AC do not have a working thermostat. When switched on, room is freezing in spite of setting temperature at 27. Complained this three times to reception, no one bothered to come and check.

Overall, the stay was fairly comfortable. The service provided by the staff was good and they were helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was also reasonably priced and offered good value.

However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The washrooms were not as clean as expected, which affected the overall experience. The room also felt slightly hot at times, making it less comfortable. Additionally, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance during the stay. Since this amenity was unavailable, it would have been reasonable to consider a reduction in the room fare.

When I entered to hotel. I was so exited. V clean and neat.

After checking in to the room. My mood got off. Things is not on my expectation. But overall room is fine. WATER CLOSET , LOOKS V UNHYGIENIC, NOT CLEAN WELL. water supply disconnection experienced during the stay everyday.

The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was a nice spread of South Indian, North Indian and Continental and reasonably priced. The staff were courteous, pleasant and helpful. Situated very close to Ganga Hospital, it is very convenient to just walk to the hospital. Travel Tip: The local auto and cab drivers identify this hotel with its old name - Hash 6 (#6).

wifi was non existent. didn't work at all. bathrooms could be cleaner. the yellow stains on the toilets can be cleaned. bathroom needed a plumber visit to unclog as the water was leaking out of the shower

There were many problems with the room: the shower drain was clogged; the couch and bedsheets had oil stains; the power outlet next to the bed was not working; carpeting in hallways was stained. The Staff were very nice. Convenient location for Ganga Hospital.

Very hospitable Staff. The Pongal for breakfast was yummy.

The restaurant Breakfast Buffet was not well replenished after 9.00am.

Found the hotel very poorly maintained. The carpets in the hallway were stained and smelly. There was a bad smell on the floor we were on. Worst of all was the state of the bathrooms. Toilet was stained and was dirty. Would have checked out but was stuck there as we were part of a wedding group. On the upside, complimentary breakfast was good, and service staff were good.

This hotel sucks, can't provide basic amenities like fans and airconditioning. Writing this review at 3 am in the morning with two toddlers bawling. They can't sleep because this hotel is too cheap to fit functioning ACs or simple desk fans.

Staff was so friendly and the food ambience was excellent . Especially i loved their good we specially asked for South Indian items they made it excellently. Staff was so polite and they responded with happy face and they took cafe of the guest so good
