Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Literally a pearl in the desert. You won't expect luxury and beauty within the big sandy and rocky nothing around. If you want an unbelievable nice stay near that ouzoud falls and are maybe interested in a very sophisticated conversation with the owner about country, architecture and marrocan culture, then see and visit that palace for at least one night. You won't regret :)) Lovely!

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The property is located around 7 min from the city centre just in front of a petrol station, there is no many things around but the place is quiet and with views of the mountains so you can relax
The property is not cleaned properly, while the gardens and swimming pool are overall okay the rooms have plenty of dust, cockroaches, several spiders. Now don’t get me wrong: as a fellow Moroccan I understand the reality of bugs and summer in Morocco, however, this is an accommodation that should be cleaned properly specially is they are charging £50 pounds a night

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Très joli établissement avec une très jolie verdure et une très jolie piscine. Les chambre sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable.
Connexion wifi trop faible, certains prix assez élevés. De plus, un bar à l’étage qui fait beaucoup de bruit le soir donc pas reposant du tout.

Vi havde desværre en meget dårlig oplevelse på dette hotel og kan ikke anbefale det. Der var flere problemer under vores ophold. På værelset og badeværelset fandt vi både kakerlakker, edderkopper og små insekter. Derudover kunne døren til værelset ikke lukke ordentligt, så man var nødt til altid at låse den – ellers kunne den gå op af sig selv. Maden levede heller ikke op til vores forventninger, da kvaliteten var meget skuffende. Hotellet virkede generelt dårligt vedligeholdt. Det så ikke ud til, at der blev gjort ret meget rent eller løbende vedligeholdelse, selvom hotellet er stort. Wi-Fi-forbindelsen var meget dårlig. Den virkede stort set kun ved restauranten, og selv dér var forbindelsen ustabil. I to hele dage havde vi slet ingen adgang til Wi-Fi. Det mest skuffende var dog håndteringen ved udtjekning. Vi forlod hotellet tidligere end planlagt, men fik ikke pengene tilbage for den sidste dag. Personalet begrundede det med, at vi havde betalt med kort, og at de derfor ikke kunne refundere beløbet. Havde vi betalt kontant, sagde de, at det ville have været muligt. Jeg har selv erfaring fra branchen og ved, at det sagtens kan lade sig gøre at refundere en kortbetaling, så den forklaring virkede ikke troværdig. Alt i alt var opholdet en stor skuffelse, og vi kommer ikke tilbage.

Room is very simple. There is no fridge. TV doesn’t include sports channels. The breakfast doesn’t include fresh fruits, pastries or coffee. There are bugs and mosquitoes in the room.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Mooi hotel met goede ligging en gezellige indeling, slechts op 5 min met de auto van de watervallen van Ouzoud. Ruime kamer en douche (wij verbleven in een bungalow). Prachtig en proper infinity pool met mooie uitzichten. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.
De kamer was niet super proper, er lagen enkele dode insecten. Het leek alsof er al langer niemand gelogeerd had. Het water van de douche was heel moeilijk te regelen.

Nous ne savions pas qu’il y avait une « boîte de nuit » au dessus du restaurant, et donc nous avons été réveillé pendant la nuit…

Im Gesamten ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte nicht mehr ansprechend. Wir sind an einem Freitag angekommen, da war der Pool noch schmutzig und der Boden glitschig. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls schmutzig. Schwarze Haare im Waschbecken, altes Klopapier vom Gast vorher??? Am Toilettenrand und Wasser auf dem Boden vom tropfenden WC Anschluss.

The place has such an authentic kasbah atmosphere, full of charm and character, and it makes you feel like you’re somewhere really special. The hospitality was exceptional — everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the real Moroccan feeling. Highly recommended.

Kamer is basic wel prima voor elkaar douches lekker warm! Alcohol is niet inbegrepen bij de all Inclusive boeking houdt hier rekening mee.

Le petit-déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. Le gérant se distingue par son professionnalisme et sa grande gentillesse, tout comme l’ensemble du personnel, attentif et accueillant. Très bon emplacement, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture des cascades. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Freundliches Paar, das die Unterkunft führt, gute Tipps gibt, hervorragend kocht, unglaublich ruhig und abends tolle live Musik, Bongotrommelklänge, familiär, ruhig und lebendig zugleich, sehr kundenfreundlich und gastfteundlich, beseelt. Eine Oase im Atlasgebirge mit sehenswerten Ausflugszielen: altes sehenswertes Dorf, Wasserfällen und Quellursprung. Wer mal dort war, will wieder hin.
