location is away from manali. But the resort is excellent. All the staff is excellent. special mention to Kritika in front office, shivam in the restaurant and chef Madan Lal who handled all my requests.

I loved everything. The location right inside huge apple orchards. Food prepared was good. Staff was polite and helpful. We went their with our dog and he enjoyed a lot at the property. All the staff was very happy to meet him. The chef Nand Lal prepares real good food. Overall we loved our stay the property.

Minor things which can be worked upon. Need some cozy sitting spaces/corners on the property to add a touch of warmth. Umbrellas for each room in monsoon season. There is no mirror in the room.

Best hotel in manali..I cant fault it. The staff are best .

The property is beautifully located amidst apple orchards and mountains, offering breathtaking views and complete peace away from the city rush. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The hospitality was exceptional. A special thanks to Chef Naveen Kumar and Chef Manish for serving delicious food throughout our stay. Every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and customized as per our preference. They made sure our family, especially the kids, enjoyed their meals. We would also like to appreciate Nandlal and Satvinder Gill for their warm behavior, prompt service, and genuine care. Their professionalism and friendly nature made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and heartfelt hospitality. We highly recommend this resort to families looking for a peaceful and premium stay in Manali. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Great property

Stunning mountain location away from the maddening crowds of the city. Exemplary service by the hotel staff, fabulous food and beautiful large rooms with gorgeous sit outs. It had large outdoor grounds and the hospitality was warm and bespoke

Excellent property with very hospitable staff.

We had the perfect stay. It was for my birthday and we let know to the staff about it before the stay. The upgraded us for free to the jacuzzi room and made me a birthday cake and decorated my bed with happy birthday design! The rooms were very clean, spa treatment was amazing and the staff really took close care of us the whole time. It was really an outstanding stay. Amazing food!

The most beautiful mountain views! Very attentive and caring staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable - and even brought complimentary brownies to our room for Valentine’s Day! The food was amazingggg and the view from the dining room can’t be beat. It’s a bit of a drive through the mountains to get there but it’s totally worth it! Would highly recommend :)

Manali is about 23 kms from here. Takes about an hour to reach.

The staff checked us in almost immediately with warm drinks and the view was exceptional. The rooms were warm and clean. I loved this experience and definitely will go back if possible.

Food quality and taste was amazing

There could have been more choices for dinner, but despite the somewhat limited options, the taste was excellent. Nothing to complain about :-)

It would be nice for the property to arrange for some food options for the drivers since it is impossible to get there if you are not used to drive in India. The general facilities are great, the kitchen is great and would prepare food for you even if it is not in the menu. The views are stunning, I would definitely visit again.

The resort is a little far from Manali main town going to the town can be a bit cumbersome.

The staff! They were so unobstrusive and so helpful with anything we asked! Especially the chauffeur Mr Salokam Sharma was a gem! Apart from him, the F&B manager Anuj, front desk personnel Naveen, our bartender Satyam who made such lovely cocktails, and all the cleaning and kitchen staff! (Alas I couldn’t gather the name of the gentleman in the restaurant who was professionalism personified!) The location and property was awesome but it’s the staff who made it worth it! They made it feel like we were at Taj! 😀

It’s on a light note, don’t take it seriously - my wife was expecting a couple of the lovely cupcakes at the time of parting👻

Very well maintained… beautiful location. The staff is excellent. Got free upgrade and they were more than happy to adjust two kids without any extra charges. The front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff were great in hospitality.. extremely courteous ad really went out of the way to make the stay comfortable.
