nearest light rail station. Also, they have a wonderful breakfast buffet which made up for some lack of thereof, I guess.

I thought it had free airport shuttle that is one of the reasons I booked it but it was not available during my stay which was disappointing.

Michelle at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. We had their buffet breakfast the next morning and it was one of the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had which was included with our hotel stay. Definitely will stay here again and recommend it for everyone.

Staff were very helpful and sweet! And room was clean and comfortable!

Close to airport

Breakfast wasn’t the best.

The bed was the most comfortable plush thing I have ever slept on. The room was spotless and big and the bathroom was incredible with the walk-in shower.

Nothing

Friendly and accommodating staff. So closed to shopping and fun center.

Proximity to airport and mall

Accessible to restaurants and mall center.

Everything was perfect!!!

I liked that it felt very safe.

I didn’t like how house keeping opened the door to our bedroom on Saturday morning twice asking what time we were leaving after we paid 50$ extra to check out until 3 pm

I love the atmosphere and the carpet free rooms!

That I couldn't stay longer.

Thanks for not using single use plastics!

Parking fee

Breakfast, quiet rooms

Clean and easy access. Nice equipment.

The floor tiles should be changed, they were degraded in my room.

Clean, location, professional staff

Would be better to have more big towels in the room

Friendly staff, great check out time (at 12 pm usually most places’ check outs is at 11 am), breakfast was buffet, generous and high quality

Our room was over a large outside ventilation fan, that ran all night. We couldn’t keep the window open. The ventilation system in the room also was noisy, which didn’t make for a good sleep. Also changing $20 for parking was a rip off.

Free parking. Earlier start for serving breakfast.

Very friendly staff, decent complimentary breakfast

Breakfast starts from 7am, I wished it could start earlier, like 6:30am.

Instalaciones y atención del personal

Desayuno buffet, mejorar la variedad

The servers in the restaurant are top tier! So friendly. The food was good. Nice variety. More than continental.

Perfect location. Close to many restaurants and activities for kids. Within walking distance to the mall. Uber cost me about $30 from the airport. Good breakfast, heated pool, courteous staff.

The additional cost for parking.

It was a perfect location for our one night stay and the hotel was very pleasant. It was an excellent value - even the breakfast was included and it did look nice but sadly we didn't have time to stay. Highly recommend it!

It was very conveniently located surrounded by stores and restaurants. It was fun to be up on a tall floor to be able to look out over the area.

The beds were a bit too soft for my liking but everyone else slept well on the bed.

I will never stay in this hotel again

Staff

The breakfast was incredible. Many choices to prepare for a busy day ahead, like pastries, bagels, oatmeal, chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, coffee and more! The service was friendly and ready to help.

The parking lot was actually fine, but coming from a rural area I wasn't used to fitting into smaller spaces. However, my Nissan Rogue fit in quite well and everyone else seemed unbothered by it. They were just happy they had free parking.

We had to book at the last minute and everything went smoothly. We were greeted by very friendly and professional staff (Mohammad). The room was spacious and we were very pleased with the location. We had breakfast all four days and the service and the food was excellent. The women who worked during breakfast were helpful and kind. We will definitely stay here again. (We flew here from Switzerland for a family wedding).

On the night of May 15, the second night of our 4 night stay we were woken at 230am by the neighbors with loud voices and music. At 330am we could smell cigarette and marijuana smoke. I called to reception and they had security speak with the neighbors (we shared a door). It seemed to calm down. The next morning at 8am we smelled smoke again and we called reception. We were told that there wasn't anything more that could be done except move our room. We did not wish to move. They said if the guests next door decided to stay another night we could move our room. They decided not to extend their stay so we did not have to move- this was disappointing that management would handle it that way. Finding parking each evening was challenging.

great pool clean comfy breakfast awesome

no complaints

Close to the shopping mall were I can feel at home 🥰

The room was really big with plenty of room for 4 people to stay. The beds were also so comfortable. Great location for shopping and only around 8 minutes walk to the bus stop in and out of the city.

No kettle and no cutlery or crockery (just 2 disposable paper cups)

Near the airport

Buffet breakfast was limited and hot food was not hot.

Great location. Super modern.

Customer service ..

The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean. Staff was kind and courteous and the rooms were clean, comfy and great views.

The pool water was cold & dirty:/ Could use more seating for those that are watching their kids.

I stayed at this hotel before prior to this recent trip. So my expectations were already set on my stay which is excellent. This hotel doesn't disappoint.

The only thing i didnt like about the hotel is the parking, seems not to be enough parking spaces available especially for a big truck that I used this time around.

Second time here. Very comfortable. Close to airport and walking distance to shops, restaurants.

Had a breakfast meal voucher. They open at 7am. Needed to leave for airport at that time. They wouldn't allow me to just grab a roll for the road. Sit down service only.....

The staff was great! I had trouble at check-in because of an issue with my card. They handlet it perfectly. The breakfast was good and the staff was super nice. For a layover it was perfect, the gym and the pool were good.

Overall stay was good. Decent location, good breakfast, great facilities (we used the pool and was very well maintained), decent room size. Location is accessible to good food options and right next to a mall, airport, and highway.

Finding a parking spot was tough as it resides adjacent to an apartment complex, and you have to pay for overnight parking.

Good breakfast, clean rooms, great location.

Noise coming from plumbing was repeatedly not addressed and as a result, had terrible sleep. I reached out to management multiple times and have not heard back.

Close to airport & the mall, international quality, the chair in the room and the fact that the pool was open 👌

Breakfast was limited in meat options
