Ottima posizione e stanza super pulita

Non c'era colazione trattadosi di una struttura per fitti brevi, la posizione ideale per chi e' a piedi e vuole visitare la citta', praticamente al centro e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Comodo il letto e molto pulita la stanza, il bagno un po' piccolo ma buona la doccia. Struttura essenziale per chi vuole pernottare e stare comodo a piedi.

Dati gli spazi non si puo' fare oltre, ma consiglierei una mensole o un piccolo sgabello per poggiare le cose.

L’appartement est fonctionnel et vraiment bien situé. Le self check-in est facile et la communication avec Alessandro est claire.

La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit et les murs sont fins donc nous étions réveillés tous les matins par les gens qui quittaient leur logement et l’équipe de nettoyage. La douche est petite, à l’image de l’appartement, mais il manquerait peut-être un support pour y poser son gel douche.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement du logement, ainsi que la possibilité de mettre la clim, l'équipement était largement suffisant la salle de bain était propre et le lit très confortable.

Super lokalizacja. Wszystkie atrakcje w zasiegu spaceru. W poblizu: sklep, Mo Mortadella Lab (polecam, przepyszne kanapki) i Mercato delle Erbe - gdzie do godzin nocnych można wybrać się na drinka. Pokój bardzo przyjemny, łóżko wygodne, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Dla nas proces zameldowania nie był kłopotliwy. Dobry i sprawny kontakt z właścicielem.

Sono necessari piccoli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria ( doccino, lampade fulminate, batterie al telecomando ) per rendere l'ambiente ancora più accogliente e funzionale. Nell' insieme esperienza positiva.

L'emplacement est vraiment bien ! Et la salle de bain/toilettes est agréable.

La climatisation est très bruyante, la rendant presque inutilisable pendant la nuit selon les tolérances de bruits des habitants. Les odeurs de la chambre étaient nauséabondes... cela n'est pas aidé par le fait que la fenêtre donne sur une miniscule cours interieur qui est l'abri de beaucoup de pigeons. Globalement chambre peu agréable mais nous avions privilégié l'emplacement dans le centre.

1. Процесс заселения По прибытию на объект размещения вас встречает коридор и много дверей. То есть это не апартаменты в привычном варианте. Это как хостел, только высокого уровня. Это квартира, которую жадно разделили на микро-комнаты. Стены очень тонкие. Есть еще второй, мансардный этаж. Ужас! Чтобы попасть в свою комнату, нужно получить код от замка. Чтобы получить код от замка, внимание, нужно бросить в почтовый ящик сумму денег (городской налог, который считает сам арендодатель) и весь этот процесс снять на видео и отправить владельцу. И тогда он пришлет вход для входа в вашу комнату. В коридоре очень жарко и душно. Пока стоишь и пытаешься выполнить все условия, то 10 раз вспотеешь. Капельки пота буквально капали на пол. А теперь представьте этот квест проходить после ночного перелета 🫩 2. Комната пустая. В ней вроде бы есть кухня, но какой смысл? Есть сковородка, масла и соли нет, ножей нет (лишь для хлеба), чая нет, чайника нет! В описание указан чайник и кофе машина. Так вот, там лежит обычная гейзерная кофеварка. Кофе тоже нет. Лишь набор рандомной грязной и старой посуды. Плита старая и работает непонятно. Если вы включаете плиту одновременно с соседней комнатой, то выбивает пробки и пропадает электричество. Сломанный штопор 3. Грязь Грязная посуда, плесень в ванной комнате, вентиляция, запах. Запах впитывается в одежду, даже ту, которая лежала в чемодане. Полотенца старые и застиранные до серого оттенка

La habitación pequeñísima, con vistas a un patio interior, con mucha mierda y palomas, cubiertos y vasos sucios, aire acondicionado un ruido espantoso y sin mando de la tv, se lo pedí al tal Alessandro y ni caso, la tv se pagaba cada hora y tenía que lavarme a encenderla, cambiar de canal o subir o bajar el volumen, sin toalleros,ni porta rollos del baño , ni toalla de baño, el microondas metido en un armario, que no llegas a no ser que midas 1,60 o más, las almohadas una por quería Este Alessandro, no contesta a los WhatsApp si no sabes inglés o italiano Hice la reclamación del mando atraves de Booking y tampoco me solucionaron el tema del mando Consejo: no alquileis este alojamiento Recomiendo a Booking que ponga en su página,No alquilar este alojamiento si no sabes inglés o italiano Este tipo de alojamiento solo buscan ganar dinero con pocos servicios Booking debería revisarlos

Die Unterkunft (Studio-Apartment) hält auf allen Ebenen, was sie verspricht. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem die ausgezeichnete Lage. Bis zum Piazza Maggiore sind es höchstens 5 Minuten zu Fuß; die gesamte Innenstadt durch die zentrale Lage innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwischenstopps während des Tages in der Wohnung lassen sich also super spontan in Angriff nehmen. Direkt gegenüber der Haustür befindet sich ein Einkaufsladen, in dem man sich schnell und ohne langes Schleppen versorgen kann. Die Sauberkeit (insbesondere Bad und Handtücher) war exzellent. Ob man es mag oder nicht, aber Geruch von frisch benutzen Chlorreiniger bei Ankunft zeigt, dass hier gründlich gearbeitet wurde. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt unkompliziert über direkten Kontakt via Whatsapp. Nach Übermittlung von Fotos des Ausweises und einem Nachweis über die Bezahlung der City Tax (bei Barzahlung vor Ort mit Foto Als Nachweis via Whatsapp oder digital über PayPal mit Bildschirmfoto), erhält man die Nummer des Apartments und den Schlüsselcode.

Nichts, hier wird durch und durch mit offenen Karten gespielt. Man bekommt, dass was man sieht und das in ausgezeichneter Qualität Einige Hinweise: Wenn überhaupt etwas gegen die Apartments spricht, dass das es in unseren Apartment kein Balkon bzw. Fenster zu Straße hin gibt, sondern "nur" Fenster in einen kleinen Innenhof (der auch nicht genutzt wird, also keine Belästigung durch Lärm). Aber ehrlicherweise braucht es das wirklich nicht, da man sich sowieso den ganzen Tag (und auch eine Großteil der Nacht) draußen in der Stadt aufhält. Für Anreisende mit Auto sei erwähnt, dass sich die Wohnung natürlich im historischen Stadtkern (ZTL) befindet. Geparkt werden muss also ein gutes Stück weit weg (es gibt entsprechende Empfehlungen des Vermieters).

There are two sides to life: the beautiful side… and Bolognahome Hotel. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had made a huge mistake. The cleanliness was disappointing, the service was even worse, and the reality had very little to do with the pictures or the description. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work. We were left in what was essentially a kitchen being used as a bedroom, with temperatures exceeding 40°C (104°F). Imagine trying to sleep and stay comfortable in that kind of heat, with no working air conditioning. It was absolutely unbearable. I paid for a stay that was supposed to be pleasant and relaxing, but instead I experienced nothing but stress, discomfort, and disappointment. I was especially disappointed by the hotel owner. His behavior came across to me as extremely disrespectful, dishonest, and manipulative. Several times, I felt that I was not being communicated with honestly and that there was an attempt to portray the situation in a way that was unfavorable to me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you have the option to stay somewhere else, absolutely do so. For me, it was a complete disaster and definitely an experience I never want to repeat. .

Es gab eine Klimaanlage, die wirklich essenziell ist und die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Lage.

Es war wenig Platz, um Sachen abzulegen oder einzuräumen, ein wenig mehr Stauraum für Gepäck und Klamotten wäre schön.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet! Wir waren sehr zentral und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war erstklassig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Estuve muy a gusto durante mi estancia. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de todo: supermercados, la estación de tren y el centro de la ciudad, por lo que resulta muy cómodo desplazarse. El departamento estaba limpio, la Sra. de la limpieza era muy amable.. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí."

De locatie.

De airconditioning werkte niet, en het was elke dag 36 graden. Als de airco het deed gaf hij koude lucht maar het koelde de ruimte niet af, alleen als je ervoor stond voelde je iets. We hebben hiervoor de huisbaas 4x gebeld en veel berichten gestuurd, hij zei dat hij ging langskomen, maar heeft dit nooit gedaan. De communicatie met de huisbaas verliep in het algemeen ook stroef, vaak zonder reacties terug. Het dakraam sloot niet volledig wat ook storend was en hierdoor kwam de warmte ook makkelijk binnen. Volledig uitgeruste keuken was prettig, alleen jammer dat er niks van kruiden of basics zoals olijfolie aanwezig was. Er was ook geen diepvriesvak in de koelkast en alleen het minimale keukengerei (wokpan ipv gewone pan). Het douchelicht was kapot. Tijdens het onweer kwam er enorm veel vuil en stukjes van de plafond af, ons bed stond er onder dus dit was niet fijn.

Genuinely surpassed all my expectations and the photos really don’t do it justice the room was quite large and very clean, the facilities in the room were amazing with a full kitchenette with utensils! The location is also great only a few minute walk from everything. 11/10

Pokój na poddaszu w którym ciężko wytrzymać przez wysoką temperaturę, klimatyzacja jest,ale nie daje rady.

Esperienza decisamente negativa. La struttura, purtroppo, presentava gravi carenze dal punto di vista della pulizia. Nella doccia era presente molta muffa e anche le lenzuola non erano in condizioni accettabili. Per evitare problemi ci siamo arrangiati pulendo personalmente e sostituendo le lenzuola. Il vero problema, però, è nato dopo il check-out. La mia ragazza ha dimenticato un vestito di valore nella camera. Abbiamo contattato immediatamente il proprietario, che ci ha confermato il ritrovamento da parte dell'impresa delle pulizie e ci ha assicurato che nel giro di circa tre giorni ce lo avrebbe spedito. Sono passate invece due settimane di continui rinvii, con la stessa giustificazione: il vestito era ancora nelle mani dell'impresa di pulizie. Ogni volta ci veniva chiesto di aspettare ancora. A quel punto, esasperato dalla situazione, ho comunicato che avrei raccontato pubblicamente la mia esperienza se la vicenda non si fosse risolta. La risposta del proprietario è stata totalmente fuori luogo: invece di cercare una soluzione, mi ha insultato in chat dandomi del "coglione" e scrivendomi di "fottermi", invitandomi poi ad andare a Bologna a ritirare personalmente il vestito. Ho quindi chiesto a un amico di passare a prenderlo, ma il proprietario non si è nemmeno presentato all'appuntamento. Tra la scarsa pulizia e una gestione così poco professionale di un oggetto dimenticato, la mia esperienza è stata pessima. Il consiglio che mi sento di dare è di fare molta attenzione a non lasciare nulla nella struttura, perché recuperare un oggetto dimenticato potrebbe trasformarsi in un'esperienza estremamente frustrante.

Vi fikk et loftsrom med skråtak. Kun takvindu. Aircondition virket ikke så grusomt varmt. Skråtak som var så lavt at vi (174 cm) ikke kunne stå oppreist overalt. Innsjekking var kritikkverdig. Vi hadde fått kode for å komme inn bygget, men for å komme inn på rommet måtte vi innbetale byskatt. Og der står vi i en trang varm gang uten sitteplass!!! Skatten måtte enten betales via Paypal eller kontant i en boks son man måtte dokumentere ved å filme og så sende på WhatsApp. Hva gjør man hvis mobilen er uten strøm?

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and located in a very vibrant area, just a short walk from the historic center. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Nothing. The localization is good, but it does not matter.

Avoid this place. We paid for a studio and on the morning of check-in the host wrote that it had a water problem and could not be used, then offered a different unit 800 m away. We accepted, and that was the mistake. Check-in is an ordeal: you enter a code, film yourself putting cash into a post box, send photos of your ID, and only then get the door code. The "apartments" are ordinary flats split into three, built like train carriages, long and narrow, with a shower you can barely turn around in. Then, most important, the SMELL. The moment we opened the door there was an overpowering odour and a wet stain spreading down the wall under the air conditioner. It was impossible to stay there. Two minutes inside and we nearly threw up. At 8pm we had to go back out and find somewhere else to sleep. After that the host went quiet and stopped answering, and our refund request was rejected. The location is fine, but that does not make up for paying for a place where it was impossible to stay and getting nothing back when it went wrong.

Se fosse possível dar uma nota negativa, eu daria. Esta foi, sem dúvida, uma das piores experiências de hospedagem que já tive. Para começar, em nenhum momento durante a reserva foi informado de forma clara que haveria cobrança de taxa turística adicional. Apenas no local fui surpreendido com a cobrança de €5,80, o que considero uma falta de transparência com o hóspede. O processo de check-in é simplesmente absurdo. É necessário entrar em contato via WhatsApp para obter instruções, aguardar respostas quando o responsável decide ficar online e, depois disso, realizar um procedimento extremamente inconveniente: efetuar o pagamento, colocar o dinheiro em uma caixa de correio dentro do imóvel, gravar um vídeo comprovando o depósito e enviá-lo pelo WhatsApp para então receber a senha de acesso ao quarto. Enquanto isso, o hóspede fica esperando em um espaço minúsculo sem qualquer assistência. Se a pessoa responsável não estiver online, você simplesmente fica parado aguardando. O atendimento também é inexistente após o recebimento do dinheiro. Havia apenas meio rolo de papel higiênico no quarto para uma estadia de três noites. Solicitei reposição pelo WhatsApp, recebi apenas um "OK" como resposta e nunca recebi o material solicitado. Ou seja, sequer o básico foi fornecido. As fotos divulgadas não correspondem à realidade. O quarto recebido era significativamente diferente do que é apresentado no anúncio. Além disso, o teto é extremamente baixo, algo que não fica evidente nas imagens e que contribui para uma sensação de ambiente apertado e desconfortável. Como se não bastasse, o quarto apresentava um cheiro forte e desagradável de suor impregnado no ambiente. O ar-condicionado até resfria o quarto, mas produz um ruído tão alto que torna praticamente impossível dormir. O hóspede é obrigado a escolher entre passar calor ou ficar acordado ouvindo o barulho constante do aparelho.

The owner was Kind and all the time available. Moreover, the appartmemt is in the center of everything! Very good location. Besides that, it was clean!

We arrived late at night (due to a flight delay) and were of course tired...but we had to play "escape room" before we could get the keys. It would be better, to mention in beforehand that to the final price, we have to pay additionally for the room and city taxes, instead of having us do all those steps. We could have paid in advance and just get directory the keys. 🤷‍♀️

Bardzo fajny mały pokój

Żeby dostać klucze trzeba się bardzo postarać, wysyłać foto dowodu, zdięcie, jak się wrzuca pieniądze na podatki lokalne w gotówce do skrzynki, dla mnie było to męczące po długiej podróży.

Pulizia ambienti da migliorare. Lenzuola e asciugamani non sembravano puliti (non erano macchiati, ma non odoravano di pulito, anzi) In cucina non c'è nulla (olio, sale, caffè).

La situation est excellente en plein centre ville, un logement très propre, un bon rapport qualité /prix.

Le manque de contact direct avec le propriétaire. Tout se passe par codes et boîte à clé, et même si la réactivité était bonne, cela ne remplace pas un contact direct. Un logement exigu avec velux sans aucune vue.

Really nice, cozy place right in the centre of Bologna. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location is optimal in order to be close to almost all restaurants and sightseeings. Really good communication with Alessandro.

La posizione e il prezzo

Mancavano tappetino scendi doccia, ogni tipo di prodotto per la cucina (olio, sale...). Il.phon è a pezzi e sarebbe meglio cambiarlo. Così è pericoloso.

Non l'abbiamo nemmeno vista. Siamo stati dirottati presso una struttura fatiscente.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo, assenza di ventolino funzionante in un bagno cieco , assenza di lenzuolo sotto al piumone. Sarebbe stato apprezzabile avere qualche bottiglietta d’acqua.

Tesis fotoğraflarda gösterildiği büyük bir oda şekinde değildir çatı katı ve 1.80ve üstü boyu olan insanların eğilerek hareket etmek durumunda kaldığı bir odadır. Biz asla böyle bir oda görmedik tesis fotoğraflarında gittiğimizde sürpriz oldu. Tesis sahibine bu durumu bildirip oda değişikliği yapıp gördüğümüz fotoğraftaki odalara geçmek istediğimizi belirttiğimizde olumsuz yanıt aldık. Olanaklarda ütü var yazıyor ama yok. Ve oda küçük olduğu iki kişi hareket etmekte zorlanıyor tek kişi ve max.170 insanlar için uygun olabilir.

Tolle Lage, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat ebenfalls bestens geklappt. Ja, es ist klein, aber das hat mich nicht gestört. Ideal für einen Städtetrip.

Perfect location, very clean, excellent value for money, seamless check-in and check-out, Staff was lovely.

The room was a bit damp, the towels struggled to dry. I would suggest a dehumidifier or to ensure the guests have fresh towels every day.

The housekeeping staff were friendly, as was the cleanliness of the room. The accommodation's location is good, about a 5-minute walk from the center.

The room I was sold was a room with a window, but the one I got was an attic room with quite steep stairs. It had a small window in the ceiling, but I practically had to walk hunched over inside the room.

Muito boa relação qualidade/preço e excelente localização. O espaço é pequeno e sem vista mas chegou perfeitamente para o que pretendíamos: passar dois dias em Bolonha perto do centro. O check-in tem de facto alguns pontos a seguir mas entendemos facilmente o que fazer e, apesar de chegarmos bastante tarde, o anfitrião respondeu rapidamente durante o processo de check-in.

El alojamiento, calidad-precio estuvo muy bien. A 7 min de la plaza mayor. Y menaje de cocina bastante correcto.

No había ni colchas ni mantas extras. Y las almohadas son cojines del Ikea estropeados. Escribimos al anfitrión y nos prometió que al día siguiente nos llevarías alguna manta y otra almohada. Y nunca mas respondió hasta el último día.

Las almohadas muy incómodas. Tuvimos que comprar otras para la estancia. No había una manta, aunque la calefacción funciona muy bien. No hay mesillas donde dejar las cosas al acostarse. Poco espacio.

Padelle con il teflon graffiato. Anche se non l’abbiamo dovuto usare. Non ci sono tazze. Il riscaldamento è aperto nelle ore diurne, mentre di notte e mattina che fa più freddo è spento. Lavoro in un albergo anch’io, ma noi facciamo il contrario. Consiglierei di sostituire gl’orari dell’accensione del riscaldamento. Non si può stare la notte con il freddo e il giorno dove ci sono ore più calde, i riscaldamenti sono accesi. Sarebbe più sensato farlo di notte fino alla mattina presto. Ovviamente questi sono piccoli miglioramenti che si possono fare
