You could only get drinking water from vending machines really, and if you get a room on floor 4 then it's a bit tedious going back and forth between floors.

Näin suomalaiselle Osakan vilskeen keskellä majoituksen hiljainen ilmapiiri auttoi rauhoittamaan illan. En ole kotonakaan nukkunut pitkään aikaan niin hyvin kuin tässä hotellissa. Hotellissa on jaetun Onsen suihkuhuoneen lisäks oma yksittäinen suihku heille, jotka kaipaavat enemmän yksityisyyttä. Majoittuisin mieluusti uudelleenkin 😊
Luin hieman huonosti hotellin tiedot ennen varausta, mutta huoneissa ei saanut olla klo 10-16, joten tämä hyvä tiedostaa, mikäli haluaisi nukkua pitkään.

La conception, la manière dont les choses sont pensées et la décoration, jusque dans les moindres détails des chambres et des capsules, tout est parfait. Je ne parle même pas du personnel qui a été génial. Ils sont vraiment adorables, vraiment serviable, très curieux de votre origine et prennent le temps de discuter avec vous. Le lendemain j’ai voulu utiliser le service takkyubin, la réceptionniste a su comment faire et m’a aidé dans les moindres détails. Elle a prit son temps.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Great location! Is a 3 minutes walk from the closest JR Namba exit. I also like how they provide towels, toothbrushes, and even nice pyjamas which I could never imagine when travelling around Europe. The hotel is clean and peaceful. The hot public bath is GREAT. They also have a coin operated leg massage machine at their top floor. I have great relaxation experience in this hotel after walking nearly 40K steps per day.
The lockers are located outside of the rooms and away from the bath. It does makes the room very quiet at night but a little bit troublesome when I need to get something real quick.

Duże szafki obok łazienek, oddzielona część do spania od takiej "dziennej", część pracownicza, dużo umywalek, luster, miejsc do umycia się - świetne miejsce. La chica de recepción de la tarde, le pregunté cuál era la mejor ruta para llegar al aeropuerto de Kobe y me resoplo y con mala cara se dio la vuelta, fue tan feo que le dije que no se molestase, me di la vuelta y me busque la vida. Cuando trabajas en un hotel o algún sitio parecido tiene que ayudar a los clientes con estas cuestiones ya que somos turistas y a veces no sabemos, y más si mi móvil no tiene batería.

Dormir dans des capsules et profiter de l’onsen a été une découverte incroyable pour eux. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, avec le centre d’Osaka facilement accessible à pied.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026C’était la seconde fois que j’y séjournais, la première fois étais en 2024 et l’hôtel est tellement bien entretenu qui rien n’a changé ! 💕 L’hôtel est très bien placé, les capsules hyper confortables, les espaces communs hyper propres et calmes. Nous sommes même tombés deux employés qui parlaient français ! Jamais 2 sans 3, je vous dis à bientôt ! 💕☺️

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026JR難波駅の南側すぐに立地しているのでロケーションは最高。二度目の宿泊なので迷うことなく到着。施設も新しく清潔に保たれている。こうしたカプセルタイプのゲストハウスで広々とした浴場があるのは、とても貴重。万博が終わってひと段落したためか、ゆったりと利用することができた。
う～ん、特にない。と思ったけど、エレベーターを使わずに階段で昇り降りをした際に、階段フロアが臭った。

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026아주 깨끗하고, 숙소 전체에서 약간 삼나무 향?이 나서 좋았어요. 샤워부스도 수가 충분했고, 드라이기나 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시 등이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 여행객이 이용하기 아주 편했습니다. 침구도 깨끗했고 공용공간에 실내공간과 테라스가 모두 있어서 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 또 오사카에 혼자 여행가면 이용할 것 같아요.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026初めてカプセルホテルに泊まりましたが、アメニティも部屋着もタオルもドライヤーもヘアアイロンもあって、良かったです。大浴場も、YORUとボタニカルと炭シャンプーが選べて、楽しかったです。
大浴場の洗い場の排水？が、スムーズでないのと、ご飯食べるところが、すぐ近くに少ないかなと思いました。あと、上段に泊まりましたが、部屋から出る時に、ロールカーテンを閉めにくいので、下段でも良かったかなと思いました。

女性フロアは洗濯機が1台しかない事と、カプセルホテルなので仕方ないですが、稀にいびきが凄い方がいて寝付き辛かった。（耳栓が用意されているので外の音が気になる方は使える）

Termos que entregar a chave dos cacifos onde se guarda os sapatos na entrada cada vez que saímos ou entramos e ter que aguardar tanto para entregar como para receber. Percebo que queiram que fique fechado e não queiram que os hóspedes percam as chaves mas impedi-los de aceder livremente aos seus sapatos é um pouco demais. Encontrem um sistema com cartão, cobrem uma caução pela chave, ou qualquer outra forma que não privar-nos do acesso ao nosso calçado.

As to be expected with cabin/pod accommodation, noise. I also prefer dark for sleeping and the blind doest shut to the floor, so filled the gap with a towel.

The mattress was a little thin and you could hear the other guests snoring.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026I've encountered some stranger sleeping within my capsule after I've dropped my personal belongings, like phone, wallet, etc. After reporting to the hotel staff, I was instantly offered another capsule, which was definitely a good approach.
Capsules are open for everybody, anyone can open your capsule and enter at any time, there is no locking mechanism or securing mechanism I know from other capsule hotels.
