Seascape Resort Oslob

Excellent

Very nice ownera and staff. The hotel is a little tired but appears to be actively under restoration. Overall a very pleasent weekend get away.

I love this hotel. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Great food/ breakfast. They have good contacts with the driver that they can trust.

Great location and nice room for the price. Friendly staff who were helpful and courteous. Can't say anything negative.

Amazing little knook to stay in Oslob. The staff were extremely accommodating and with knowing that we were checking out early morning for the whale sharks they made sure breakfast and water to go was ready for us to start our day. Definitely recommend this place :)

Great & relaxing. The the staff is amazing and very welcoming.

Booking our stay with Seascape was the best decision when staying in Oslob! Ate Gina and the staff was exceptional and was so accommodating! They gave recommendations and always made a phone call if we needed a ride, massage, pedicure, etc.! We really felt a personal connection with the staff!

This place was so nice. A quick trip from Oslob and perfect to unwind and relax. Amazing food, the nicest staff. Helpful figuring out everything you need. Sea turtles popping up all day looking out at the sea from the pool. Couldn’t ask for more.

Good little place, staff were helpful and friendly and food was good.

Seascape was a very nice place about 30 minutes tricycle ride from the whale shark place. Very clean and quiet, right on the water and plenty of sea turtles to see in the water. The rooms were basic, but clean. A table and chairs would be a great addition. The staff were excellent in helping with tour options or transportation. We missed breakfast both days due to early starts and they still prepared our free breakfast after we returned. They also made us sandwiches for our early departure. The pool was nice, but needed to be skimmed and cleaned as the walls were a bit slimy unfortunately.

I want to commend Gina for the BEST services and the breakfast ladies are very nice. Gina is very friendly and really serves us wholeheartedly! She is one who we couldn’t forget staying at this simple friendly resort. Also the tricycle driver is very nice his name is Tata. He drove us to Oslob and he is very humble guy. There is also a gentlemen who took the extra effort to look for my missing sunglasses, and he found it! Thank you all ! I would come back here! The breakfast is really nice! and the ladies there always put a big smile.

- Limited food choice and some not available - Hot water shower head not functioning properly and low water pressure. Have to use bucket to take shower

Staff were exalant

I really like how quiet and neat the resort is, they maintain the cleanliness on it. I must say i like to go there again.

Staff very polite and helpful

The restaurant food was really bad and my husband got sick because of that.

There were really no restaurants near the place. The hotel had a very limited menu. On the upside the staff was great and the room was clean. Plus the rooms are beachside where you can snorkel with the sea turtles.

Awesome view

Nice place, very nice staff

It was not I expected when trying to book it. But decent enough just to sleepover. Very few amenities in the room. Water heater was not working. The room was too small from the pictures. No beach access. The food service was slow. It took us almost an hour to get our food. But their staff is friendly.

Good enough for a quick stay 16 klms to the Oslob Whale Shark area. Take note that whale shark watching is only up to 11AM. It is a 3-4 hour drive from Cebu City and you need to leave at least 4-5 AM to get there on time. So I advise that you check into the nearby hotels overnight to be in Oslob on time. This is one of the hotels in area. The rooms are small and has two single beds. Water pressure in the bathrooms are weak so be ready to use the bucket. Air condition works good. This is next to the main highway so expect noises at night from passing busses and cars. The area is clean and well maintained. The pool is salt water but good enough for swimming. Beach area is rocky. The restaurant is small but offers ample but limited Filipino dishes with a home cooked taste. Massage room service is offered for P500 for one hour. Prices may vary and slightly higher than others. Overall, it is good enough basic accommodation for quick and short stays.

Not the cheapest place in Oslob but worth it! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean but small rooms. Low water pressure but has hot water. Nice salt water pool and well maintained waterfront property only 5 years old. Tasty made to order breakfast watching sunrise out of the sea. Now go see whale sharks and Tumalog falls!

Reception staff who wears a red tshirt her name is karen apparently, is a rude woman, it started off when i asked her for the wifi code, she says she will put it in my phone ,i asked her to write it down so i give to my wife she said we are not allowed to give the password, i got shocked 🤔 when she said that ,i stayed at alot of hotels but never had issues just asking for the wifi password , i was not happy with her at all , she was just watching us like a hawk, she has issue's. also had a power cut and had no aircon so i guess no generator at this hotel which is a joke , also very weak wifi signal in our bedroom , i will not be returning to this hotel again.

Staff was wonderful, but rooms are small. Had a bug problem with ours which can happen in such climates. Beds do not have any blankets, only a top sheet.

Beautiful, Friendly, Quiet, good food.💖💖💖

The staff were great. The front desk personnel was excellent. Our family loved the place and we had a relaxing overnight stay

Nice place staff is friendly

On our first night the sheet has blood on it. There lots of bugs and ants in the room. I could not sleep and I so much bugs bite or bed bug.

A very very good staff and service

2 minor negatives were aircon a little noisy and water pressure in shower was not great. After saying that the hotel is spotlessly clean the staff are all super friendly and helpful and the food although limited for veggies was really tasty. Overall a lovely stay thankyou to all the staff

Nice view, staff were good too

The place is perfect for private getaway.

Lovely place w great staff, saltwater pool very refreshing w/o risk of open ocean, great menu and food prep

The basics were good here: hot shower, one charging outlet by bed, clean sheets and pillows, clean aircon, clean pool. Its not near regular stores, so enjoy the menu on site, or you will need a tricycle to get to Oslob itself. Most of the menu portions are large enough for 2 persons, although they don't tell you. It's easy to over-order, because 2 orders is really for 4 persons. I don't like those menu items, because perhaps we want to order 2 different things? This menu is for people who want to eat the same thing at the meal. The items we ordered were very tasty and cooked fresh as we ordered. The bedroom was very small because 2 beds in a room designed for one, but we managed, using the second bed as our "dresser". The room did have a wardrobe with hangers, but because the room was so cramped with second bed, the wardrobe was not easy to access. Also the second bed really blocked the door to the bathroom. Really a couple should be given a room with one bed. The internet wifi worked every where around the restaurant area. the pool was very clean, and few other guests ever swimming (I was there for 3 days). location has great view of the sea, so wonderful for relaxing. A nice place for a visit to south Cebu Island, quiet and clean.

what i like most is the place is rigth infront of the sea and what i don't like is at the back of the hotel is the highway sounds of passing vehicles 24 hour bothers our sleep.

Clean and pleasant. It would be better if theyd put more canopies because the place faces directly to the sun. Pool tiles is slippery. Nevertheless, staff and view are outstanding!

The view was amazing. Waking up to a tranquil scene so peaceful and calm. All staff were nice and friendly. Chef was amazing! Love his cooking and surprised us with yummy treats! Highly recommend for those who plans to visit Oslob.

Fantastic place and a true gem. This place is very new and the rooms are well maintained. Staff are nice and food over there is good. Lovely view.

I think it is very spartan, and not a resort. Room: The amenities are basically zero (tiny soap no toothbrush, no water in the room or during breakfast, as I had to pay for it). The curtains are not light shielding, so at 5am you wake up because of the light. Swimming pool area: Aesthetically beautiful, but doesn’t really take in account the customer’s need. There are beach chairs facing the sea, but what a pity that there are no parasols! (It’s crazy hot from early morning) The water in the pool was so salty that my skin started aching.

This was the most pleasant, unexpected resort. We pulled in and immediately felt at home with the warmest welcome from the staff. The rooms are right on the water, the staff cooks amazing food and if you are looking for a perfect get-a-way, this is it!!! The manager, Gina, was very helpful setting up transportation to our excursions and airport transfer. Hurry and visit this hidden gem before it becomes too popular too book!!!! Thank you again to the staff for making our vacation even better!!!!

Amazing staff, location and amenities!

Seascape was basic, but the staff made our stay very special. The staff was nice and accommodating. The restaurant was small but the food was great.

Hotel was fine. Dinner & breakfast took along time to prepare. Food was fresh & good. The guide recommended by the hotel to assist with the whale shark watching was a disaster. I recommend that in the future those hiring the guide have the guide get the tickets in advance early in the am otherwise there is no point.

Gine and the rest of the staff where amazing. Beautiful place with amazing views

Staffs was very accommodating

Very nice stay at seascape! Rooms were clean with AC and a TV. The staff was very helpful and food was amazing!

Nice hotel with great view of the sea. Awesome pool

Pool was clean and well maintained. Wifi was available. Food was prepared on demand. The staff was incredibly accomodating. The front desk was available to arrange swimming with whale sharks and canyoneering on the same day, including a meal and transportation! She even accompanied us to ensure that our whale shark experience was seamless. Outstanding!

Hotel right by the water. No beach Well maintain property that is still do some minor renov Rather thin mattress and weak water pressure for baths Nice smaller pool overlooking the sea with 2 deck chairs only Decent breakfast set options to choose fr Unfortunately property had a power trip fr about 5am which was not restored even after checkout

Shower water too slow

All perfect. Extremly friendly staff. Nice fresh asian food.

Wifi off and on, no phone, no beach, dirty filter on window ac unit, cheap quality, cheap furniture, road traffic noise, price high for what you get, it is not in the main part of oslob. It is isolated. They have outdoor small restaurant- ordered the teryaki chicken and they gave us chicken wings with Rice. Asked for and order of bread to fill us but they said we had to order a sandwich to get the bread. Ordered quesadilla - awful.

Without a doubt one of our favorite resorts in Cebu! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager. The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant very flexible. Spent a total of 3 days and 2 nights here, which obviously also added up to the whole experience. The ambiance is so relaxing that we felt like we were home. This was our second stay here. Hope to be back soon! Vanessa :-)

Small resort but amazing views. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Nice place for family. Very clean .. staff are very nice. Highly recommended
