Beautifully appointed apartment in a very convenient location near downtown. Well equipped and especially liked having laundry available.

Found the check in process a little awkward because of it being through a virtual reception situation. Once we figured things out it was fine and there seemed to be human interaction via text. Initially was confused about parking and ensuring that my car wouldn’t be ticketed. But after completing the reservation and getting check in details emailed it seemed to make more sense. The apartment was lovely once we figured check in details out. Were seniors so virtual reception was a new experience but would highly recommend this hotel now that I know how to navigate

It was a very cozy place, well maintained and clean. Situation was in perfect, had all sort of restaurant and store in our location and building was nice and secure. Any question we ask were reported on a timely fashion.

The property was beautiful very comfortable and very clean. I felt like I was in an IKEA store ha ha that’s very comfortable. Overall Clime was 100%.

The window in room 303 in the bedroom the crank handle is broken so you’re unable to open the window and the other thing I noticed there’s quite a few burnt out bulbs in the hallways going up the stairs on the bicycles may be a deep clean on some of the lamps, the lightbulbs of the hallways they were kind of dustybut the apartment itself was spotless

The unit itself was spacious, clean and modern. It had everything you need and the location was in the down town area within walking distance to all amenities.

It was our first time staying at Bower. Beautiful decor, clean, quiet, close to down town (walking). We will definitely stay there.

Location was great. Full kitchen was a nice surprise. If staying longer we would have made use of it. Bathroom was well lit, had a great shower and sufficient fluffy towels. Living room was spacious. Bed was comfy. I would stay here again when in the Moncton area. It was a pleasant surprise.

Was a little confusing getting the door code as the email said it was five digits but the actual was six but your friendly staff were able to help us over the phone and we got ourselves in and settled.

Nous avions loué pour avoir un studio avec cuisinière et frigo parce que nous voulions économiser sur les repas. Il serait intéressant qu’on retrouve plus d’éléments de base dans la cuisine: sel, poivre, papier d’aluminium ou grande tôle à biscuits sinon, il serait intéressant de préciser leur absence. Aussi, nous aurions apprécié pouvoir mettre nos déchets organiques dans un sac à cet effet, tout comme le recyclage (carton, plastique, etc.). Enfin, malgré que nous ayons rempli le formulaire d’inscription dès la réception, nous avons reçu les codes une heure plus tard qu’il était convenu, mais le service était bon quand nous avons téléphoné au numéro indiqué.

The location can't be beat for a couple of guys from pei wanting to tour around town. Really liked the decor and the layout. Very cool and easy access to get the codes and self check in.

The fact that there was no staff in the building took a minute to get used to but we just called the phone number and everything we needed was taken care of

Absolutely nice correspondence and great accommodation at a great location for even better value. Clean, spacious for two and nice, tasteful interior and facilities!

We stayed in a demi-basement room, so no real windows for one night. But otherwise, absolutely amazing!

I love this hotel. Everytime I travel to Moncton I like to book at this location. Best customer service, best hotel and best room noise cancellation.

The wifi never works, with all the rooms I have booked each time I check in, the wifi does not work. The tv never works as well. Couldn’t connect to YouTube, Netflix etc.

We enjoyed the room it was well-appointed. And very clean.

The sofa bed couch was a nice addition however it was not the most comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom could have used a fan. And I may have missed this one booking but I was not aware there would be a $15 per day parking charge this was automatically added to my bill and I had to call to get clarification on this.

The room layout and size is great, bed was comfortable.

Somehow, our code for the lock box was not the right number. We had to call for support. Not the friendliest of conversations, made it feel like it was our fault, yet the number we had was wrong.

Great place for a long-term stay — centrally located and very convenient for getting around. The unit included parking and had a full kitchen that was well stocked with everything I needed. The self check-in and check-out process was straightforward and made the stay smooth and easy. The self-serve laundromat on-site was also a great bonus. Overall, very comfortable and practical for both short or extended visits.

Really enjoyed my stay, it’s a beautiful place.

The space and the building are fantastic! Building is secure and renovated quite nicely and great location. The only downside is being close to railway and at night there seem to be some homeless around the area. I would definitely stay again, especially for extended stay…so nice to have a full apartment.

There were lights I could not turn on and lights in the pull-out bed portion of the suite I could not turn off very bright floating shelf cabinet lights. There was no kettle nor teabags. The bed was very comfortable and the location was great though right in the downtown it was not too noisy and I live in the country so am used to quiet. There was ample towels and linens the kitchen was great lots of dishes etc. There were no kitchen linens I could find. The parking pass should have a drop box inside the main door guests need not be inconvenienced by returning the pass to the unit. Overall I had a pleasant stay which could have been even better with a few small tweaks.

Attention to small details like tea and coffee. The parking pass return easiet. The lighting is numerous and there are some could not be turned on or off it seems.

It is a very nice hotel, I love the price, the property.

The booking was done, 1hr before I checked in. And the staff worked extremely well and got me all set up, before I even got to the place (1 hr drive). Once arrived, the private parking had their logo, so it was easy to find where to park. Also, there are cameras on premise, so you feel extra safe. Once I got into the room, there was a smooth jazz music playing, which is a really nice touch. Everything was clean, bright and just a very very nice place to recharge your mental and social battery. Lots of outlets to charge your electrionics. You're also really close to many places. Whether its grocery store, resturants, you name it. It was all walking distance. Overall, if I were to ever pass by Moncton again, this is the first place I would check.

That I didn't stay more than 1 night. The kitchen was fully stocked and could've cooked myself a meal. But since I only stayed 1 night, I didnt get to enjoy the full of it. Grasping at straws for negative: The front door keypad is rather laggy, so make sure you press the numbers in, one at a time, slowly. Had to make 3 attempts before I was sucessful. But this is really grasping at straws. Is this a deal breaker? Not at all.

Everything was amazing! The only improvement I can recommend is raising the bedroom lamp, it sits rather low over the bed and I had to be cautious not to hit my head.

Perfect location, as I was there to see a show at the Capitol Theatre. Easy self check in and out. Great little flat, it had everything I needed.
