Il contesto "condominiale" è inaccettabile per una'attività di ospitality, porte rovinate, scale cigolanti, pavimento sconnesso, ragnatele ovunque, desolazione. Peccato.

Miesto, nakolko Charleroi nie je pekne miesto pre ubytovanie. Na prenocovanie kvoli odletu na druhy den je to vsak adekvatne ubytovanie.

Este un apartament vechi, neintretinut. Lipsesta clanta de la usa de la intrare, usile interioare scartaie deranjant, patul de asemenea. Totul e vechi si la limita minima a functionarii. Draperiile stau sa cada, la fel si dusul. Vecinii de deasupra se aud ca si cum ar sta cu noi in camera iar la 1 noaptea probabil mutau scaunele prin casa.

The place is located in an unappealing urban area that felt unsafe to me. Unfortunately, the photos online made the place look much better than it actually was. While the kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was spacious, the rest of the stay fell short. We found the sofa bed sheets rumpled up inside a cupboard. They didn’t smell nice. Ultimately, this was not the right place for us, and we chose not to stay after all.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Sehr gut für Zwischenübernachtungen auch mit Familie, gute Ausstattung und parken vor der Unterkunft. Praktisch und unproblematisch sind das ein und ausschecken. Der Preis ist mehr als fair.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine gründliche Reinigung würde die Wohnung deutlich aufwerten, auch der Boden der Terrasse könnte eine Reinigung vertragen.

Het buurtje waar het appartement is, is niet zo netjes. Maar in het appartement geen last van. Gebouw is wel gehorig, bovenburen hoor je bij elke stap. Eind van de avond tot 9 uur in de ochtend ws het stil.

Lo peor la falta de limpieza, las instalaciones están viejas, rotas y sucias. El entorno da la impresión de inseguro, nada agradable. La casa por fuera también da muy mala impresión. Quizá el apartamento estuvo bien alguna vez, hace muchos años pero ahora realmente no lo está. Las fotos deberían actualizarse porque no reflejan la realidad.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Tout était sale, le sol les murs même la vaisselle retrouvée non rangée dans le lave-vaisselle n’était pas toute nettoyée correctement. Une odeur de renfermé et d’humidité qui vous prend à la gorge dés le couloir d’entrée! Les serviettes dans la salle de bain imbibées de cette odeur de renfermé,infecte! Et les matelas bien trop vieux avec les ressorts dans le dos et toujours cette mauvaise odeur. Et alors fallait pas regarder à la tête de lit ni en dessous car c’était couvert de toiles d’araignées. Présences de toiles d’araignées un peu partout chambre,salle de bain et cuisine. Une terrasse dans un état lamentable du vert partout au sol sur les murs à ne pas y mettre un pied. Dommage logement pas entretenu et aucune excuse du loueur qui nous renvoie sur la gestion du bien.

Les codes d'accès erronés.. j'ai réussi à joindre le gérant au bout d'une heure c'est inadmissible En plus il me réponds que je suis arrivé trop tôt... c'est vraiment se foutre du monde Pas de café Pas de thé Pas de dosettes de lait Pas de gants de toilette dans la salle de bain Par contre des oignons qui pourrissent dans l'armoire c'est normal.? Bref déçu

Reviewed May 23, 2026This property have a fully functional kitchen and the if you have a car parking is free outside on the streets.
To start with as soon as you open the gate you are greeted with a very weird smell. Once you have entered the apartment feels kind of damp. Furniture is more or less taking last breath. Kitchen is fully equipped but you will have to do the sanitation first to use any utensils. Kitchen tap feels like it can come out any moment making sure it a fountain. As soon as you enter the bedroom you will be welcomed with a lot of dust snd bed with creaking sound. I am glad we only have to spent fee hours before our flight. This property really needs deep cleaning and some decor

The street is not very appealing once you drive down it, nor the entrance hall and uncarpeted stairs. However once inside and door shut it's fine. Could do with more mugs for hot drinks, sharp proper knives as there are none and bottle opener/corkscrew

But the apartment is dirty, especially the bathroom; it looks like the floor under the sink hasn't been cleaned in years!!! If they cleaned more thoroughly, this apartment would be great.
Unfortunately, it's dirty, but bearable.

Грязные тарелки, полотенца. Еле нашли постель для 5ой персоны. Была скомкана к кучу :( Очень холодно. Спаслись только обогревателем. Терраса запущенная, нуждается в уходе ((. Ночью соседка сверху очень громко шумела, что не дало выспаться
