Cosmopolitan Central Rooms

For the price of the stay, the room was perfect. The size was very small and we were quite tight in there, but I did know that going in, as we booked this apartment last minute. The room was clean, we had coffee, and it felt like a safe place. The location was great for getting to the city centre, though not so convenient from the train station. This was particular to our room — I wonder if there are other room sizes from the same company, so I'd recommend making sure you get the right size for your needs.

Very good location. Clean. The staff is very nice and fast responding to all questions. We left the luggage at the common living room for some hours because our flight was late in the afternoon. Everything went well and this was very good option for you if you have more time at the day of your departure.

The price and the location in the heart of Bologna (although closer to the train station would have been a bit better).

The instructions to enter the property could have been clearer, the photos they send you of what your room number actually is were cut off. I had to figure it out from the angle of the part of the picture that did send properly. This is why it’s helpful to have a real person actually perform check in to minimize issues. The room also had poor ac (it was cool enough but there must have been some dust or something coming through the vent because I woke up with a terrible sinus problem that went away once I left the room) and the bed was very uncomfortable; I didn’t sleep well at all. Also, although the room appeared clean, I found some kind of centipede in the bathroom that was gross and made me question how clean it really was.

Tolle Lage, perfekt für einen Kurztrip. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Alles war vorhanden.

Das einzige, was gestört hat, was man aber nicht ändern kann, ist das Klimagerätegeräusch des Nachbarhauses im Innenhof.

Location is excellent just next to towers. The room was clean, mattresses are comfortable. The room even has a balcony.

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse über den Dächern von Bologna. Der Eingang war nicht so leicht zu finden, aber die Lage ist perfekt: In einer hübschen Gallerie mit Frühstückscafé im Erdgeschoss und direkt neben den 2 Türmen und der Piazza Maggiore. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Die 3 Betten für die Kinder waren ziemlich hart, da nur Matratzen auf einem Holzbrett. Für eine Nacht war es okay, aber länger würde es unbequem werden.

Η τοποθεσια ηταν αριστη. Στο κεντρο της πολης. με τα πόδια μπορούσες να πας οπουδήποτε.

Δεν υπήρχε ούτε καν ένα μικρο ψυγείο να βάλουμε ένα νερό για να πιούμε. Πολύ ακριβό για αυτά που παρείχε.

La posizione

Right in the city centre, nice and clean with a beautiful view. Very kind and helpful staff. Coffee shops, restaurants by 3 minutes walking distance.

Posizione eccellente, letto buono, silenzioso, la finestra dà sul cortile interno quindi bisogna tenere la tenda sempre chiusa o ti guardano in camera. Per accedere al bagno bisogna scendere degli scalini, in bagno ci sono due lavelli ma uno non funzionava.

Brilliant location, very high quality finish on the room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. The left luggage service is invaluable.

I personally found it hard to find, perhaps I didn’t follow the directions closely enough. I’ve posted photos on the galleria entrances.

Brak wentylacji… więc przy włączonej klimatyzacji i tak trzeba było otworzyć okno… Zepsute krzesła na tarasie…

AC stopped working right before second night, given the instruction sticker on the remote this happens more often, so you would expect there would be a fan present or some other back up plan. I slept on the ground of the balcony outside (not a joke), because temperatures hit 30+ degrees inside.

Diğer odaların sesleri ekstra gürültü yapmasalar bile çok fazla geliyor. Onun dışında başta lokasyon olmak üzere her şey harika.

The location is second to none. For the price, the room was great, and had air con which was good as the weather was hot. Cafe below has amazing croissants. The staff on WhatsApp were very friendly and the instructions were clear. Overall a great stay.

Camera molto carina, situata sui tetti di Bologna sotto le torri. Piccola ma accogliente, non per soggiorni lunghi in quanto manca la zona cucina ma per il resto c’è tutto il necessario.

Ottima posizione, camera fresca nonostante il caldo in città.

Check-in online semplice e ben organizzato, con istruzioni per l’ingresso chiare e di facile individuazione. La posizione è centralissima e molto comoda. La struttura si presenta pulita, ordinata e accogliente. Particolarmente apprezzata la presenza di una sala comune con cucina e frigorifero, utile per organizzare e conservare i propri alimenti. La stanza, pur essendo piccola, è adeguata per una persona e il letto risulta comodo.

Tra gli aspetti meno positivi, segnalo l’assenza del bidet in stanza. Avrei inoltre preferito la presenza di un frigorifero in camera, così da evitare continui spostamenti verso la sala comune, che risulta leggermente distante. Da migliorare anche le tende: al mattino lasciano filtrare luce e, quando sollevate durante il giorno per illuminare l’ambiente, non permettono comunque una buona visuale verso l’esterno a causa delle foglie sintetiche sul balcone, creando una sensazione un po’ opprimente. Infine, ho riscontrato qualche difficoltà con le prese elettriche: il voltaggio non era sufficiente per utilizzare una piastra per capelli, cosa che ha causato un po’ di disagio durante il soggiorno.

Le persone nella camera al piano superiore hanno fatto chiasso sino a tarda notte, spostando mobili e valige di continuo il tutto amplificato credo da una scarsa insonorizzazione della struttura ....

La posizione è super comoda adiacente a piazza Maggiore, struttura pulitissima e stanza spaziosa con veranda e splendida vista sulle torri e i tetti di Bologna. Non c'è reception, ma le istruzioni per entrare, raggiungere la camera e aprirla sono molto precise e affidabili. Una piacevole scoperta.

I servizi: in camera è disponibile una macchina Nespresso con una cialda per persona, sarebbe apprezzabile avere anche un bollitore e un mini frigo. Aggiungerei anche una convenzione con il locale situato sotto alla struttura per la colazione. Apprezzato il voucher per l'aperitivo con il tagliere!

Posizione incredibile, vista dal balcone impagabile, pulizia letto e asciugamani, grandezza della camera e del bagno molto adeguati, arredi e finiture nuovissimi appena ristrutturato e di pregevole fattura. Letto comodo ed ho apprezzato avere dei cuscini di scorta da aggiungere nell'armadio.

Completamente gestito in autonomia senza alcun contatto con lo staff. Moltissimi messaggi e PDF sul cellulare con le istruzioni per come entrare e fare check in, sembra una caccia al tesoro. Assenza di frigobar o quanto meno una bottiglietta d'acqua offerta. Complesso da raggiungere ma per colpa della amministrazione bolognese non certo per i proprietari. Phon guasto.

La posizione è centralissima, all interno di una galleria, con 2 cancelli che dopo le 20 vengono chiusi, per la sicurezza interna, consentendo però l entrata e l uscita mediante un codice.

Nella mia camera purtroppo non c'era il bidet, che io do per scontato essendo in Italia ed il doccino purtroppo non era funzionante. Il lavandino troppo piccolo, 15 cm circa di profondità, difficile riuscire a lavarsi senza far uscire l acqua. Non c'è una vera e propria tenda, né delle persiane. Una copertura con erba finta e una tenda non del tutto coprente, lateralmente aperta, se la alzavi eri su una corte interna fatiscente, non dava molta sicurezza. La stanza la sconsiglio in tutta onestà, per il prezzo che si paga. La location ottima. Magari le altre stanze saranno piu dignitose. Carino inoltre potrebbe essere trovare una mezza naturale in stanza. Così, una carineria.

Purtroppo la camera è poco insonorizzata e si sente tutto ciò che accade nella camera adiacente. Mancanza di un mini frigorifero. Wi-Fi non funzionante.

1.Non c'era un front desk, quindi questo non si può chiamare un albergo. 2.Né frigo né asse da stiro. 3.Muri sottilissimi: si sentiva tutto nella camera accanto. 4.Alla mattina facevano rumorosi lavori di muratura.

Great location and the room was very clean.

Super loud, I could hear people in the hallway and the person in the room above me whenever they went up or down the stairs which made it difficult to sleep. For the price the facilities are lacking, there was no safe or kettle, not even a box of tissues in the room! At one point I closed the bathroom door and the handle came off in my hand. In addition, I couldn't open the window to get fresh air in which made the room stuffy. There was no where to store my luggage after checkout which was super inconvenient. I would say this place is overpriced for what you get.

Il lavandino del bagno sembrava essere intasato, la porta del box doccia uscia dalla guida quando si cercava di chiuderla (rischiando che cadesse), la stanza aveva un idore particolare, dotazione carta igienica estremamente minima. Consigliato solo se il prezzo è molto scontato

Essenziale arredata con semplicità ma ottimo gusto.

Mi è piaciuta la camera, la posizione centralissima (dal terrazzo si vedono le torri e piazza Maggiore è a due passi), la comunicazione con Cosmopolitan Center Rooms immediata e con grande disponibilità. La struttura ha offerto anche un buon tagliere di mortadella in un locale poco distante. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare in room service i bagagli dopo il check out.

Il parcheggio era un po’ distante perché il parcheggio più vicino non era disponibile di domenica.

Ho viaggiato da sola con il mio cane. La posizione è ottima (letteralmente davanti alle torri) e la stanza era davvero carina, pulita e moderna. Anche il check in online è stato molto comodo.

Il palazzo è stupendo e l'appartamento confortevole; è poi in una poszione centralissima. Ottimo il servizio di check-in online, sono stata seguita in tutte le fasi.

La pareti della stanza in cui ero sono troppo sottili e si sentiva qualsiasi minima conversazione (anche a toni bassi) della stanza accanto.

La struttura è veramente centrale, pulitissima e la ragazza che mi ha invitato tutte le informazioni era super gentilissima. Scendendo per il piano di sotto si può trovare anche uno dei migliori posti per fare colazione, croissant di tutti i tipi.

Entrare nella struttura é un pò macchinoso, con dei passaggi forniti passo passo dalle host. Nulla di impossibile, ma non rapido né immediato. Sarebbe stata gradita una bottiglia d'acqua in camera, così come delle tazze per un thé.

The bed was comfy, the shower good and very central location.

It wasn’t the cleanest and it was very “no frills” - the room was extremely basic and the duvet in the cupboard didn’t even have sheets.
