Tolle Lage, sehr nah zum Strand, dennoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Nach innen zum Pool und zu einer wunderschönen, grünen Oase hin gerichtet.

Das Zimmer hätte ein kleines Biss sauberer sein können.

Loved my stay at Tam House. The rooms were big and clean. The facilities were all well maintained. The service standards were so high.. the little touches such as free afternoon tea around the pool in a floating basket.. highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel ✨️

Good location, rooms are a decent size and clean, the pool is cool and very relaxing and the staff are helpful and friendly. Good location around the corner from the busy beach strip.

The volume of the 'western music' around the pool, dining and reception area, however the staff did turn it down when requested which was great.

Beautiful people running this place. They could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern with a good sized bathroom. Bed was large and very comfortable. The pool was unexpectedly large and a lovely, calm space. Loved the complimentary afternoon tea. The outdoor plants are beautiful but make sure you use a mosquito repellent. A perfect location for exploring Danang and just a 10 minute walk from the beach.

The outside balcony was stained with decayed vegetation and would have benefited from a routine clean. Likewise, the table was unclean and therefore not pleasant to sit at.

Śliczny hotel z bardzo miła obsługa . Wszystko było tam idealnie . Bardzo dobre śniadania , cisza i spokój . Dobra lokalizacja , do plaży spacerkiem 7 min . W pobliżu liczne sklepy i restauracje.

Замечательынй отель. Единственный недостаток- кровать прямо у входной двери, что не очень удобно.

귀엽고 아기자기하고 푸릇푸릇한 호텔입니다. 조식이 종류가 다양하고 맛있습니다. 오후에 수영장을 이용하면 간식도 제공이 되고, 풀장은 작았지만 충분히 깨끗했습니다. 한국인분들도 많아요.

일부러 번잡스럽지 않고 작은 공간에 편안하게 묵고 싶어 골랐던 호텔인데, 주변이 모두 철거 및 새로 공사가 진행중인 지역이라는 걸 참고하셔야 합니다. 새벽 6시부터 파이프 두들기는 소리에 잠에 깼고 평일 주말 상관 없이 해가 떠있는 동안은 소음 때문에 쉴 수가 없었습니다. 호텔 잘못은 아니지만, 불편하지 않다고 말할 순 없었습니다. 내부는 깨끗하지만, 화장실 줄눈이나 모서리의 곰팡이나 청소 상태는 눈에 띌 만한 정도였습니다. 청결 상태에 예민하신 분들이라면 참고하세요.

Well located..walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everyone was very helpful, especially Anh. Loved the rooms and had a wonderful stay.

Loved the rooms and the beautifully landscaped property. Each room feels like an apartment with a dining table and kitchenette. Very comfortable. Very good breakfast and the afternoon tea was also excellent.

Hospitality was great

Underbar uppvärmd pool. Personalen var jättegulliga. Vi hade rum med egen ingång till poolen. Dock låg den mitt emot receptionen så det kändes som om man inte fick så mycket privacy. Alla balkonger och de andra poolrummen såg dock fantastiska ut!

Det luktade lite skumt på toaletten. Men det är en doft som återkommer på många platser här i Vietnam. Kanske är det rökelse eller något medel som används mot mögel. Badrummet behöver verkligen fräschas upp för att göra hela upplevelsen perfekt.

Les chambres studio sont spécieuses, au calme et la literie est confortable. Le quartier est calme tout e. Restant prêt de la page et de la rue comprenant tous les restaurants. Prêt de l’aéroport

Le ménage n’était pas top et certains équipements usagés et abîmés (partie du rideau qui est décroché) un tiroir qui ne se ferme plus). Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre

직원들이 친절하고 수영장엔 따뜻한 물이 나와서 비가 와도 수영하며 놀기 좋았습니다.

제습기 있는거 너무 좋아요! 제습기 있어서 수영하고도 수영복도 잘 마르고 수영장 옆인데도 습하지 않았어요.

超級美的飯店，住在一樓開門可以直接下水游泳，備有電磁爐可以自己烹煮東西吃，早餐跟下午茶可以吃的飽飽的，接待人員超級親切！

因為房間靠近泳池，房間會稍微有點潮濕，但是都備有除濕機打開之後就會好很多

Nieduży hotel ok. 500m od plaży, położony w małej, spokojnej uliczce. Pokoje duże, z aneksem kuchennym. Łazienka duża, jest sporo miejsca do przechowywania swoich kosmetyków, ale mało miejsca do rozwieszenia ręczników. Śniadania są serwowane z karty. Oprócz zamówionych dań, otrzymuje się jeszcze owoc i jakieś pieczywo (np. słodką bułkę). Picie również z karty, nie ma czarnej herbaty. Śniadania dość smaczne, choć szkoda, że nie ma chociaż szczątkowego bufetu np. z pieczywem i owocami. Dodatkowo, w godzinach popołudniowych serwowane jest coś w rodzaju podwieczorku, przykładowo sok z arbuza, kawałki owoców (np. mango i arbuz), plus bułki na słodko lub słono. Basen wewnętrzny, zacieniony. Mało leżaków, ale często nie są zajęte. Ręczniki na basen pobiera się w recepcji. W hotelu można zamówić pranie czy poprosić o zamówienie samochodu z kierowcą. Na wyposażeniu są rowery do dyspozycji gości.

W hotelu jest zakaz wieszania ubrań na balkonie. Nie byłoby problemu, gdyby w pokoju lub łazience było dość miejsca, żeby rozwiesić do wyschnięcia ręczniki czy stroje kąpielowe. Ale tego miejsca brak i w efekcie trzeba mokre rzeczy wieszać np. na krzesłach w pokoju. Pod prysznicem już przydałoby się chociaż lekkie odświeżenie - w rogach kabiny zaczyna pojawiać się grzyb.

It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay and the staff brought us a lovely afternoon tea.

The only thing I didn't like, was all the trouble I had contacting Tam House before our arrival. Someone was sending me messages early hours of the morning, wanting me to fill out paperwork and give my credit card details, which I thought was strange, as booking.com already had them. I reported this to bookings.com and they couldn't even get through with a phone call. Also have an email address where customers can contact you. Gloria (Australia)

This accomadation is perfect for those that want a quiet personal experience. The staff are second to none and cant do enough for you. Highly recommend this resort its close to the beach and many shops.

Breakfast was Alacarte style & plentiful. Music around pool area was a nice relaxing feel. Complimentary afternoon tea either in room or floating basked in pool was lovely

The room is always neat & clean and the location is near my khe beach and airport . The staff is always smiling and ready to help kind enough to offer us some breakfast as we came before checkin time. Not to forget the kitchen is good.

スタッフがとても親切でした。子ども二人、大人一人で利用しました。チェックイン時はタオルが２セットでしたが、翌日からタオルは3セット、水も多めに置いてくれました。その心配りがとても嬉しかったです。 朝食はメニューから選べました。フォーやバインミー、オムレツなど…どれも美味しかったし、目玉焼きの焼き具合のリクエストにも快く応えてくれました。

I think the room's facilities can be improved. I expected a higher-quality room condition, including the bathroom, but the condition was less than I expected. The drain area in the bathroom looked a bit old and needed to be cleaned more. But overall, my family enjoyed the swimming pool.

This was a great choice, super clean, good location, comfy bed, great breakfast, lovely team, nice pool and complimentary floating afternoon. A fabulous stay!

We loved everything!

The pool and the balcony was stunning! We went during winter season but the pool was heated! amazing!

The sound insulation is pretty bad. Next door was really noisy and loud, the construction going on outside was super loud too. When we were showering at night we had hot water for 5 mins and then it was completely cold water only.

한국 4성 5성급 호텔 수준의 청결함을 원한다면 비추임 화장실 모서리나 주방 싱크대 구석에 약간의 오염이 있음, 하지만 한국내 일반 펜션 수준 이상은 되는 수준임 직원 친절함 극상, 분위기 좋음 수영장 따뜻함 11월말 12월초 기온 22도에서 26도 수준에서 물은 미지근한게 아니고 따뜻한 느낌.

Possibly the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in. The lush greenery around the pool was simply stunning and the photos just don't do it justice. Very friendly staff, quiet location, free afternoon tea with juice and pastries, ample breakfast of eggs or Asian food . The room was luxuriously comfortable and beds like clouds. Free well serviced bikes to explore too. We loved it. Thank you Tam House Villa staff.

It was all perfect

During our three-day stay at this accommodation, we were appalled to discover a rusty nail next to the bed on the second morning. What infuriated us even more was that a friend accompanying us accidentally got scratched by it, resulting in bleeding. We immediately reported this serious safety issue to the front desk, only to receive a dismissive response with a mere assurance that they would handle it. The staff not only failed to acknowledge the severity of the situation but also attempted to placate us with a complimentary airport transfer service, which was already included in our three-day stay package! This indifferent attitude and handling of the situation left us deeply shocked and disappointed. It's utterly unacceptable to encounter such gross negligence in customer safety and service. Upon returning to Taiwan, our injured friend suffered severe swelling around the wound caused by the nail and had to promptly receive a tetanus shot. This experience has not only enraged us but also left us feeling outraged and helpless. We strongly urge this establishment to prioritize customer safety and service quality, and we cannot tolerate such carelessness and disregard for the health and safety of guests.

우선 숙소는 수영장이 아주아주 예쁘고 인스타 감성마냥 예쁩니다. 그런데 습해요. 자연 친화적이라 문이 제대로 닫기지도 않고 방도 완벽 밀폐가 아닌 틈이 있어요. 기억에 남는게 벌레뿐이네요. 변기에서 수영하는 지네, 마이크로개미(아침식사하는데 재빠르게 식탁 위를 돌아다닙니다, 작아서 잡히지도 않네요)등등 기억에 남는 친구들이 많네요 아 그리고 밤에는 못돌아다닐정도로 길이 좁고 무섭습니다

The staff was wonderful, helpful, and really showed they care about the customers. The shower water is hot and powerful which was a big plus. The breakfast was awesome too. The downsides were that we couldn't find where we can turn off the light for the dining room also there's no design in preventing shower water overflow to the toilet.
