Historical building with such charm! The staff were so helpful and accommodating! Right in the centre of the old town so all the attractions and squares were minutes away. I would come back!

Maybe the stairs were a bit steep and not for the faint hearted but it’s centuries old so that’s to be expected.

Very clean. Small kitchenette with fridge and microwave so we could make our own breakfasts. Great comfy bed and excellent shower with lovely toiletries.

Everything was easy, clean and wonderful staff. Just wish the lighting in the rooms was brighter.

Enjoyed cooking down in the pool. Nice kitchen dining area, the two bedroom we had had two spacious bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Pleasant showers. Comfortable furniture in the living room. TV in living room and bedrooms

Enjoyed our stay, no significant problems but be prepared for lots of stairs (about 2 indoor flignts) and no elevator.

Estúdio limpo e arrumado. Cama super confortável e com todas as comodidades para fazer refeições. Staff super simpático e acolhedor. Receberam-nos muito bem. Zona da piscina muito agradável e cuidada.

A única coisa menos positiva (porque o nosso objetivo era mesmo descansar) foi só aquela janelinha por cima da porta deixar entrar muita claridade bem cedo e não haver nada que se possa colocar para tapar. De resto, impecável. :)

A fantastic place in the middle of old town Evora. Beautiful space, very practical and comfortable. Private pool right under the window. We really loved it, one of the best accommodations ever.

This place was absolutely perfect for the two of us. It was the ideal size, incredibly comfortable, and we had some of the best sleeps we’ve ever had. The area was so quiet, yet it was just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. The beautiful courtyard with the small plunge pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

EVERYTHING Extraordinarily beautiful historic property, meticulously restored and maintained. Unbeatable location, close to cafes, and all the sights. 40’C when visiting Évora, our room was a cool oasis and the pool was much appreciated. Great amenities. Warm and helpful staff. Absolutely amazing property. Gorgeous rooms and fabulous pool!

First of all, being greeted by a true professional and warm person, Jony who was an amazing help for the three nights that we stayed there. I had put in the room code into our apartment incorrectly and had to call him off hours and he was so gracious and so helpful. An absolute fantastic experience with him and on our last day with Mafalda. As others have said, the apartment was spotless, furniture, and kitchen items all in workable order. Great suggestions on restaurants and the location could not have been better for us. We will be recommending the Casa to our friends and family who visit Évora. The swimming pool and patio areas were wonderful to enjoy as well.

There's nothing that I can think of.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There were many stairs to our apartment but the hotel staff always offered to help us with our bags! We didn’t try the breakfast but there is a wonderful bakery just around the corner. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful central location, close to everything. Room was lovely, quiet, super clean. Met by helpful owner. We loved everything about this accommodation, we didn't use the pool, but would have loved to if we had more time. Highly recommend 👌

It was the perfect place to catch up with friends we hadn’t seen in a long time. Evora is such a pretty town and the location of this hotel was perfect. Love the history too (this used to be a palace that saved a princess from the plague) the pool was lovely and the rooms air conditioned and thus cool.

We zaten in appartement nummer 2. Dit had geen enkele verbinding met het geheel.

De service van het personeel is geweldig. Het is brandschoon en de acco. ligt mega centraal. Het is een historisch gebouw en dat betekent een lichte keldergeur en ietwat klam, maar dat maakt t verblijf niet minder fijn. Leuke patio om even een drankje te doen.

Er is geen parkeerplaats, maar dat wisten we. Laad de bagage uit en hou Rue DNA Isabel aan, niet GPS. Tip om te parkeren is onder het theater, rij voor t theater langs, het ligt links voor t theater.

Wunderschöne Location

1 van de mooiste locaties van Portugal in een bijzonder leuk charmant dorp met super aardige en lieve gastheer / vrouw welke er alles aandoen om het je naar het zin te maken. Kamers waren echt super mooi, lekker koel en bijzonder fijne bedden ! Alles is tot in detail bedacht en kamer 2.0 welke iets buiten de locatie licht is echt super groot en fijn. Je kan hier meerdere dagen verblijven klein zwembad maar wel handdoeken service en overal hoekjes om te genieten van de zon en een goed boek maar midden in het centrum centraal tussen de eetgelegenheden en bezienswaardigheden

This property was clean and quiet and in an EXCELLENT location. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.

The biggest real flaw was that we had no views of anything from our room — 2.4 — 2 bedroom, one bath apartment. There is nothing that could be done about that. Regarding improvements that could really help with the stay, please add some mirrors. With only one bath, it would be nice to be able to apply makeup or check out your outfit while the bathroom is occupied. We personally had no trouble, but this unit had A LOT OF stairs and narrow twisty halls to access the unit. Not for everyone. I’d stay again, but not in that unit.

I left covered in bed bug bites. Everything was great but the cleanliness of the bed was a serious problem. I wouldn't stay there again because of this.

Highly recommend. This hotel is located in the heart of Evora, walking distance to all main points of interest. The service at this hotel was outstanding. It felt like home.

The apartment was large with lots of open space. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, and other accessories for preparing meals there. It is nicely furnished and very stylish. The bed is comfortable with nice linens and robes are provided. The shower is good with plenty of hot water. Grocery stores are not far away. There is public parking on the edge of the city not far away. It is possible to drive to the hotel to drop off luggage. The staff is very helpful.

The bedroom is upstairs and the stairs sometimes hard to navigate for potential night time trips to the bathroom. We found that a flashlight was helpful. There is a nice patio area with tables and chairs. We appreciated the welcome gift of a bottle of local wine! Thank you!

Parking and driving a car in this area are awful. Tiny narrow streets and scarce parking spaces. The parking meters require coins; if you don’t have coins you are out of luck. Fortunately the hotel receptionist was able to exchange bills for coins, otherwise we would have risked a parking ticket.

Excelente localização. Prédio da pousada histórico, lindo e bem conservado. Equipe atenciosa. Habitação confortável, mas os hóspedes podem sentir frio em época de clima mais frio.

Apesar do esforço da equipe, nota-se que não estão devidamente aparelhados para servir o café da manhã na habiltação. Preferível utilizar a cozinha da habitação e adquirir os alimentos do café fora. Além disso, como se trata de sítio histórico, há grande dificuldade para estacionar o carro durante o dia e, por isso, terá que deixar o veículo em um dos estacionamentos fora da muralha.,

A fantastic place to stay while exploring Évora. The family is incredibly helpful and anticipates every need. The rooms are beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, tastefully renovated historic house, which has been thoughtfully converted into spacious apartments. The property is stunning, with a lovely courtyard and a small lounge area with a pool – although not heated, it was still refreshing, and the kids absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, close to everything you need in Évora, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff was very helpful and assisted with our luggage to bring it to our rooms, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. We highly recommend this place!

Our room was up a tall flight of stairs but it's a historic property so not unexpected. The staff helped bring our bags upstairs and share helpful information. The staff also called to make sure we were still coming and directed us to the best parking option. Really kind and helpful!

I didn't realize I had to confirm the breakfast that is included by a certain time so we missed out on that. Not the end of the world!

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was extremely comfortable, and the bed was by far the most comfortable of all the places we stayed during our trip. The location is perfect for exploring Évora on foot, and the staff were incredibly helpful with great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend staying here!

Only that our apartment didn’t have a great outlook but one hardly spends much time indoors when exploring new places, so it really wasn’t an issue, it was still a perfect stay.

I wish there was parking but nonexistent at this central location

This was simply wonderful. My partner and I were travelling with my elderly parents and I was concerned about the stairs and the rooms being cold. Staff were great at talking me through which rooms were on the groundfloor and even gave us an upgrade, to a slightly bigger apartment. Both apartments were lovely very spacious and very warm which was greatly appreciated as there was a very cold spell when we were there. The property is very central so we could easily walk everywhere and it was also very easy to get in the property and the bedrooms with just a key code. This really helped make our trip that much more special. At the same time, we could park easily right in front of it to unload and settle my parents and were lucky to then get a parking space right there too! The place also has a swimming pool so we'd love to return in the summer!

One of the flats only had crockery for three people, it would be useful to have the extra set of plates which was needed in our case.
