Propre et calme

The property is very cute! You get everything you might need. There is even a kind of a patio. The communication with the owner/manager was great too! They are very responsive and make sure you have all the information you need. The parking lot has a gate that is locked. So, we definitely got what we needed: a comfy and clean place with a secure parking close to the Charleroi airport. Thank you!

The property was lovely — very clean, comfortable and well looked after. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay, and genuinely kind-hearted. I felt very welcome and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Alloggio comodo per chi arriva o parte e deve rimanere solo una notte, sta a 10 minuti di auto dall'aereoporto e ha tutto quello che serve. Facile da trovare e host disponibile per info.

studio pour une ou deux personnes: neuf, pratique, propre, clair, à proximité des arrêts de bus et tram. Bon resto (croc midi) proche. Le propriétaire est très aimable et disponible si on est en difficulté. l'eau chaude arrive tout de suite.Lit confortable. Moustiquaire judicieusement placée. Environs populaires et sympatiques; pour le prix j'ai été agréablement surprise. rien ne manque si on veut cuisiner. Rapport qualité prix très bien; bref je recommande.

L'appartamento è in centro, e quindi comodo per chi arriva in quello scomodissimo aeroporto che è Charleroi. Ancora mi stupisco che sia collegato così male a Bruxelles, da dover dormire qui.

Manca una zanzariera, ma soprattutto scriverei in modo chiaro che il letto è alla francese, e quindi comodo per persone piccole, non certo per adulti. La luce del bagno non funzionava: il touch dello specchio è un supplizio, ma poi abbiamo capito che era rotto.

Appartamento fornito di tutto e ben attrezzato. Self check in e check out comodi e chiari. È una buona soluzione se avete un volo da prendere dall’aeroporto Charleroi.

La posizione è comoda all’aeroporto ma non è bellissima di per sè, però per quello che serviva a noi è stata comoda.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione, facile da raggiungere e comoda per la presenza di tutti i negozi di prima necessità nelle vicinanze. L’appartamento è piccolo ma davvero confortevole, con una splendida zona notte al secondo piano e un bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. La TV in camera è stata un vero plus, perfetta per una serata di relax prima del viaggio. Molto apprezzati anche gli elettrodomestici, tutti funzionali e puliti, così come il letto comodo e la presenza del climatizzatore. Infine, il grande giardino esterno permette di rilassarsi piacevolmente e in tranquillità.

Purtroppo, un piccolo aspetto negativo è stato il rumore degli aerei, che passavano con una certa frequenza e si sentivano anche all’interno della stanza. Fortunatamente, in camera da letto non è stato particolarmente fastidioso. Per il resto, siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti del soggiorno e non abbiamo nulla da segnalare.

Schoon en prima bed.

Goede locatie, dichtbij luchthaven Charleroi. De studio is krap maar functioneel. Supermarkt op 5 minuten afstand dus je hoeft de deur verder niet uit want je kunt zelf je eten maken en de drank in de koelkast bewaren. Binnenplaats met zitje en parasol is ideaal voor de rokers onder ons. Gratis parkeren in de straat is ook een meevaller. Communicatie met en informatie van de host vooraf verliep prima.

Ik heb geen tegenvaller, het is prima als voorovernachting wanneer je zoals ons een vroege vlucht hebt.

Nice place to stay for one night Bed is comfortable, but not big. For one person it's perfect, but for two people can be small. Nearby you can find supermarkets, cafes etc. The taxi from or to airport costs around 20 euro

L'emplacement est super. Toutes les commodités sont à quelques pas. Le couchage très confortable. Alain a super bien géré notre présence et les travaux. Avec l'isolation extérieure, le studio sera encore plus confortable.

I liked the facilities of the property.

The host gave me a long list of chores to do on check in day. They asked me to clean up the dishes before leaving and take out the bins. Even though the dishes weren’t clean.

The host was extremely helpful and showed up right away to fix a heating issue. Communication via messages and WhatsApp was excellent and highly responsive. Their kind manners and attention to detail, providing all the necessary info before and during our stay, show a true passion for doing things well.

Obviously this is no fault of the host, but the location leaves much to be desired. The area is quite dirty with a neglected and run-down atmosphere, both in terms of the neighborhood itself and the people around. If you are visiting Charleroi for work or a specific purpose and just need a place to sleep, you can overlook it. However, it is absolutely impossible to enjoy a pleasant walk around the area.

Parking space narrow. But better a narrow space than no space.

Pas grand espace pour poser les affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain et le manque de chauffage dans celle ci mais nous nous sommes adapté.

Location close to the airport, about an 8-10 minute drive. It's okay for a short stay when you have a night or early morning flight.

The coffee machine wasn't working—instead of coffee, it just poured colored water that looked like tea. The terrace wasn't set up and was quite dirty

The location is quite far from the airport. It is not convenient to reach the airport with public transportation early in the morning. The facilities in the bathroom and kitchen are quite old.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation. We really liked it a lot. It is also very close to the Charleroi airport (3km) so it is a perfect location if you need to take a plane the next day or, as was our case, you landed here in the late evening. But it is also a very nice place to stay just like that, to visit Charleroi or even Brussels as there is a direct bus which takes just slightly over an hour. You also have many eating options around, some bakery as well as a big grocery store just a few meters away, as well as bus and tram stop. The host itself was also very friendly, helpful and in general very attentive.

Everything about the flat was just perfect. The only thing which was a pity was that during our stay the balcony didn't have any seating options. Probably as it was still in the spring time but the weather was quite nice and it would be just great to be able to enjoy a morning tea out there.

Pretty close to the airport(20 euro taxi/uber to it) and relatively cheap, good wi-fi, good tv with netflix.

The apartment had the kitchen on the ground floor and to get to the bedroom, you had to use the stairs that were made of steel, which is pretty weird for a residence. The bed was right next to the stair railing, as can be seen in the photos, which is a bit dangerous, especially if you have kids, because the metal bars of the railing were spaced too far apart. Also, there was mold covered only with paint, and there was a white "painting" which most likely was also used to hide more mold.

Excellent price, good location just a short Uber ride from Charleroi airport, easy walking access to shops, restaurants and supermarket. Appartment itself is comfortable and compact with a welcome / instruction pack.

Nice shower power but a slightly mouldy cubicle. Also not a lot of storage space in the bedroom.

Уютный лофт, есть все необходимое, чисто, удобная кровать, но для двоих слегка маловата, отзывчивые хозяева...все классно.

Не скажу что прям не понравилось, но меня несколько напрягала лестница в спальню.

La aceasta cazare doar am dormit, de la 23:00 la 06:00, patul a fost confortabil. Are parcare gratuita in apropierea studioului. Cam la 12 minute pana la aeroportul Charleroi.

Am ajuns seara tarziu la cazare, in parcare era intuneric, am umblat cu lanterna, nu mi-am dat seama ca studioul este pe partea cealalta a drumului mai jos cu vreo 20 m fata de parcare, am cautat ceva timp locatia si locul unde era pusa cheia de intrare. Erau pe strada 4 persoane putin cam vesele🍄, cu toate astea am avut curajul sa le cer ajutorul, au fost de treaba si m-au ajutat sa gasesc cazarea. Eu zic ca este de evitat sa ajungeti la o ora tarzie. Patul este pozitionat la etaj chiar langa balustrada, zic eu destul de periculos.

Onestamente non è stato facile individuare l'appartamento perchè non c'è nessuna indicazione chiara nei pressi. L'host ha comunicato che l'appartamento si trovava in fondo ad un corridoio a sinistra ma il corridoio non aveva porte sulla sinistra, ho intuito fosse l'ultima esattamente di fronte all'entrata. La posizione non è ideale perchè si trova lontana dal centro città e lontana anche dall'aeroporto. Il bagno era un po' angusto

Le 2e soir, la lumière dans la cour d'à côté était allumé toute la nuit et les rideaux de sont pas occultant, c'était assez dérangeant

It is close to the Charleroi airport and I have chosen it because of my late flight arrival. Communication with owner went through booking.com app smoothly, I have received all the information needed as well as instructions for free parking. Facility was clean and relatively new. It has a little kitchen too. It was warm enough when we arrived. It was OK for the price.

Location is not the best, bit murky but quiet. Bathroom is not heated and there could be little bit more toilet paper in it. Bedroom is up the narrow staircase, impossible for a large suitcase. So, we had to leave it downstairs. Fun fact: we were asked to take out the garbage!

L'appartement se trouve facilement, la boîte à clés permet un accès rapide et pratique. Il était très propre et bien équipé ! Les propriétaires restent joignables par message. Un service de taxi est proposé ce qui a permis de réserver en avance le taxi pour l'aéroport, très pratique !
